The slate of wide receivers is incredible as we are approaching teams clinching playoff spots. We have a limited slate as three games on Thanksgiving with quality receivers make DFS interesting. There are some spots where you can afford some expensive receivers and some cheaper options with a good upside. Let’s dive into the best wideouts for Cash Games, GPP and who you should avoid with our Week 14 Wide Receiver DFS Picks.

Week 14 Wide Receiver Cash Game Plays

Stefon Diggs, DET vs MIN

DK ($7,600) FD ($8,000)

Diggs is coming off a relatively quiet game on Monday against the Seahawks. He had seven catches for 143 yards when these two teams met earlier in this season. With the expectation that Adam Theilen will be playing and drawing the attention of the defense, expect a big game from Diggs.

Jamison Crowder, NYJ @ CIN

DK ($5,300) FD ($6,000)

It didn’t work last week since I was one week early on Crowder. The entire Jets offense didn’t do much but this is different. This is their revenge game against the Dolphins and Crowder had a solid game five weeks ago. Crowder went for eight catches for 83 yards and a touchdown. The combination of a revenge factor, weak corners, and a tanking team makes Jamison Crowder an appealing option to me.

Week 14 Wide Receiver GPP Plays

James Washington, PIT @ ARI

DK ($6,000) FD ($6,700)

Arizona is the worst team at stopping the passing attack and with Juju Smith-Schuster dealing with a concussion, James Washington will be the biggest target. Last week, Washington had four catches for 111 yards and a touchdown. I have no reason to use that as a baseline for him this upcoming week. Ducky Hodges needs to look for Washington and find out if Arizona will make an adjustment.

Mike Evans, TB @ JAX

DK ($6,900) FD ($7,700)

Loading up on the best receiver on the slate not facing an elite defense. The Indianapolis Colts are struggling as they sit third in their division and are looking up for a playoff spot. Evans has the speed to beat Indy’s secondary and has proved it this season with the second-most receiving yards this season. Expect a 100-yard game with a touchdown out of him.

Week 14 Wide Receiver Fades

Marquise Brown, BAL @ BUF

DK ($4,700) FD ($5,500)

The weather conditions in this game will be a concern for me. Brown is the number one receiver for the Ravens this season. Buffalo is playing with house money and is coming off a huge win on Thanksgiving against the Dallas Cowboys. Giving the Bills an extended week of preparation, weather issues and Bills feeling they have something to prove makes me back off of Marquise Brown this week.

DJ Moore, CAR @ ATL

DK ($7,000) FD ($7,100)

This one is simple to me as the Carolina Panthers are dealing with a lot of changes as Ron Rivera was fired mid-week. That alone shakes up an entire gameplan and means Christian McCaffrey will get a lot of burns this week as the Panthers figure out what’s next. I’m fading any receiver from the Panthers this week.

Monkey Knife Fight DFS Picks of the Week

Mike Evans, Stefon Diggs and Jamison Crowder combine for over 22.5 receptions.

All three of these players have been featured in this article so check out why each of them should do well. I expect each receiver to get at least seven catches and that would get them to 21 total. Evans should get double-digit receptions and that would surpass the goal.

12/6 Win Daily DFS: PJ Tucker

Here is what to expect out of the NBA DFS Game Previews & Prop Plays article from Brandon C. Williams. Going up against the defending NBA Champion Toronto Raptors on the road, PJ Tucker had a solid game. In 39 minutes, he had 18 points, 11 rebounds, two assists, and a steal.

Outlook for the rest of the season: Tucker had a solid shooting night as he went 5-of-10 from beyond the arc. This was just the second double-double for Tucker so far this season. He is shooting career-highs from the field, three-point line and free-throw line this season so far. Expect a little bit of a fall off as he is logging major minutes this season.

12/6 DFS Winner: Mitchell Trubisky

Here is what to expect from the Thursday Night Showdown article written by David Jones. Mitch Trubisky had a solid outing at home against the Dallas Cowboys. Trubisky went 23-of-31 for 244 yards with three touchdowns and an interception. He also ran 10 times for 63 yards and an additional touchdown.

Outlook for the rest of the season: This last third of the season could change the entire view of Trubisky’s season. He seems to be figuring things out as this was the third straight game of at least 240 yards. The remainder of the schedule is tough for the Bears as they try to grab a Wild Card spot. No matter what the outcomes pile up to be, I would not feel comfortable as all this could go downhill fast.

12/6 DFS Winner: Capper Steve

Capper Steve is back on here with a short NBA/NFL slate as he hit on both of the NBA picks. However, the teaser did not fall his way after the Cowboys struggled offensively for most of the game. If you followed all three of these bets, you would have an additional 1.9 units in your bankroll. You can check out his Sports Betting Picks article and see why he is one of the best handicappers in the entire industry!

12/6 DFS Winner: Davis Bertans

Two for the price of one as Brandon found another sleeper! This time it was Davis Bertans coming off the bench against the Philadelphia 76ers. He logged 37 minutes and had 25 points, a rebound and a steal in the game.

Outlook for the rest of the season: Bertans was on fire from deep as he went 7-of-13 from the three-point line. With Thomas Bryant looking like he will miss another couple of weeks, Bertans will log major minutes in a sixth-man role. Expect solid production as a value/sleeper option in your DFS lineups.

Today is the day to start adding some extra cash.

12/5 DFS Winner: Mo Bamba

Here is a snippet from The DFS Diamonds article from Javier Prellezo. As a lock value play, Mo Bamba was an excellent choice off the bench for the Orlando Magic facing Phoenix. Bamba had a great night as he finished with 10 points, 11 rebounds, four blocks and a steal in 18 minutes of action.

Outlook for the rest of the season: This was the first time this year Bamba has played in back-to-back nights. He had a season-high in blocks and his second-highest rebounding total in last night’s performance. This type of game is Bamba’s ceiling in NBA DFS. Expect these numbers with teams that are lacking big men on their roster.

12/5 DFS Winner: Colorado Avalanche Starting Line

Here is your daily dose of NHL DFS as Richard Masana wrote this in The Daily Hot Shot. Nathan MacKinnon had a goal and an assist, Joonas Donskoi had a goal and Mikko Rantanen finished with an assist. They were the major reason why the beat the Toronto Maple Leafs on the road.

Outlook for the rest of the season: MacKinnon is tied for third in the NHL in points. The combination of these three has around 80 points thus far this season. Expect these three to be a solid choice throughout the remainder of the NHL DFS season.

12/5 DFS Winner: CJ McCollum

Here is a preview of what to expect from our NBA DFS Game Previews article written by Brandon C. Williams. CJ McCollum had a great game at home against the Sacramento Kings in a victory. He went for 33 points, four rebounds, four assists, four blocks, and a steal.

Outlook for the rest of the season: CJ is beginning to get into a groove with his scoring as this was the 10th consecutive game with at least 20 points. He is inside the Top 20 this season in scoring and is playing well with the addition of Carmelo Anthony to the roster. McCollum is a versatile player that does whatever needs to be done on the court and hasn’t taken the step back in DFS that Damian Lillard has with Anthony’s shots added.

12/4 Win Daily DFS: Win Daily Founder Jason Mezrahi

https://twitter.com/jasonmezrahi/status/1202098012618731520?s=20

Jason Mezrahi had a great day as he placed seventh in the $300K Tuesday NBA Emperor tournament and won a cool $6,000 for his efforts. A huge reason why he fell to where he ended was due to the San Antonio Spurs and Houston Rockets games. Gus Medina Takes Down GPP

Our own Gus Medina took down a GPP last night. Gus works hard on the projections and is ALWAYS in our Discord Channels giving out advice.

12/4 DFS Winner: Paul Millsap

Here is a snippet from the NBA DFS Game Previews article from Brandon C. Williams. Going up against the Los Angeles Lakers, Millsap finished with 21 points, eight rebounds, two assists, a steal, and a block. Anthony Davis was questionable going into the game but Millsap still had a good all-around game.

Outlook for the rest of the season: This was great to see after a horrid game on Saturday. Millsap does a little of everything that does not get added to DFS. He isn’t a big-time DFS option but has the potential to have a nice game as the third option on this Denver team.

12/4 DFS Winner: Evan Fournier

Here is a little preview of what to expect from NBA DFS Plays and Fades written by David Hess. Evan Fournier had a great shooting night as he went 11-of-18 including 6-for-8 from three. He finished with 31 points, two rebounds and three assists in 35 minutes against the Washington Wizards.

Outlook for the rest of the season: Evan Fournier boosted his average to 20 points a night after back-to-back 30 point performances. He could get hot in a hurry from the field and get the ball rolling for Orlando. Expect a solid shooting performance with a handful of rebounds and assists. He will have a smaller price than someone who has similar shooting numbers.

12/4 DFS Winner: Vancouver Canucks Starting Line

This is a little excerpt from The Daily Hot Shot written by Rich Masana. The Vancouver Canucks had their top line perform as they welcomed the Ottawa Senators. Elias Pettersson scored a goal, while Brock Boeser and J.T. Miller each finished with an assist on the night.

Outlook for the rest of the season: The combination of this line is going to average around three points a night. Pettersson is close to the Top 10 in points in the NHL so expect the biggest production from him. Expect a solid performance from this line against weaker goalies and get into the green.

12/3 Win Daily DFS: Russell Wilson

Here’s a snippet from the Monday Night Football DFS Week 13 Showdown article from Andrew Erickson. Wilson went 21-of-31 for 240 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. He also rushed four times for 13 yards.

Outlook for the rest of the season: Wilson had a huge second half of this game as he scored on five consecutive drives for a combined 27 points. He now has 26 touchdown passes to just four interceptions and should be in the consideration for the MVP. Expect more stellar games with the Cardinals and Panthers still on the schedule.

12/3 DFS Winner: Semyon Varlamov

Here is a little preview of what to expect from The Daily Hot Shot that Richard Masana writes every day. In both DraftKings and FanDuel, Semyon Varlamov was the best option at the goalie position. Going against the Detriot Red Wings, he saved 30-of-31 shots. The only goal was a power-play shot midway through the second period.

Outlook for the rest of the season: Varlamov currently sits in 10th place with a 2.39 goals-against average. He’s definitely worth the salary against lesser teams as he shouldn’t cost you too much and has a big upside. Expect Varlamov to sit around two goals given up a night.

12/3 DFS Winner: Nemanja Bjelica

Here is a snippet from the 12/3 NBA DFS Game Previews article from Brandon C. Williams. Going up against the Chicago Bulls, Bjelica had a solid all-around game. He finished with 18 points, eight rebounds, two assists, two blocks, and a steal.

Outlook for the rest of the season: This was the second-highest scoring game this season for Nemanja Bjelica. Bjelica is shooting 37 percent from behind the arc in his last 10 games played. He is a Top 100 player in the NBA and is definitely a great DFS value player to save some salary.

12/3 DFS Winner: Buffalo Sabres First Line

Here is another excerpt from the Daily Hot Shot. The Sabres dominated early and their first line was a major reason why. Jack Eichel had a goal and two assists and Victor Olofsson had a goal and assist.

Outlook for the rest of the season: Jack Eichel is going to be in the Top 10 in points, goals, and assists when the season ends. Sam Reinhart is improving each season and will be around mid-60s in points and Victor Olofsson is improving in his sophomore season. Expect 4-6 points a game from this line and the ability to have a hot start as they did in the first last night.

12/2 Win Daily DFS: Win Daily’s Javier Prellezo

https://twitter.com/Javi_Prellezo/status/1201301623324078080?s=20

With a couple of weeks before the World Fantasy Football Championship in Puerto Rico, Javy took down another tournament. This gives him five of the 80 spots in the WFFC. He isn’t the only Win Daily family member going as David Jones and Jason Mezrahi both have an entry. With seven of the 80 possible spots, Win Daily has a great chance to take the $1 million top prize. Good luck to the guys! David Jones Wins Another Showdown!

David Jones took down another Showdown yesterday. I’ve lost track of how many he has won but it seems like a weekly occurrence.

12/2 Win Daily DFS: Josh Jacobs

As both guys had him as a value running back on the NFL DFS DraftKings Cheatsheet, Josh Jacobs was a good play on last night’s slate. Going up against the Kansas City Chiefs in Arrowhead Stadium, Jacobs ran 17 times for 104 yards. Jacobs has been playing great in his first year in the NFL and is a solid choice any week this season.

Outlook for the rest of the season: Josh Jacobs is on his way to becoming AP Offensive Rookie of the Year. He hit the 1,000-yard mark early in the game and has five 100-yard rushing games this year. Expect Jacobs to continue dominating the ground game as the Raiders try to make a Wild Card spot.

12/2 DFS Winner: Bradley Beal

Here is a snippet from the Sunday Night Positional Breakdown article from Brandon C. Williams. Bradley Beal had a strong night against the Clippers on the road as he went for 23 points, five rebounds, 11 assists, and two steals. He did not make a three-pointer and was just 7-of-19 from the field.

Outlook for the rest of the season: Beal has been an efficient scorer but has struggled shooting the past couple of games. He is one of the best players in the league with 28 points a night and 7.3 assists, which rank in the Top 11 in each category. With that type of production, expect a solid game every time Beal is on the court.

12/2 DFS Winner: Jared Goff

This is what Scott Engel had to say on his NFL DFS Values and Punt Plays From the King article. Jared Goff had a solid night against the Arizona Cardinals going 32-for-43 with 424 yards and a pair of touchdowns. This was his best game since facing the Cincinnati Bengals over a month ago.

Outlook for the rest of the season: This was exactly what the doctor ordered for Goff. The Rams had the passing game going early as Goff completed 74 percent of his passes. The only reason he stopped was due to the game getting out of hand. Expect solid games out of him for the rest of the regular season and make a run towards one of the NFC Wild Card spots.
