Welcome to the NASCAR DFS Pit Stop for Saturday afternoon’s Xfinity Series race from Talladega Super Speedway! This is the fourth and final Super Speedway race on the season for the Xfinity Series and is arguably the most important of the four. This is the second to last race in the segment of the playoffs and we will see the playoff drivers battling for the win to secure them a spot in the next round.

NASCAR DFS: Dominators

AJ Allmendinger ($12,000)

Starting Position: 36th

Welcome to AJ Allmendinger chalk day in the Xfinity series. I don’t really need to tell you why to play Allmendinger other then he starts 36th and will finish in the top 10. In the first race at Talladega this season, Allmendinger started 34th and finished 7th. Play Allmendinger, and don’t worry about salary because we have plenty of value to make it work.

Ross Chastain ($10,200)

Starting Position: 13th

If you didn’t know, Allmendinger and Chastain both drive for Kaulig Racing as well as Justin Haley ($9,600). Earlier this season at Talladega these 3 drivers finished 7th, 2nd, and 1st respectively and I think that we could all three come away with similar finishes on Saturday. Chastain’s 2nd place finish here in June was his best at Talladega in a Xfinity car. Haley has two wins, three top 5’s, and five top 10’s in seven career Super Speedway races in the Xfinity series. If you want to spend your salary, I will recommend stacking the Kaulig teammates.

Other Options: Austin Cindric ($10,600), Chase Briscoe ($10,400), Noah Gragson ($9,800)

NASCAR DFS: Mid Tier

Timmy Hill ($8,400)

Starting Position: 37th

There is some talk that we could see Hill in a Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota on Saturday. Either way, Hill is starting dead last and will most likely be far enough away from the lead pack to avoid the big wrecks and could come home with a top 20 finish if it all works out for him.

Ryan Vargas ($7,700)

Starting Position: 29th

After Allmendinger, Vargas is probably the best place differential play in the field on Saturday. Vargas is probably the best driver to get behind the wheel of the #6 car at a Super Speedway this season. While he doesn’t have any Super Speedway experience, Vargas is a talented young driver with place differential upside.

Other Options: Harrison Burton ($9,400), Ryan Sieg ($8,300), Brett Moffitt ($7,900), Jeremy Clements ($7,600)

NASCAR DFS: Value Tier Rankings

  1. Josh Bilicki – $6,900 – P35
  2. Joe Nemechek – $6,700 – P34
  3. Jeffrey Earnhardt – $5,100 – P24
  4. Matt Mills – $4,700 – P27
  5. Kody Vanderwal – $5,000 – P30
  6. Austin Hill – $6,600 – P18
  7. Josh Williams – $5,800 – P17
  8. Colby Howard – $4,800 – P22

Welcome to the NASCAR DFS Pit Stop for Saturday afternoon’s Truck Series race from Talladega Super Speedway! This will be the second, and final, Super Speedway race of the season for the Truck Series in 2020. We haven’t had a SS race in this series since the opening race of the season at Daytona which was won by Grant Enfinger ($9,600) in a virtual photo finish. We saw three huge wrecks in the Daytona race this season with at least 9 trucks being involved in each of the 3 wrecks. Looking back to the last race at Talladega in the fall of 2019, there 5 wrecks involving which left 10 different drivers out of the race. This race was won by Spencer Boyd ($5,600) who led just one lap and started in P25. With only 164 laps in this race on Saturday, we once again are hunting for place differential points and finishing position and less for dominator points. Like with most Super Speedway, or plate races, do NOT be afraid to leave salary on the table.

NASCAR DFS: Dominators

There are not many drivers I want to use in this section and I will advise that you only roster 1 driver in this price, at most.

Austin Hill ($10,400)

Starting Position: 2nd

If there is one driver who can dominate this race, or at least lead the majority of the 164 laps in this race, it will be Hill. Last week at Vegas it took until late in the race before Hill got up front, but on Saturday he starts on the front row next to Sheldon Creed ($9,200). Both Hill and Creed are playable but in GPP’s only (which is what I strongly recommend ONLY playing for this weekend) and could each lead the open stage and more in this race. I will probably be making multiple lineups and be using at least one if each. Hill does own a SS win, which came in 2019 at Daytona.

Other Options: Zane Smith ($10,000), Grant Enfinger ($9,600)

NASCAR DFS: Mid Tier

Derek Kraus ($8,600)

Starting Position: 17th

Kraus had a great showing in his first Super Speedway race in the Truck Series earlier this season when he started 16th and ended up 4th at Daytona. With Kraus starting 17th he has some good place differential upside and will need another top 10 or top 5 to make value at his price but I think he will be able to, if he can avoid the big one(s).

Trevor Bayne ($8,200) – P25

Kaz Grala ($8,100) – P28

Robby Lyons ($8,000) – P38

These three are grouped together because as of writing they could be considered my “core”. I don’t typically have a core I use in all lineups because I never want 100% exposure to any driver, but I do plan on having at least 2 of these drivers in each of my lineups. They all offer great upside and could easily all end up in the optimal lineup on Saturday. Grala is probably my favorite because he is the best driver of the bunch and in the best equipment. Grala hops into the #44 that is usually driven by Natalie Decker but she is dealing with a medical issue. I think Grala could easily get this truck to a top 10 finish. Lyons has run 3 races this season and has finished no worse than 26th in any of those races. In three Super Speedway races in his Truck Series career, Lyons has two top 15 finishes and an average finish of 19th.

Other Options: Todd Gilliland ($9,400), Tanner Gray ($7,800)

NASCAR DFS: Value Tier Rankings

Like normal when it comes to Super Speedway races, we will be living in this range on Saturday. I will most likely have 3-4 drivers from this range in every lineup. Like I said in the open, do NOT feel it’s necessary to used all of your salary. If you have less than $500 or so left, you are probably not building your lineup the right way.

  1. Jordan Anderson – $6,200 – P26
  2. Jason White – $4,800 – P30
  3. Codie Rohrbaugh – $5,800 – P34
  4. Spencer Boyd – $5,600 – P24
  5. Dawson Cram – $7,200 – P33
  6. Bayley Currey – $6,900 – P21
  7. Tate Fogleman – $5,500 – P16
  8. Korbin Forrester – $5,300 – P29

Welcome to the NASCAR DFS Pit Stop for Sunday night’s NASCAR Cup Series race from Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Sunday’s race from Vegas is a 400 mile race which means we have 267 laps to pick up dominator points. Earlier in the season we saw Kevin Harvick ($11,700) and Chase Elliott ($9,700) lead the majority of laps, leading 162 laps combined. Joey Logano ($10,300) won the Spring race here and led 54 laps.

NASCAR DF : Dominators

As he is every week, Kevin Harvick ($11,7000) is in play, but I will not be looking to him as a top play this week. Could he dominate this race and win it from the pole, yes. Could he lead 70-80 laps and finish 8th like he did earlier this season, also yes. I would much rather save between $300-$700 and go for the place differential upside with Brad Keselowski ($11,400) starting 12th or Denny Hamlin ($11,000) who will start 10th. Keselowski hasn’t finished lower than 7th in his last 10 races here at Las Vegas. Hamlin hasn’t had great results here in Vegas, but I think Hamlin will improve on his recent results and come home top 10.

Martin Truex Jr. ($10,600)

Starting Position: 11th

Truex also offers some really good upside in this tier starting in the 11th position. Since 2107 (6 races), Truex has two wins at Las Vegas, and he also has four top 5’s and five top 10’s. I really think Truex has a shot at winning this race and will most likely get towards the front of the field pretty early in this race and challenge the 4 of Harvick or the 9 of Elliot.

Other Options: Chase Elliott ($9,700), Joey Logano ($10,300)

NASCAR DFS : Mid Tier

William Byron ($9,400)

Starting Position: 28th

Byron doesn’t have great track history here at LVMS, but with him starting 28th it makes him a really solid upside play. His price is ridiculously high, but I think he can make value and I also think he will be incredibly low owned because of this.

Matt DiBenedetto ($7,900)

Starting Position: 19th

Matty D is another driver with nothing to drive for except pride. DiBenedetto had his career best finish at Vegas earlier this season when he finished 2nd. Similarly to Byron again, DiBenedetto offers up some good upside in this race and another top 10 for him here is possible.

Ricky Stenhouse ($7,800)

Starting Position: 33rd

Like with all three races this weekend, dominator points are at a premium, so I am focusing on place differential plays, and Stenhouse is another solid one. Stenhouse finished 3rd here after starting 26th, but not only did he have a great PD day, Stenhouse also led 30 laps. Over the last three races at Las Vegas Stenhouse owns a 3rd place finish and a 6th place finish.

Other Options: Jimmie Johnson ($8,900), Erik Jones ($8,500), Austin Dillon ($7,600)

NASCAR DFS : Value Tier Rankings

  1. Cole Custer – $6,600 – P22
  2. Daniel Suarez – $5,700 – P29
  3. Alex Bowman – $7,300 – P8 – GPP only
  4. Ryan Newman – $7,400 – P24
  5. Tyler Reddick – $6,900 – P14
  6. Ty Dillon – $5,900 – P24
  7. Ryan Preece – $5,600 – P21
  8. Gray Gaulding – $5,000 – P30
  9. JH Nemechek – $6,400 – P25

Welcome to the NASCAR DFS Pit Stop for Saturday night’s Xfinity Series race from Las Vegas Motor Speedway. We have a 200 lap race on Saturday night, which means dominator points will be at a premium. I have two drivers in mind who I think can dominate this race and I will be playing them together a good amount on Saturday. Both Chase Briscoe ($11,600) and Austin Cindric ($11,300) have been outstanding at 1.5 mile tracks this season and should have no problem repeating their success here in Vegas.

NASCAR DFS: Dominators

Chase Briscoe ($11,600)

Starting Position: 1st

Chase Briscoe starts on the pole and will likely be fighting with Cindric for the lead on lap 1. Briscoe won this race in the Spring and will have a good chance to sweep here. In this race earlier this season, Briscoe led 89 laps which is what we want to see again on Saturday.

Austin Cinrdic ($11,300)

Starting Position: 2nd

If Briscoe doesn’t get the win on Saturday, I think it will be Cindric who gets it done. Cindric finished second behind Briscoe back in February here at Vegas. In that race, Cindric led 39 laps after starting on the pole, and in his last ten races as 1.5 mile tracks he averaged over 60 laps led.

If you don’t want to use that much salary on the top 2 guys I mentioned, I really like pairing one of them up with local boy, Noah Gragson ($10,300). Using Gragson will save you at least $1K and should free up enough salary to make a more balanced lineup if you choose to go that way.

Other Options: Justin Allgaier ($10,600)

NASCAR DFS: Mid Tier

Brandon Jones ($9,400)

Starting Position: 7th

Jones is another driver who has the potential to pick up some dominator points and win this race. If he doesn’t win, Jones will at least be able to offer you some upside starting in P7. In seven races here, Jones has five top 10 finishes including his 6th place finish here in February.

Michael Annett ($8,200)

Starting Position: 13th

Michael Annett is priced too low for his starting position and upside here on Saturday. In his last 15 races, Annett quietly has 13 top 10 finishes. I know I wrote this similar stat last week and Annett was involved in an early race wreck and finished 31st. That is less likely to happen atVegas and a top 5 is not out of the question here as well.

Other Options: Myatt Snider ($9,100) – Remember that Snider is back in the #93 car, not the RCR 21. Brett Moffitt ($8,800), Ryan Sieg ($8,100)

NASCAR DFS: Value Tier Rankings

  1. Colby Howard – $5,000 – P25
  2. Austin Hill – $6,700 – P29
  3. Jesse Hill – $5,400 – P24
  4. Vinnie Miller – $6,900 – P35
  5. Bayley Currey – $5,300 – P31
  6. Brandon Brown – $7,300 – P11
  7. BJ McLeod – $5,800 – P28
  8. Kyle Weatherman – $6,000 – P33

Welcome to the NASCAR DFS Pit Stop for Friday night’s Truck Series race from Las Vegas Motor Speedway. In Friday’s race, we only have 164 laps so we won’t be hunting for dominator points in this race. Instead, we will be looking for place differential and finishing position points and any dominator points we get will be a bonus. There is one place differential play that stands out in the top tier of this race, and a few in the mid-tier that we will want to build around.

NASCAR DFS: Dominators

Austin Hill ($10,700)

Starting Position: 11th

Hill is probably the best upside play in the top tier on Friday and is a cash game lock if playing. Earlier this season Hill finished 3rd at Vegas after starting 6th. Hill had some bad luck last week at Bristol and finished 26th, but before that he had five straight top 10 finishes, including three top 5’s.

Zane Smith ($10,100)

Starting Position: 7th

Zane Smith hasn’t had great luck of late and has an average finish of 14.6 in his last three races. Before the three poor finishes, Smith had two wins and four top 10 finishes in his previous five races. In the first race at Las Vegas this season, Smith started 15th but ended up with a 6th place finish.

Other Options: Brett Moffitt ($11,100), Christian Eckes ($9,900)

NASCAR DFS: Mid Tier

Dylan Lupton ($9,300)

Starting Position: 34th

This will be Lupton’s first Truck series race this season, but he does have experience at this track. Last season, Lupton finished 10th in at DGR truck, which is what he will be in on Friday. Lupton will be in the #17 truck that we last saw being driven by David Ragan. I don’t love the price for Lupton, but when we can get upside like this, I am willing to roll the dice and pay up for Lupton.

Derek Kraus ($8,400)

Starting Position: 14th

Derek Kraus is my favorite GPP play in this tier starting 14th with top 10, and maybe even top 5, potential. In his last ten races Kraus has only finished lower than 13th three times, has four top 10’s and two top 5’s. Kraus is a perfect GPP play and game log watchers may be scared off when you see the price and his recent finishes.

Connor Daly ($7,600)

Starting Position: 27th

This will be the first race for Connor Daly in a Truck, and only his second race in a NASCAR event in his career. Daly is a primary Indy car driver but will be in pretty good equipment and offers some good upside. A lot of people tend to fade drivers with no stats, and we can hopefully take advantage of this on Friday.

Other Options: Johnny Sauter ($9,500), Todd Gilliland ($9,100), Matt Crafton ($8,700), Stewart Friesen ($8,100), Ryan Truex ($7,700 – GPP ONLY)

NASCAR DFS: Value Tier Rankings

  1. Josh Reaume – $6,600 – P30
  2. Spencer Davis – $7,200 – P32
  3. Danny Bohn – $6,900 – P20
  4. Spencer Boyd – $5,700 – P29
  5. Tate Fogelman – $5,800 – P18
  6. Austin Wayne Self – $6,700 – P26
  7. Jordan Anderson – $6,200 – P21
  8. Travis Pastrana – $7,400 – P29

Welcome to the NASCAR DFS Pit Stop for Saturday night’s Cup Series from Bristol Motor Speedway. Saturday night we have 500 laps of Cup series action which will lead to some huge totals for a few drivers potentially. We have 375 dominator points in this race. In the Spring race here at Bristol, Brad Keselowski ($11,200) stole the win when Chase Elliott ($10,700) and Joey Logano ($9,700) wrecked on the last lap. There were three drivers who led over 100 laps in this race (Keselowski, Kyle Busch, and Hamlin) and Elliott led 88 laps. I think we see similar totals on Saturday.

NASCAR DFS: Dominators

Both Denny Hamlin ($12,000) and Kevin Harvick ($11,600) are in play, but I think there are better options in this tier. If you are playing one, I would go Hamlin over Harvick.

Brad Keselowski ($11,200)

Starting Position: 1st

Keselowski won this race earlier this year like I mentioned, and has finished top 3 in the last two races here. In those two races Keselowski has led over 200 laps and will most likely get the early lead on Saturday night. I like Keselowski as GPP pivot off Harvick and Hamlin.

Kyle Busch ($10,400)

Starting Position: 9th

Kyle Busch has basically owned Bristol over the last 6 races here. Busch has three wins, and five top 5’s in the last 6 here. During this 6 race stretch, Busch has also led 474 laps. I know a lot of people are still tentative about playing Busch because of the season he is having, and I get that, but I will be loading up on him Saturday night.

Other Options: Chase Elliott ($10,700)

NASCAR DFS: Mid Tier

Erik Jones ($9,400)

Starting Position: 20th

Jones has three top 5 finishes here in his career and finished 5th in the spring Bristol race this season. I think Jones offers the best place differential upside in this tier on Saturday and he is also racing for a job next season. Jones is a dark horse candidate to steal the win on Saturday, depending on his teams pit strategy.

Clint Bowyer ($8,400)

Starting Position: 11th

Since 2015 (11 races) Clint Bowyer has been one of the best drivers at Bristol. Bowyer has eight top 10 finishes and three top 5’s and has only finished lower than 12th twice in this same time span. Bowyer is almost a lock to finish in the top 10 on Saturday and coming of a 2nd place finish here earlier this season a top 5 is not out of the question.

Other Options: Kurt Busch ($9,100), Jimmie Johnson ($8,600), William Byron ($7,900), Ricky Stenhouse Jr. ($7,600)

NASCAR DFS: Value Tier Rankings

  1. Michael McDowell – $5,900 – P26
  2. Ryan Newman – $7,300 – P25
  3. John Hunter Nemechek – $6,400 – P31
  4. Ty Dillon – $6,100 – P28
  5. Cole Custer – $6,900 -P12
  6. Daniel Suarez – $5,400 – P29
  7. Corey Lajoie – $5,500 – P30
  8. Gray Gaulding – $5,100 – P37

Welcome to the NASCAR DFS Pit Stop for Friday night’s race from Bristol Motor Speedway! We have 300 laps of racing on Friday night which means we have a ton of dominator points to chase in this race. With there being 225 dominator points in this race it will be key to find the driver who will get up from and dominate this race as we did with Brett Moffitt in the Truck Series race on Thursday. Even though Moffitt didn’t get the win, he led 117 laps and had 41 fastest laps which gave him nearly 50 dominator points and outscored Sam Mayer, who won the race.

NASCAR DFS: Dominators

Justin Allgaier ($11,000)

Starting Position: 1st

Allgaier is my pick to dominate this race and potentially win. I think Allgaier takes the lead from the pole and holds onto it for a long time in this race. In his last 3 races here, Allgaier has lead no less than 131 laps in any race, but had 2 poor finishes thanks to wrecks. Allgaier does own eleven top 10 finishes in 19 races here as well, and a win as well.

Noah Gragson ($10,200)

Starting Position: 3rd

Gragson won the Bristol race earlier this season after his teammate in the #7 wrecked late. I would not be surprised to see Gragson pushing Allgaier for the lead early and the two of them trading the top spot for most of the race. I prefer to pay up $800 for Allgaier, but stacking them together is possible and that is also a strategy I might roll out as well.

Other Options: Chase Briscoe ($11,800), Harrison Burton ($9,900), Justin Haley ($9,600)

NASCAR DFS: Mid Tier

Anthony Alfredo ($8,500)

Starting Position: 19th

Alfredo is back in the #21 RCR Chevy this week and gives us some really nice place differential upside in this tier. Myatt Snider ($8,900) drove this care to a 5th place finish back in June, and I can easily see Alfredo getting another top 5 at Bristol on the 21.

Riley Herbst ($8,300)

Starting Position: 20th

Herbst will go off right next to Alfredo and is another great place differential play in this tier. I will be playing both Herbst and Alfredo together in my main lineup with Allgaier. Herbst has six top 10’s in his last seven races and has positive place differential in 5 of those 7 races as well.

Other Options: Myatt Snider ($8,900), Brett Moffitt ($8,700), Jeremy Clements ($7,600)

NASCAR DFS: Value Tier Rankings

  1. Gray Gualding – $7,400 – P28
  2. Chad Finchum $6,100 – P27
  3. Colby Howard – $4,800 – P31
  4. Vinnie Miller – $7,100 – P35
  5. Tommy Joe Martins – $5,700 – P26
  6. Matt Mills – $4,500 – P17
  7. Josh Williams – $5,200 – P18

Welcome to the NASCAR DFS Pit Stop for Thursday night’s NASCAR Trucks series race from Bristol Motor Speedway! This is a 200 lap race on Thursday night, which means we have 150 dominator points available in this race. Last year in this same race we had three different drivers lead every lap, and all three are favorites in this same race as well. Ross Chastain ($12,000), Brett Moffitt ($9,800) – 2019 winner, and Grant Enfinger ($9,200) led all 200 laps last year and I think any of these three drivers can easily win this race .

NASCAR DFS – Dominators

Ross Chastain ($12,000)

Starting Position: 34th

Chastain is back in the Truck series this week and is the highest priced driver in the field this week with arguably the most upside as well. Starting from the 34th spot in a truck that can easily finish in the top 10 and lead laps makes Chastain the optimal cash game play for this race. There is a good amount of value to balance his salary so there is no reason to fade him in GPP’s either in my opinion.

Sheldon Creed ($11,300)

Starting Position: 8th

Creed has two wins in his last 5 races and has been one of the best drivers all season. In his only race at Bristol last year, Creed came home in 6th after starting 24th. This is the first race of the playoffs in the Truck Series and Creed will be looking to win this race and lock in his place in the next round, and win this race.

Brett Moffitt ($9,800)

Starting Position: 2nd

Moffitt may be the unluckiest driver in the Truck Series and just can’t buy a win this season. Coming into Thursday’s race, Moffitt has six straight top 10’s and has led laps in 5 of those 6 races as well. With a win under his belt here at Bristol last year, I think Moffitt gets out front early and leads a good portion of the first half of this race.

Other Options: Parker Kligerman ($10,900), Johnny Sauter ($10,600)

NASCAR DFS : Mid Tier

Sam Mayer ($8,800)

Starting Position: 17th

Mayer is just 17 years old, but has been very successful in the Truck series this season, and last. Last year at this race, Mayer finished 21st, his first career race at this track. I think Mayer has the biggest upside in this tier this week and is cash game viable if you play cash games.

Stewart Friesen ($7,600)

Starting Position: 12th

Friesen was in a really bad rut for a while this season but has seemingly gotten that figured out and is running much better currently. Friesen comes into Bristol with 5 straight top 10 finishes. While he doesn’t offer a ton of upside because Friesen will not likely run upfront on Thursday, his price means he doesn’t need to make value for us.

Other Options: Grant Enfinger ($9,200), Todd Gilliland ($9,000), Chandler Smith ($8,100)

NASCAR DFS: Value Tier Rankings

  1. Camden Murphy – $6,300 – P36
  2. Danny Bohn – $6,100 – P27
  3. Tate Fogelman – $5,300 – P20
  4. Tanner Gray – $7,100 – P16
  5. Josh Anderson – $6,000 – P25
  6. Clay Greenfield – $4,600 – P26
  7. Cody Erickson – $5,200 – P33

Welcome to the NASCAR DFS Pit Stop for Saturday night’s Cup Series Federated Auto Parts 400 from Richmond Raceway. We have a potentially big fantasy point night tonight with 300 possible dominator points to earn in this race. Last season Martin Truex Jr. swept at Richmond and dominated both races.

NASCAR DFS: Dominators

Denny Hamlin ($11,600)

Starting Position: 7th

Hamlin is once again the highest priced driver on this slate and he may be a little overpriced tonight. I think Hamlin might actually come in at lower ownership then usual because of high price making him ideal for GPP’s tonight. Last season Hamlin finished top 5 in both Richmond races but had only 7.25 dominator points, but I think tonight he picks a lot more than that. Hamlin saw Harvick win and clinch his spot in the next round of the playoffs last week in Darlington and Hamlin could be the next with a win tonight.

Martin Truex Jr. ($10,900)

Starting Position: 14th

If Hamlin is overpriced, then Truex is under priced at $10.9K. Truex will most likely come in as the highest owned driver in this tier, and rightfully so. Truex dominated this track in 2019 winning both races as I mentioned in the open. Not only did Truex win both races, he earned himself an average of 83.5 dominator points in each race. Truex led 295 laps at Richmond last season and had 78 fastest laps.

Kyle Busch ($9,800)

Starting Position: 6th

While Kyle did not win at Richmond in 2019, he racked up fantasy points. Busch came home in the top 10 in both races and picked up a massive amount of dominator points. Obviously Kyle was having a much better season in 2019 than he is in 2020, but he has had success here and he did race in the Xfinity race on Friday night so he knows where his car should be for tonight’s race. Busch led over 300 laps combined at Richmond last season and had 126 fastest laps.

Other Options: Kevin Harvick ($11,300), Brad Keselowski ($10,100)

NASCAR DFS: Mid Tier

Joey Logano ($9,300)

Starting Position: 2nd

Logano is a solid GPP play on Saturday night, albeit a risky play. With him starting on the outside pole, Logano doesn’t offer place differential upside, but he does seem to run really well at Richmond in his career. In his last 12 races at Richmond Logano has ten top 10 finishes, four finishes of 2nd or better (2 wins), and has led at least 25 laps in 6 of the 12 races.

Clint Bowyer ($8,300)

Starting Position: 11th

Bowyer has some good upside this weekend starting in the 11th position. In 2019 at Richmond Bowyer finished 9th and 3rd, and at Phoenix this season (similar track) Bowyer came home 5th. Going further back, Bowyer has 4 straight top 10 finishes at Richmond.

Other Options: Erik Jones ($8,900), Jimmie Johnson ($8,700), Matt DiBenedetto ($7,500)

NASCAR DFS: Value Tier Rankings

There is a lot of good value in this section this week, which is what I was hoping for because I want to load up on the top tier in my lineups this weekend. We have guys like Christopher Bell ($7,200), Bubba Wallace ($7,100), and Ryan Newman ($7,000) in the $7K range who are soild PD upside plays. At under $6K we have drivers like Chris Buescher ($5,900), Corey Lajoie ($5,800), and Daniel Suarez ($5,600). Suarez has never finished lower than 18th at Richmond and owns three top 10 finishes here. Do I think he gets a 4th? No, but a top 20 is not out of the question.

  1. Ryan Newman – $7,000 – P21
  2. Daniel Suarez – $5,600 – P28
  3. Christopher Bell – $7,200 – P26
  4. Corey Lajoie – $5,800 – P34
  5. William Byron – $7,300 – P5
  6. Ty Dillon – $6,300 – P27
  7. Bubba Wallace – $7,100 – P30
  8. Ryan Preece – $6,100 – P24
  9. Chris Buescher – $5,900 – P25
  10. John Hunter Nemechek – $6,500 – P31

Welcome to the NASCAR DFS Pit Stop for Friday night’s Xfinity Series race from Richmond Raceway! Just like the Truck Series race from Thursday night, we have 250 laps in this race meaning we have 187.5 dominator points in this race on Friday as well. In other news, Kyle Busch ($17,000) is back in the Xfinity Series this weekend and we have to pay a hefty price to fit him in. If you play cash games, I think he is a must-play starting from the 29th position. We know Kyle will get to the front at some point and lead some laps and potentially win. DraftKings did give us some decent plays in the bottom of the value tier that makes it feasible to use Busch and construct a good lineup.

NASCAR DFS: Dominators

If you aren’t rostering Kyle Busch for this race then these are the drivers I would consider from the top tier.

Justin Allgaier ($10,400)

Starting Position: 16th

Allgaier has had some bad runs the previous two races, but before that he had four top 10 finishes in the last 5 races. In 7 races at Richmond since joining JRM, Allgaier has five top 10 finishes here, as well as four top 5’s. I think Allgaier, along with Austin Cindric ($10,900) will push Kyle for the win on Friday.

Noah Gragson ($9,800)

Starting Position: 4th

Gragson is getting hot at the right time in the season with the playoffs approaching. Over the last six Xfinity series races, Gragson has five finishes of 7th or better. Gragson is one my favorite GPP plays on this slate and he will probably come in severely under owned even at his low price.

Other Options: Austin Cindric ($10,900), Chase Briscoe ($11,500)

NASCAR DFS: Mid Tier

Justin Haley ($9,100)

Starting Position: 10th

Justin Haley is quietly having one of the best years in the Xfinity Series. He doesn’t get talked about like the guys on the bigger teams (Cindric , Briscoe, Gragson, Allgaier) do but he should. Only four drivers in the series have more top 10’s then Haley does this season and I think his 15th top 10 will happen on Friday night. Haley has only driven in two Xfinity races here, both came in 2019, and finished 10th and 17th.

Kaz Grala ($8,400)

Starting Position: 24th

Grala is back in the Richard Childress Chevy for Friday’s race and he is one of the top place differential plays for me. This will be Grala’s third race in this car in 2020 with finishes of 13th and 4th in his previous 2 races. In this same race last season Grala came home with a 14th place finish in the #21 RCR Chevy. If we can get a similar finish then we should be happy with that result.

Ryan Sieg ($7,500)

Starting Position: 6th

Sieg, like Gragson, is a pure GPP play on this slate. With Sieg starting from the P6 he doesn’t offer much upside but he will be low owned and has top 5 potential. Last season Sieg had his best career finishes at Richmond when he finished 12th and 5th .

NASCAR DFS: Value Tier Rankings

  1. Riley Herbst – $7,400 – P8
  2. Tommy Joe Martins – $4,800 – P21
  3. Josh Williams – $5,000 – P12
  4. BJ McLeod – $5,800 – P32
  5. Jeremy Clements – $7,200 – P19
  6. Kyle Weatherman – $6,400 – P36
  7. Mason Massey – $6,100 – P30
  8. Vinnie Miller – $6,700 – P34
