Ottawa Senators vs Pittsburgh Penguins 7:00 pm ET

Pittsburgh has won their last five meetings and with the Senators playing its second game in as many nights, the Penguins should win this game handily. The line of -246 is a bit too high for my taste but the Penguins are 19-19 on the puck line and that’s probably where our bet should be placed tonight. The Penguins are 6-1 over their last seven games up against a Senators side that has lost three of its last five games. Pittsburgh is also 4-1 over their past five games on one day’s rest and also 4-1 after a victory. Cash with Flash Best Bets suggests playing the Penguins to defeat the Senators by more than 1.5 goals tonight.

Miami Heat vs Washington Wizards 7:00 PM ET

The Wizards aren’t a very good team, to begin with, and when we remove four key players plus a questionable for tonight Bradley Beal, and it’s easy to see why taking Miami tonight is a good bet. The Wizards allow more points per game than anyone else in the NBA does and while Washington still scores a fourth-best 116 points per game, the Heat are one of the better defensive teams in the NBA. With the exception of Justice Winslow, Miami is healthy and enters this matchup riding a five-game winning streak and is 9-7 away from Miami up against a home team that is 4-8 at home this season. Phoenix Suns vs Portland Trail Blazers 10:00 pm ET

Cash with Flash Best Bets: Trail Blazers -180 Money Line

Neither team has played very well recently; the Suns are coming off a 112-100 road win over the Sacramento Kings that ended an eight-game losing streak. Portland has lost three straight contests with their most recent loss a 128-120 home loss to the Los Angeles Lakers. I would love to recommend laying the four points and playing the Trail Blazers, but Portland is a strange team and is just 13-18-2 against the spread (ATS) this season. The Trail Blazers are a much better team and should win this game. Cash with Flash Best Bets suggests playing the Trail Blazers on the money line tonight.

New England buried Miami 43-0 in their first meeting this season in Miami but this is a different Dolphins team however its the same Patriots defense allowing only 13.2 points per game and just 289 yards of offense. The Dolphins offense has put up at least 20 points per game in each of its last five games but has allowed 30 points or more in four of their last five games. Green Bay Packers vs Detroit Lions 1:00 pm ET

Green Bay needs a victory in Detroit and also needs Seattle to defeat the 49ers and if that happens, the Packers are the number one seed in the NFC. Detroit isn’t going anywhere but they are 3-3 against the spread as the home underdog and is hoping to end an eight-game losing streak. The Packers have won four straight and has scored 20 points or more in four of their last five games. Detroit has scored at least 20 points once in the past five games but they will want to put up a good fight today and I suspect they will. Green Bay will likely win the game but Cash with Flash Best Bets suggests taking the points and playing the Lions to cover the spread today.

Los Angeles Chargers vs Kansas City Chiefs 1:00 pm

The Chiefs are in the playoffs and for the first time this season, Kansas City is healthy and enters this matchup riding a five-game winning streak. The Chargers have lost four of their last five games and are a 3-4 road team. The Chiefs defense hasn’t allowed more than 17 points in each of their last five games and the Chargers have scored 20 points or more just twice over their last five games. The Chiefs are going to want to put on a show for their home fans and Cash with Flash Best Bets suggests laying the points and taking the Chiefs to cover the spread this afternoon.

I bet when the NBA salivated over this game when the schedule was drafted. Golden State is currently riding a two-game winning streak and up against a loaded Rockets team looking to extend a four-game winning streak of its own. Houston won game one of this four-game season series by 17 points in Houston and they should be able to cover the ten points in this contest. The Clippers have Paul George and Kawhi Leonard to counter but where the Clippers excel is their bench and that bench is deeper and more experienced than what the Lakers put out there on a nightly basis. The Lakers have three consecutive games and they will likely lose their fourth when the Clippers beat them on Wednesday as they did in game one of their four-game season series. I had a bad feeling about playing the Cowboys yesterday but we went with the percentages and wound up on the losing side of that one.

The Packers leaky rushing defense would have big trouble against an exceptional back like Cook and his backup is a game-time decision. Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins is going to have to beat Green Bay through the air and the Packers do allow the tenth most passing yards per game, so I expect the Vikings to keep it close and probably win the game. Just not by 5.5 points against an Aaron Rodgers led offense in a big game like this is. Atlanta Hawks vs Cleveland Cavaliers

The Cavaliers are on a bit of a roll and riding a two-game home winning streak and host an Atlanta Hawks side on a seven-game losing streak. Hawks forward John Collins is supposed to return from his 25-game PEDS suspension but who knows what to expect from him? Cleveland isn’t a good team but they have more experience with a better bench and that should get them past the struggling Hawks. The Bills have won four of their past five games and seem to be playing better than the Patriots, who are 3-3 over their past six games. The defenses are the key in this matchup as they have allowed a combined 23 touchdown passes and are the two best passing defenses in the NFL this season. New England has the better rushing defense but Buffalo isn’t very far behind them. Yesterday Cash with Flash Best Bets went 1-2 and we are disappointed because our losses were by the slightest margins. The Bruins lost in overtime to the lowly Los Angeles Kings and the Utah Jazz and Orlando Magic decided to score buckets and went over the total.

This game is going to be a crazy one but I suspect the Bulls will cover the one-point against Washington tonight. Chicago is coming off a tough loss to the Thunder while the Wizards knocked off the Pistons in Detroit. Washington doesn’t play much defense and relies on Bradley Beal and teammates knocking down triples to win games. It hasn’t worked very well for them as Washington checks in with an 8-17 record. Washington also has a banged up frontcourt that the Bulls should be able to exploit. The Bulls are the better rebounding team and they should be able to clean up the glass and simply outscore Washington tonight. Toronto Raptors vs Detroit Pistons

The Raptors are a five-point favorite and that’s a good number for them in this matchup. The Pistons are banged up and who knows who is going to dress for Detroit anymore. Toronto is much better at home but they are 7-2 over their last nine games against the spread (ATS) vs NBA Central Division teams. The Raptors are also the better defensive side and possess a much more explosive offense than Detroit. The Pistons aren’t a good defensive team but a very good three-point shooting team. Memphis Grizzlies vs Oklahoma City Thunder

The Grizzlies are rebuilding and one thing rebuilding teams struggle at is winning games on the road but the Grizzlies are 5-6 and have a better winning percentage on the road than at home. Oklahoma City is 8-5 at home and more importantly 16-10 ATS this season. The Thunder is one of the better defensive teams and Chris Paul is going to cause all sorts of trouble for Grizzlies guard Ja Morant. This game should be close for a while, but the Thunder will close this thing out on the free throw line where they are shooting nearly 80 percent this season.
