NHL DFS Top Plays (Feb. 28)

We have a five game slate on a Sunday that is starting earlier in the day with a 3pm lock. A few teams are without their best player, being Eichel out for Buffalo, and Larkin out for Detroit, yet that didn’t stop Detroit from scoring 5 against Subban last night. The Capitals blew out the Devils yesterday, and the surprising factor is that Ovechkin didn’t even get on the score sheet at all. 2/28 NHL DFS Top Plays

1. Philadelphia Line 1 – Farabee-Couturier-Farabee – This line did not disappoint yesterday and going back to them seems to make sense. The trio is not expensive, and Buffalo were massively outplayed yesterday without Jack Eichel. He’s out again today, and this line is capable of putting up big numbers.
2. Chicago Line 1 – Debrincat-Suter-Kane – You’ll have to wait a bit later to get to this line as it is the last game of the day. Disappointing last night, Detroit throttled them 5-3. These performances aren’t likely to continue, and with Lankinen likely in net, Chicago should have a better handle on this game. Kane disappointed last night, but you can go right back here tonight.
3. Pittsburgh Line 1 – Guentzel – Crosby – Kapanen – Playing the Islanders, they will draw lower ownership. However, this is one team that Crosby just continues to get it done against, and had a goal and an assist yesterday. Throw in Guentzel who is on the power play, and a quick Kapanen could give them problems again today.
