NFL Cash Games

Finally, we had a down week in NFL DFS Cash Games last week. I’m super pissed off on how much of a miss Kenyan Drake and Darrel Henderson were, but we’ll get right back on the success train this week. The purpose of this article is to identify my top plays for a NFL DFS cash game lineup on DraftKings and FanDuel Sunday Main Slates (also known as a double-up). Players in this article are usually a mix of the following:

  • High-floor/high-volume “safer” players (players with a very low bust-rate)
  • VALUE PLAYS
  • Not a part of a stack – Stacking is great for GPPs, but if you stack in cash games, your lineup is entirely too dependent on said stacked team. If that team does poorly, your whole lineup does… Not a risk we need to take in a cash game. QB/WR pairing is fine, but unless there’s extreme value in a 3-man stack, let’s keep it to QB/WR or QB/TE at most.
  • Extremely chalky for the week… in GPP’s I’ll usually always fade volatile players at > 40% ownership, but in cash games, it’s usually best to eat the chalk. If that player underperforms, it does not hinder your ability to cross the pay-line as 40% or more of the field is in the same boat. If you fade this player(s) and he has a great game, your lineup is likely toast… as you’re now behind 40% or more of the field. Make sense? If not, hit me up on Discord/Twitter to discuss further.

In my opinion, cash games are extremely important for long-term bankroll building and sustainability. I’ll consistently use at least 50% of my weekly bankroll towards cash games. It’s not sexy, but it works and allows me to take big shots in high dollar GPPs.

Long story short, if we hit our cash games each week, the worst we can do is break-even (not counting your GPP shots with the remaining 50% of your weekly bankroll). The weeks you hit both, you smash. The weeks you miss your GPPs, your cash game lineup will carry you. It’s my job to ensure you always hit those cash games.

If you haven’t yet, I would strongly advise giving my NFL DFS Strategy article I published this offseason before diving into the 2020 NFL DFS season. If you have any questions or would like some further help when building your lineups, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly on Twitter. Without further ado, let’s do this thing!

*Some notes on what I believe to be the “optimal” roster build for NFL DFS Cash Games. I’ll include this in all the Checkdown articles moving forward. For Week 5, please see below for my notes on roster construction:

  • The player pool is starting to slim down with all of these injuries/postponed games, but there are a ton of great value plays at every position this week.
  • Dak Prescott chalk week… I’m not a fan, but I get it.
  • Mike Davis chalk week – probably a must play in cash games. Likely CEH as well (for me at least).
  • Looks like a great week to get value WRs
  • Just because a player is not mentioned in this article, does not mean they are not cash viable.
  • AETY Model Projections change throughout the week, please ensure you check out our final projections before lock!
  • I update this article periodically through the week. Be sure to check back on Saturday night / Sunday morning for any additions/revisions!!

NFL DFS Cash Game Quarterbacks

  1. Patrick Mahomes ($7,700 DK / $9,000 FD) – Crazy expensive and likely not to crack my cash game lineup, but it’s Patrick Mahomes. The floor is incredibly high with a 33.5 point implied team total against this putrid Las Vegas secondary.
    AETY Projection: 24.62 points
  2. Dak Prescott ($7,400 DK / $8,700 FD) – You’ve all seen what Dak has been doing, lol. I’m still not buying in that the Giants can keep this one close and keep Dak’s foot on the gas pedal, but this Dallas defense is so bad that it’s unlikely they blow anyone out this year. As much as I hate it, Prescott is just fine for cash games this week.
    AETY Projection: 22.95 points
  3. Kyler Murray ($7,200 DK / $8,300 FD) – Half man, half quarterback, and half running back. Kyler’s rushing floor speaks for itself and he’s likely to be in play for cash games on a weekly basis. I worry about the Jets’ ability to keep this game close, but Kyler is good for 19+ fantasy points every week.
    AETY Projection: 23.18 points
  4. DeShaun Watson ($6,900 DK / $7,900 FD) – Yep, I’m going back to the well of DeShaun Watson. The Jaguars are ranked dead last in pass defense DVOA, Houston’s offense is relatively healthy, Bill O’Brien is gone, etc. etc. I think this game has crazy shootout ability and I love the price-point here for DeShaun Watson. Hopefully he looks to do some damage on the ground as well. Watson in a dome with a 30 point implied team against a brutal defense is plenty for me to go back.
    AETY Projection: 23.83 points
  5. Teddy Bridgewater ($5,900 DK / $7,100 FD) – Hello, Mr. Value. Bridgewater’s price is criminally low against this Falcons’ defense (ranked 31st in pass defense DVOA). Matt Rhule’s offense has been quite productive and will not be slowed down in Atlanta this weekend. Bridgewater is the perfect pay-down QB for NFL DFS Cash Games.
    AETY Projection: 20.93 points

Honorable Mention: Matt Ryan, Gardner Minshew, Jimmy Garoppolo

Running Backs

  1. Ezekiel Elliott ($7,800 DK / $9,000 FD) – Hard to not love Elliott this week despite Dallas losing yet another key offensive lineman for the season. I’m not likely to jam in Elliott into my cash game lineup, but it makes a lot of sense with the high Vegas total in this matchup against the Giants.

Low-key, the Giants have been incredibly stout against opposing running backs (limiting then to under 3.7 yards per carry), but Elliott is just so active in this offense (both rushing and receiving) that it makes him quite difficult to fade… especially when 30% of the field is likely to use him in NFL DFS Cash Games.
    AETY Projection: 22.51 DK / 20.74 FD
  2. Clyde Edwards-Helaire ($6,800 DK / $7,900 FD) – CEH’s price makes it rather easy for me to fade Zeke Elliott in cash games. The snap counts continue to rise in favor of CEH and they’re an 11-point home favorite. Not to mention Las Vegas is the 30th ranked run defense. This one is easy, lock in CEH.
    AETY Projection: 20.27 DK / 18.62 FD
  3. Mike Davis ($6,400 DK / $6,800 FD) – Not going to lie to you, I was never a believer in Mike Davis, but his usage alone has made me a believer. It’s relatively cheap exposure to this CAR @ ATL shootout and everyone is going to roster Mike Davis. In cash, it makes a lot to sense to roll him out there. Atlanta’s run-defense isn’t half bad, but Davis is simply too active in the passing game to pass-up. He needs to be priced up near $7K.
    AETY Projection: 20.99 DK / 18.73 FD
  4. James Robinson ($6,700 DK / $6,600 FD) – Damn near a freesquare on FanDuel, James Robinson is a fine cash game and GPP play this week against the 29th ranked defense in terms of run DVOA. Did you watch what Dalvin Cook just did to this defense? He’s no Dalvin, but he’s clearly a 3-down back for Jacksonville. He’ll be very active in this shootout on Sunday.
    AETY Projection: 20.57 DK / 18.99 FD
  5. Kareem Hunt ($6,500 DK / $7,000 FD) – I always love Kevin Stefanski running backs (usually it’s Nick Chubb… RIP for now) and will continue to love em again in Week 5. Chubb is going to be in for a big workload against a very stout Indianapolis defense, but I’ll back this outside-zone run scheme any day of the week. Cleveland’s offensive line is incredible and will pave plenty of lanes for Hunt to hit value.
    AETY Projection: 18.79 DK / 17.13 FD
  6. Jerick McKinnon ($5,800 DK / $6,400 FD) – If Mostert misses this game, I’m simply locking in Jerick McKinnon on DraftKings. The AETY Model loves this matchup for San Francisco running backs and McKinnon is in for a nice day if Mostert can’t suit up.
    AETY Projection: 18.28 DK / 16.53 FD
  7. Antonio Gibson ($5,000 DK / $5,800 FD) – If you need some salary relief, Antonio Gibson is your man this weekend. The Rams defense is very solid but they’re getting absolutely carved up by good running backs (averaging 5.0 yards per carry and 28th in run defense DVOA). I prefer Gibson more in GPPs, but if his salary makes the rest of your lineup sexy, ride him in cash games.

We all know what Kyle Allen did with CMC last season. It’s checkdown time (let’s just hope those don’t all go to JD McKissic).
    AETY Projection: 14.65 DK / 13.32 FD

Honorable Mention: David Johnson, Josh Jacobs

Wide Receivers

  1. Calvin Ridley ($7,500 DK / $8,300 FD) – It’s very likely that Julio Jones is going to miss this game with his hamstring injury. This game is everyone’s favorite shootout so make sure you get a lot of exposure to Ridley if you’re into this game. Rasul Douglas and Donte Jackson do not have what it takes to contain Ridley at home in the dome… and we all know Atlanta’s defense is not going to get stops. It’s a Ridley Sunday.
    AETY Projection: 18.30 DK / 15.00 FD
  2. JuJu Smith-Schuster ($6,700 DK / $7,300 FD) – No one is going to play JuJu, but this matchup against Nickell Robey-Coleman on the inside of this Philly secondary is one of the nut matchups in NFL DFS. You likely should just get your JuJu exposure in GPPs, but this is too good of a spot to leave him off this article.
    AETY Projection: 15.74 DK / 12.87 FD
  3. Will Fuller ($6,500 DK / $6,600 FD) – Jacksonville’s secondary is awful. Enough said. We love Watson and we love Fuller.
    AETY Projection: 15.28 DK / 12.77 FD
  4. DJ Chark ($6,500 DK / $6,600 FD) – Great price across the board for DraftKings and FanDuel. Chark is by far the #1 receiving threat on this Jacksonville offense and he’s likely to see 9+ targets in this shootout. Bradley Roby has been solid, but Chark is going to feast on him on Sunday. This is a mismatch made in heave for Minshew and Chark.
    AETY Projection: 15.32 DK / 12.64 FD
  5. CeeDee Lamb ($6,000 DK / $5,900 FD) – Darnay Holmes may be the worst slot-cornerback in the NFL. CeeDee Lamb seems to be getting a full run in this Dallas offense and that’s starting to phase out Michael Gallup just a bit. Lamb is in a smash spot in this matchup and has the world of talent to bring a lot of upside to the table here against the Giants. Cash, GPP, whatever it is, Lamb is a top-10 play for me this weekend.
    AETY Projection: 14.23 DK / 11.75 FD
  6. Robby Anderson ($5,900 DK / $6,200 FD) – No need to go deep into this one. It’s cheap exposure to this Carolina passing attack against Atlanta’s secondary. Both Robby Anderson or DJ Moore make perfect cash game plays this week.
    AETY Projection: 17.70 DK / 14.52 FD
  7. DeVante Parker ($5,900 DK / $6,400 FD) – Miami is a 9-point underdog on the road against a San Francisco secondary that is extremely beat up. Parker is a #1 wide receiver priced under $6K… That’s something I’m always targeting in NFL DFS. I don’t quite agree that the 49ers should be this big of a favorite, but I do love this matchup for Parker. Way too cheap.
    AETY Projection: 13.66 DK / 11.12 FD

Honorable Mention: DeAndre Hopkins, Golden Tate, Darius Slayton, Amari Cooper, Diontae Johnson, Russell Gage, Olamide Zaccheaus

Tight Ends

Not going to do much write-ups for the tight-ends, there’s so many in play this week.

  1. Travis Kelce ($6,400 DK / $7,800)
  2. George Kittle ($6,600 DK / $7,100 FD)
  3. Zach Ertz ($5,700 DK / $6,500 FD)
  4. Evan Engram ($4,600 DK / $5,500 FD) – cheapest quality piece of exposure to the Dallas / New York game. He’s incredibly popular this week so I’m fine with you eating this chalk in cash games.

Honorable Mention: Hayden Hurst, Darren Waller, Chris Herndon, Eric Ebron

Defense / Special Teams

I’ll rarely write about defense and special teams in the Cash Game Checkdown. I believe it’s much more important to lock in your key skill position players and hopefully a solid defense fits your build for NFL DFS Cash Games. Prices considered, here’s who I’ll take a look at:

  1. Los Angeles Rams
  2. Baltimore Ravens
  3. Pittsburgh Steelers
  4. Cleveland Browns
  5. Washington Football Team

NFL DFS Cash Game Sample Lineup

QB: Teddy Bridgewater
RB: CEH
RB: Antonio Gibson
WR: DJ Chark
WR: DeVante Parker
WR: Robby Anderson
TE: Evan Engram
FLEX: Kareem Hunt

Week 13! Likely the last week in your season-long league before the playoffs, but we still have plenty of time left to make some money with NFL DFS Cash Games. We’ve had an incredible season so far here at Win Daily and welcome you all in for another week of cashing. We hope all of you enjoy the article and have a wonderful week of Thanksgiving with your loved ones!

My articles will be mainly meant for DraftKings, but you can certainly use this information for other DFS websites. Please check back in on Saturday/Sunday morning for potential NFL DFS Cash Games updates!

If you have any questions and would like some further help when building your lineups, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly on Twitter. I’m always available to help NFL DFS players make the most of their investments.

Some notes on what I believe to be the “optimal” roster build for NFL DFS Cash Games. I’ll include this in all the Checkdown articles moving forward. For Week 13, please see below for my notes on roster construction:

  • We don’t have to worry about paying ~$10K for Michael Thomas this week as he is off the slate. Lock in a stud at WR1 and then enjoy the value in the mid-tier.
  • My cash build for Week 13 will probably start with Christian McCaffrey. How can you not play him? If you don’t, make sure you have 3 RBs that are going to have a lot of volume and touchdown equity.
  • Plenty of value and positive game-scripts for the cheaper QBs. You can’t go wrong with Mahomes, but you probably don’t need him.
  • Just because a player is not mentioned in this article, does not mean they are not cash viable.

NFL DFS Cash Games Quarterbacks

  1. Patrick Mahomes ($7,400) – Pretty simple here. If you can afford Mahomes, use him. I likely will not be able to afford him in my optimal cash build, but he is 100% the best play on the board for cash if you aren’t considering salary.
  2. Lamar Jackson ($7,000) – How is he not $8k?
  3. Aaron Rodgers ($6,400) – Rodgers has disappointed fantasy players and Packers’ fans as a whole over the last month. This matchup against the Giants is one Rodgers will feast in. Mitch Trubisky was a part of my “Sexy-Six” last weekend simply because he was going up against the Giants (28th in pass DVOA).

Trubisky paid off in Week 12 – imagine what Rodgers will do.
  4. Carson Wentz ($5,800) – Wentz has been incredibly disappointing in 2019… there’s no way of sugarcoating it. At this price, against the 32nd ranked team in the NFL in pass DVOA, you can fire up Wentz with confidence. This is a perfect “get-right” matchup for Wentz who should finally have a somewhat healthy receiving core.
  5. Andy Dalton ($4,700) – Welcome back, Andy Dalton. Dalton was recently named the starter once again for the Cincinnati Bengals after they saw how inept Ryan Finley is. If you need some more salary relief, I’m fine with you using Dalton in cash as he should be fired up to prove himself against a Jets’ defense who usually gets torched via the pass.

NFL DFS Cash Games Running Backs

  1. Christian McCaffrey ($10,500) – Do we need to say anything about Christian McCaffrey? Just lock him in this week.
  2. Saquon Barkley ($7,400) – It looks like the days of locking in Barkley and knowing you’re going to get 15+ points are over (for the time being). I’m not sure I want to play him in cash, but if there’s any matchup to right the ship, it should be this Sunday against the Packers’ run defense who ranks 28th in run DVOA.
  3. Le’Veon Bell ($7,200) – Bell hasn’t been anything special this season but he has been a model of consistency. Bell has produced double-digit DraftKings’ points in each of his past four games and should be primed up to do that again against this Cincinnati Bengals’ defense.

The Bengals have given up an average of over 28 DraftKings’ points per game to opposing running backs this season and just allowed the Steelers’ third-string running back to run for over 90-yards. Bell will probably be a staple in my cash lineups this week.
  4. Miles Sanders ($5,400) / Jordan Howard ($4,700) I’m more interested in rostering Jordan Howard at the discount if he comes into this game 100% healthy. If Howard is ruled out, I think you can get away with using Miles Sanders, but he clearly hasn’t stood out as someone who is going to put up 15+ DraftKings’ points. If there’s any matchup for a blowup game, it’s on Sunday against Miami.
  5. Jonathan Williams ($5,300) – Marlon Mack is out for Week 13, so fire up Johnathan Williams at a discount. Williams was on the field for over 65% of the Colts’ offensive snaps last week and appears to be capable of handling the duties of a three-down workhorse. The Titans’ have been giving up an average of ~33 DraftKings’ points per game over the past month – Williams should be a lock to hit 2.5X value if he gets 60% or more of the snaps.
  6. Ronald Jones ($5,100) – Jacksonville ranks 30th in run DVOA and have been giving up over 40 DraftKings’ points per game to opposing running backs over the last four games… Yikes. Ronald Jones never plays more than 50% of the Bucs’ offensive snaps, but he should get the opportunity to run away with the RB1 job in Tampa Bay this weekend. It’s risky, but the matchup is perfect and the price is right.

Wide Receivers

  1. Davante Adams ($7,000) – At this price, I’m locking in Davante Adams into my cash lineup to ensure I have a strong piece of this Packers’ passing attack versus this Giants’ secondary. Adams is going to see a lot of DeAndre Baker and that is something I want to invest in. I loved Allen Robinson last week for this exact reason and he went off.

I fully expect Rodgers and Adams to put up season-high numbers on this secondary. If Trubisky and Robinson can do it, Rodgers and Adams will have no problems.
  2. D.J. Chark ($6,600) / Dede Westbrook ($5,000) / Chris Conley ($4,500) – No secrets here, just pick one of these Jacksonville receivers going up against these outside corners in Tampa Bay. Price has me leaning towards Conley or Westbrook, but Chark is a stud, so I have no problems with you going there.
  3. Keenan Allen ($6,500) – Keenan Allen will have the best matchup on the field against a solid Denver secondary. We never want to pick on Chris Harris, but Allen gets the softer end of the secondary in the slot against Duke Dawson. Advantage Keenan. I do have some concerns with the pace of this game, but I have Allen projected for six catches for 99 yards. If he can get in the box, he will have a monster day.
  4. DeVante Parker ($5,700) – Parker has gone for double-digit DraftKings’ points in EIGHT straight games. Low-key, this guy is finally breaking out and having a fantasy season to remember. Parker has seen 31 targets over the last three games and should continue to be peppered with targets as the Dolphins play from behind in virtually every game they play.
  5. Sterling Shepard ($4,900) – The Giants are likely going to be chasing points in this game from the get go. Golden Tate is out. Evan Engram is out. Load up Shepard.
  6. Auden Tate ($3,800) – Bottom of the barrel type of play but the volume should be there and Tate has some solid upside in a matchup against this Jets’ secondary.

Tight Ends

  1. Travis Kelce ($7,200) – Kelce is the McCaffrey at the tight-end position. If you can afford him, you play him. No other tight-end on the slate has the floor Kelce does.
  2. Darren Waller ($5,500) – Waller has been a disappointment for fantasy players recently but this is the matchup to play him, and play a lot of him. Assuming the Chiefs can get out to an early lead, Waller is going to heavily targeted in a pass-heavy game script Oakland is forced to turn to.
  3. Jack Doyle ($3,300) – Ebron is now on the IR and Mo Alie-Cox is currently questionable for this game which essentially gives Doyle all of the offensive snaps at tight-end for the Colts.
  4. Tyler Higbee ($2,500) – Absolutely love this price and the matchup against the Cardinals. Realistically, if we use Higbee’s salary relief, the rest of our lineup should have plenty of upside to get us across the pay-line.

Defense/Special Teams

  • Carolina Panthers ($3,800)
  • Philadelphia Eagles ($3,600)
  • Pittsburgh Steelers ($3,500)
  • Indianapolis Colts ($3,200)
  • Baltimore Ravens ($2,800)

Another solid week of NFL DFS Cash Games for the Win Daily Team in Week 10 – the sample lineup from last week’s Checkdown crossed the pay-line yet again in DraftKings single entry cash games (189.50 DraftKings points)! At this rate, just play the sample lineup – it’s been on fire! Let’s get right back to it for the Week 11 Checkdown for your NFL DFS Cash Games.

Sign up NOW for WIN DAILY Premium Gold right here! Projections, wagering info, 24/7 expert chats and more!

For Week 11, please see below for my notes on roster construction:

  • There are a lot of solid high-floor/high-ceiling value options at the WR position. If you can’t afford a stud, I don’t think that will be an issue. It’s hard to pivot off of Michael Thomas, even with the price.
  • Brian Hill is a must play for cash games.
  • I’m starting to lock-in Lamar Jackson in cash. I strongly believe he is the only QB on the slate with a 30+ point ceiling.
  • If you cannot afford McCaffrey, I don’t believe that is a problem – There is a TON of value at the RB position.
  • Per usual, I’ll be updating this article daily throughout the week with additions/revisions.
  • Just because someone is not included in this write-up, does not mean you cannot play them in cash. These are all just my preferred plays for an optimal cash game build.

NFL DFS Cash Games Quarterbacks

  1. Lamar Jackson ($7,700) – Jackson is part running back, part quarterback. Baltimore is hosting a Houston defense that has allowed the 6th most DraftKings points per game on the season and has struggled to generate a pass rush over the past couple of weeks (losing J.J. Watt obviously doesn’t help things).

This game opened up with a total of 50 points and should continue to rise throughout the week. Shootout city for Lamar Jackson. He always puts up numbers with his legs, imagine what type of fantasy performance he’ll put up if this game stays close and he needs to be active in the passing game as well… By far the number one QB play on my board this week.
  2. Drew Brees ($6,900) – I have no idea what went wrong in Week 10 with Brees and this Saints offense, but I’ll bet they don’t get shut down on the road against a brutal Buccaneers’ secondary (26th in pass defense DVOA). This is another game we’ll need to attack in DFS as it opened with a 51-point total.
  3. Josh Allen ($6,600) – I wish Allen was cheaper, but he’s in play here on the road against a Miami team who ranks dead last in pass defense DVOA. Allen also provides with his rushing ability, so he should easily hit value here.
  4. Jameis Winston ($6,500) – If we think Brees and the Saints are going to put up a lot of points then we should love this potential gamescript for Jameis Winston. Winston has four straight games with 300+ passing yards and should eclipse that number again in Week 11, which is crucial for that three point bonus on DraftKings.

P.S. – Marshon Lattimore should be out for this game with a hamstring injury.
  5. Kyle Allen ($5,300) – If you need salary relief, Kyle Allen is your guy in Week 11. The Falcons looked good in Week 10 on defense, but they still rank 31st in pass defense DVOA and the price for Allen makes a ton of sense if you’re looking to lock-in expensive studs elsewhere.

NFL DFS Cash Games Running Backs

  1. Christian McCaffrey ($10,500) – Do we need to say anything about Christian McCaffrey?
  2. Ezekiel Elliott ($9,000) – Elliott has struggled to produce in his last two games and that is obviously a bit worrisome. Detroit’s run defense looked the best it has all season in Week 10, but I still have to consider Elliott in a cash build as I’m sure Dallas will want to establish the run early in this game.
  3. Dalvin Cook ($8,900) – Dalvin Cook is clearly the number two option on my board at the running back position in Week 11. He’s in a great zone-running scheme and is heavily targeted in the Vikings’ pass game as well. Denver is a stout defense, but I’ll take the Vikings’ scheme and Cook’s talent every day.
  4. Leonard Fournette ($7,900) – The Colts rank 26th in the NFL in terms of run defense DVOA and Fournette usually gets 25+ touches a game. This one seems to be a no-brainer.
  5. Josh Jacobs ($6,900) – Jacobs is going to be a star in the NFL (if he isn’t already). Cincinatti allows a ton of receptions to opposing running backs and also rank 29th in the NFL in rushing defense DVOA. Jacobs should feast in this matchup at home as a 10-point favorite.
  6. Joe Mixon ($5,500) – Oakland has been solid against the run for most of the season, but over the past month, they’ve given up ~30 DraftKings points per game to opposing running backs. Mixon has been a let down, but it looks like the Bengals are finally starting to run him to ground (30 carries in Week 10).

If Mixon continues to be active in the passing game as well as the running game, this is an excellent salary save type of play.
  7. James White ($5,400) – Mr. Reliable, James White. White has scored double digits in EVERY game this season on DraftKings, so we don’t need to overthink this one. Philadelphia’s run defense is solid, but they do allow opposing running backs to catch the ball out of the backfield often and that’s where James White shines.
  8. Brian Hill ($4,800) – It looks like Devonta Freeman is going to miss some time with a foot injury, so Brian Hill will jump into that RB1 role in Atlanta. Carolina is DEAD LAST in run defense DVOA as they continuously get shredded by opposing running backs on a weekly basis.

Hill is going to be~50% owned (maybe higher) in cash games, you cannot fade him in cash. Use his salary relief to bolster your roster elsewhere.
  9. Miles Sanders ($4,100) – If Jordan Howard misses Sunday’s game due to injury, Sanders is going to have a full workload on his hands. At this price, he makes perfect sense for a cash game lineup if you need even more salary relief than what Brian Hill offers.

Wide Receivers

  1. Michael Thomas ($9,900) – I don’t know if I’ve ever seen this price tag on a wide receiver in DFS. Thomas is the McCaffrey of wide receivers. He gets it done week in and week out. Yet again, he is by far my number one receiver in DFS this week.
  2. Julian Edelman ($7,600) – Edelman is a model of consistency in PPR formats like DraftKings. He’s had double-digit targets in four straight games and should have no issues putting up another 20-point PPR outing against this Philadelphia secondary. He’s rather expensive though. I will probably just use James White at $5,400, but if you prefer Edelman, I don’t blame you.
  3. Chris Godwin ($7,300) – Our weekly game of picking on P.J. Williams. Godwin should be in for a big day in what projects to be a shootout against the Saints. Mike Evans at $7,400 is also in play, but we can’t play everyone in cash games, so Godwin gets the nod this week.
  4. Courtland Sutton ($6,000) – Denver is going to be playing from behind in this game, so that should lead to a lot of targets for Sutton. He is an excellent route runner and should have no issues getting open against a very beatable Minnesota pass defense. I wish he was priced in the mid $5k range, but Sutton deserves a high price tag as he’s gone for double-digit DraftKings’ points in all but one game this season.
  5. D.J. Moore ($5,900) – Moore is on fire lately with back-to-back 20+ point outings. The matchup against Atlanta should have him locked in for another 20+ points.
  6. Marquise Brown ($5,600) – Marquise “Hollywood” Brown should have no trouble burning this Houston secondary. Our issues in weeks’ past with Hollywood has been that he hasn’t really played in any competitive games since the beginning of the season. Houston should be able to keep this one relatively close, so I anticipate Brown finally getting eight or more targets once again.
  7. Terry McLaurin ($5,600) – Not in love with the play (especially when Tyler Boyd is $400 cheaper), but McLaurin does provide our cash lineups with some serious upside against this Jets’ secondary. We haven’t seen much out of Haskins, so playing McLaurin certainly comes with risk.
  8. Tyler Boyd ($5,200) – No A.J.Green again, and Boyd gets to see a lot of Lamarcus Joyner in the slot in Week 11? Where do we sign up?
  9. Mohamed Sanu ($5,100) – Sanu is going to see a lot of Avonte Maddox and Ronald Darby in coverage for Philadelphia… advantage Sanu. If you don’t play James White or Edelman, Sanu is an excellent cash game play.
  10. Deebo Samuel ($4,000) – If Emmanuel Sanders is out, lock in Deebo Samuel.

Tight Ends

  1. George Kittle ($7,000) – A tight-end against the Cardinals. Better yet, one of the best tight ends against the Cardinals. His price is high, but rightfully so. Keep an eye on his injury status as he was inactive in Week 10. Doubtful to play.
  2. Darren Waller ($5,500) – I’m quite interested in Waller again now that he is priced under $6k. The targets haven’t been there of late, but this should be a nice spot to get Waller going again like we saw earlier in the year.
  3. Jared Cook ($4,400) – You know what is just as good as playing a tight end against the Cardinals? Playing a tight end against the Buccaneers. Cook should be priced up in the mid $5k range, so take advantage of these savings.
  4. Greg Olsen ($3,900) – There’s nothing sexy about Greg Olsen, but he provides us with a solid floor for NFL DFS Cash Games and should have no issues getting to double digits against the Falcons’ pass defense.
  5. Ross Dwelley ($3,400) – Kittle is out, Dwelley is in play. The snaps will be there and it’s a starting tight end against the Cardinals.
  6. Dallas Goedert ($3,200) – Punt play, but an educated punt play. I strongly believe the Patriots’ are going to scheme to take away Zach Ertz and make others’ beat them. With DeSean Jackson on IR, the Eagles are going to go back to using double tight ends in the majority of their offensive snaps. That should bode well for Dallas Goedert.

At this price, we don’t need a whole lot of production out of Goedert. Having said that, I’m confident he’ll get to double digits.

Defense/Special Teams

  1. Buffalo Bills ($3,800)
  2. Minnesota Vikings ($3,400)
  3. New York Jets ($3,100)
  4. Baltimore Ravens ($3,000)
  5. Washington Redskins ($2,800)
  6. Detroit Lions ($1,800) – Punt play for salary relief.
