I hope everyone had a winning weekend. Let’s continue the trend with a look at Monday, June 10th.

There are four bat stacks today and two possible pitcher plays. Odd day as no pitcher truly jumps off the board at me today.

AZ@PHI Clarke vs. Eickhoff.

I wouldnt mind some PHILLY bats here but I dont love this matchup. If you’re up big then by all means, play but if not, NO PLAY.

NYM@NYY Vargas vs. Tanaka

I will take NYY BAT stack here. While Vargas does have an ERA under 2 in his last seven starts, he is STILL Jason Vargas ! If you want to go all in on this game then maybe TANAKA is in play as well.

STL@MIA Wacha vs. Alcantara

I like STL BATS here, especially if you are up from the weekend. If you are being economical, then NO PLAY

TEX@BOS Minor vs. Sale

While enticing, this is a NO PLAY for me. Too any variables with the the guys pitching for both teams.

OAK@TB T. Anderson vs. Morton

The A’s are sending a guy to the mound making his first start, he also made some relief appearances in Pittsburgh and struggled at the AAA level . There may be a play here with TBB BATS. MORTON can quiet the opposition’s bats while the Rays work to get to Oakland’s stopgap.

PIT@ATL Musgrove vs. Gausman

Musgrove pitched well the last time he saw Atlanta, three runs over eight IP. While Kevin Gausman is, well, Kevin Gausman. NO PLAY

WSH@CWS Sanchez vs. TBD

I like WSH BATS here. Chalky play .

CHC@COL Darvish vs. Marquez

COL BATS are always a play at Coors.

LAD@LAA Ryu vs. Canning

Fun matchup here. While Ryu is pitching with his hair on fire, the LAA lineup can still be dangerous and I don’t bet against Mike Trout. NO PLAY

Ok, feel free to hit me up @Matt_Striker_ with your comments, etc.

Here’s to winning ! ( Raises glass )

Nice full slate today with some smart plays. There are four Pitcher plays and eight Bat stacks in play for today.

STL@CHC  Mikolas vs. Hamels.

Afternoon game at the friendly confines. Check the weather here but this is a NO PLAY game for me. The last time Mikolas saw the Cubs, he pitched well but I think the Cubs are gaining confidence, especially with the new signing. Hamels’ ERA is a tick above 2 at Wrigley.

CIN@PHI   Mahle vs. Eflin

Eflin coming off an IL stint makes me nervous as does the way certain Reds have been swinging a bat lately. This is a NO PLAY for me.

AZ@TOR   Kelly vs. Stroman

As always, if you can find a lineup in which to play Vlad and maybe Teoscar Hernandez in a mini stack, do so, just because it’s fun to have shares of Vladdy but beyond that, I like both of these pitchers and Stroman has been great even with little run support. There are better games today so, NO PLAY

ATL@MIA  Soroka vs. Urena.

I like the universe to correct itself here. Miami has been one of the hottest teams the last 30 days but I think they run into Soroka and cool down. PLAY: SOROKA and BRAVES BATS. A reminder: Urena is the guy that had the issue with Acuna.Jr, so that’s a fun thing to keep an eye on.

TB@BOS  Chironos vs. Porcello

I may like TB BATS here but given the magnitude of this series I am inclined to go NO PLAY here. There is too much volatility here for me to be comfortable putting my money down. There are better plays for today.

MIN@DET  Pineda vs. Boyd

Pineda off the IL against Boyd. I like MIN BATS here. Detroit’s bullpen is one of the worst in the league and the Twins current team OPS rivals that of the 1927 New York Yankees.  TWINS BATS HERE is the PLAY

COL@NYM  Senzatela vs. deGrom

Temptation here is to go deGrom but I am not sure what type of run support or organizational support he will get today. Mets skipper Mickey Callaway is under fire, the team seems to be in disarray and I honestly don’t know if they’ll come and pull deGrom in the 6th. Also, watch the weather in NY.  This game is NO PLAY for me.

NYY@CLE German vs. Plesac.

Yanks are happy to get out of Toronto and need to beat up on someone, whom better than the Indians ? I like NYY BATS here. You may be tempted to play German here but there are some other pitching options on the slate to consider. Plesac is fun but definitely not a play here for me today .

OAK@TEX  Anderson vs. Lynn

If the weather cooperates, Texas may be the play here. Anderson is not very reliable and balls can fly out of that ballpark. Try a TEX BAT stack today.

PIT@MIL Davis vs. Woodruff

Here is where Milwaukee shakes off the Miami series and gets back to doing what they do best. I like MIL BATS here as well as a WOODRUFF PLAY.

BAL@HOU  Ynoa vs. Cole

CHALK ALERT !!!  Everyone and their mother will be on this game. HOU BAT stack and COLE PLAY here but as always, I must remind you that sometimes games that are TOO chalky can be fickle. I dont think that is the case tonight but I’d be remiss if I didn’t throw it out there.

CWS@KC  Nova vs. Bailey

There could very well be a lot of runs plated in this game. I wouldn’t be against picking on Bailey here with some CWS BATS. Maybe a mini stack to fill out a lineup ?

SEA@LAA  Gonzalez vs. Heaney

Marco Gonzalez is a fly ball pitcher and I am really looking at a LAA BAT stack here. The obvious choices are guys like Trout but don’t be afraid to look beyond that and find a stack around LaStella or Fletcher-type players for some value in this game.

WSH@SD  Fedde vs. Margevicius

This has been an interesting series but I am going with NO PLAY here. Too many other options elsewhere.

LAD@SFG Kershaw vs. Pomeranz

The other CHALK game on the slate here today. I’d advise to keep an eye on the weather here, otherwise this is a KERSHAW and LAD BAT stack play for me. As I have said, I would much rather lose money on someone like Kershaw than have to sweat out someone like Jacob deGrom

Some notes:

Playing multiple lineups is a great way to get a diverse lineup in that may cash out.

Don’t overthink, look at numbers, splits, park factors and go with the numbers. Playing your gut is good and it works but don’t outsmart yourself, there are plenty of other people out there that will try to do that for you.

Once you win and you have “other people’s money” in your account, you’re on your way, but if you find yourself constantly loading up your account then maybe you chill for a few days and re group.

The info is out there. DFS is like finding money- if you know where to look.

Win Daily is excited to welcome pro wrestler, broadcaster and MLB and DFS analyst Matt Striker to the content team! Matt will provide his favorite DFS selections three times a week on Win Daily.

Today is D Day. We remember the men that stormed the beach at Normandy, some as young as 18 years old.

13 game slate from 12:10 to 10:10 pm ET

Eight games are before 4 pm. Be aware of that .

SF @ NYM – Anderson vs. Wheeler.

I am hoping for a gem on a sunny Thursday afternoon in New York, for the first play of the day. A 12:10 ET start. I am going to get some early lineup action with a PLAY of Zack Wheeler. In Wheeler’s  last 10 starts he has given you 6-plus IP. Giants rank third to last in Majors in OPS and Total Bases.

ATL@PIT –  Folty vs. Archer

Good matchup. I like Folty, want to see him come around. I also want to see Archer be Archer, especially under the Pirates coaching staff but NO PLAY here for me for Thursday.

BOS@KC – Weber vs. Duffy.

In the alliteration play of the day, I like Boston bats to beat up on Danny Duffy. He has a career ERA of 3.93. He’s currently pitching to a 4, w/ a FIP of 4. He is exactly who his numbers say he is. PLAY: BOS BAT STACK and see.

TB@DET  – Stanek vs. Norris.

I’d look at some of the TB  bats. Especially if they can chase Norris. Tigers pitchers collectively have the third worst ERA, and  WORST OPS against in the league. Playing smart afternoon money here with the PLAY of: TB BAT STACK

CIN@STL – Desclafani vs. Hudson

Fun Game. Not going to put my money on it. Cardinals bats are getting cooking, but NO PLAY

MIA@MIL – Smith vs. Peralta

I don’t touch this game. The universe is out of whack with this series. If you like to stormchase the maelstorms of the universe then go jump on Miami bats but as for me and my house,  NO PLAY

COL@CHC – Lambert vs. Quintana

Jon Gray gets moved due to a hot spot in his finger. In comic books and Pro Wrestling that would mean his finger has a special power but that is not the case. Or is it ?  NO PLAY here for me.

HOU@SEA – Verlander vs. Milone

The chalk is the hawk. Have to go with the PLAY of Verlander and HOU BAT STACK in this one.

NYY@TOR – Happ vs. Jackson

Jackson was hit hard his last time out and Happ is finding himself. Happ is also in familiar territory. I like the PLAY of: NYY BAT STACK here.

MIN@CLE – Berrios vs. Bauer

This is the game that I cannot wait to watch. Popcorn, iced tea, this game.

NO PLAY.

BAL@TEX – Hess vs. Jurado.

I have been picking on this series where opportunities present themselves, and will continue to do so. There may be thunderstorms and 70% humidity in Arlington. PLAY the over here and try to STACK BOTH BAL and TEX Bats in different forms in lineups.

OAK@LAA – Skaggs vs. Fiers

Maybe I play some OAK bats but I’m not wild about this . I’m going with NO PLAY.

WSH@SD – Corbin vs. Lucchesi

I am sure Corbin will be the prize of this slate and you can pay up for him as there is obvious upside but this is a NO PLAY for me.

Win Daily is excited to welcome pro wrestler, broadcaster and DFS expert Matt Striker to the team. Matt will be providing his DFS picks three times a week so you can get in the ring and win big with him!

There are plenty of opportunities to win big here.

I have eight potential money plays listed as indicated by $$$

This is the type of daywhere you play multiple lineups.

We have a 15-game slate, starting at 7:05p and the last first pitch will be thrown at 10:10p

$$$ CWS @WSH: Lopez vs, Strasburg

Notes: I like WSH batshere. Lopez is pitching to a 6.20 ERA, he DOES havethe motivation of being a former Nat but beyond that, I don’t see much upside .

Strasburg may be apitching play here as well. Hehas looked good recently and the White Sox don’t offer much resistance.

ATL @ PIT:  Lefty vs. Lefty with Fried v Brault

Notes: Fried 7-3 3.19 starting on two extra days rest,

Brault 2-1 5.87 allowed 2 R on 6 H over last 11 IP, has been working with Ray Searage ( PIT pitching coach ).NO PLAY

$$$ NYY @ TOR:  Tanaka vs. Richard

Notes:I like NYY bats vsLHP Clayton Richard

Splitsfavor NYY

$$$ TB @ DET:  Snell vs. Carpenter

Notes: LHP Snell 3-4 3.06 is a play here as are some TBB bats.

SFG@NYM:  Bumgarner vs.Syndergaard

Notes:This would be a pick on game, but SF has shown some life recently and LHPMadBum is on the mound. He’s never lost to the Mets and has a career 1.69ERA vs them.

Noah Syndergaard: What if he is off of throwing his slider ? If so, what does that mean?  A 98 mph fastball, change and curve are what Giants bats will be seeing. If he can sprinkle that slider in and gain back confidence with that pitch he’ll turn a corner.

San Francisco is in the Top 13 against the FB (but Thor’s is 98 MPH) and they are bottom of the league vs. sliders. PROCEED WITH CAUTION

MIN@CLE: Smeltzer vs. Bieber

Notes: Fun series. Indians mayplay with some urgency –

Smeltzerwas exciting last time out vs MIL

Biebercould use a good outing. NO PLAY

$$$ MIA@MIL: Lopez vs.Anderson

Notes: Pick on game especially in that ballpark and with Lopez having split of an 8.26 ERA on the road. I don’t think Brewers hitters will fall victim to the curve ball too much. MIL STACK and Chase Anderson may be a good value play.

COL@CHC:  Hoffman vs.Hendricks

Notes: Trends point to Hendricks pitching well but I see that Murphy and Arenado have good history vs him.  PROCEED WITH CAUTION

$$$ BAL@TEX:

Notes: Dylan “King Kong” Bundyvs Drew Smyly. I see the potential for a lot of runs here. Check Vegas Runtotal beforehand.  Play TEX stack

$$$ BOS@KC: Rodriguez vSparkman

Notes: E-ROD LHPmay be a play here, as are BOS bats

CIN@STL: Castillo vs. Cabrera

Notes: Castillo, 5-1 2.45, Cardinals hitters can expect to see a lot of changeups here and they would benefit from working deep counts vs Castillo, but they may not have the luxury of time to do so since Genesis Cabrera is still unproven and may have the Birds in a hole early, IF Cabrera can get his 99 mph fastball going, watch out. NO PLAY

$$$ LAD@AZ: Ryu v Clarke

Notes:  Hyun-Jin Ryu could be a play LHP  8-1, 1.48 ERA,

He has yet to allowmore than two runs in a start this season.

LAD bats can beat upon AZ’s starter too. LAD bats stack.

OAK@LAA: Montas vs. Canning

Notes: Frankie Montas is  a guy I have been singing about all year. 3 ERs or less in 10 of 11 starts this year, Canning gave up one run on three hits over six innings against the A’s in his last time out. PROCEED WITH CAUTION

$$$ HOU @ SEA:  Mileyv TBD

Notes: Stick with Astros bats against Sea at home

PHI@SD:Eickhoffv. Paddack

Notes: Eickhoff has a 8.35 ERAover past 4 starts.

HappyChris Paddack Day everyone. He’s at home, where he has a 1.42 ERA and Ks 34% ofthe batters he’s faced, plus,  he’s pissed about his last start.  PROCEED WITH CAUTION
