Cash with the Flash Best Bets had a good day yesterday with our tennis and NCAA football suggestions. Andreas Seppi took care of business and defeated Noah Rubin in straight sets and the Kansas Jayhawks and Boston College Eagles game went over the total. A perfect day for Cash with the Flash Best Bets!!

Since thiscolumn’s inception, Cash with the Flash Best Bets has a 24-7 record in thesport of tennis and a .500 record in NCAA Football.

Cashwith the Flash Best Bets has an overall record of 41-26 since the inception of this dailycolumn. That means if you played every pick made here you would have been ableto pay your Win Daily Sports subscription for the next five years or so.

NewMexico Lobos(+34.5) vs NotreDame Fighting Irish (-34.5)  Total:64 points

Notre DameStadium: 2:30 pm ET

Cash withthe Flash Best Bets: New Mexico +34.5 Points, Under 64 Points

The Lobosweakness is their passing defense and Fighting Irish quarterback Ian Book ismore like a game manager than a quarterback that throws the long ball. TheIrish rushing defense is their Achilles Heel and Lobos running back AhmariDavis could and probably should have a big day today against the Irish.

That’s toomany points to lay for a Notre Dame game and the Lobos might be better thanadvertised. They’ll also be playing for their Head Coach Bob Davie, who collapsedin the locker-room last Saturday and won’t be able to stalk the sidelinesagainst the school that fired him back in 2002. I’m sure he left his playerswith one helluva “win one for the Gipper speech”.

https://youtu.be/0CCwxMvXPZo

Cash with the Flash Best Bets suggests taking the points and playing the Lobos to cover. Cash with the Flash Best Bets also recommends playing the UNDER in this game.

StanfordCardinal (+9) vsUCFKnights (-9) Total: 59.5 Points

SpectrumStadium: 3:30 pm ET

Cash withthe Flash Best Bets: Stanford Cardinal +9, Over 59.5 Points

Stanford iscoming off a tough road loss to USC that knocked them out of the top 25.Cardinal running back CameronScarlett is averaging five yards per carry and I expect him to have aterrific game today. UCF loves to throw the football and freshman quarterback DillonGabriel has speedsters to throw the football to and is up against aCardinal defense allowing 247 passing yards per game.

https://twitter.com/UCF_Football/status/1171037336563417090?s=20

I fullyexpect UCF to win this tackle football game, but nine points is too many forthis game. Especially when it opened at 7.5 points. UCF has played a cupcakeschedule and their lofty stats are inflated because of that. Stanford is aquality FBS opponent and began the season ranked in the top 25 before beingupset by USC last week. They will be motivated and hungry enough to make life difficultfor UCF on Saturday afternoon.

Cash with the Flash Best Bets recommends taking the points and playing Stanford to cover the spread on Saturday. Cash with the Flash Best Bets also suggests playing the OVER in this game as we expect a back and forth shootout on Saturday!!

OklahomaSooners (-23.5)vs UCLABruins (+23.5) Total 73.5 Points

RoseBowl: 8:00 pm ET

Cash withthe Flash Best Bets: Under 73.5 Points

Cash with the Flash Bets expects the Sooners to win this football game on Saturday night and we can’t blame you if you decide to lay the wood and play the Sooners to cover the 23 and a hook, however we are more interested in the total on Saturday.

73.5 points are too many for this game. UCLA isn’t South Dakota and playing on familiar real estate with the home crowd behind them should inspire them to make a few stops and make life difficult for Sooners quarterback Jalen Hurts. The Oklahoma defense has been maligned and a defense returning just two starters from their 2018 squad that went 12-2 should finally gel as a unit.

Cash with the Flash Best Bets recommends playing the UNDER in this game on Saturday.

Cash with the Flash Best Bets is also closely looking at the following ATS plays for Saturday. These aren’t recommendations but where Cash with the Flash Best Bets is suggesting..

12:00 PM:EasternMichigan Eagles (+7) over IllinoisFighting Illini

3:00 PM: AkronZips (+2) over CentralMichigan Chippewas

6:00 PM: LibertyFlames (+6) overBuffaloBulls

7:00 PM: TexasState Bobcats (+17.5) over SMUMustangs

Yesterday was a decent day at Cash with the Flash Best Bets. Everything was going the way it was supposed to go with Noah Rubin defeating Christopher Eubanks in three sets at the Cary Challenger. It was a good match and those of you who took advantage of Cash with the Flash Best Bets made some Cash with the Flash!!

Then the Carolina Panthers failed to show up. More specifically Panthers quarterback Cam Newton failed to turn up for what appears to be a growing trend with the 2015 AP NFL MVP.

Cam ain’t fam no more!

I don’t knowwhat’s going on with him, but Cash with the Flash Best Bets is done with Newtonand the Carolina Panthers. The starting quarterback is the most importantaspect in handicapping football and that kid has lost the plot and doesn’t seemthe least bit interested in finding it.

Noah Rubinwas supposed to be the toughie yesterday, but Cam and the boys let down Cashwith the Flash Best Bets for the very last time and thanks to that awful play,Cash with the Flash Best Bets ended up 1-1 on the day.

Cash with the Flash Best Bets has some ideas for today.

AndreasSeppi (-165)over NoahRubin (+125) 3:30 pm ET

We cashedwith Rubin yesterday and while I’m sure his confidence is high after beatingEubanks yesterday, tonight might be his last match of this tournament.

Rubin defeated Seppi in straight sets down in New Haven but there’s a reason why someone like the 35-year old Italian with a career-high ranking of #18 and winner of three ATP tour events is playing a Challenger in North Carolina.

He needs points badly in order to continue receiving automatic entry into Grand Slam events. It’s been a tough year for Seppi.

Their matchin New Haven went to the breaker in both sets and Seppi was likely looking pastthe young American. At least that’s how it looked to me when I watched thematch.

Rubin wentthe distance with Eubanks in a match that lasted well past 10 pm ET whereasSeppi had an easy, 6-3, 6-2 victory yesterday over John Smith. He’s hasn’t had muchtime to recover and that will likely be the difference in this match thisafternoon.

Cash with the Flash Best Bets suggests playing Seppi to beat Rubin this afternoon.

KansasJayhawks (+20.5)vs BostonCollege Eagles (-20.5) Total 51 Points

AlumniStadium should be rocking tonight when the Kansas Jayhawks meet the BostonCollege Eagles at 7:30 pm ET.

We have twobad defenses playing tonight and I’m feeling like most of the scoring is goingto come from the home team Eagles tonight. Kansas looked pathetic last week intheir upset loss to Coastal Carolina and I suspect the Eagles will look toscore early and often tonight.

Kansas doesget suspended lead running back Pooka Williams back just in time to face theEagles. He will surely make a difference, but I don’t see Kansas and seniorquarterback Carter Stanley from scoring more than 17 points.

Cash withthe Flash Best Bests doesn’t have any interest in the sides bet at all. That’stoo many points to lay for these two teams and betting bad numbers is bad forour long-term success.

The Total iswhat interests Cash with the Flash Best Bets most tonight; the game opened at53.5 and now sits at 51 points at most shops in Vegas this morning. My math hasthis one at 42-17 for Boston College.

Cash with the Flash suggests playing OVER 51 points on Friday night.

Cash with the Flash Best Bets had a good day yesterday. Our tennis pick Alison van Uytvanck needed three sets to handle her business but she did, bringing our Cash with the Flash Bets tennis record to 21-7. We’ll get back into the tennis more heavily after the kids return from their Asian Tour swing.

Those matches are just too darn late for me to watch, but I may just do a separate posting later in the day as there is usually good value at this time of the year. Let me know if this interests you and we’ll see what we can do.

There is a tournament happening in Cary, North Carolina and part of the ATP Challenger Series. There is one match Cash with the Flash Best Bets is looking at for Thursday.

NoahRubin (-145) vs ChristopherEubanks (+105)

We have a couple of up and coming young Americans playing here on the hardcourts Thursday at 6:30 pm ET. Both players are outside the top 150 in the world and desperate for a win at this Challenger. The 80 points a player earns for winning this event usually secure acceptance into the main draw into any Challenger level tourney for the next year.

In some cases, the points will push their ranking up high enough for the player to be accepted into the main draw of smaller ATP events not to mention an opportunity to qualify for one of the four Majors in our sport.

These matches are a big deal and could lead to the bright lights and big money of the ATP Tour. That’s why Cash with the Flash Best Bets is interested in this match tonight.

The pair have split their two meetings with Rubin winning their last encounter back in 2018 with a straight-sets victory in a hard-court Challenger event.

Rubin has a 14-11 hardcourt record this season whereas Eubanks is 13-15 this season on the cement.

Rubin is the hotter player and reached the semis at the New Haven Challenger and Eubanks has struggled during the hard-court season.

Cash with the Flash Best Bets suggests playing Rubin to win on Thursday. He is clearly the better player and it looks like things are finally coming together for the young fella. One look at Eubanks and his body language on court suggest he’s completely frustrated and hasn’t the foggiest idea how to escape the funk he clearly is in.

Cash with the Flash Best Bets has the National Football League tonight with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers visiting the Carolina Panthers at 8:20 pm ET. Both teams are coming off losses and this early NFC South matchup will set the tone for the rest of the season for both teams.

TampaBay (+6.5)

Bucs quarterback Jameis Winston tossed three interceptions including two pick-sixes in a 31-17 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. It was the 17th time in Winston’s career where he had multiple interception games. The Panthers held Rams quarterback Jared Goff to 183 passing yards and Winston had better bring his “A” game tonight.

Running back Ronald Jones had a nice game with 75 rushing yards on 13 attempts against the 49ers. Carolina allowed 166 rushing yards last Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams and maybe Jones is in line for a big game against the Panthers tonight.

Tampa Bay held San Francisco to just 295 total yards in week one with the 49ers converting just 38 percent of its third downs. Tampa Bay recorded one sack and took their lone interception to the house for a pick-six.

The Buccaneers aren’t reporting any significant injuries for Thursday night.

Carolina(-6.5)

Quarterback Cam Newton went 25-38 for 239 yards and an interception in their home-opening loss to the Los Angeles Rams. Once again, his inability to throw the ball downfield for a big play has come into question. He’s going to have a tough time tonight as the Bucs held 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo to just 166 passing yards on 27 attempts including a pick-six.

Running back Christian McCaffrey continues to be the main offensive weapon for the Panthers and rushed for 128 yards and two touchdowns with an additional 81 receiving yards. Tampa Bay held the 49ers to 98 rushing yards but McCaffrey is a special player and the Bucs will have a difficult time containing him on Thursday night.

Carolina held the Rams to 352 total yards on 186 passing yards and 166 rushing yards. The Panthers recorded one sack and one interception in their home loss to the Rams.

Tight end Greg Olsen and safety Rashaan Gaulden are listed as questionable and defensive end Bruce Irvin is out for Thursday’s matchup with Tampa Bay.

Why the Panthers for Cash with the Flash Best Bets?

I’m not a fan of either team but the quick turnaround benefits the Panthers tonight. The Bucs offense, with Winston at the helm, looked lethargic at best and Winston was particularly bad against the 49ers. The Panthers defense is much better than San Francisco and should cause Winston fits. Jones is a nice back, but he won’t be able to do it all by himself. Winston does have a nice receiving corps, but I think he has a hard time remembering what color jerseys they wear.

Newton looked rusty against the Rams, but he has McCaffrey to bail him out and I don’t think the Bucs will be able to contain the running back. Maybe Newton will let it fly downfield a couple of times to open things up for McCaffrey and keep the defense honest. I have a feeling Newton will bounce back and have a nice game at home against the Panthers in their NFC South matchup tonight.

Cash with the Flash Best Bets suggests laying the wood and playing the Carolina Panthers to cover the spread against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers tonight.

Cash with the Flash Best Bets had an interesting day yesterday. Aside from a great afternoon at FirstEnergy Stadium watching the Cleveland Browns get thrashed by the Tennessee Titans, Cash with the Flash Best Bets made a couple of NFL touts and went 1-1 on the day.

Kansas Cityeasily covered the 3.5 points on the road against the Jacksonville Jaguars.Patrick Mahomes threw for three touchdowns and wide receiver Tyreek Hill woundup hurting his clavicle and will miss several weeks. Jacksonville quarterbackNick Foles broke his clavicle and will also miss several weeks.

Then there was the Detroit Lions, who killed Cash with the Flash Best Bets’ perfect day.

The Lions helda solid lead for three quarters over the Arizona Cardinals and for reasonsknown only to Detroit, the Lions allowed 18 fourth-quarter points by a teamthat didn’t score 18 points all last season. The sides exchanged field goals inthe overtime period and the game ended in a tie.

Cash withthe Flash Best Bets suffered a bad beat if ever there was one. And we move onto the next day shaking our head and wondering how the hell the Lions blew ourperfect day.

I had thesame feeling watching the Lions blow that game as Cleveland fans watching theirover-hyped Browns implode under 18 penalties.

Well, almost. At least I didn’t cry because the Detroit Lions lost their first gameof the season against a rookie quarterback who may or may not have been morelucky than good on Sunday.

Cash withthe Flash Best Bets has a pair of National Football League games for you toconsider tonight.

Houston Texans (+6.5) @ New OrleansSaints (-6.5) Total 52.5 Points

Mercedes-BenzSuperdome 7:10 pm ET

Cash withthe Flash Best Bets: New Orleans Saints -6.5 Points, Over 52.5 Points

Jadeveon Clowney and his nine sacks with 19 tackles for losses will be sorely missed by the Texans and especially against the Saints and future first-ballot Hall of Fame quarterback Drew Brees.  And I don’t think Brees is going to mind not seeing Clowney on the other side of scrimmage either. I know I wouldn’t. And Brees and his crew of highly skilled offensive players should be able to take advantage of this weakened Texans defense and put up solid numbers on the board.

Houston hasquarterback DeshaunWatson slinging for them and he also has a nice set of offensiveweapons at his disposal. The Texans have an explosive offense but are upagainst a Saints defense ranked fourth against the run and sixth-best againstthe pass.

This game isgoing to be a back and forth and likely high scoring one at that. The Saintsare the better football team and should cover the 6.5 points. This total openedat 54 points and is now currently available at most shops for 52.5 points. Thatnumber is ABSOLUTELY in play tonight and Cash with the Flash Best Bets suggestsplaying the OVER in this game in addition to the Saints at -.6.5 points.

Denver Broncos(-2.5) @ Oakland Raiders(+2.5)

RingCentralColiseum 10:20 pm ET

Cash withthe Flash Best Bets: Denver Broncos -2.5 Points

Denver signedquarterback Joe Flacco this offseason in the hopes he could lead the Broncos totheir first playoff appearance since 2015. The Broncos also hired formerChicago Bears defensive coordinator Vic Fangio to replace Vance Joseph as HeadCoach. The Broncos offense may be a work in progress, but the defensive-mindedFangio takes over a Broncos defense ranking 13th in points allowedand were fifth last season in defensive DVOA according to Football Outsiders.

Trading this offseason for All-Pro wide receiver Antonio Brown was supposed to be a shot of adrenaline for an offense Football Outsiders ranked as the 30th worst offensive DVOA in the National Football League. Instead, he was a constant distraction and eventually released from his contract this past Saturday morning. Veteran quarterback Derek Carr returns behind center and has a revamped offensive line and a brand-new receiving corps that will have to step up considering all the drama surrounding Brown and his departure.

Denver should be able to cover the 2.5 on the road against an Oakland Raiders team without many offensive weapons and a very bad defense. The Broncos have a Top 10 defense and should be able to contain Carr and the Raiders Monday night.

Cash withthe Flash Best Bets suggests laying the wood and go with the Broncos to beatOakland on Monday night. This was a “pick-em” game before the Brown news andnow it’s Denver -2.5. That means it was going to be close either way and Cashwith the Flash Best Bets is siding with the Broncos to cover. We are alsosuggesting playing the UNDER in this game as it shouldn’t get anywhere near the43-point total on Monday night.

Cash withthe Flash Bets had a .500 day yesterday. Such is life in the world of sportsbetting. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. The meat of the sportsbetting season is just beginning, and we have plenty of action ahead of us!

Cash withthe Flash Best Bets MLBplays on offer went 2-0. Still can’t believe we got the Arizona Diamondbacksat +135 and taking the St Louis Cardinals to beat the Pittsburgh Pirates at-140 seemed too good to be true. Thankfully being too good to be true was!!

It was adifficult week for NCAA Football plays. At least at Cashwith the Flash Best Bets, it was. A 1-4-1 Saturday (we pushed withFresno State) wasn’t very pleasing nor profitable and as I go over those plays,I wouldn’t have changed a single play.

The first couple of weeks of the NCAA season can be challenging and a record of 6-8-1 isn’t as bad as it looks. Cash with the Flash Best Bets has had a couple of weeks to watch these schools and we have a better idea of who can do what and who they can do it too.

Cash with the Flash Best Bets did our homework; gave reasons why the picks were suggested and they just didn’t pan out for us.

Sports betting, and DFS is a marathon and not a sprint. If you are looking at this as a get rich quick scheme or a way to dig out of a financial hole, Cash with the Flash Best Bets is likely the wrong place for you.

If you win$350 bucks on Tuesday and wager $175 the next day, you will go broke in thelong run.

Money management is the key to it all. Knowing how to use your bankroll is why successful “investors” manage to stay afloat when the bad beats and bad plays happen and if you’ve been around the betting game long enough then you already know what I’m talking about.

We have 13 more weeks of NCAA Football to go Cash with the Flash Best Bets is confident that by the time those 13 weeks are over, and we conclude bowl season, we will be in the black!

I even put my real name on it!

Cash with the Flash Best Bets has NFL action out there today and while plenty of games seem tempting, we have two games I think will make Sunday more enjoyable for us then Saturday was.

Kansas City Chiefs ( -3.5) vs Jacksonville Jaguars (+3.5)

TIAA BankField 1:00 pm ET

Cash withthe Flash Best Bets Pick: Kansas City Chiefs -3.5 points

Patrick Mahomes is coming off a historic season andreturns with his two favorite passing options along with a backfield thatconsists of Damien Williams and LeShaun McCoy. That right there should scare the bejeezusout of most teams. The problem with the Chiefs is their defense and itsinability to keep points off the board. Supposedly they are better but seeingis believing.

Jacksonvilledoes have a solid defense and can impose their will on most teams but not for60 minutes. Nick Foles had a nice run in Philly and has acouple of nice weapons in Dede Westbrook and Chris Conley but everything with the Jags offenserevolves around running back Leonard Fournette, who lost six games due to injuryand weird behavior. It’s hard to back Jacksonville until we know the deal with Fournette, and we won’t this Sunday.

Cash withthe Flash Best Bets suggests you lay the wood and play the Kansas City Chiefsto cover the 3.5 points Sunday afternoon.

Detroit Lions (-2.5) vs Arizona Cardinals (+2.5)

StateFarm Stadium 4:25 pm ET

Cash withthe Flash Best Bets Pick: Detroit -2.5 Points

Detroit spent a ton of money to improve a defense Football Outsiders ranked #27. We’re about ready to find out if it worked or not but second-year Head Coach Matt Patricia seems to have the Lions defense heading in the right direction. Quarterback Matthew Stafford begins his 11th season and he gets to throw to Marvin Jones Jr and Kenny Golladay and running back Kerryon Johnson was decent. Football Outsiders ranked this offense #23 last season and I think they will be better, and a solid offensive line ranked #15 according to Pro Football Focus.

2019 #1Draft Pick KylerMurray will get the start against this Lions defense and he’ll have theever-dangerous wide receiver LarryFitzgerald to throw to and running back David Johnsoncoming out of the backfield and an offensive line Pro Football Focus ranks #30.The Cardinals had the 17th ranked defensive DVOA last season butthey will have their hands full with Jones and Golladay. That will likely bethe downfall for Arizona on Sunday.

Cash withthe Flash Best Bets suggests you lay the -2.5 and play the Detroit Lions to winthis football game by three points on Sunday.

Cash withthe Flash Best Bets had a rough day with a couple of bad beats yesterday. Wesuggested you lay 12.5 points and play Boise State to defeat Marshall and wealso suggested taking 18.5 points and playing Rice to cover at home againstGeorgia Tech.

Boise Statewon the football game by seven points after racking up 15 first downs in thesecond half and scored just seven half points while holding Marshall tonegative yards in the second half.

That’s a badbeat if ever there was one.

Rice was an 18.5-pointhome dawg against Wake Forest and lost 41-21. The Owls went in the locker-roomdown 10 points at halftime and were outscored by 10 points in the second half.

That one wasbad luck.

Either way, Cashwith the Flash Best Bets went 0-2 ATS on the day. It’s another day at theoffice and leaves us 5-4 ATS in NCAA Football.

Cash with the Flash Best Bets is now 30-17 overall and that is where the rubber meets the proverbial road. A 63 percent rate is still hitting them pretty well and we have a full day to hopefully make up for those bad beats.

Besides theNCAA ATS games I posted for today, there are a couple of baseball gamesI like;

ArizonaDiamondbacks (+135) vs CincinnatiReds (-160)

GreatAmerican Ball Park 4:10 pm ET

Cash withthe Flash Best Bets Pick: Arizona

Arizonastill has something to play for and Friday night defeated Cincinnati 7-5. Cincinnatidoesn’t hit lefties well and Arizona has lefty Alex Young on the hilltoday. Young is 4-1 with a 2.96 ERA away from Chase Field and has allowed eightearned runs over his four road starts this season. The Reds have a .172 ISO and.332 wOBA with 40 dingers against southpaws this season.

The Reds will counter with their ace Luis Castillo; the righty has allowed 20 earned runs over his last five starts and up against a Diamondbacks offense that leads the National League in runs scored away from home, a .325 wOBA and 135 bombs this season against righties.  Your Cash with the Flash Best Bets suggests playing the Diamondbacks to beat the Reds Saturday afternoon.

St LouisCardinals (-140)vs PittsburghPirates (+120)

PNC Park:7:05 pm ET

Cash withthe Flash Best Bets Pick: St Louis Cardinals

The Cardinals have won six of 10 and a 2.5 game lead over the Chicago Cubs but lost game one of this series Friday night. Today they are up against Pirates lefty Steven Brault. Brault has a 3.63 ERA and is 0-3 at PNC Park this season. He’s allowed nine earned runs over his last five starts at home this season. Cardinals 1B Paul Goldschmidt has two bombs and five RBI over nine at-bats against Brault. The Cardinals have a .186 ISO and .326 wOBA with 39 bombs against lefties this season.

The Cardinals will counter with veteran Adam Wainwright, who has allowed 19 earned runs over his last five starts on the road with seven of those earned runs coming five starts ago in Cincinnati. Adam Frazier and Starling Marte have both gone yard twice in their career against Wainwright. Pittsburgh has a .179 ISO and .340 wOBA with 119 home runs against righties this season. The Cardinals have plenty to play for with a veteran who’s pitching well at the right time. Cash with the Flash Best Bets suggests playing the Cardinals to beat the Pirates this evening.

Yesterday, Cash with the Flash Best Bets suggested you play the Chicago Bears to cover the three points and beat the Green Bay Packers. That didn’t go so well for us, did it?

It was theright play to make. Chicago should be the better team and maybe they ultimatelywill be the better team, but they weren’t last night at home against thePackers.

The Bearsoffense was non-existent and quarterback Mitchell Trubisky looked rusty on Thursdaynight. Trubisky played a grand total of three snaps (all handoffs) this preseason.

It will be interesting to see how offenses look on Sunday, and especially offenses of teams that didn’t use their four preseason games to prepare their starters for a real, tackle football game.

I’m looking at you, Jared Goff.

Cash with the Flash Best Bets is interested in a pair of NCAA football games for Friday night.

Rice Owls (+19) over Wake Forest Demon Deacons (-19) 8:00 pm ET

Rice Stadium in Houston, Texas is the site for a clash between the Wake Forest Demon Deacons and host Rice Owls. Wake Forest is 1-0 after narrowly defeating Utah State in their home opener by a score of 38-35. Rice is off to 0-1 start compliments of a 14-7 road loss to the Army Black Knights.

The Demon Deacons return 12 starters from a 7-6 team and Wake Forest enter Friday night a winner of five of their last six road games and is 12-3 in non-conference games since 2016. Junior quarterback Jamie Newman Jr threw for 401 yards and three touchdowns and senior running back Cade Carney rushed for 105 yards to lead the Demon Deacons over Utah State.

The Owls return 12 starters from a 2-11 team and suffered a 14-7 road loss to the Army Black Knights. Freshman quarterback Wiley Green threw for 62 yards and senior running back Nahshon Ellerbe rushed for 103 yards and a touchdown and senior running back Aston Walter rambled for 72 yards to lead the Owls in their loss to Army.

Why Rice?

Vegas opened this game at 17.5 points, and you can get 19 points in most shops in and around Las Vegas. Wake Forest slid by Utah State and allowed 596 total yards to a pretty good Utah State offense. Rice has a pair of nice running backs and they should be able to control the clock and keep the Demon Deacons and the Newman aerial show from taking full flight. I fully expect Wake Forest to win this game, but 19 points are too many to lay for a Wake Forest defense allowing 180 rushing yards to Utah State last week. Your Cash with the Flash Best Bets is taking the points and playing the Rice Owls to cover Friday night

Boise State Broncos (-12) over Marshall Thundering Herd (+12) 9:00 PM ET

Boise State hosts Marshall in their second meeting between the two schools. Boise State enters Friday night with a 1-0 record after sneaking out of Tallahassee with a 36-31 victory over a much-improved Florida State Seminoles tackle football team. Marshall is also 1-0 after their home opening beatdown over VMI by a score of 56-17.

Freshman quarterback Hank Bachmeier started his college career with a bang throwing for 407 yards and a touchdown and junior running back Robert Mahome scampered for 142 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Broncos to a thrilling 36-31 come from behind victory over the Seminoles. Senior kicker Eric Sachse was the real hero, converting all five of his field-goal opportunities with the longest being a 41-yard boot.

Marshall isthe defending Conference-USA Champion and gave VMI a serious beating in theirhome opener. Sophomore quarterback Isaiah Green threw for 238 yards and fourtouchdowns with just one interception and sophomore running back Brendan Knox rushed for 43 yards and twotouchdowns in a rout that saw six Thundering Herd players score touchdowns.

Why BoiseState?

Boise Stateis 24-8 against current C-USA teams and has won 17 consecutive home openers.Marshall is 3-17 over their last 20 road openers and is defending Champion ofthe C-USA East.

Marshall has a traditionally stout defense and this season is no exception, but Boise State is the much better team on both sides of the ball. VMI isn’t a very good football team yet was able to throw for 201 yards against the Thundering Herd.  Marshall does return six starters to their defense, but I think Bachmeier and the Broncos will be too much for the Thundering Herd to deal with on the Blue Turf at Albertsons Stadium. Cash with the Flash Best Bets suggest laying the 12 points and playing Boise State to cover the 12 points against Marshall on Friday night.

Yesterday’sCash with the Flash Best Bets finished at 2-1 on the day. The Minnesota Twins wrecked anice Wednesday for us but that’s what sometimes happens when chasing MLB underdogs. The 2-1 day raises our record here at Cash with the Flash Best Bets to 35-14 whichisn’t too shabby. Had you have played each of our Cash with the Flash Best Betsyou would enough to have paid for this site for the next five years. At leastthat’s what the founder says.

We had a nice run at the U.S. Open and Cash with the FlashBest Bets is going to continue touting tennis matches right up until the seasonends in November.

In addition to this daily column, over the next few days and weeks, you’ll be seeing plenty of Cash with the Flash Best Bets content. NCAA and NFL football are HUGE and there are zillion contests to choose from. I’m going to do my very best to tout games with the best value, but it will be up to you to decipher the information and make sound choices that you can live with.

Bankroll management is priority one in NCAA and NFL football.I can recommend games until I’m blue in the face but you’re the one who mustlive with your choices.

What is bankroll management?

Let’s say you have $1000 dollars in your account or bankroll. What you want to do is fix a minimum price (unit) for each game you decide to wager. A unit would generally be five or 10 percent of their bankroll so a five-unit play at five percent would be $25 bucks.

As your bankroll growsthe unit price rises along with it. Conversely, a losing streak would lower theprice of your unit. This way you can enjoy the winning streaks and able tosurvive the losing streaks.

Cash with the Flash Best Bets is here to help you find the value. What you attach to that value is ultimately up to you. We can tell you how many units we would play but you must live with the results.

The National Football League returns tonight with the GreenBay Packers taking on the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field. The Bears are favoredby three at home with the total set at 46 points with some shops offering 47points.

Chicago Bears (-3 points) over the Green Bay Packers (+3)

There was a time when betting against Aaron Rodgers as a three-pointroad underdog on national TV was a recipe for disaster. Rodgers has thrown moretouchdowns against the Bears than he has against any other NFL team and led acome from behind Packers victory over the Bears on opening night of 2018.

Da Bears

The Bears defense was historically good in 2018 and led inseveral categories and advanced metrics. Defensive Coordinator Vic Fangio wasthe mastermind of that defense but left this offseason to become Head Coach ofthe Denver Broncos. Chicago replaced Fangio with former Indianapolis Colts HeadCoach Sam Pagano but historic means historic and there’s a good chance they’ll see someregression.

https://twitter.com/ChicagoBears/status/1169377097137061888?s=20

The real question for Chicago is how Bears quarterback Mitchell Trubisky fares. Last season Pro Football Insiders ranked then second-year Trubisky #18 among starting NFL quarterbacks and the offense finished 20th with a -3.5-offensive rating. Trading away leading rusher Jordan Howard means the Bears are betting on Trubisky’s arm to lead this offense. The Bears have high hopes for Trubisky, but we’ll have to wait and see.

Green Bay and Rodgers

Head Coach Matt LaFleur is in his first full season as coach of the Packers and he inherits a first-ballot Hall of Fame quarterback in Rodgers and claims he will be calling the plays for Green Bay. Green Bay is 45-34-1 over the past five seasons, going from 12-4 in 2014 to 6-9-1 last season. Look for running back Mike Jones and wide receiver Devante Adams to play key roles for the Packers.

https://twitter.com/packers/status/1169004925881376774?s=20

Rodgers played through a variety of injuries in 2018, finishing sixth amongst his peers with an 89.9 grade. Rodgers slung 25 touchdown passes with just two interceptions last season and if he can put those numbers on the board as banged up as he was, then he likely still has plenty left in the tank in his 15th season in the National Football League.

According to Football Outsiders, the 2018 Packers defense washorrible, ranking 29th in defensive DVOA and the Packers addressed thatvery issue this offseason. Linebacker Za’Darius Smith and outside linebackerPreston Smith both signed large contracts and the Packers have high hopes fortheir revamped defense.

Cash with the Flash Best Bets Pick: Chicago Bears -3 points Two Units

Three points is a very good price to pay for a team I thinkshould be favored by more than just a field goal. The Bears defense might notbe historically good from a season ago, and they might miss Fangio and defensivebacks Kyle Callahan and Adrian Amos (who now plays for the Packers), but theBears defense is still awfully good. Rodgers can beat anyone at any time but he’sgoing to have a tough time with the Bears front seven and the blitzing schemesthat Pagano employs.

The Bears offense is still a HUGE question mark, but they should be able to do enough against an improved Green Bay defense to cover the spread. Trubisky might wind up being a game manager on Thursday and that, along with a tremendous defense playing at home, should be enough to cover the spread Thursday night.

If you’ve been reading Cash with the Flash Best Bets each day, you already know that readers of this daily column make money. Some say Cash with the Flash best bets prints money; with a Win Daily record of 27-11 and if you wagered 100 dollars on each pick, you’d be up about $1400 dollars or so.

I wouldn’tcall it printing money, by its not too shabby either.

Losing sucks and yesterday wasn’t a good day for Cash with the Flash Best Bets. Julia Goerges blew a couple of breakpoints in sets two and three, Alexander Zverev never really showed up in his match with Diego Schwartzman and the Notre Dame defense didn’t show up in the first half and failed to cover the 18.5 we had to lay.

Cash with the Flash best bets failed yesterday and I’m not worried about this one teeny, tiny bit and neither should you.

I’ve been publicly handicapping long before Cash with the Flash Best Bets and have a record of 680-538-80. Wagering $100 dollars on every pick I made would have profited anywhere from $10,000-13,500 bucks since January 1, 2019.

That recordincludes NCAA Hoops, NBA Basketball, NHL Hockey and MLB sprinkled in with someNCAA Football and NFL preseason football.

That’s why I’mnot worried about a couple of bad beats on a Monday night in September, andneither should you.

Anyone who tells you they win “all the time” isn’t being truthful. Sustained excellence matters to me and it should matter to you and Cash with the Flash best bets is all about sustained excellence.

The most important thing to remember is this; sports betting is a marathon, not a sprint. Managing your bankroll and having the discipline in knowing when to go big and when to go home is paramount to success. Cash with the Flash Best Bets is here to help you do just that.

Here are your Cash with the Flash best bets for Tuesday 9-3-2019;

Cincinnati Reds(-130) over PhiladelphiaPhillies (+110)

Two Units

Phillysmacked the Reds on Monday by a score of 7-1 and I don’t see this happeningTuesday. Cincinnati is 37-32 at Great American Ball Park and Philadelphia is 30-34this season away from Citizens Bank Park. The Reds will throw righty Lucas Sims and thePhillies will counter with right-hander VinceVelasquez.

Velasquez is4-5 with a 5.31 ERA over 59.1 innings away from Citizens Bank Park. His 5.18xFIP away from home concerns me and especially against a Reds team with a .194ISO and .320 wOBA against right-handed pitching. Keep in mind Cincinnati alsostrikes out in 23 percent of its at-bats against righties with Velasquezfanning 9.40 hitters per nine innings pitched.

Sims is 2-0with a 3.32 ERA over 19 innings pitched at Great American Ball Park and his4.58 xFIP suggests maybe some regression is headed his way. The Phillies powerbats have a .183 ISO and .323 wOBA is concerning but Sims is a fireballer with 11.91strikeouts per nine at home against the Phillies and their 21.8 percentstrikeout rate against righties this season.

Your Cash with the Flash best bets suggests playing the Reds on Tuesday night.

Kansas CityRoyals (-129)over DetroitTigers (+117)

Two Units

The Tigers have the worst team in baseball and the worst road record in the American League. Kansas City isn’t much better and boasts a 27-43 record at Kauffman Stadium. Kansas City is also riding a two-game winning streak entering Tuesday night. The Tigers will start lefty Daniel Norris and the Royals will counter with southpaw Mike Montgomery.

These aretwo bottom five offenses against left-handed pitching this season and both havestrikeout rates over 23.5 percent. Detroit has scored an American League worst109 runs with 26 bombs against lefties this season; Kansas City isn’t muchbetter with 166 runs and 39 bombs against southpaws this season.

Montgomeryhas allowed one earned run over his last 12.1 innings pitched at KauffmanStadium and a 2.06 ERA and 4.16 xFIP over 35 innings pitched at home thisseason. Montgomery strikes out 6.17 per nine innings pitched and that shouldcome in handy against the Tigers 25 percent strikeout rate this season againstsouthpaws.

Norris hasallowed two earned runs over his last 11 innings pitched away from ComericaPark and this season has posted a 4.35 ERA and 4.54 xFIP over 78.2 inningspitched this season. Norris strikes out 8.12 per nine and that could work wellagainst the Royals 23.5 percent strikeout rate against lefties this season.

Your Cash with the Flash best bets suggests Kansas City at -129 on Tuesday night.

Cash with the Flash: U.S. Open Best Bets focus today is Day Six of the U.S. Open. We’ve done well here and if you are tailing this column, you would be 17-3 in your wagers at the United States Tennis Championships. And that’s what we’re after here at Win Daily Sports; we want you to always make your best bets and I have some opportunities to Cash with the Flash at the Open on Saturday.

John Isner(-106) ThirdMatch on Grandstand Courts

Isner is an American playing in his home tournament where his highest finish was a quarterfinal appearance in the 2018 event. Isner is a big server and he faces Croatian Marin Cilic. Cilic is also a big server and he won the 2014 U.S. Open. Both players have had a relatively easy time entering this matchup and Cilic owns an 8-3 lifetime record over Isner with the American winning three of their past five matches. Big serving is what these two fellas do and Isner is currently better at it than Cilic is. Isner should have the home crowd behind him and the smaller venue is only going to help him. John Isner is one of your best bets for Saturday.

SoranaCirstea (+165)  12:00pm Louis Armstrong Stadium

American Taylor Townsend has reached the third round of her home tournament for the first time in her career. Sorana Cirstea is also making her first appearance in the third round of this event. Townsend has had to fight with both her matches going the three-set distance including a second-round upset over #4 seed Simona Halep. Cirstea is coming off a three-set win over Aliona Bolsova and has played five sets in her two victories. There’s a danger with Townsend coming off arguably the biggest win of her career, that she could suffer a letdown and I that is exactly what I see happening here against a much more experienced player on Saturday. Make Cash with the Flash and place a wager on Sorana Cirstea beating Taylor Townsend one of your best bets on Saturday.

Cori “Coco”Gauff (+244)7:00 pm Arthur Ashe Stadium

15-year old American Cori “Coco” Gauff has had come from behind wins in her last two matches and enters a Third-Round showdown with World Number One and defending U.S Open Champion Naomi Osaka on Saturday night at Arthur Ashe Stadium. After a first-round hiccup, Osaka has breezed through her draw. The two have never played each other officially, but practice together regularly.

While most teenagers would be overwhelmed by the occasion of playing the World Number One on Stadium Court in a Major, I don’t see this happening to Gauff. Osaka tends to shrink under pressure and has spoken about that often. It won’t be easy, but I see Coco defeating Naomi on Saturday night. It’s worth a couple of shekels to me to find out if I’m right and I’m making Gauff one of my Cash with the Flash best bets for Saturday!!

BelindaBencic(-111)  SecondNight Match Louis Armstrong Stadium

Bencic had a slight hiccup in her second-round match with Alize Cornet but otherwise has breezed through this event. Anett Kontaveit had her hiccup in the second round in an otherwise dominant showing thus far at this event. Bencic is a terrific returner and that will come in handy against the big-serving Estonian who hit 11 aces in her second-round match against Australian Ajla Tomljanovic. The two haven’t faced one another in their careers but you must like how Bencic handled the pressure after losing her first set to Cornet. Cash with the Flash and make Bencic one of your best bets for Saturday night.
