We’re continuing the Play-Ins tonight with a two-game NBA DFS slate. We get the Miami Heat versus the Philadelphia 76ers and the Atlanta Hawks versus the Chicago Bulls. I’ll go over my core plays alongside my favorite value targets. To finish the article, I’ll drop my two favorite bets for tonight’s action while using the brand-new Propbettor tool!

NBA DFS – Core Plays

Trae Young $9,200 – 49.14 DK Points – 5.33 Value Rating

Trae Young may be in a difficult position tonight facing the Chicago Bulls but his ownership is making me want him more. He is projected between 20-22% ownership on a two-game slate. Young is also the third-highest projected player as he’s right behind Tyrese Maxey and Joel Embiid is leading the pack overall. He has only played three games since returning from injury and finally notched over 30 minutes in the season’s final game. He has been able to record double-digit points and with the team’s playoff hopes on the line, I’m locking him in.

Javonte Green $5,000 – 32.18 DK Points – 6.44 Value Rating

Javonte Green comes in as the highest-rated value player of the game. While his price tag isn’t the huge discount we would look for, he brings good upside. Atlanta has struggled versus forwards as they allow them to average 24.1 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game. This gives Green a good upside as he has averaged nearly 30 minutes per game in his last five. In those games, he has averaged 14 points and 8.6 rebounds. There is a double-double bonus upside also in play if Javonte Green sees some solid court time.

Tyler Herro $7,500 – 40.02 DK points – 5.34 Value Rating

Tyler Herro has been logging some minutes before closing out the end of the season. He has averaged 34.6 minutes per game with 21.8 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 4.8 assists per game. Herro has seen this Philadelphia team twice this season and has recorded 22.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, and six assists. It will be another tough challenge for Miami as a whole but at the price tag of Herro, hard to overlook him with his history versus the 76ers.

NBA DFS – Top Value Targets

Nikola Jovic $4,400 – 22.96 DK points – 5.22 Value Rating

Nikola Jovic is a player which we have to hope finds his stride early and gets everything to fall in his favor. If not, his court time will be limited. There is a lot of risk that comes with playing him. He has played 16 minutes, 27, 24, 40, and 24 minutes in his last five games. Now, he has had success versus Philadelphia this season. He has averaged seven points, four rebounds and two assists in 17 minutes per game twice. With low ownership, he could be a solid play.

Buddy Hield $4,600 – 21.89 DK Points – 4.76 Value Rating

Another big risk is with Buddy Hield but the ownership could be crucial. In his last five games, Hield has averaged 12 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.8 assists while averaging 21.3 minutes. Miami has been pretty good at defending guards, allowing the position to average 22.1 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game. Getting to face the second unit could be where Hield shines and pay off his price tag.

NBA DFS – Best Bets

We have launched the all-new PropBetter tool for our Premium users and you do not want to miss out on it. It covers the main Sportsbooks and allows you to find the edge for player props for each book. It’s a one-stop shop for you so you don’t have to go on a scavenger hunt to find the best place to place your money!

Buddy Hield over 8.5 Points +100 (DK Sportsbook)

Continuing on the Buddy Hield conversation and while it is a good challenge for him, he’s projected for 11.14 points tonight. This gives Hield a 31.19% edge to hit the over. In five games, with three starts, he has averaged 11 points versus Miami. Being at plus money, I’m locking this in.

Ayo Dosunmu over 21.5 PRA -112 (DK Sportsbook)

Ayo Dosunmu has had a lot of success versus Atlanta and the fast-paced style. In three games this season, Dosunmu has averaged 21 points, four rebounds, and four assists against Atlanta. They have struggled with guards all season as they allow them to average 23.8 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game. Dosunmu should be able to continue his play versus Atlanta and help keep the Chicago Bulls playoff run alive.

We’re kicking off the Play-Ins tonight with a two-game NBA DFS slate. We get the Los Angeles Lakers versus the New Orleans Pelicans and the Golden State Warriors versus the Sacramento Kings. I’ll go over my core plays alongside my favorite value targets. To finish the article, I’ll drop my two favorite bets for tonight’s action while using the brand-new Propbettor tool!

NBA DFS – Core Plays

Domantas Sabonis $9,600 – 58.90 DK Points – 6.14 Value Rating

Domantas Sabonis has a lot to prove this playoff run for the Sacramento Kings after last year’s struggles in the first round. Sabonis and the Sacramento Kings will face off versus the Golden State Warriors – the same team that eliminated them last year. For this season, he averaged 17.3 points, 11.3 rebounds, and 9.5 assists in three g

Jose Alvarado $4,000 – 8.62 DK Points – 2. 16 Value Rating

Jose Alvarado isn’t the flashiest or strongest play on the slate but the upside for his price tag is there. Alvarado gets to face the Los Angeles Lakers in this do-or-die game. The Lakers rank towards the bottom when it comes to guarding point guards. They allow them to average 26.2 points, 8.3 assists, and 6.3 rebounds per game. Jose Alvarado has averaged 24 minutes per game in his last five while averaging 9 points, 2.6 rebounds, and two assists.

Stephen Curry $8,700 – 49.07 DK points – 5.64 Value Rating

Stephen Curry will be coming in hot for Tuesday night’s matchup versus the Sacramento Kings. Curry has recorded 45 DK points in his last five games with 52.3 DK points versus the Lakers being the highest he recorded. After a slow start in the seven-game series last year versus the Kings, he averaged 33.7 points, 4.9 assists, and 4.9 rebounds in the seven games. This season has been no different for him as he averaged 31 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 3.8 assists in four games.

NBA DFS – Top Value Targets

Harrison Barnes $4,300 – 25.76 DK points – 5.99 Value Rating

Harrison Barnes will be looking to redeem himself after last year’s game-winning shot to take the series didn’t;t fall through. Barnes has been able to play his game this season versus his former team though. He has averaged 18.8 points and 3.3 rebounds in four games. The Warriors are one of the better teams when it comes to guarding small forwards. Barnes should come in under-owned with the value around him.

Larry Nance Jr. $4,200 – 24.15 DK Points – 5.75 Value Rating

Larry Nance Jr. didn’t finish the season strong but his matchup versus the Los Angeles Lakers has favored him this season. Nance has averaged 9.3 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per game off of the bench in three games. Nearing a double-double average versus the Lakers is something that we want to target. Especially at the $4,200 price tag.

Austin Reaves over 14.5 Points -110 (DK Sportsbook)

Austin Reaves has been all over the place for the Los Angeles Lakers which has been a good thing and now he’ll see the New Orleans Pelicans once again. In four games, with two starts, Reaves has averaged 21 points versus them. In his last five games, he has hit over 15 points twice while barely missing one game by a point to end the season.

Draymond Green over 21.5 PRA -125 (DK Sportsbook)

Draymond Green is projected for a monstrous night with a projection of 27.94 PRA versus the Sacramento Kings. Green recorded 23 PRA (well, points and rebounds) versus New Orleans and 31 versus the Los Angeles Lakers to end the season. While his regular season numbers haven’t been as strong versus the Kings, we know what he did last year in the playoffs versus them. He averaged 9.5 points, eight assists, and 6.2 rebounds in six games.

We’re kicking the week off with a huge nine-game NBA DFS slate. I’ll break down my core plays alongside my favorite value plays. Also, find out which game I’ll be targeting overall for the slate. On top of that, I’ll drop my two favorite bets for tonight’s action while using the brand-new Propbettor tool!

NBA DFS – Core Plays

Jayson Tatum $10,000 – 50.99 DK Points – 5.10 Value Rating

We have a few good pay-up spots tonight but Jayson Tatum has everything pointing towards him as the choice to roll with. Atlanta currently ranks fifth in pace with 104.4 possessions per game. Boston currently sits 20th with 101.2 possessions per game. Right away, a pace boost for Tatum. He averaged 37.2 minutes with 27 points, nine rebounds, and 5.5 assists in two games versus Atlanta. On the defensive side of things for the Hawks, they allow 24.1 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 4.4 assists to the small forward position per game.

Miles McBride $5,400 – 33.24 DK Points – 6.16 Value Rating

Miles McBride has been a huge part of the New York Knicks offense and now he has another great matchup. McBride will see Detroit who allow guards to average 22.8 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 4.9 assists per game. He averaged 34.5 minutes per game with 14.4 points, two rebounds, and 1.6 assists in his last five games. The Knicks will be in a pace-up spot also as they average 98.8 possessions per game while Detroit averages 103.8.

Coby White $7,500 – 39.82 DK points – 5.31 Value Rating

Coby White has played pretty well since returning from injury. White averaged 14 points, 4.2 assists, and four rebounds per game in his last five. He started four of those five, averaging 34 minutes. He will now face the Washington Wizards. The Wizards allow opposing point guards to average 25.1 points, 9.6 assists, and seven rebounds per game. On top of that, this is another huge pace-up spot as Washington leads the league with 105.9 possessions per game. Chicago currently ranks 23rd with 101 possessions.

NBA DFS – Top Value Targets

Dorian Finney-Smith $4,200 – 26.09 DK points – 6.21 Value Rating

Dorian Finney-Smith has a pretty solid matchup tonight versus Toronto and is only $4.2K. Finney-Smith projects for 26.09 DK points which would exceed his price tag. For good reason, Toronto has been a team to try and pick on. They allow opposing forwards to average 23.3 points, 11.1 rebounds, and 4.3 assists. Dorian Finney-Smith isn’t someone who brings double-double upside but tonight should still benefit him matchup-wise.

Jabari Walker $4,600 – 26.68 DK Points – 5.80 Value Rating

Jabari Walker is coming into some familiar territory tonight facing Houston. In the first meeting, Walker recorded nine points, seven rebounds, and one assist in 23.8 minutes versus Houston earlier this season. He has been playing well off the bench though. He averaged 10.8 points, seven rebounds, and 1.4 assists in his last five games.

NBA DFS – Game To Target

Dallas Mavericks (-375) versus Utah Jazz (+295) – Total 237 Points
Odds and Total Points are taken from the DraftKings Sportsbook.

We have a large slate and not all of the news has hit us yet. The Dallas Mavericks and Utah Jazz game is one I’ll be targeting. Luka Doncic comes in as the highest-priced player with the highest projection. There are still spots to hit on the Dallas side also if you were to fade Doncic or have low exposure to him. Kyrie Irving is still a solid option with a projection of 48.40 DK points. However, PJ Washington pops off of the chart for Dallas also. He has a value of 5.63 with a projection of 29.27. A solid pairing with Doncic or Irving and also a nice lineup filler.

On the Utah Jazz side, only Lauri Markkanen holds a value above 5.00 with a 5.12. While that isn’t somewhat shocking, I still like the price tag of Collin Sexton and Keyonte George. Sexton sits at $7.5K and George sits at $6.5K. With a total of 237 points, Utah will have to play at the level of Dallas to stay alive in this game. It will run through Sexton and Lauri Markkanen should be able to exceed his value. Their ownership will also come in pretty low as many will avoid the Utah side of this game.

Derrick White over 14.5 Points -115 (DK Sportsbook)

Derrick White has a pretty low point total even with his recent performance and matchup history versus Atlanta this season. White has averaged 18.8 points in his last five games and 18 points in two games versus Atlanta this season. He holds an edge of 12.16% in the PropBettor tool to hit the over tonight.

Darius Garland over 6.5 Assists +100 (DK Sportsbook)

Darius Garland has a good matchup versus Charlotte who have struggled versus point guards with assists. Charlotte is currently allowing nine assists per game to opposing guards. For Garland, he has averaged 5.4 assists in his last five games but this should be a good plus-money prop to go over. The matchup is there for Garland and he holds a 5.38% edge to over tonight.

Happy Friday and it’ll be a good one with an eight-game NBA DFS Slate. There will be more to look into and where to find the plays. I’ll break down my core plays alongside my value plays. I’ll go over which game I’m targeting out of the five and why. On top of that, I’ll drop my two favorite bets for tonight’s action while using the brand-new Propbettor tool!

NBA DFS – Core Plays

Anthony Davis $10,300 – 57.40 DK Points – 5.57 Value Rating

I’d avoid this matchup if this were a healthy Philadelphia 76ers team with Joel Embiid. But with the 76ers down Embiid, Anthony Davis should find success tonight. Davis is averaging a double-double in his last five games with 20.2 points and 13.4 rebounds alongside 4.2 assists, 2.2 steals, and 1.8 blocks. He is filling the stat sheet. Both, Anthony Davis and LeBron James will have questionable tags heading into tonight’s game but we should get news early for them.

Nicolas Batum $4,000 – 25.23 DK Points – 6.31 Value Rating

Sticking within the same game, Nicolas Batum is another player with a good matchup and his price is one to go after. With a value rating of 6.31, Batum could help free up other payup spots. He has faced the Lakers once already this season. He recorded 10 points, seven rebounds, four assists, and three steals in 28.9 minutes. Philadelphia will be in a pace-up spot as the Lakers average almost four more possessions per game than they do. This will benefit Nicolas Batum and the rest of the 76ers.

Chet Holmgren $7,400 – 41.53 DK points – 5.61 Value Rating

Tonight is a night to run double centers in lineups as Chet Holmgren is in a nice spot versus Toronto. Holgrem has been playing well lately, averaging a double-double in his last five games. He is averaging 18.2 points with 10.4 rebounds and 2.2 blocks per game. Toronto has shown that they can struggle versus Centers also. They are allowing them to average 22.7 points and 15.5 rebounds per game.

NBA DFS – Top Value Targets

Jordan Nwora $4,200 – 26 DK points – 6.19 Value Rating

We’re going back-to-back days of running it with Jordan Nwora. Nwora recorded 13 points with two rebounds and one steal in a loss to Sacramento last night. The Toronto Raptors will have their hands full with Oklahoma City tonight but Jordan Nwora could see extra minutes due to blowout potential. He’s averaging 12.4 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 1.2 steals in his last five games.

DeJon Jarreau $3,800 – 22.76 DK Points – 5.99 Value Rating

DeJon Jarreau has been logging minutes recently with four of his five games being 17 minutes or more. He didn’t score too well versus Golden State on Wednesday but he did log 10 rebounds and five assists. In his past five games, he’s averaging 4.4 5.4 rebounds, and 3.4 assists. His minutes may not be high but the way he has produced recently makes his $3.8k price tag something to go after with some good spots on tonight’s slate.

NBA DFS – Game To Target

Indiana Pacers (+160) versus Golden State Warriors (-192) – Total 240 Points
Odds and Total Points are taken from the DraftKings Sportsbook.

There isn’t a single player above $9k in this matchup and it has the highest total of the night, plus a fast-paced environment. Indiana plays at the second-highest pace with 105.5 possessions per game while Golden State is ranked 7th with 103.9. For the pay-up spot players, Tyrese Haliburton is fourth with a value rating of 5.85 and a projection of 52.69 DK points. Stephen Curry would be next with a 5.10 value rating and a projection of 43.85. I would choose Curry over Haliburton on any slate currently.

Draymond Green and Myles Turner would start the discussion for cheaper options from this game. Turner is priced at $6.5K and with a projection of 35.46 DK points. Green is also priced the same but with a slightly higher projection of 36.01. Trayce Jackson-Davis could make for a solid center option if you don’t run Anthony Davis and Chet Holmgren together. Jackson-Davis is priced at $5k but holds a value rating of 5.99 and a projection of 29.93 DK points. These are only three players that can open up your lineups but overall, this game should provide good value with a total of 240 points.

NBA DFS – Best Bets

It covers the main Sportsbooks and allows you to find the edge for player props for each book. Jaylen Brown over 3.5 Assists +100 (DK Sportsbook)

Jaylen Brown has averaged 3.2 assists in his last five games but gets a favorable matchup versus Detroit tonight. They are currently allowing 4.7 assists per game to the forward position. While three assists have been Brown’s sweet spot in these last five games, Detroit should allow him the opportunity to facilitate.

Myles Turner over 6.5 Rebounds -122 (FD Sportsbook)

Myles Turner pops up on the PropBettor tool with an edge of 13.72% and for good reason. Turner recorded seven rebounds in his first meeting versus Golden State this year and that was with only 22.7 minutes of play time. The Warriors allow centers to average nearly 15 boards per game this season. With the pace of play tonight, Myles Turner should be in good shape to hit the over.

Hump day it is and we get an eight-game NBA DFS slate. There will be more to look into and where to find the plays. I’ll break down my core plays alongside my value plays. NBA DFS – Core Plays

Domantas Sabonis $10,700 – 54.93 DK Points – 5.13 Value Rating

Domantas Sabonis is a locked double-double bonus player as he now has 50 consecutive. It shouldn’t end tonight as he faces the Toronto Raptors. Sabonis recorded 24 points, 15 rebounds, and 11 assists in their first meeting. On the season, he’s averaging 22 points with 15.4 rebounds per game and 38.4 minutes. The two teams do play at a fast pace which should give Sabonis enough time to hit his value but also exceed it.

Jake LaRavia $4,600 – 33.40 DK Points – 7.26 Value Rating

Jake LaRavia has been playing some consistent basketball lately and his price tag of $4.6k is one to go after. LaRavia averaged 12 points, 4.4 rebounds, two assists, and 1.8 steals in his last five games, He has increased his season average in that span. He has also scored 12 or more points in four of his last five games. LaRavia should have some good opportunities tonight versus the Golden State Warriors and their second unit. They currently allow power forwards to average 23.4 points and 11.2 rebounds per game.

Tyrese Haliburton $8,900 – 53.68 DK points – 6.03 Value Rating

Getting Tyrese Haliburton right is a challenge at times but versus Detroit, he should be locked in. Haliburton has dipped slightly in his last five games, averaging 16.6 points, 10 assists, and 5.4 rebounds. With him facing the Detroit Pistons, he should get back on track. He has averaged 21.7 points, 13 assists, and three rebounds in three games this season. Indiana continues to play at the second-fastest pace with 105.5 possessions per game. They had 97 possessions in their last game which is something that shouldn’t happen again.

NBA DFS – Top Value Targets

Jordan Nwora $3,800 – 26.73 DK points – 7.03 Value Rating

Jordan Nwora should be in line for some good work versus Sacramento tonight. They are one of the worst teams at guarding the small forward position, allowing them to average 23.6 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 4.7 assists. Nwora has been scoring consistently also as he has scored 12 or more points in his last three games. He averaged 11.8 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 1.2 steals in his last five. Running Domantas Sabonis and Tyrese Haliburton together may be difficult but adding Jordan Nwora to the lineup will help with salary.

Stanley Umude $3,900 – 24.67 DK Points – 6.33 Value Rating

Stanley Umude is projected to get the start once again tonight and if so, his $3.9k price tag is lovely. Umude recorded 10 points, six rebounds, and one assist in 34 minutes Monday versus Boston. He recorded 17.7 DK points. Indiana hasn’t been the best when it comes to guarding the forward position. They’ve allowed 23.1 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 4.6 assists per game. Allow Stanley Umude another 34-minute game and he should be able to top his Monday performance versus a much faster team.

NBA DFS – Game To Target

Sacramento Kings (-625) versus Toronto Raptors (+455) – Total 233 Points
Odds and Total Points are taken from the DraftKings Sportsbook.

The Sacramento Kings allow games to stay close when they shouldn’t and with a spread of 11 points tonight, I believe this game stays close. Domantas Sabonis is already a no-brainer with his productivity. We can also work in some good value around him, to not go punting for scrubs. Harrison Barnes and Keegan Murray come in pretty affordable for a Sacramento stack. Both players hold values of 5.60 (Barnes) and 5.77 (Murray). While I am a huge fan of De’Aaron Fox, I will be avoiding him tonight.

Not a single Toronto Raptors player comes in above $6.5k. Kelly Olynyk is the highest-priced one at $6.5k. Jordan Nwora pops out as the strongest candidate to be rostered with his 7.03 value rating. Jontay Porter comes in projected for 26.84 points and a 6.71 value rating. Three of the five starters are held under the 5.00 value rating and those are Bruce Brown, Gradey Dick, and Gary Trent Jr.

NBA DFS – Best Bets

We have launched the all-new PropBetter tool for our Premium users and you do not want to miss out on it. Domantas Sabonis over 8.5 Assists +116 (FD Sportsbook)

We’ve already broken down Domantas Sabonis versus Toronto with our core plays. He has an edge of 2.6% to hit the over on his assist prop. He’s projected near 8.71. In his first meeting with Toronto, Sabonis recorded 11 assists. He should be able to duplicate his first performance once again tonight.

Isaac Okoro under 14.5 Points + Rebounds -120 (FD Sportsbook)

Isaac Okoro has been struggling to hit this prop lately as he has missed it in his last three games. Okoro is averaging 14 points and rebounds total in his last five overall. Miami is also one of the more difficult teams for guards to face this season. Mixing Okoro’s recent performances and Miami’s defense gives him an edge of 6.64% to hit the under.

We have a shorter NBA DFS slate on Tuesday with a five-game slate. I’ll break down my core plays alongside my value plays. I’ll go over which game I’m targeting out of the five and why. On top of that, I’ll drop my two favorite bets for tonight’s action while using the brand-new Propbettor tool!

NBA DFS – Core Plays

Luka Doncic $12,500 – 68.46 DK Points – 5.48 Value Rating

Luka Doncic kicks off our core group tonight with a solid matchup versus the San Antonio Spurs. Doncic has seen them three times this season, He averaged 33 points, 11.3 rebounds, and 9.3 assists, almost a walking triple-double. The Spurs make it easy though as they are bad at defending guards. They give up 26 points, 8.6 assists, and 6.6 rebounds per game. Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks are in a slight pace-up spot tonight as the Spurs average 104.8 possessions per game.

Derrick Lively II $4,000 – 22.08 DK Points – 5.52 Value Rating

Continuing with the Dallas Mavericks stack, Derrick Lively II comes in at a great price point of $4,000. Lively finally got back on track during the last game where he recorded 14 points, eight rebounds, and two blocks versus Denver. Now he has a nice matchup versus San Antonio. The Spurs continue to struggle versus centers as they allow them to average 27.1 points and 16 rebounds overall per game.

Franz Wagner $7,100 – 38.04 DK points – 5.36 Value Rating

The Charlotte Hornets and Orlando Magic game may be on the slower side for tonight’s slate, but we still have some good targets like Franz Wagner. Wagner has a solid matchup versus Charlotte. They struggle versus forwards and allow them to average 22.9 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 5.1 assists per game. Franz Wagner has averaged 16.2 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game in his last five. The two teams have met this season and Franz averaged 19 points, five rebounds, and two assists. At $7,100, Franz Wagner offers a solid upside.

NBA DFS – Top Value Targets

Jock Landale $4,400 – 23.54 DK points – 5.35 Value Rating

Jock Landale is another solid center option that doesn’t cost the house. Landale averaged 8.8 points, four rebounds, and 2.6 assists in his last five games. While his numbers haven’t been eye-popping, he found success versus Washington. He recorded 13 points, five rebounds, and one assist in his first meeting versus Washington. Houston will see a pace-up boost as Washington continues to lead the league in possessions with 106.1 per game.

Tre Jones $5,600 – 27.98 DK Points – 5.00 Value Rating

Tre Jones is tiptoeing the value line but at $5,600 and what he has done in his last three games, it is hard to look past him. Jones has recorded 42.3, 30, and 32 DK points in his last three games. He averages 32.7 minutes per game with 11.2 points, 7.8 assists, and 4.6 rebounds in his last five. The Dallas Mavericks have shown they can slack versus points guards as they allow them to average 24.1 points, 8.9 points, and 6.6 rebounds.

NBA DFS – Game To Target

Dallas Mavericks (-375) versus San Antonio Spurs (+295) – Total 234 Points
Odds and Total Points are taken from the DraftKings Sportsbook.

This matchup has the highest total out of the five games on today’s slate and the San Antonio Spurs will be pushing the Dallas Mavericks to their max. The Spurs currently hold the third-fastest pace in the league with 104.8 possessions per game while Dallas sits at 103.5. Mixing that with some of the price points in this matchup and we’re set. Luka Doncic comes in at top dollar once again with his price tag of $12.5K but he projects for 68.46. Victor Wembanyama comes in at $10.6K but projects for 53.03 DK points. With just a flat 5.00 value rating, he isn’t the best to target. Doncic is the one to pay up for with his triple-double ceiling.

The value comes in at a few different places. First up is our core piece, Dereck Lively II, which is a great value play at $4K. Tre Jones is also in play at $5.6K with a projection of 27.98 DK points. Even Julian Champagnie can provide salary relief at $3.8K with a projection of 19.40. With the pace of play by both teams and the total points projected, this game should be an easy one to target for the pay-up spots and salary savings.

Tre Jones over 10.5 Points -106 (FD Sportsbook)

I have already talked about Tre Jones in the value section but his prop total of 10.5 points is one to go after. Jones has averaged 11.2 points per game in his last five games. He has averaged 9.7 points in three games versus Dallas so far this season. With the Mavericks allowing 24.1 points to the point guard position, Tre Jones should be able to reach his point total of 10.5 tonight.

Franz Wagner over 22.5 Points + Assists -110 (DK Sportsbook)

Franz Wagner has a solid matchup versus the Charlotte Hornets and this is someone we have already covered. The Hornets currently give up 22.9 points and 5.1 assists per game to the forward position. Wagner has averaged 19 points and two assists in the two meetings versus Charlotte this season. He has dropped points in his last five games, averaging just 16.2 per game. This is the perfect bounce-back spot for scoring for Franz Wagner.

It’s “No Late Swap” Friday and we get a six-game NBA DFS slate this beautiful Friday. I’ll break down my core plays alongside some of my favorite value plays. I’ll also go over the game that I’ll be targeting overall. On top of that, I’ll drop my two favorite bets for tonight’s action while using the brand-new Propbettor tool!

NBA DFS – Core Plays

Nikola Jokic $11,800 – 64.89 DK Points – 5.50 Value Rating

We get the second matchup of Nikola Jokic versus Victor Wembaynama tonight and it should be an exciting one. Jokic recorded 39 points, 11 rebounds, and nine assists in the first meeting this season. Now, looking at Jokic for this season, he’s playing like he should be going for his fourth-straight MVP title. He’s holding a usage rate of 29% while averaging 16 points, 12.3 rebounds, and 9.2 assists per game. Facing a San Santonio Spurs defense that is allowing 27 points and 16.1 rebounds to the center position makes this a juicy night for Nikola Jokic.

Marcus Sassar $3,700 – 20.86 DK Points – 5.64 Value Rating

Marcus Sassar is popping up on the value rating chart after a strong performance versus Toronto. Sassar recorded 11 points with five rebounds and three assists in 22 minutes. While he did have four personal fouls, he kept the turnover column at zero. Miami will be more difficult, but coming off the bench could benefit him. Also, there is an eight-point spread here which could lead to Detroit getting blown out.

Collin Sexton $7,300 – 43.39 DK points – 5.94 Value Rating

Collin Sexton has one of the best matchups for shooting guards tonight and is only $7,300. He projects for 43.39 DK points with a value rating of 5.94. Sexton has averaged 21.6 points, 5.6 assists, and 3.2 rebounds in his last five games while averaging 33.4 minutes. That is eight minutes more of playing time than his season average of 25.5 minutes. The Atlanta Hawks allow opposing shooting guards to average 24.1 points, 6.5 rebounds, and six assists per game.

NBA DFS – Top Value Targets

Nikola Jovic $4,000 – 23.05 DK points – 5.88 Value Rating

This play has some risk as Jovic has had some bad nights in his last five games. In those five games, he has averaged 6.4 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.2 assists. He had a similar stat line versus Detroit this season where he recorded eight points with four rebounds, two assists, and two steals. The Detroit Pistons are in the bottom five versus forwards which could benefit Nikola Jovic and his small price tag.

Jose Alvarado $3,400 – 17.97 DK Points – 5.28 Value Rating

This is based on a matchup situation for Jose Alvarado as his overall performance this season has been underwhelming. In the last five games, he has recorded 6.4 points, 2.2 assists, and two rebounds with 1.2 steals per game. Alvarado’s minutes have slightly increased to 20.9 minutes per game. He’ll be facing a Los Angeles Clippers team that has allowed 24.3 points and eight assists per game to the point guard position on the season.

NBA DFS – Game To Target

Atlanta Hawks (-142) versus Utah Jazz (+120) – Total 223 Points
Odds and Total Points are taken from the DraftKings Sportsbook.

There aren’t any over-the-top scoring totals on today’s NBA slate but the Atlanta Hawks and Utah Jazz game is interesting to look at. We have one of our core pieces featured in it with Collin Sexton. We also have some good salary-priced players that we can target for stacks. Brice Sensabaugh is only $4.8k with a projection of 22.78 DK points. His ownership will most likely be low for someone who has found his scoring as of late. John Collins is priced at $7.1k and did have a poor performance in his first meeting this season with Atlanta. However, Atlanta has allowed 22.5 points and 16 rebounds per game to opposing centers this season.

Dejounte Murray comes in at $9.5k but has a bad value of just 4.80 and a projection of 45.58 DK points. He may be one to avoid, especially at his price tag. Bogdan Bogdanovic would be the one to target as he projects at 35.83 DK points and has a value of 5.35. The rest of the Hawks start don’t project well or hold a good value rating. However, Jalen Johnson did have a good performance in the first meeting where he recorded 22 points, 13 rebounds, and one assist. His price tag of $7.6k is still steep and there are better options elsewhere.

Franz Wagner over 18.5 Points -115 (DK Sportsbook)

Franz Wagner comes in with a solid edge of 15.18% and projects for 21.33 points versus Toronto. Wagner recorded 17 points in their first meeting this season and that matchup leans with him. Toronto is currently allowing 25 points to the small forward position. With how the Orlando Magic are playing, Franz Wagner should be able to reach his prop total tonight.

Bradley Beal over 4.5 Assists +105 (DK Sportsbook)

Bradley Beal has been playing some fantastic basketball and should be able to continue it versus the Charlotte Hornets. Beal recorded seven assists in their first meeting this season. In his last five games, he has gone over 4.5 assists three times. The Hornets are allowing 5.2 assists per game to the shooting guard also which benefits the Bradley Beal prop total.

We have a later start tonight but we do get a six-game NBA DFS Slate. I’ll be breaking down my core plays alongside my favorite value plays. We’ll break down which game to target for your lineups also. On top of that, I’ll drop my two favorite bets for tonight’s action while using the brand-new Propbettor tool!

NBA DFS – Core Plays

Tyrese Maxey $8,500 – 46.56 DK Points – 5.48 Value Rating

There are many good pay-up spots tonight but Tyrese Maxey has a great value rating for a reasonable price tag. After returning from concussion protocol, Maxey recorded 17 points, four assists, and two rebounds in 28 minutes. While the game was one-sided, Maxey is back 100%. In the four games before the injury, he recorded 24 points or more while notching five assists in two of those games and seven in the other. Maxey is the focus point for the Philadelphia 76ers currently and at $8,500 in a great matchup, I want a piece.

Daniel Gafford $4,900 – 28.19 DK Points – 5.75 Value Rating

Daniel Gafford has been playing pretty well in his last five games, averaging 15 points with 7.5 rebounds while averaging 3.4 blocks and one steal. Gafford ranks fourth in value rating overall also tonight and for good reason. He averaged 14 points, nine rebounds, and one block in two games this season versus Oklahoma City. What makes this even better is the pace of possession for both teams, as they average nearly 104 per game. Fast-paced play equals more opportunities for Daniel Gafford tonight to succeed.

Kyle Kuzma $8,200 – 43.79 DK points – 5.34 Value Rating

Kyle Kuzma is becoming someone I can’t pass up on. He’s currently holding a 30.2% usage rating while averaging 32.3 minutes per game this season. On top of that, his price tag isn’t going up a lot on DraftKings and it makes me want to play him more. In his last five games, Kuzma is averaging 36.3 minutes, 26.4 points, 6.8 rebounds, and six assists. He also plays on the Washington Wizards, a team that forces others to play fast as they average 106.2 possessions per game.

NBA DFS – Top Value Targets

Lugentz Dort $4,200 – 22.01 DK points – 5.24 Value Rating

There are some good value pieces in the Oklahoma City Thunder versus Dallas Mavericks game and Lugentz Dort is one of them. He has not recorded 14 and 18 points in his past two games. While he hasn’t had the strongest showing versus Dallas in two games this season, Dort’s last five games have been better. In those, he averaged 12.4 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.6 assists with 28.9 minutes of court time.

Jock Landale $4,600 – 24.90 DK Points – 5.41 Value Rating

Jock Landale has been getting more run time lately and it looks to be paying off. While the $4,600 price tag may be a tad higher for his performance, his value rating of 5.41 is nice. In his last five games, Landale is averaging 6.2 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game while averaging 14.6 minutes. The Washington Wizards have struggled versus centers, allowing double-doubles to the position and if Jock Landale can get that bonus, he easily pays off the price tag.

NBA DFS – Game To Target

Washington Wizards (+250) versus Houston Rockets (-310) – Total 227.5 Points
Odds and Total Points are taken from the DraftKings Sportsbook.

This game brings great pace and some good price point plays for us to target. We already broke it down in the Kyle Kuzma piece. The Washington Wizards play fast and that will force Houston to match their pace. Fred Vanvleet ($8.2k) and Amen Thompson ($5.2k) make for a great pairing from the Houston Rocket side of things. Amen Thompson holds a value rating of 5.83 and projects for 30.31 points. He should see a nice boost with the pace.

Kyle Kuzma is a core piece but we can also look at Deni Avdija ($6.9k) and Corey Kispert ($5.4k). They don’t help open up a lot of moves when it comes to lineups but they should be able to do their job and hit value for us. I would prioritize Deni Avdija with Kyle Kuzma.

NBA DFS – Best Bets

We have launched the all-new PropBetter tool for our Premium users and you do not want to miss out on it. OG Anunoby over 3.5 Rebounds -130 (FD Sportsbook)

OG Anunoby has finally returned for the New York Knicks and made an immediate impact. Facing the Portland Trailblazers tonight, Anunoby has a prop total of 3.5 rebounds. In the Propbettor tool, he is projected for 4.34 rebounds which sits at a 24% edge. The Trailblazers allow 7.2 rebounds to the forward position which should come easy for OG Anunoby and the Knicks.

Fred VanVleet under 3.5 3-PTS Made -125 (DK Sportsbook)

Fred VanVleet loves shooting threes but tonight could be a little more difficult for him to hit his prop total of 3.5. The Washington Wizards currently only allow 2.7 three-pointers made to the point guard position. For VanVleet, he hasn’t hit over 3.5 in his last two games also. The struggle to make three’s should continue tonight.

It’s hump day and we get a seven-game NBA DFS Slate. I’ll be breaking down my core plays alongside my favorite value plays. We’ll break down which game to target for your lineups also. On top of that, I’ll drop my two favorite bets for tonight’s action while using the brand-new Propbettor tool!

NBA DFS – Core Plays

Luka Doncic $12,800 – 66.53 DK Points – 5.20 Value Rating

I don’t know what price Luka Doncic has to be for people to stop playing him. He has another solid matchup versus a Golden State Warriors team waiting on the return of Steph Curry. In their first matchup, Doncic recorded 39 points, 10 assists, and eight rebounds. In his last five games, he has averaged 35.6 points, 11.2 assists, and 10.8 rebounds per game. He recorded a triple-double in all five of those games. Both teams play at a fast pace and Luka Doncic will get his chance to continue his triple-double streak.

Jalen Smith $4,000 – 22.26 DK Points – 5.57 Value Rating

Even coming off of the bench, Jalen Smith is in a good spot versus the Chicago Bulls tonight. Overall, Chicago allows power forwards to average 23.1 points, 11.2 rebounds, and 4.2 assists per game. Smith has seen the Bulls twice this season and with one of them he started in. He averaged 11.5 points with 4.5 rebounds in those two games while shooting 71.4% from the field. While the minutes have not been there for him, Smith has still been able to score or at the minimum grab boards. Jalen Smith has the capabilities to hit his value.

Myles Turner $6,200 – 33.30 DK points – 5.37 Value Rating

Myles Turner has had some good luck versus the Chicago Bulls so far this season and now he gets to see them for the third time. Turner averaged 22 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 1.5 assists with 2.5 blocks per game through the first two meetings. While his last five games haven’t been as stellar, this is a great bounce-back spot, especially at his price tag. Indiana plays at the second-highest pace with 105.5 possessions per game while the Bulls only average 101. Turner will have many opportunities to exceed our expectations tonight.

NBA DFS – Top Value Targets

Jose Alvarado $3,400 – 18.22 DK points – 5.36 Value Rating

Jose Alvarado has seen a slight minute increase through his last five games where he averaged 20.9 minutes. On the season, Alvarado has been pushing 17.2 minutes per game. He has been filling the stats sheet lately, averaging 6.4 points, 2.6 assists, and 2.2 rebounds with 1.4 steals. The Cleveland Cavaliers are a good defensive team but allowing 23.7 points and 7.4 assists per game overall to the point guard position.

Daniel Gafford $5,000 – 24.01 DK Points – 4.80 Value Rating

While the projections for Daniel Gafford aren’t jumping off of the charts, the Dallas Mavericks do get the Golden State Warriors tonight. Gafford recorded 15 points, four rebounds, and one assist in the first meeting versus them. In his last five games, while his minutes have dropped, he averaged 13 points with seven rebounds. On the defensive end, the Warriors allow centers to average 22.8 points and 14.6 rebounds per game.

NBA DFS – Game To Target

Toronto Raptors (+130) versus Detroit Pistons (-155) – Total 233 Points
Odds and Total Points are taken from the DraftKings Sportsbook.

We get a great game for salary prices and pace of play with Toronto and Detroit. The Detroit Pistons lead the way with 104.1 possessions per game while Toronto averages 103.2. Mix that with a total of 233 points, there are most likely some great plays in this game. Cade Cunningham does lead the group at a price tag of $8.6k and a projection of 42.88. Jalen Duren may be the sweet spot though at $6.7k and a projection of 34.81 DK points with a value of 5.20.

The Toronto Raptors also come in at a relatively safe price with just Kelly Olynyk reaching $7k. Gradey Dick is at $4.8k and he projects well once again. He projects for 24.01 DK points and with a value of 5.00. Now, Toronto should be close to full health and the minutes Dick has been receiving may drop in this game. Bruce Brown may be one to avoid as his value is at 4.06 and would project below his value point of 20.69 points. While the Raptors have some intriguing plays, the Detroit Pistons are the better side to stack in this matchup.

NBA DFS – Best Bets

Franz Wagner over 4.5 Rebounds -145 (DK Sportsbook)

Using the Propbettor tool, Franz Wagner has a 29.8% edge to hit the over of 4.5 rebounds. He holds a projection of 5.85 versus the Brooklyn Nets. The Nets currently allow 8.5 rebounds per game to opposing forwards. Franz has proven that already. He averaged 6.7 rebounds in three games versus Brooklyn so far this season. The matchup is right for Franz Wagner.

Alex Caruso over 8.5 Points -115 (DK Sportsbook)

Here is another huge edge which is 38.21% for Alex Caruso over on his points total tonight of 8.5 points. Caruso is projected for 11.76 points tonight versus Indiana. He has faced them twice this season and averaged 11.5 points while playing 29.3 minutes. With it being a huge pace-up spot for Chicago, Alex Caruso should find some opportunities to score and do even more.

We’re kicking the week off with a six-game NBA DFS slate. I’ll be breaking down my core plays alongside my favorite value plays. I’ll also go over which game to target when building your lineups tonight. To end the article, I’ll drop my two favorite bets overall. Let us dive in and get to the green.

NBA DFS – Core Plays

Victor Wembanyama $10,500 – 55.34 DK Points – 5.27 Value Rating

Fresh off rest and back from the injury sittings, Victor Wembanyama faces a banged-up Golden State Warriors team Monday night. Now, in their first meeting, Wembanyama only recorded 22 points, nine rebounds, and four assists. He added two blocks and one steal. Can the Warriors slow him down again and while banged up? Most likely not. We have some great pay-up spots tonight and Luka Doncic is hard to pass up but Wembanyama makes for a strong play.

Make sure you are signed up for our premium plan so you can stay up-to-date in Discord with any last-minute NBA news and any core changes. Get your first week for just $1 using the promo code “DOLLAR” using this link. Find me in Discord under the name “xfreshie” and tag me with any questions.

Luke Kornet $3,300 – 19.87 DK Points – 6.02 Value Rating

While Luke Kornet is backing up Al Horford tonight, the matchup versus the Portland Trailblazers is one to go after. The Trailblazers are one of the league’s worst at guarding centers. They allow them to average 24.3 points, 15.3 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per game. Now, Kornet hasn’t had the most consistent play but there is a big opportunity to continue his strong showing versus the Phoenix Suns as he recorded 14 points with six rebounds.
Trayce Jackson-Davis ($4.4k) is also a great low-cost play tonight.

Cade Cunningham $8,400 – 43.86 DK points – 5.22 Value Rating

While the Detroit Pistons are already eliminated from the playoffs, Cade Cunningham has been playing strong basketball. He has recorded back-to-back double-doubles with 32 points and 11 assists versus Brooklyn and 33 points and 10 assists versus Dallas. Charlotte allows point guards to score and almost average a double-double with 23.7 points and nine assists per game. There is also a huge pace-up boost for the Detroit Pistons as they average 104.1 possessions per game and Charlotte only averages 101.

NBA DFS – Top Value Targets

Sam Merrill $4,400 – 21.63 DK points – 4.92 Value Rating

The Cleveland Cavaliers are without a good amount of players tonight. Sam Merrill should benefit from that. Currently, he’s projected for 21.63 points tonight. With just 11 active players (as of now), Merrill will get extra run time. In his last five games, he has averaged 7.8 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.4 assists while averaging 23.5 minutes per game.

Davis Bertans $4,900 – 27.65 DK Points – 5.64 Value Rating

Davis Bertans is in a pace-up boost spot tonight as we mentioned the pace in the Cade Cunningham breakdown. With that boost, should come more opportunities for him to score. That’s something he has been doing pretty well in his last five games. Bertans is averaging 12.8 points with 3.8 rebounds in his last five. He recorded three straight games with 14 points and then back-to-back games with 11 points.

NBA DFS – Game To Target

Charlotte Hornets (+150) versus Detroit Pistons (-180) – Total 217 Points
Odds and Total Points are taken from the DraftKings Sportsbook.

This game is tied for the lowest total of the slate the pace and the price are worth it. We already targeted Cade Cunningham as a core piece and Davis Bertans as a value piece. For Detroit, Ausar Thompson is already questionable. That will make way for even more value tonight if he is ruled out. Jaden Ivey and Cade Cunningham could have a good night. Ivey is only $5,900 and projected for 31.70 DK points with a value of 5.37.

For being in a pace-up spot for Charlotte, Brandon Miller is at $7,200 and should be able to make more of his opportunities versus Detroit. For Vasillij Micic, he is coming off of a strong outing and gets another great matchup. Detroit allows guards to average 26.9 points and 8.8 assists per game. Also, Charlotte currently has 10 active players for tonight’s game and the minutes could be heavy for their starters.

NBA DFS – Best Bets

Kyrie Irving over 4.5 Assists +120 (DK Sportsbook)

Kyrie Irving has a good opportunity tonight to rack up assists versus the Chicago Bulls. The Bulls currently allow 8.7 assists per game. Irving has only hit this mark once in his past five games but on the season, averages five assists. This will be their first meeting versus Chicago and with Luka Doncic scoring at his will, Kyrie Irving should be able to reach his total tonight.

P.J. Washington over 11.5 Points -125 (DK Sportsbook)

P.J. Washington will be seeing the Chicago Bulls for the fourth time this season. In the first three games, Washington is averaging 11.7 points. In his last five games, he is averaging 13.4 points and has only missed the total in the past two games. For Chicago, they are allowing forwards to average 23.2 points per game and most likely will allow Washington to hit closer to his projection of 14.7 points tonight.
