DFS Stacks

I’ll be focusing on my core and GPP plays for 11/25 NBA DFS for each position along with my favorite value plays.

WithNBA DFS, you need to stay locked in the final hour before lock until tipoff. Ifyou can’t be engaged during that hour, we recommend avoiding the NBA slate.Starting lineups and other news is vital to being successful in NBA DFS.

MyCore and Value Plays by Position:

  • Core Plays – PG – 11/25 DFS
    • Trae Young, PG, ATL
    • Brad Wanamaker, PG, BOS
      • Happy Trae Young and Brad Wanamaker Day! Both are in great matchups and both will be in more than 80% of my lineups on BOTH sites. You don’t need to overthink PG today, but Malcolm Brogdon is almost a lock on DK ONLY as well. Consider him for DK only and you can pivot a few Trae Young shares to Damian Lillard as well if you don’t want to go in on Trae Young.
  • Core Plays – SG- 11/25 DFS
    • Core Play – Spencer Dinwiddie, SG, BKN
    • Other – Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, SG, OKC
      • Kyrie is OUT. Lock in Dinwiddie tonight a top play again in a good matchup versus Cleveland.  His price is getting higher, but he’s still a top play in a smash matchup. As for SGA, he plays against a terrible Golden State team, who once again might be without Draymond. I think they can keep this game somewhat close to have the starters in until the end for both teams
    • Value Play – Langston Galloway, SG, DET
      • Not the sexiest of plays, but he’s getting the minutes and we need value. I’d say lock him in more on FanDuel than DK. Orlando is banged up and this should be a higher scoring game.
  • Core Plays – SF- 11/25 DFS
    • Giannis Antetokounmpo, SF, MIL OR LeBron James, SF, LAL
      • Giannis faces a pretty good defense in the Utah Jazz so I’m hesitant to use him at his price tag, but he’s one of the best in the league. He’s my top pay up of the night, but I’ll split some shares to LBJ and Prince, Burks, Jaylen Brown, and Glenn Robinson.
    • Value Play – Taurean Prince, SF, BKN
    • Other Value Play – Alec Burks, SF, GS
      • I just like the price tags for both these guys, but I also like Jaylen Brown as well because Kemba is doubtful. He just went off the other night when Kemba was out and could crush again.
  • Core Plays – PF- 11/25 DFS
    • Bam Adebayo, PF MIA
    • Jayson Tatum, PF, BOS
    • Omari Spellman, PF, GS
    • Eric Paschall, PF, GS
    • Blake Griffin, PF, DET
      • It’s tough spot at PF as I am limiting my player pool to about five PF’s tonight. My favorite play is Tatum if Kemba is out, which it’s looking likely like he will be, My other will be Omari Spellman if Draymond is out. He’s still too cheap and should have a solid game if Green is ruled out. Blake and Paschall (if Green is out) are still too cheap and Bam faces a defensively deficient Charlotte squad.
  • Core Plays – C- 11/25 DFS
    • Hassan Whiteside, C, POR
      • He faces a Chicago team that can’t defend the big man. I like his matchup, but I’m mostly on Poetl tonight.  If you can get to his price tag, I don’t mind Karl-Anthony Towns either.
    • Lock Value Play – Jakob Poetl, C, SA
      • Poetl is still starting and going way beyond value every game so until they fix the price, we are going to keep locking him in.

Week 12 NFL DFS With DFS Pro Javi & Sticks – WR and TE

Among the other topics DFS Pro Javi & Sticks discuss in the Week 12 Podcast is the favorite plays at WR and TE. Sticks and Javi are at a crossroads this week , but have some similar likes.

The duo also looks at the spots that could be DFS gold and the challenge that will come from finding good plays in a schedule lacking in quality DFS matchups.

In this Week 12 NFL DFS podcast, Sticks and Javi have have a discussion on where they see themselves focusing on. Javi seems to have a heavy focus on the Raiders and Jets game while Sticks is all in on some Lions, Tim Patrick, and other random plays that seem to work. There is a method to their madness as they continuously win each week.

Week 12 wasn’t as good as I would have liked it to be. We were on a hot run there for a while with our NFL DFS GPP entries based off of the main stacks on this article, but you can’t win them all. I love the way this Week 12 slate is shaping up, so let’s get right to it.

The purpose of this weekly article is to identify team/game stacks that we are going to use for an NFL DFS GPP. For those of you that don’t know, a “team stack” is simply multiple players from the same team (I rarely ever use more than three players on a given team).

A “game stack” is similar, except we are going to use players from both teams in a given game. Focusing on team stacks and game stacks is incredibly useful in the NFL DFS GPP environment. That being said, let’s get to this week’s top NFL DFS stacks for DraftKings!

Top NFL DFS GPP Game Stacks

Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Atlanta Falcons (-4) O/U (51)

This game in Atlanta looks to be the only game on the slate with a total higher than 48 points. I’m sure it will be extremely popular, but for good reason. Both of these defenses are pass funnels and both of these defenses rank towards the bottom of the NFL in pass defense DVOA. This game should host a lot of fireworks for DFS players.

The best part about getting exposure to this game is that we know who is going to be involved in the fantasy point production.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

  • Chris Godwin ($7,200)
  • Mike Evans ($7,300)
  • Jameis Winston ($6,200)
  • Scotty Miller ($3,100) – Not sure what to think about Scotty Miller. Let’s classify him as an absolute punt-play who we should probably wait on. Week 11 was only the second time all year he cracked 50% of the snaps.

Atlanta Falcons

  • Julio Jones ($8,000)
  • Matt Ryan ($6,700)
  • Calvin Ridley ($6,500)

Seattle Seahawks @ Philadelphia Eagles (-2) O/U (48)

No longer interested in this game stack. Pivoting to Miami @ Cleveland. Will have some exposure to both teams, but will be underweight here.

The second game that I’m interested in stacking is going to be in Philadelphia. I’m undecided on what I think the pace of this game will play at, but there are plenty of playmakers in this game that should make for a nice game stack. Keep an eye on the status of Tyler Lockett as he is clearly one of the most appealing targets to use in DFS from this matchup.

Top NFL DFS GPP Team Stacks

Cleveland Browns

I didn’t think I’d ever write-up the Cleveland Browns, but they are currently sitting with a 28-point implied total and obviously have a lot of negativity going around in the media. This should be a statement game. This should be a game where Baker Mayfield and the Browns offense go off.

Miami ranks 32nd in pass defense DVOA and 29th against the run. As of now, this is my favorite stack to invest in outside of Tampa Bay @ Atlanta.

  • Odell Beckham ($7,000)
  • Jarvis Landry ($6,300)
  • Nick Chubb ($8,100)
  • Baker Mayfield ($5,900)
  • Kareem Hunt ($5,600)

Miami Dolphins

I definitely don’t love the Dolphins by any means, but I do like this game’s chances at going well over the total of 45.5 points. Cleveland should be able to score at will and this Cleveland defense is banged up. Miami should be able to push the pace here and put up points.

  • DeVante Parker ($5,200)
  • Mike Gesicki ($3,400)
  • Ryan Fitzpatrick ($5,000)
  • Allen Hurns ($3,300)
  • Kalen Ballage ($4,400) – Not high on him at all.
  • Patrick Laird ($3,400) – Punt play.

Detroit Lions

If you’re looking for some salary relief that offers a lot of upsides, give the Lions a serious look in your large-field GPPs. The Lions currently have an implied total of 23 points and rising. I probably won’t use three Lions in the same lineup, but I have a lot of interest in Kenny Golladay this week who should see a lot of Josh Norman.

  • Kenny Golladay ($6,600) – Top Five GPP WR play for me this week (assuming he’s around 5-8% ownership).
  • Jeff Driskel ($5,500)
  • Marvin Jones Jr. ($6,100)
  • T.J. Hockenson ($6,100)
  • Bo Scarbrough ($4,200) – Not very interested in stacking Scarbrough with Driskel, but could pair him with Detroit’s defense if you want to roll the dice on playing him. Probably better off using him on FanDuel if you want to take this risk.
  • Detroit Lions DST ($3,100)

Chicago Bears

The Bears are a mess, there is no getting around that. They will be incredibly low owned and have a very nice matchup against a Giants’ team that has allowed 25 or more points in all but one game all year (and that was the Redskins). It’s disgusting, but if Trubisky is healthy, I’ll be over the field in ownership with the Bears. They are a nice salary relief spot to afford other studs in your GPP lineup.

I’ll most likely throw in one of Golden Tate, Darius Slayton, Evan Engram, or Saquon Barkley on the other side of my Bears stacks.

  • Allen Robinson ($6,500)
  • Taylor Gabriel ($4,200)
  • Mitch Trubisky ($5,100)
  • David Montgomery ($5,500)
  • Tarik Cohen ($4,800)
  • Anthony Miller ($3,500)

NFL DFS GPP – Sample Lineup

QB: Mitch Trubisky
RB: Saquon Barkley
RB: Alvin Kamara
WR: Odell Beckham Jr.
WR: Calvin Ridley
WR: Anthony Miller
TE: Vance McDonald
FLEX: Golden Tate
DST: Denver Broncos

I’ll be focusing on my core and GPP plays for 11/18 NBA DFS for each position along with my favorite value plays.

  • Core Plays – PG – 11/18 DFS
    • Aaron Holiday, PG, IND (FD)
    • Luka Doncic, PG, DAL
    • Dejounte Murray, PG, SA (DK)
      • I’m keeping this list small tonight for PG. On FD, Aaron Holiday is still priced too low and he’s going to get the bulk of the work with Brogdon, Lamb, and McConnell OUT. As for Murray, he’s also too cheap on DK. He’s been struggling but can go off at any minute. He started off strong and has cooled down, but he’ll be a core play on DK. For Doncic, this kid is beyond talented and playing a bad defense in a higher paced game so he’s in a smash spot.
  • Core Plays – SG- 11/18 DFS
    • James Harden, SG, HOU
      • Until further notice, we’re locking in Harden. I said this on Saturday and I feel like we should keep it going. He’s projecting lower ownership compared to Doncic and Giannis, but he’s on fire. I’m like this more for GPPs, but he still a core play with how good he’s been
    • Other Core Play – Fred VanVleet, SG, TOR
    • Value Play – Spencer Dinwiddie, SG, BKN
      • Kyrie is OUT. Lock in Dinwiddie tonight as the top value of the night.
  • Core Plays – SF- 11/18 DFS
    • Giannis Antetokounmpo, SF, MIL
    • Pascal Siakam, SF, TOR
      • With all the injuries to the Raptors, Siakam’s usage is up and he’s in a killer matchup. He will be in most of the lineups. If I don’t go, Harden, I’ll pivot to Giannis.
    • Value Play – Justin Holiday, SF, IND
      • The Pacers are still banged up and Justin Holiday will get minutes.  He hasn’t really taken advantage of the minutes yet, but I’m on him tonight with the matchup and minutes.
  • Core Plays – PF- 11/18 DFS
    • Kristaps Porzingis, PF, DAL
      • I do like Covington with Wiggins already ruled out, but Porzingis is slowly starting to heat up. He isn’t my sexiest play tonight and it’ll be tough to fit him in, but I’d like some shares in GPPs with him. Spurs do struggle defensively and allow a ton of points so I do like the Porzingis play.
    • Value Play – Dario Saric, PF, PHX
    • Value Play – Frank Kaminsky, PF, PHX
    • Value Play – Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, PF, TOR
    • Value Play – Royce O’Neal, PF, UTA
  • Core Plays – C- 11/18 DFS
    • Myles Turner, C, BKN
    • Tristan Thompson, C, CLE
      • Turner is back and even though we thought he’d be limited in his first game back, he crushed. He has a killer matchup versus Brooklyn, who is also banged up. Let’s just hope he doesn’t hurt his ankle this time around. As for Thompson, he might get some heavy minutes with Love out so let’s lock him in.
    • Lock Value Play – Mitchell Robinson, C, NY
      • A depleted Cleveland team versus a big stud in Robinson is a great value to use him on your teams. I have a small player pool for Center and Robinson might be my top play.

I’ll be focusing on my core and GPP plays for 11/16 NBA DFS for each position along with my favorite value plays.

  • Core Plays – PG – 11/16 DFS – TWO of the FOUR
    • Aaron Holiday, PG, IND
    • TJ McConnell, PG, IND
    • Patty Mills, PG, SA
    • Derrick White, PG, SA
      • It’s a stars and scrubs kind of night and we have some great value at PG today. I will use a mixture of these four guys in my lineups. Keep an eye out for Malcolm Brogdon’s status because if he plays, we can remove McConnell from this list.
  • Core Plays – SG- 11/16 DFS
    • James Harden, SG, HOU
      • Until further notice, we’re lock Harden, especially with Westbrook out. Don’t even start your lineups until you put Harden first
    • Other Core Play – DeMar DeRozan, SG, SA
    • Value Play – Ben McLemore, SG, HOU
      • Someone else needs to score besides Harden, right? Well if we want to save salary, we can go this route. He put up 20+ points last night and could do it again
  • Core Plays – SF- 11/16 DFS
    • Giannis Antetokounmpo, SF, MIL
    • Pascal Siakam, SF, TOR
      • Siakam is finally priced accordingly at $10,000+ on FD, but I still think he’s in a smash match against DAL. If you don’t go DeRozan and Harden at SG, you could try to fit Giannis or Siakam. For Giannis, it’s Giannis and he’s a beast. We have to keep playing the hot hands.
    • Value Play – Jarrett Culver and Josh Okogie, SF MIN
      • I think we’re going back to the well with these two. They were pretty chalky last night and they are going to be chalk again, but we need salary savers. I don’t hate using BOTH in the SF position on FD, but it isn’t ideal
  • Core Plays – PF- 11/16 DFS
    • Robert Covington, PF, MIN
      • He was pretty chalky with Wiggins out yesterday and he should be a good source of salary relief tonight. Houston is a high paced offense who struggles defensively and have no Clint Capela. It’s going to be a high scoring game from both sides.
    • Value Play – PJ Tucker, PF, HOU
      • It’s like the McLemore situation and who else should score. I think that person could be Tucker as the Rockets are playing with a pretty depleted team on the second night of a back to back.
  • Core Plays – C- 11/16 DFS
    • Karl-Anthony Towns, C, MIN
      • Towns has the best match of night with Tyson Chandler covering him. As I mentioned, I like Minnesota tonight against a depleted Rockets team, who also doesn’t have Capela to guard Towns. He might be a borderline lock if you aren’t going Giannis or Siakam with Harden.
    • Lock Value Play – Tyson Chandler, C, HOU
      • Once again, it’s a depleted Rockets team and Chandler will get the minutes. If you don’t go Towns, I like the pivot to Chandler because there are any other centers I like on this slate.

Happy Friday! My goal is to do a deep dive into Week 11 NFL to assist you in winning all the money this weekend.  I’ll go game by game and go through my targets for each. Please enjoy this 11/15 DFS article and have a great weekend!

Pleasemessage me with any questions on our premium discord channel or Twitter. Happyreading!

NFLWeek 11

Falconsvs. Panthers

Ifyou continue to avoid Christian McCaffrey then you continue to lose money mostlikely! CMC is a workhorse and he’s facing off against one of the worstdefenses in the league. He will score two or three times this week and shouldbe a lock. One of my favorite plays of the week is Kyle Allen. He’s too cheapand he’s starting to get better and better every week. DJ Moore is his numberone target so I’ll stack him with Kyle Allen and have some shares of CurtisSamuel. It’s safe to say that I love an Allen-CMC-Moore with Panthers Defensestack this week. I’ll have TEN tournament lineups this week on FD and DK and I’llbe using these four plays in more than half of them. On the other side, I likeme some Calvin Ridley, Julio Jones, and Brian Hill as well. Of the three, BrianHill is my favorite and I love the price on Ridley. I’ll have some Julio, butnot as much. I love, love, love this game!

CorePlays  – 11/15 DFS

  • Christian McCaffrey, RB, CAR
  • Kyle Allen, QB, CAR
  • DJ Moore, WR, CAR
  • Brian Hill, RB, ATL
  • Panthers DST

Value Plays – 11/15 DFS

  • Kyle Allen, QB, CAR
  • Brian Hill, RB, ATL
  • Panthers DST

Saintsvs. Bucs

Here’sanother game I like this week, but I like it more on the passing and WR side. Both run defenses are tough and the best in the league so I’m avoiding the RBsfrom both teams, but give me some Drew Brees with Michael T homas stacks! Also, give me some Winston withEvans OR Godwin stacks in what should be a shootout of a game. Drew BreesBETTER throw a TD this week.

Core Plays  – 11/15 DFS

  • Michael Thomas, WR, NO
  • Mike Evans OR Chris Godwin, WR, TB

Ravensvs. Texans

Thisis another one of those games that could be very interesting for DFS. Withpaying up for CMC and Michael Thomas, it will be tough to get Lamar Jackson, who is the top QB on the slate once again. Lamar Jackson with Marquise Brown or Mark Andrews could work, but the Texansdefend the TE pretty well so I’ll take Brown’s discounted price over Andrews. Asfor the Texans side, I’m pretty much off them, but I’ll throw a Watson-Hopkinsstack most likely since they are really good. Like really, really good.

Core Plays  – 11/15 DFS

  • Lamar Jackson, QB, BAL

Value Plays – 11/15 DFS

  • Marquise Brown, WR, BAL

Vikingsvs. Broncos

Ihonestly don’t know how I feel about this game. The question begins on whetheryou want to pay up for your second RB to be Dalvin Cook, Zeke, or Josh Jacobs. For me, I lean Jacobs right now because he’s cheap, but I don’t hate it if yougo Dalvin Cook this week over Zeke and Jacobs. This is the only target for methis game as it should be a lower scoring game this week.

Core Plays  – 11/15 DFS

  • Dalvin Cook, RB, MIN

Cowboysvs. Lions

Wehave news that Stafford is out this week so I like the Cowboys DST a lot thisweek against a terrible Jeff Driskel. I lean a little to J.D. McKissic as apivot off Brian Hill, but it will only be on DK with a full point PPR scoringsystem. By all means, do not use McKissic over Hill in cash, but maybe in someGPP’s. I like Zeke the most for this game, but I don’t hate the Dak Prescottstack with Amari Cooper this week. Again , it’ll be tough to fit if you’regoing CMC, but use it for GPP.  Lionscannot defend against the run!

Core Plays  – 11/15 DFS

  • Ezekiel Elliott, RB, DAL
  • Cowboys DST

Value Plays – 11/15 DFS

  • Cowboys DST
  • J.D. McKissic, RB, DET

Billsvs. Dolphins

Thisgame is interesting from a DFS perspective. The reason because it’s interestingis because it is one of the lower projected games on the slate. I do side withthe Bills more than the Dolphins side, but I do have a sneaky play and it’sAllen Hurns. He played in more than 70% of the snaps and is locked in as thenumber two WR with the Dolphins. My main man Devin Singletary from the greatestcollege alive let us down this past week, but I love the price tag and I thinkhe has the potential for a big game versus the hot streaking Miami Dolphins.

Core Plays  – 11/15 DFS

  • Josh Allen, QB, BUF
  • John Brown , WR, BUF

Value Plays – 11/15 DFS

  • Allen Hurns, WR, MIA
  • Kalen Ballage, RB, MIA
  • Devin Singletary, RB, BUF

Jagsvs. Colts

Thisgame is another one that is very interesting. The issue is I’m not targetingthis game at all except for the cheap, cheap, cheap price tag of Nick Foles andstacking him with Chark or Westbrook. Other than that, I’m not really on thisgame

Value Plays – 11/15 DFS

  • Nick Foles, QB, JAX
  • Dede Westbrook, WR, JAX

Jetsvs. Redskins

Doyou believe in a revenge narrative? If so, lock in some Jamison Crowder thisweek. As bad as Darnold has been this year, I don’t hate a stack with him andCrowder. This is the only target I have from this game

Value Plays  – 11/15 DFS

  • Sam Darnold, QB, NYJ
  • Jamison Crowder, WR, NYJ

Cardinalsvs. 49ers

I’mpretty off the Cardinals for this game. I think Kyler’s game against them was afluke and it won’t happen again. As for the 49ers, I do like Tevin Coleman andsome Ross Dwelley this week against a bad defense in the Cardinals. I’ll have aton of Dwelley given his salary and he’s a TE against the Cardinals.

Core Plays  – 11/15 DFS

  • Tevin Coleman, RB, SF

Value Plays  – 11/15 DFS

  • Ross Dwelley, TE, SF

Bengalsvs. Raiders

Everyonekeeps talking Boyd, but I’m all about locking in Derek Carr, Darren Waller, andJosh Jacobs. I love the matchup against one of the worst defenses and I thinkTyrell Williams can also be sneaky. After his first bad week in a long time,Tyrell Williams could go off this week.

Core Plays  – 11/15 DFS

  • Josh Jacobs, RB, OAK
  • Derek Carr, QB, OAK
  • Darren Waller, TE, OAK

Patriotsvs. Eagles

Thisgame is a lot more interesting than experts are leading on, but the projectedtotal is slowly creeping up. Edelman, Sanu, and Miles Sanders are my maintargets. This game could be sneaky, but I’m not on this game as much. I willhave some shares of the three above, but that’s all.

Core Plays  – 11/15 DFS

  • Julian Edelman, WR, NE

I’ll be focusing on my core and GPP plays for 11/15 NBA DFS for each position along with my favorite value plays.   We’ve come to the point where we know most of the NBA teams and which defense to target.

WithNBA DFS, you need to stay locked in the final hour before lock until tipoff. Ifyou can’t be engaged during that hour, we recommend avoiding the NBA slate.Starting lineups and other news is vital to being successful in NBA DFS.

Noword yet on Russell Westbrook, but I’ll assume he is IN for now.

MyCore and Value Plays by Position:

  • Core Plays – PG – 11/15 DFS
    • Kemba Walker, PG, BOS
      • It looks like Boston is becoming a healthier squad, but this matchup for Kemba and all of Boston is a juicy one. The Warriors cannot play defense and they allow what feels like 200 points per games
    • Value Play – Austin Rivers, PG, HOU
      • This is a GREAT play if Westbrook is out, but I feel like with Gordon and House out tonight that Rivers will get a good run. He will be one of my favorite salary savers tonight. Let’s hope for 20 points and we’re Gucci!
  • Core Plays – SG- 11/15 DFS
    • James Harden, SG, HOU
      • This is a lock beyond locks if Westbrook is out tonight. Even if Westbrook is in, he’s most likely my big spend of the night. The dude keeps scoring and keeps putting up 60-80 DK and FD points per night with no signs of cooling down. He has a tougher matchup with the Pacers, but I think he’ll smash tonight.
    • Value Play – Ben McLemore, SG, HOU OR Jordan Poole, SG, GS
      • If McLemore starts, I’ll be locked in on him again tonight. If he doesn’t, I don’t mind the pivot to Poole. Yes, Poole has a tough matchup with Boston, but he’s getting minutes and we need salary savers if we want Towns AND Harden tonight!
  • Core Plays – SF- 11/15 DFS
    • TJ Warren, SF, IND
      • I’m struggling on SF tonight as I don’t feel comfortable with anyone except Jaylen Brown and LeBron. The problem with Brown is he is so expensive now. I think I’ll go back to the well with TJ Warren against the high paced Rockets and hope for a shootout and Warren scores 100 points. It can happen, right?
    • Value Play – Troy Brown, SF, WAS or JaKarr Sampson, SF, IND
      • These are my two favorite value plays as both should see between 25-30 minutes tonight. I trust Troy Brown more than Sampson, but both could easily bet 25-30 DK or FD points tonight.
  • Core Plays – PF- 11/15 DFS
    • Robert Covington, PF, MIN
    • Draymond Green , PF, GS
      • Covington is way to cheap to pass up on against a defensive deficient Washington Wizards. I expect this to be one of the highest scoring games of the slate and Covington could score a ton plus add some defensive stats. As for Draymond, I feel like he’s still pretty underpriced. He has a tough matchup with Boston so I side more with Covington here.
    • Value Play – P.J. Tucker
      • I think I like this play more if Westbrook is out, but once again, he is too cheap to pass up on either way. Let’s check in to see if Westbrook is in tonight.
  • Core Plays – C- 11/15 DFS
    • Karl-Anthony Towns, C, MIN
    • Thomas Bryant, C, WAS
      • I expect these two to go at it all game and both defensives are trash. The thing that worries me about Towns is Bryant plays OK defense. My fear is a Embiid – Towns like fight between these two and they both get ejected. Aren’t you? In all honesty, both are in great matchups, but Towns is priced so high and I think I prefer Harden over him. You could always try to use both on DK and hope for the best!
    • Lock Value Play – Tyson Chandler, C, HOU
      • He’s starting tonight with a tough matchup versus the Pacers. I think he sees 25-30 minutes and goes for 30 FD points. If you pay up elsewhere and cant afford Towns, I don’t hate this play.

Week 10 was another great week for NFL DFS GPP cashing for myself and a lot of the Win Daily Team. Even the sample lineup from last week’s Stick’s Stacks went off for a total of 191.50 DraftKings points! Let’s keep it rolling!

New Orleans Saints @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+6) O/U (50)

The Saints laid an egg last week, we all know that. That will not happen again this week on the road in Tampa Bay against a Bucs’ defense that is brutal at defending the pass. New Orleans has an implied total of ~28 points and I’m confident they’ll get to that mark (if not passed it). Both of these defenses are extremely strong against the run, so we should see a lot of the action done through the air, which is great for DFS.

New Orleans Saints

  • Drew Brees ($6,900)
  • Michael Thomas ($9,900)
  • Alvin Kamara ($7,400)
  • Jared Cook ($4,400)
  • Tre’Quan Smith ($3,800)

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

  • Chris Godwin ($7,300)
  • Mike Evans ($7,400)
  • Jameis Winston ($6,500)
  • O.J. Howard ($3,600)

Houston Texans @ Baltimore Ravens (-4.5) O/U (51)

The game with the highest total on the slate is always something to look at when deciding on where to get exposure in your DFS lineups. This game should give us all of the fireworks were looking for in a NFL DFS GPP. Both teams have a below-average pass rush and both teams can put up points in a hurry.

Lamar Jackson is a fantasy superstar. We don’t need to discuss that in greater detail. But, the Ravens haven’t played in close game since Week Six, so we should finally see a game where Lamar Jackson needs to make plays with his arm, not just his feet. If Houston can keep this close, this is going to be an absolute shoot-out.

Houston Texans

  • Deshaun Watson ($6,800)
  • DeAndre Hopkins ($8,100)
  • Will Fuller ($5,800)
  • Duke Johnson ($4,000)

Baltimore Ravens

  • Lamar Jackson ($7,700)
  • Marquise Brown ($5,600)
  • Mark Andrews ($6,100)
  • Mark Ingram ($6,600)
  • Willie Snead ($3,900)

Top NFL DFS GPP Team Stacks

New England Patriots

It doesn’t appear that anyone in the DFS community is touting this Patriots’ offense. Both Philadelphia and New England have had two weeks to prep for this matchup, so they should be fresh and prepared to execute. Philadelphia is a clear pass-funnel defense and I expect Belichick and Brady carve them up through the air. This is an excellent stack to get a little contrarian and they’re all affordable.

  • Julian Edelman ($7,600)
  • Tom Brady ($6,400)
  • Mohamed Sanu ($5,100)
  • James White ($5,400)

Carolina Panthers

The Falcons’ defense balled out last week, but I still won’t take them seriously. Atlanta ranks 31st in pass defense DVOA and that is something I cannot ignore. I’ll have some exposure to this Carolina offense in Week 11.

  • Christian McCaffrey ($10,500)
  • D.J. Moore ($5,900)
  • Curtis Samuel ($5,300)
  • Kyle Allen ($5,300)
  • Greg Olsen ($3,900)

Sample NFL DFS GPP Lineup

QB: Lamar Jackson
RB: Duke Johnson
RB:
James White
WR: D.J. Moore
WR: Chris Godwin
WR: Marquise Brown
TE: Jared Cook
FLEX: Josh Jacobs
DST: Washington Redskins

I’ll be focusing on my core and GPP plays for 11/13 NBA DFS for each position along with my favorite value plays.   We’ve come to the point at where we know most of the NBA teams and which defense to target.

  • Core Plays – PG – 11/13 DFS
    • Ben Simmons, PG, PHI (If Embiid is OUT)
    • Damian Lillard, PG, POR
      • On this slate, the main play today is LeBron James with Anthony Davis most likely out. With that being said,  Joel Embiid is most likely out as well, which creates a lovely game stack for the PHI vs. ORL game most likely. I prefer the Simmons savings if Embiid is out over Lillard, but I like the Lillard play with a banged up TOR team.
    • Value Play – Patrick Beverley, PG, LAC
    • Value Play (sort of) – Dejounte Murray, PG, SA
      • The Clippers are an interesting play tonight with Paul George making his season debut for the Clippers. Beverley is priced down and we need some sort of salary savings tonight. There is a chance if you fade Lillard that you can roster Murray as he is still way too cheap.
  • Core Plays – SG- 11/13 DFS
    • D’Angelo Russell, SG, GS
      • I’m always at a crossroads when I choose to fade Harden on any slate, but he is so expensive. He does hit value time and time again, but the Warriors vs. Lakers tonight will be a high scoring game and someone needs to score on the Warriors. Ever since Curry went down, Russell’s usage has spiked and he’s the key scorer on this team.
    • Value Play – Ben McLemore, SG, HOU
      • Give me a few to throw up before I go into this play. House and Gordon are OUT tonight so the Rockets are going to McLemore to save the day with Westbrook and Harden. He’s basically a free square and I don’t love the free squares lately, but we need value on this slate.
  • Core Plays – SF- 11/13 DFS
    • LeBron James, SF, LAL
    • Pascal Siakam, SF, TOR
      • With AD most likely out today, lock in LeBron. I know we have some core plays at an expensive price, but LeBron is the lock of the night.  If James is too much, I love the pivot to Siakam. OG is now out plus Lowry, Ibaka, etc. and they are banged up. Portland is on a second night of a back to back and Siakam is going to hit 40 minutes again
    • Value Play – Kent Bazemore, SF, POR
      • Value is tough to find from the SF position, but if Rodney Hood is OUT again tonight then let’s lock in Bazemore because he will start. He’s too cheap, especially on FD.
  • Core Plays – PF- 11/13 DFS
    • Al Horford, PF, PHI (If Embiid is OUT)
    • Kyle Kuzma, PF, LAL
      • If Embiid is OUT, lock in Horford to get some minutes, especially since he was rested yesterday. As for Kuzma, he should be starting for AD tonight and he is starting to heat up. Lock in Kuzma no matter what!
    • Value Play – Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, PF, TOR
      • The Raptors are banged up and with OG out tonight, RHJ is going to get some run. He is one of the best salary savers tonight!
  • Core Plays – C- 11/13 DFS
    • Karl-Anthony Towns, C, MIN
    • Nikola Vucevic, C, ORL
      • Towns has the best match of night and Vuc plays an Embiid-less 76ers tonight. If you can afford Towns or Vuc, make it happen!
    • Value Play – Ivica Zubac, C, LAC
    • Value Play 2 – Robert Williams, C, BOS
      • Again, we need value. I don’t hate Zubac tonight as a value play since he will get 15-20 minutes and he hasn’t been terrible this year. Not my favorite play, but he could be go between 20-30 points tonight. Williams will get an extended run with Theis out. Kanter’s back, but it seems he’s going be limited for a little.

I’ll be focusing on my core and GPP plays for 11/11 NBA DFS for each position along with my favorite value plays.   We’ve come to the point where we know most of the NBA teams and which defense to target. My diamonds for tonights DFS slate;

  • Core Plays – PG – 11/11 DFS
    • Luka Doncic, PG, DAL
      • On this slate, I feel like you can get enough value at SF to lock in Harden and Doncic, but I truly believe in Kawhi Leonard going against Toronto. Toronto is on the second night of a back to back and both teams are playing at a fast pace and have overrated defenses. As for Doncic, he does have a difficult matchup against Boston, but they are also on the second night of a back to back
    • Value Play – Patrick Beverley, PG, LAC
      • As I just said, I love the Clippers vs. Raptors game tonight to be high scoring and I want both sides of this game. Beverley is cheap and we can count on a ton of defensive stats with higher minutes from him.
  • Core Plays – SG- 11/11 DFS
    • James Harden, SG, HOU
    • Jrue Holiday, SG, NO
    • Lou Williams, SG, LAC
    • Fred VanVleet, SG, TOR
      • This is the toughest position of the night so I’m listing multiple options. If you can afford Harden, I’d say lock him for sure with one of the value plays below. My second favorite is more likely VanVleet as he’s running point with Lowry out for the next couple of weeks. I still think he’s underpriced and as I said, I love the Toronto vs. LA Clippers game.  As for Lou Williams and Jrue Holiday, I like them as pivots as Lou Williams is on the Clippers and Jrue Holiday should be running the point with Lonzo Ball out.
    • Value Play – Marcus Smart, SG, BOS
    • Value Play 2 – Norman Powell, SG, TOR
      • If Marcus Smart starts, I’m locking him in as he is too cheap against a poor defense in Dallas. As for Powell, he started last night and he’s almost the minimum on FanDuel. He’s probably one of the top salary savers.
  • Core Plays – SF- 11/11 DFS
    • Kawhi Leonard, SF, LAC
      • Leonard is probably my lock play as he won me $50,000 the other night. In all seriousness, he plays on the Clippers and do I need to repeat about the LAC and TOR game?
    • Value Play – Kenrich Williams, SF, NO
    • Value Play 2 – Jarrett Culver, SF, MIN
      • If both start, I choose Kenrich as the HOU vs. NO game is my second favorite game of the slate.  As for Culver, he’s another salary saver if he starts at PG again.
  • Core Plays – PF- 11/11 DFS
    • Derrick Favors, PF, NO
      • This is probably my least favorite position of this slate and I think Favors is way too cheap. If he starts, I’m locked in. As I mentioned, my second favorite game and one of the highest on the slate will be NO vs. HOU.
    • Others – AKA my not so favorite plays, but we need 2 PF on FanDuel
      • Daniel Theis – If he starts for Kanter then I like the salary since he will be starting
      • Trey Lyles – He’s starting for the Spurs and he plays one of the weakest defenses in the Grizzlies.
      • LaMarcus Aldridge – As I mentioned, he plays against Memphis and they can’t defend anyone.
  • Core Plays – C- 11/11 DFS
    • Montrezl Harrell, C, LAC
      • Hey! He’s on the Clippers and they play the Raptors. You know the deal!
    • Lock Value Play – Chris Boucher, C, TOR
      • He’s getting the minutes with Ibaka out and guess what? They play against the Clippers.
