1/10 LPL League of Legends DFS Breakdown

Welcome to my 1/10 LPL League of Legends DFS Breakdown. We are happy to have LOL back in our lives on a day-to-day basis. Today we get the LPL back while we have the LCK coming in on the 12th, along with the LEC/LCS on the 14th. We will strive to have daily content for all your esports LOL needs as I am excited to be here providing information and plays for another split. We are going to keep the same format in our articles, going over the matches and breaking them down, and following them up with the best fantasy plays from each. Let us start off with a general overview of what LOL is for any new players this year.

LOL is an Esport where two teams of five take the “rift” which is our version on the field in actual sports. There are five positions that range from Top, Jungle, Mid, ADC, and SUP. These positions give strong indicators into who are going to be the main targets from each team as the ADC/JG/MID are the ones you want to look to target while building your lineups. For building those lineups a key thing to look at is the correlation, much like MLB, when there’s a team that is supposed to score high you want your ADC/JG/MID coming from that team with one of the three in the captain spot. The main stack for builds is going to be a 4-3 with the 4 stacks coming from the higher scoring team most of the time. 4-3 is also the best cash build there is where you are only relying on two teams to win and crosses out the risk of taking a third. Now let’s dig into this slate so we make hit some green tonight.

OMG vs TT

Our first match of the night is between two teams in the lower echelon of the LPL, with OMG being more of a Gatekeeper and TT just being downright terrible. These are also two of the slower teams in the LPL which is pulling me away from using this match as a 4 stack but I am not against some lineups using 4 stacks of OMG, and full disclosure, the LPL is the league where a TT 4 stack can takedown on any given night. OMG should win this match based on stats but the LPL has the most upsets out of any LOL region. Looking at the roster changes for these two squads TT is coming in with a new top laner in New, Jungler in Frigid, and bot lane in Puff and Southwind. OMG on the other hand has a new top laner in Shanji and they chose to keep the rest of their squad the same. This OMG squad was pretty strong last year and carried the momentum into the end of the year pulling off some upsets on a small winning streak. TT is a team that I believe is going to struggle to start out the year with this mostly being a new squad so I am going to be staying away from them as a whole at least for a little while.

In the last split neither of these teams were particularly aggressive, both with relatively low CKPM’s which stands for combined kills per minute, the changes brought to the team through the players won’t change this principle too much as it is a product of coaching over anything else. OMG is a more aggressive team as they try to play for the snowball and rack up kills to end the game. I most likely won’t be touching this game for more than what it is and that’s a small stack. I am taking 3 from OMG and that’s probably going to be Shanji, Aki, and OMG team spot.

RNG vs FPX

Here we have the match of the night in terms of talent, enjoyment, and Fantasy scoring. These are two of the higher-paced teams in the LPL and two of the most popular rosters in the League. FPX is facing a lot of turnover while RNG has held pat on their team only sending Xiahou back to mid and getting Bin for the top lane. I really like these moves that RNG made as Cryin seemed to be what was holding them back as a squad and the addition of Bin gives them back the mid lane to play through as well as a strong top laner. FPX on the other hand has a new top laner in Xiaolaohu, a new jungle in Beichuan, a mid laner in Gori, and support in Hang. The new top/Jg for FPX are two of my favorite young players in the LPL and I wouldn’t be surprised if they were the reason why FPX pulled off the upset tonight.

Looking more into the matchups here I believe this is going to be a very well-matched top lane with Xiaolaohu being one of the top young players in the LPL and Bin showing off his skills while playing for Suning. The jungle is also going to be a big spot of contention where I believe that both sides are going to be able to put up a fight between Beichuan and Wei. Mid and bot lane are pretty heavily favored to the side of RNG though as they are the main carries on the team and will show up in a big way. These are also two of the highest-paced teams in the LPL which is really saying something, we are going to need to take our 4 stacks from this match tonight and I am not afraid of doing so, we will be 4 stacking RNG and not giving it a second thought.

1/10 LPL League of Legends DFS Breakdown overview

This slate overall is going to be a bit wonky as it is the first one of the year and not something that is going to have the most certainty for us to bet on. I would also go mainly GPP on this slate with my 4 stacks coming from RNG and my smaller stacks coming the way of OMG. I am excited to start off a new LOL season here, as well as looking forward to takedowns and big wins coming our way. Let’s get it started off on the right food tonight. Thank you for reading my 1/10 LPL League of Legends DFS Breakdown, for other articles here at WinDaily click here, or to join our discord where I can answer any questions if needed click here. Let’s start off this new year with a banger, Goodluck everyone!!!

10/13 League of Legends DFS Breakdown: Worlds Edition

Welcome to my 10/13 League of Legends DFS Breakdown: Worlds Edition. I am looking to continue our success from yesterday’s slate with our top recommended stack of RNG/PSG. Let’s see what matches we have today to bring about a chance of repeating our success today. RNG vs HLE, LNG vs MAD, FPX vs RGE, PSG vs FNC, TL vs GEN, DK vs C9 EDG vs DFM, and T1 vs 100T. Luckily for us, I believe we have another straightforward pato to cashing today and I am excited to get into this slate for you guys.

RNG vs HLE

Our first match on the day and a game for us that I am looking to target in cash with the use of RNG and sprinkle in some GPP usage for RNG. They have still looked very impressive in their play with them being able to fully unlock their team by putting Cryin on roaming mid laners to get around to the map and assist with the other lanes and the jungler to make proactive plays. HLE is going to be once again playing through their mid laner in Chovy who currently owns and operated the church of Chovy who controls the lane phase in his matches and will hold a farm gap over whoever he will be against in lane. The downside of HLE is that he is the extent of their good play and I expect the rest of RNG to roll over HLE and take a semi bloody victory here.

LNG vs MAD

We have our second match is what is by far and way the most balanced of our groups at world with this matchup between LNG and MAD. MAD looked very impressive today against GEN G being able to pull off the upset win in a super late game that relied heavily on team fight capabilities. LNG on the other hand showed how dominant they are able to be against inferior competition in their match against TL. They were able to almost pull off the perfect game in complete domination in terms of kills, map pressure, and team fighting. Now, this is going to be a matchup between one of the best if not the best team fighters in MAD and a solid all-around team in LNG. The matchup that I am really excited for here is the one we are getting between Ale and Armut, two of the best top laners we have at worlds. I am expecting Ale to be able to top Armut and possibly even bring his own pick of Wukong against him but this will be close all around. Icon also needs to play in his form from today again for LNG to have a chance here, he improved a lot on his performance from the first match against GEN and BDD. LNG is going to end up taking the advantage early and if they are able to hold off MAD’s team fighting its going to be heavily favored for LNG, I expect a scrappy match here with the possibility to be very bloody. I am taking LNG to win in GPP.

FPX vs RGE

I am going to have a very unpopular opinion on this game and one that is probably wrong for that reason but I really think RGE is going to be able to walk in here and take care of business against FPX with how both teams have been playing. FPX looked terrible in their first two worlds matches against DK and C9, something that I can’t expect to continue into today but also not something I can completely overlook when building and researching for these games. RGE on the other hand was able to take a pretty convincing victory over C9 while keeping their game against DK close up until the end. I am one to take some pretty stupid upsets sometimes and I am going to go back to the well here with RGE over FPX, this one also has the chance to get bloody in that case as FPX likes to die a lot in losses and RGE getting aggressive after they know how far ahead they really are. I am taking RGE here but FPX has a very live chance to take it. RGE for the upset to fit whatever you want on this slate.

FNC vs PSG

This is the match I have been waiting to write up even though there is not going to be much for me to write about it as I believe it is going to be the most straightforward part of this article. FNC is a team that likes to play at breakneck pace whenever that can and that strategy is being used even more without their ADC in Upset who continues to be out for personal reasons. If you were able to catch and of the RNG vs FNC match then you have an understanding of what I mean here in saying that I believe that there will be a lot of blood here and it is going to favor PSG in their kill upside. I picked PSG every match they have played in so far this tournament and they were able to keep in a close one with RNG through their fighting while they pulled off the upset yesterday against HLE at very low ownership to give us the value we needed. They are the best non-major region team at Worlds and I believe they are going to continue to be impressive with the level at which their laners and jungler are playing at so far. I expect PSG to win this scrappy game filled with a ton of kills for PSG and making them my #1 stack on the day, I will be trying to get 4 PSG everywhere and I love Maple, River, and Hanabi at captain for them.

TL vs GEN

These teams are going to be trying to rebound after two disappointing losses, one for TL where they were absolutely dismantled by LNG, and for GEN where they were taken to the brink by MAD and eventually lost out in the team fights. Both of these teams play similar styles in their more macro-focused gameplay which I believe is going to lead to a lower kill game and make me stay away from this match overall. Taking a quick peek into individual matchups the top lane is going to be fun with Alphari going up against Rascal and even though this will be a very close matchup I am going to take Alphari due to his ability to step and carry more often than Rascal. I also believe the mid lane is going to be a good one with BDD vs Jensen which will be a close match and I believe will rely more on who can get around the map to help out their team more. Gen has looked better overall this tournament in my opinion but I can’t completely disregard TL as they were able to take a good victory over MAD in their first game. Take Gen here but low kills overall.

DK vs C9

If we all remember correctly at MSI earlier in the year C9 was able to pull off an upset over DK in one of their games and have it be one of the big surprises of that tournament. Now that we are back at worlds we have two very similar teams to their MSI days in terms of talent and playstyle but I do not think we will be able to get anything close to another one of these upsets that we had. DK looked shaky at MSI and so far this world’s tournament they have been nothing but dominant and one of the best teams we have here. I don’t even think there is too much more to write for this match as I can really only see DK winning pretty dominantly. I’m playing DK and this match will fair on the slower side for the day. Cash only for me with DK or the team spot.

EDG vs DFM

This is the other match I am really liking the upside for with EDG as DFM has been a team that consistently doesn’t have the talent to match with the better teams of the tournament like EDG. They are not as good in the lane phase or the team fight and that is what kills them as a team because they tend to fight more due to this and help to put up more kills in their games and have huge scores for their winning teams. EDG is also one of the most complete teams at worlds as has a great chance to take over this game and put up some huge points overall. I really like them as a stack today and will be playing a good amount of EDG.

100T vs T1

This is our last match of the day and it is going to be one of our best on the day in terms of closeness, DFS wise? Not as much. T1 has looked like one of our better teams at worlds but they also had the pleasure of running into the inevitable team shredder that is EDG. Though in their other matches both of these teams were able to dismantle the lowly DFM squad. T1 has still been the team that looks more complete and one that I can really see coming out of this group in the second spot with how they are playing together. 100T has also been looking good but just not to the level of T1 and I am also going to attribute some of this to the region gap here that is between NA and the LCK. T1 is the stronger team, from the stronger region, and it is going to show at the end of the day. Take T1 for a win here but I don’t love the upside.

Summary

Winners, RNG, LNG, RGE, PSG, GEN, DK, EDG, T1. The matches that I am favoring to have to most upside are going to be PSG/FNC, EDG/DFM, and RNG/HLE. All of these are going to have the chance to put up huge kill numbers and where most of my ownership is going to with my big upset pick being RGE over FPX if your feeling crazy. Thank you for reading my 10/13 League of Legends DFS Breakdown: Worlds Edition and if you are interested in our other content here at WinDaily click here, and to join our discord click here. 10/11 League of Legends DFS Breakdown: Worlds Edition

Welcome to my 10/11 League of Legends DFS Breakdown: Worlds Edition where I am looking to crush the second day of worlds with yet another 8 game slate for the day. I believe today is going to be much more cut and dry in terms of who is going to be coming away with these games and who will put up the kill numbers we need for the day. Our matches are T1 vs EDG, DK vs RGE, PSG vs HLE, RNG vs FNC, FPX vs C9, 100T vs DFM, GEN vs MAD, and TL vs LNG. I have an obvious path for this slate that I am looking to go down the road with for the slate and I am excited to share it so let’s dig into it.

T1 vs EDG

This is going to be a slow one in my eyes as I believe both teams are on the slower side of the slate in terms of pace. EDG is the class of the LPL while T1 is a solid team in the LCK and both looked really good in their respective openers while the first match for each team was on the easier side. EDG has one of the best mid/jg duo’s at worlds in Scout and Jiejie while they are obviously going up against Faker and T1. When looking at the rest of the lineups between the two teams EDG has a clear advantage in the overall strength of laners. I am giving EDG the advantage here to win today but T1 isn’t a team I can completely write off. EDG to win but I don’t really like either side due to the relative upside of this game.

DK vs RGE

This is one of our lopsided matchups between these two regions as the LCK is far ahead of the LEC in terms of overall region strength. Both of these teams have similar play styles where they look to get ahead through early game macro dominance. But that is where the similarities end between these two teams as there is a huge talent gap with DK taking the advantage there by a lot. Both of these teams play a little more controlled and in a very calculated style overall. I hate not spending a lot of time here but DK is going to roll over RGE in a not-so-close matchup and once Rogue falls behind they like to start feeding in their matches and DK is a team that can very much take advantage of that against this squad. I like DK to win and they classify as one of the better plays on the slate.

PSG vs HLE

I am having a tough time not looking to go back to PSG here even though HLE looked a lot better against Fnatic who was admittedly playing with a sub in their bot lane spot. HLE is a team who is having a lot of success playing through their jg/mid duo in Chovy and Willer but they are going to be countered hard here in Maple and River. I really like PSG here again and the upside for the side of PSG is something that has consistently caught my eye. I believe this has the chance to be one of the higher scoring matchups on the slate and I might have to go with backing the dog on this match in PSG as they give you the value and the chance to upset that we need. They looked good against RNG in the team fights until they eventually lost a key fight and were just overpowered by the gold difference. I like PSG here but I won’t completely fade HLE due to the overall upside here. PSG and a high scorer.

RNG vs FNC

PLAY 4 RNG IF IT IS POSSIBLE. Yes, they are the most expensive team on the slate. Yes, they almost just had a letdown spot against PSG. Yes, they are hard to fit with just about anyone but they are playing into one of the fastest teams at worlds in FNC who is without their likely best player in Upset. RNG is going to win this matchup and I would stake just about anything on it. Not much information to drop on this game other than play 4 RNG if you can, they have the easiest chance to be the highest-scoring team on the slate and it wouldn’t even be close.

FPX vs C9

This is somewhere we are going to be able to look for safety in the arms of FPX to take a win here consistently and take over their match against C9. C9 isn’t terrible but they have the designation of coming from what is believed to be the weakest major region in NA and they are going against one of the top 3 teams at worlds in FPX. Perkz is one of the best if not the best western mid laner of all time and he is going to have to get crushed by DoinB, if they even bring this matchup close I would be amazed. We have one of the most lopsided games on the slate here in where I expect FPX to roll over C9 and they should be able to put up a decent score but nothing I expect to be needed or a slate breaker. FPX is going to roll to a win here but it is not going to be a high kill affair.

100T vs DFM

100T didn’t falter too bad against EDG in their opening matchup but they got overpowered by what is looking like the best overall team in the tournament so far. DFM on the other hand was dismantled by T1 in a matchup that wasn’t even close overall, T1 pulled out the victory 22-2 and didn’t let DFM do anything in terms of getting in the game. 100T is from NA and it is well written as to how I think they are the worst major region at worlds but 100T gets the pleasure here of not having to face off against one of the major region teams in DFM. If there was going to be an upset for DFM it is going to have to come against the west but I just can’t see it happening against Fakerdagge and the rest of the 100 thieves. I am taking 100T to win here and I do like the kill potential a lot tonight.

GEN vs MAD

This matchup is just going to be gross in general. GEN just stomped LNG in an expected, very low-scoring match, where both teams looked to macro instead of constantly team fight. GEN here has the chance to take on the west in the MAD lions and I expect it to be another stomp from the side of GEN G. MAD is one of the best team fighting teams in the world which can always give them a chance in these games but I really can’t theory craft a win for them outside of them being able to pull off the win due to not being too far behind GEN in the early game and then using their team fighting advantage to hold out and win over GEN. I like GEN to take the win here and do so in a dominating macro fashion but I wouldn’t be surprised either if they were able to put up kills in this matchup as MAD is someone who likes to up the pace of the game and they can feed some kills over to GEN in a loss. I expect an easier win here for the side of GEN and one that is either going to lead to a lot of kills or just a few, play them in cash mainly.

LNG vs TL

TL looked really good in their game against MAD yesterday and I believe that may have the ability to sway some opinions for today, while I do believe that TL looked really good. I also believe that this is an NA team going against one of the better teams from the LPL in LNG and someone who can counter TL in their strengths in top lane with Ale who is admittedly better than Alphari in this matchup. When looking outside of the top lane the only problem spot I can really see for LNG is going to be the mid lane with Icon going up against one of TL’s best players in Jensen, who has some amazing KP for this team and in a win someone I expect to be able to put up massive numbers. LNG on the other hand is an LPL team with one of the most talented ADC’s in Light along with Tarzan in the jungle and Ale in the top lane. I am taking LNG to win here through their mid to lane game dominance and how they are able to play through multiple spots on their roster, there is a chance this will be a fast game so I am not against playing a lot of this game but I would envision a 17 kill win.

Summary

EDG, DK, PSG, RNG, FPX, 100T, GEN, and LNG are all going to be the winners on the slate for me and the upside matches are going to be RNG/FNC, PSG/HLE, and 100T/DFM. They are going to be my favorite matches to go from with my #1 combo probably being RNG and PSG. Thank you for reading my 10/11 League of Legends DFS Breakdown: Worlds Edition and I am excited for another day of coverage on these amazing slates. 10/11 League of Legends DFS breakdown: Worlds Edition

Welcome to my 10/11 League of Legends DFS breakdown: Worlds Edition. We are being blessed with a massive eight-game slate for this fine Monday morning. I am not looking to give too much of a description here as I need to get right into business with the size of the slate we have today. Our matches include FPX vs DK, RNG vs PSG, FNC vs HLE, GEN vs LNG, T1 vs DFM, 100T vs EDG, TL vs MAD, and RGE vs C9. We have a lot to get into so let’s get started into this slate.

Main Slate Breakdown

FPX vs DK

This is graciously the first match of the day and the most hyped matchup of the day and possibly the tournament. This is what many believe will be the preview of the world championship. FPX is the best team in the LPL and DK is the best team in the LCK. If you want to take a peek into region strength then we are going to be favoring the LPL here as they are the best region in the world. When we take a look into the strengths of each team we are going to have to focus a bit on the mid-lane with our matchup between Showmaker and DoinB. This is one of the best mids in the world vs the best mid laner in the world in DoinB. Looking around though we are going to have to give the advantage to FPX on the top side, jungle goes to DK, bot lane will be the deciding factor in the game though and I believe that is going to go the way of FPX and that is who I expect to win the game. Take FPX here and I like them to be one of the top scorers on the slate.

RNG vs PSG

We have two very dominant regular season teams here between RNG and PSG. Both were dominant squads with PSG not losing a match in the regular season while RNG was one of the top squads again in the LPL. I have an odd feeling about this game and it is leading me to one of the biggest upset picks we have here today. This is going to be one of the closest matches there are but the name/region is going to give us more ownership over on the side of RNG. While on the flipside I can only see this as another region to play PSG here. Yes, they are not the regional power that RNG is while playing in the LPL, but they are in one of the better regions in the league world and are the most dominant squad we have here. If you’re playing for safety and cash I would go with RNG but for me, and for my GPP shots I am fully sending PSG here. This will be closer than many expect and I love it today.

FNC vs HLE

Believe it or not, this is one of those matches I don’t believe we are going to have too much of a question with the winner but mostly who is going to have the chance to put up the points tonight. FNC plays at breakneck speed while HLE plays in a much more adaptive way to what their opponent is playing like. HLE is either going to be in a 30 kill game or a 13 kill game for the winner. FNC is an LEC team going up against an LCK one but I still believe they are going to be the winner here with how HLE has looked in this tournament so far. I don’t believe they have the ability to keep up with teams like FNC and they really don’t have a team outside of Chovy and that will show when Nisqy holds his own against him. I like FNC and believe they can put up the points here.

LNG vs GEN

Here we are looking to get back to one of the slower-paced matchups where we could see lower kill numbers overall. LNG has looked amazing so far this tournament while GEN looked worse as their season went on. Both of these teams like to play slower and more of a macro style in their gameplay and I expect LNG to be the key benefactor to this as they are the overall better squad in the matchup. I am also not sure about GEN’s roster tonight as they have the possibility to switch in the jungle and in the top lane. Either way that this match goes I can really only see it being a slow playing game and I am looking to take LNG here but I believe it is going to be one of those lower scoring matchups on the day.

T1 vs DFM

I have a few opinions that are not going to be anywhere near the norm with most playing this slate tonight and this is the second look that I am giving that is going to differ from most. The storylines here are abundant for T1 with this being Faker’s first worlds in two years and their consistent roster turnover. DFM on the other hand is the best collection of talent that has ever come out of the LJL region and they have been playing like it so far this tournament only picking up a loss against C9. T1 is the better team here, coming out of the better region, with side selection here tonight. T1 should win this game as they hold consistent advantages in the jungle and mid-lane. DFM could possibly claim an edge on top with the best player to ever come of the LJL in Evi. T1 should win here again but I like the possible upside in a win from this DFM squad and that is driving over towards them as an upset pick here. T1 for Cash, DFM for GPP shots.

100T vs EDG

I would love to theory craft some crazy way that this match will be interesting and anything other than a stomp in favor of EDG but that is simply not possible. 100T is the best team from NA, yes, but NA is still the worst of the major regions and EDG is a part of the best region in the world in the LPL. It is impossible for me to see EDG lose but I also cannot recommend playing them outside of their team spot as this should be a blowout for the EDG squad and one of the faster matches of the day. There’s not too much to say here other than that EDG is going to win the kills are going to be on the lower side for this one.

TL vs MAD

Another one of the closer matches on the day and I can see this going the way of MAD into their faster playstyle and I can also see TL trying to push this match more into their slow play style where they can control the map through macro. These teams also match up quite well overall in their positions as I would call it even between Alphari and Armut in the top lane, the jungle would have to go to the side of the MAD lions with Elyoya over Santorin due to his playstyle for more AD junglers in this meta. Mid-lane is dead even between Jensen and Humanoid and I am going to keep it that way in saying this is dead even. Bot lane is also very close with MAD holding the edge in the adc role and TL holding the edge in the Support role. What is really going to separate these teams though is their team fighting. which is going to carry MAD here tonight. I am taking MAD and I believe the kills can be here depending on how they pull off the win.

RGE vs C9

NA is a very disappointing region overall but their closest counterpart is the LEC and this is going to be another matchup between the two regions. Rogue was picked apart with their playstyle and the blueprint on how to beat them has been layed out. If C9 can win the early game against Rogue, I really can’t see a scenario where they lose this matchup but they also have to do this against the best macro early game team in the LEC. I can really only see a path here for Rogue to take the win over C9 and that is where my pick is going to be but I cannot see this match having anything resembling kills. It probably has the best chance to be the lowest-scoring on the day. I am taking RGE here but not playing either side

Summary

Welcome to the summary of my 10/11 League of Legends DFS breakdown: Worlds Edition. My final picks to win tonight are going to be FPX, PSG, FNC, LNG, DFM, EDG, MAD, RGE. In terms of upside, the best games for possible points are going to be PSG/RNG, FPX/DK, and FNC/HLE. The rest fall off after those big three. Thank you guys for reading my LOL breakdown for our first world’s main stage action and I will be in discord answering any questions needed here and to check out other articles over here at WinDaily click here. Thank you again and let’s crush this slate!!!

10/6 League of Legends DFS Breakdown, LOL Worlds edition

Welcome to my 10/6 League of Legends DFS Breakdown: Worlds Edition. Yesterday we got off to a hot start with the early slate and continued that into the main slate with stacks of DFM. For tomorrow I do like the early slate, though it may be a bit chalky, the main slate is going to be the one in question, for the most part, tomorrow as I believe it is the most contested we have had. Let’s take a look at these games to continue on our success from yesterday’s slate. For the early slate, we get the pleasure of having LNG vs RED and HLE vs PCE. Though we aren’t going to have to really get into it until we hit the main slate. We have a 4 game main slate including INF vs PCE, RED vs HLE, BYG vs C9, and GS vs DFM. Now, this is going to be a slate that is more up in the air and one that I am going to be looking into to try to get an edge here. Let’s dig into this slate for tomorrow.

Early Only Slate

LNG vs RED and HLE vs PCE

This is a set of games I see no reason to spend too much time on as we saw yesterday how these are two of the best teams in the play-in stage are LNG and HLE. While on the other hand of their respective matchups we see some of the worst regions at Worlds in RED and PCE. I see both of these matches being very one-sided and the LNG vs RED game being considerably faster faced than HLE vs PCE. All of my looks tomorrow are going to include 4 LNG in this matchup against the RED candids who are bad and a higher-paced team in the tournament overall. HLE vs PCE on the other hand is one of the slower-paced matchups we are going to have on the day and that is why I will only be taking 3 stacks from this match as much as possible. We are playing our 4 stacks from LNG and we are doing that any way needed (ALE IS HIGHLY RECCOMENDED) I love ALE too as he has embraced the role of carrying the squad.

Main Slate

INF vs PCE

We get the chance here to look into another matchup of the dogs, two of the lower-ranking teams we have at this tournament. Though when looking into the two teams there is a distinctive distance in how they played yesterday. INF played two games and looked truly like a bottom-tier team through their playstyle. PCE on the other hand looked a bit better even up against their competition in LNG. I am really leaning toward PCE for the play here but I do not like them to put up the numbers we are going to need in a win. This is going to be one of those toss-up matches for tomorrow and I believe that it is one that I will be staying away from. The pick here is PCE to win but I am not going to play them in any more than a three-stack tomorrow.

RED vs HLE

HLE is going to be one of the higher owned teams on the slate and I really can’t see why not. HLE is one of the slower-paced teams here, yes, but RED is also one of the faster-paced teams in the league. I don’t like to tout this many matches as open and shut but I do like HLE to roll here even if they have looked shaky so far at this tournament. HLE is going to carry a lot of ownership and I am going to be taking this into consideration when building. I like HLE to win this matchup and to do so in a possibly bloody manner. Take HLE, I like them mostly as 3 stacks but I am willing to throw some 4 stacks in with them.

C9 vs BYG

I was a big supporter of Beyond on the opening slate, then they proceeded to come out with a new top laner and act as they have never before played League of legends. Beyond looked atrocious out on the rift and now they are against a much better opponent in C9, I am even less confident in them tonight. I expect C9 to roll BYG and I really like Perkz to have a repeat performance, and be able to show up in domination here over BYG. If BYG is going to have a chance here it is going to be through their stellar ADC in Doggo, but if he wasn’t able to carry them over GS, I highly doubt he will be able to carry them over C9. I am taking C9 to win here tonight and I do like their upside a bit but they’re not my favorite play of the day.

DFM vs GS

This is our last matchup on the day and one I expect to be the key to our success tonight. This match is home to one of my favorite plays on the day in GS as they have looked incredible so far, if they hold the lead then they are going to win the matchup. GS is setting up to be one of the best lower-tier team fighting teams in the tournament, their team-fighting KDA is an astonishing 1.89 and I am expecting this number to lead them to a few surprise wins in this tournament. I am also a firm believer in DFM as a team and an organization and a squad that finally gets to come into the international stage at full power. They are going to have a chance in this game no doubt, but I am going to prefer GS here, and even though they are a slower playing team, they have kicked it up this tournament and I do not see that stopping here. GS is my main 4 stack on the day.

Summary

For the early slate, I am really going to be looking to be chalky and normal in playing LNG and HLE, with my 4 stacks coming straight from LNG with either Tarzan and Ale, filling these out with HLE. When approaching the main slate my favorite 4 stacks are going to be GS, they looked immaculate yesterday in their team fighting and that is something I expect them to strive from in their matchups. I also wouldn’t be against 4 stacking HLE or PCE but I’m going to be mainly sticking to 3 stacks from those teams. Good luck on day two of worlds everyone and I hope we have another great day of league. 10/5 League of Legends DFS Breakdown: Worlds Edition

Welcome to my 10/5 League of Legends DFS Breakdown: Worlds Edition where am I looking to deliver on the best picks and plays to give you the edge on tomorrow morning’s DFS slate. I am going to touch on the early and main slates for the day. Our early slate games are LNG vs HLE and RED vs Infinity. The main slate matches continue with LNG vs PCE, HLE vs INF, UOL vs DFM, and GS vs BYD. For the main slate, the only real upset I can see is GS over BYD, for now at least. I am excited to once again be providing LOL for our team here and I am also excited for a month straight of worlds coverage.

Early Only Slate

LNG vs HLE

This is the first match of worlds and will be our first introduction back into professional LOL. Both of these teams are from stronger regions across the world so that isn’t a point we are going to have to touch on too much here. LNG is a team that came alive in the playoffs, going on a tear to make it with wins over teams such as TES. HLE on the other hand pulled off an upset over NS through their absolute best player in Chovy eating in the mid lane. If they have any chance today they are going to have to rely heavily on him to pull through and carry this team to the win. The rest of the team doesn’t stack up to LNG though as LNG holds advantages in top/jg/adc/sup positions. I am going to confidently take LNG to win here and I like their upside too. Tarzan or Light are going to be my captains for the early slate.

RED vs Infinity

This is going to be the closest matchup of the morning as they both profile as some of the worst teams in the tournament. My first response here is to look at RED as the winner as they have the region gap in my opinion but this is going to be a very close matchup as both teams have about equal talent and are in very close regions. RED is a team that is able to play through their jungle in Aegis as he has been able to carry throughout the playoffs and help out RED to the league championship. RED though has one glaring hole on their roster that I currently do not know their starting mid-lane as they had to switch out for the playoffs. I believe they are going to be able to take it over Infinity through the prowess of the rest of their players but this is something where I am not against playing both sides of the matchup.

Main Slate

LNG vs PCE

This is one of those matches between one of the best teams at worlds and one of the worst from their own obscure region. LNG is going to roll here, the only question is how hard are they going to steamroll Peace. Peace is a team from the oceanic region of LOL which was recently disbanded into smaller, more regional leagues. The oceanic region is just not up to par with the rest of the world and there is no reason to give them a chance here to take down LNG. I am going to be taking LNG to win here and possibly their team spot but this is going to be at most a 25-minute match.

HLE vs Infinity

Infinity is projected to be one of the worst overall teams at the tournament, someone who I believe will be taking home one of the bottom spots overall. HLE on the other hand is no world-beater but they are a team that I expect to dominate here. It is a very similar situation to LNG vs PCE as it is going to simply be another rat race to see how fast HLE can finish their match. I am taking HLE but I don’t know how I feel to go with the full stack here for them.

DFM vs UOL

This is going to be one of the barn burners that I expect to be able to put up the big kill numbers. UOL likes to fight to the very end in their matches, tending to fight no matter the circumstances. UOL has had some roster turnover from MSI, in their ADC position specifically. DFM on the other hand is a roster back at full strength and a team I expect to be able to make some noise at worlds this year. They currently have the best collection of talent there has ever been in Japan and now they get to take that roster into the world’s stage. DFM is also a bloodier team when they are on the winning end of the match, that combined with UOL in losses I expect a high kill total overall. I am going to be playing about 70-30 here in favor of DFM, yes they are my favorite play on the day but UOL is still a decent team coming into this tournament, both near the lower side of the worlds rankings but a good match, either way, take DFM here.

GS vs BYG

Ok so now this is where it gets confusing for most casual lol players and followers. These are both teams from lesser-known regions in the LOL world, GS is the representative from Turkey while BYG is one of the representatives from Vietnam, which is one of the better regions in the LOL world, even though it isn’t a major region it is one of the better ones. Beyond was able to pull off a win over PSG which is the best, non-major region team in the tournament. Which is a testament to how good they are. GS on the other hand is from a region much lower on the totem pole. Turkey has not been predominately good and I don’t see a major influx of talent just coming out of nowhere to give them the chance to compete here at worlds. I am taking BYG and I see them as a good way to possibly get a little contrain on our main slate. BYG to win here.

Summary

For the early slate, I see the best option to be playing 4 LNG with either RED or Infinity, I like RED more as the team that should be able to pull ahead in the overall matchup and push the pace of play overall. Early slate just go with a 4 stack of LNG and either RED or INF to fill, preferrable RED and you’ll want either Light or Tarzan captain. For the main slate, you can go with the safest options and play your LNG/HLE stack but personally, I believe I am going to be staying away from that. I think I am going to be using these teams as my small stacks for the slate but I’m going to be taking a majority of my guys from either DFM or BYG, both teams will carry lower ownership in matchups that will go both ways. Thank you for reading my LOL Worlds article and I am excited to be providing coverage for these matchups, let’s hope for some green everyone!!! 7/30 LPL/LCK League of Legends Breakdown

Welcome to my 7/30 LPL/LCK League of Legends Breakdown where I am looking to break down tonight’s slate and deliver on the best possible plays for the day. Tonight we have a 20k to first contest on DK which I am excited to try to get a part of the bigger pot tonight. Tonight’s four-game slate includes GEN/KT, NS/LSB, EDG/V5, and WE/RW. I am excited to get into this slate tonight so let’s break it down.

NS vs LSB

This is going to be one of the matches I will be looking to keep in my pool as I build tonight. This has an opportunity to be a slate breaker tonight as these are two of the higher-paced teams in the LCK. NS is in a smash spot here and is going to be one of my top favorite overall plays today. I really like NS today and they are going to have to be one of my top safety teams tonight who I like for upside as well, I am going to be nailing them in my cash games tonight.

I expect NS to be in a smash spot here and that will make them one of the best plays of the day. They are affordable all around and I will be looking to get some stacks of them in any way I can tonight. NS is going to be able to take this match in a 2-0 fashion while also holding the kill upside we are looking for. NS 2-0, big and small stacks everywhere for me. If MME’ing I may have one LSB lineup

GEN vs KT

This is going to be our second LCK match of the night and another one of my favorites to play for. I like both of our LCK matches tonight but this is the one I can see delivering on the most value as I believe KT has a chance here to pick up a win, especially after GEN took the loss against AF in the last matchup and has been generally disappointing as of late. KT on the other hand made the switch to a new ADC in 5kid and took a 2-0 win over HLE.

Gen has been on the opposite end of the spectrum recently compared to KT taking back-to-back losses. I will say though all of these matches end up being close as GEN likes to have three-game series. I don’t think this series has the upside of the others on the slate but it has a chance to deliver on the value that we are going to need for the day. I am going to take GEN to win here 2-1 but I am not against taking KT and I will actually encourage taking them tonight.

EDG vs V5

I am not even going to deliver more than a few sentences on this match for tonight. EDG will win, EDG will score low. V5 is going to lose, do not play V5. If V5 somehow wins this match would still not have a chance to be anywhere near the optimal tonight. EDG will win here 2-0 but I have 0 interest here tonight.

WE vs RW

This is going to be one of my favorite spots for tonight to stack up on WE here. They are another team in a prime smash spot and it is looking like the best way to play tonight is going to be a WE/NS stack. This is another match I can’t see this being an upset for RW as they are nowhere near at the level of WE and haven’t been playing at their level. WE are going to smash here tonight and I want to make sure I have a lot of them here.

The CKPM’s of these teams are near the top of the LPL as they like to fight as much as possible in whatever situation. They take coin flip fights and are not against taking something that may look like a losing situation for either team. My favorite play on the night is going to mixed 4-3’s of NS and WE. I am taking WE to win 2-0 here.

Summary

I absolutely love this slate tonight where I am looking to stack WE with NS any way I can tonight. I like GEN but I would only take KT for the upset tonight. I am not touching EDG but they will win in a quick 2-0. For our other articles here at Windaily click here and to join our discord click here. Good luck tonight everyone!!!

7/27 LPL League of Legends Breakdown

Welcome to my 7/27 LPL League of Legends Breakdown where I am excited to say we are going to have a three-game LPL slate tonight due to the typhoon recently ripping through Shanghai. That has given us the TES/IG match tonight which is going to be our main target on the slate to play. Our other two matches are going to be LNG/RW and SN/V5. I believe we are going to have an edge on others tonight with this SN/V5 game as I do not see it having a lot of kills as V5 simply doesn’t die in losses. Let’s dig into these matches and hopefully help you guys hit the green.

TES vs IG

This is going to be our first match of the night and the one I am most excited to be stacking tonight. This has the highest kill upside of any match on the day. With the other two matches that are on the slate, I am going to make tonight pretty simple for most people, please 4 stack TES I am going to find a way to do so myself and I believe they are the path to the optimal as they have the highest chance to score on today’s slate. I also believe they are the 2nd safest option for the day.

These teams like to die a lot so that is why I am looking to target this matchup tonight. I am really going to expect this to be in the optimal tonight, most of my lineups are going to have exposure to this game in some way shape, or form, TES is just going to take their overall game prowess in and take down IG tonight, I am calling for a TES 2-0.

Suning vs V5

This is one I can imagine being chalky for the side of Suning, but I just cannot see it personally as V5 does not die in losses. They are one of the worst teams in the league but they just don’t output the points in losses. Suning is also one of the slower playing teams in the LPL which I believe will also contribute to this being the lowest scoring match of the night. To touch more on this match there isn’t much to say, I believe it is going to be a quick 2-0 for SN, and the only spots I would take here would be SN team spot.

The numbers that show my underlying feeling here for the match is the CKPM (Combined Kills per minute). Both teams have numbers below 0.8 and that is just something else that would attribute to this match being low scoring. In every possible way tonight I would not recommend playing V5, not even as a hedge, they don’t have a chance to win and the kills will be very low if they do. SN is going to win this game and it will be quick, SN 2-0

LNG vs RW

This is the only close match on the night and the only one I would suggest taking both sides for this one if you are looking to hedge tonight. I though am going to be looking at RW to actually take the win here. This is going to give us the value we need to 4 stack TES, this is also going to be my second favorite game on the day for upside and I also like LNG here as they have returned to their original linuep. I am personally going to be rolling with RW here as a way to get TES to fit.

I want to emphasize that I am really looking to hedge this game here overall but that in my main lineup I am shooting for the upset with RW who has been playing much better recently, and I believe they can win this through their jungler in Xiaholo. LNG has been falling apart since the start of the split and I believe their broken down team chemistry is what’s going to be their downfall in this matchup. While RW’s chemistry is finally clicking for them as a squad. I am taking RW to win this 2-1 and mainly as my small stacks tonight.

Summary

I really like TES tonight as my top stack and will die on their hill for the day. I do not like Suning tonight as a stack as I just don’t think they have the upside to play tonight. This last match is going to be the money maker and if you get it right you cash. My lean is going to be RW favored but it can really go either way. RW for the win BABY. 7/23 LPL/LCK League of Legends Breakdown

Welcome to my 7/23 LPL/LCK League of Legends Breakdown, last night was a bit of a letdown with a roster change for GENG killing them in the jungle and BLG losing a hard-fought three-game series to RA. I know I said I wouldn’t but if someone followed through on it LSB was the takedown stack of the night with their win over Gen. Tonight we have another exciting four-game slate with KT/HLE, NS/BRO, TES/RW, and FPX/SN. I am looking to make some upset calls tonight that could give us the edge on the slate.

NS vs BRO

I am going to start with this match as the first of the night and I am going to state that this is my least favorite match overall to take players from. NS is going to take this match pretty easily and it should be a 2-0. BRO is one of those teams that are hovering around the lower half of the LCK, their playstyle is what has allowed them to take down some of the best teams in the league. Though this also lends itself to the kill numbers for their matches being low with them not taking any coinflip fights and instead of waiting for them to possibly take a fight with the advantage.

NS has been one of the best teams in the LCK convincingly picking up big win after big win. NS is going to take this match and the only spots I really like from them are their team spot or top laner. Their 2-0 and GNP bonus should help the team/top score well but for main stacks or the higher scoring positions, I really can’t see myself taking more than 2 players from NS tonight. NS 2-0 in a low-scoring match that I won’t be taking a part of.

KT vs HLE

This is going to be the high scoring LCK match of the night, these are two of the highest-scoring teams with the best CKPM’s in the league. The last matchup between these two was a very close 2-1 series that had good scores on the night. Though in that last matchup KT was the favorite and ended up the loser on the night and I believe that we are going to have a relatively similar story tonight. HLE is the favorite tonight and I believe that it’s going to be another match where the favorite goes down and we have a win coming from the dog on the day.

Taking a dive into the stats on the slate it is looking like a very KT-sided match where they are going to have the better early game followed by the better late game. For those that haven’t played much LOL on the year, KT has one of the worst late games in the LCK but is somehow still better than HLE in that area. HLE does have one of the best players in the league in Chovy but the rest of their squad falls far behind in terms of talent level. KT also has a strong mid-lane but they have the top and bot gaps here to take the game. I am taking KT to win here in a 2-1 but I am not against playing both sides here.

TES vs RW

This is going to be a bloodbath for the side of TES, RW has been playing better as of late but they still do not have a chance here as TES is one of the best teams in the league. The kill numbers here are also making me really like this game to be high kills as both of these teams have high CKPM’s. Both of them being higher than any team playing in the LCK tonight.

There isn’t much to say here but TES is going to crush tonight as they have the talent gap all around the rift. I can really only see this game being an absolute blood bath in favor of TES. They have a huge early and late-game advantage here, I like using TES in any way possible tonight, we can use them as a 3 or 4 stack and I love them in the captain spot too. Knight/JackeyLove are some of the highest-scoring and most exciting players in the LPL and one of my top overall captain plays are going to be Knight. I am taking TES in a quick and easy 2-0 win.

SN vs FPX

This is going to be the match of the night in the eyes of most people as it is the closest and between two of the best teams in the LPL. SN has been amazing as of late with them picking up wins over teams such as TES and RNG. These are very impressive wins for them and it has been due to their support stepping up in ON, he was benched not too long ago for underperforming but since then he has been one of the best supports in the LPL. He is also one of the highest-scoring supports which gives way to his upside and he goes along with my favorite play tonight in Huenfeng. I can’t only go on here about SN though as FPX is still one of the best teams in the LPL and is super competitive with anyone they match up with.

FPX and Suning is going to be one hell of a matchup that is going to go to a three-game series and I am going for the upset here with SN taking it overall 2-1. For Suning to win we need Angel to hold his own in lane against DoinB, he has been playing horribly recently and now has his hardest matchup on the split against someone who has had the split of their life in DoinB. I really like both teams here in all reality but if I had to pick a 4 stack here it would have to be from Suning. FPX doesn’t have the same upside in a win as Suning doesn’t die nearly as much as FPX in losses. I am picking Suning to win a 2-1 but please take a hedge from this game here, I like both sides but if I had to pick I would go with Suning.

Summary

NS 2-0, KT 2-1, TES 2-0, SN 2-1. We are going to have some very close matches tonight that are going to decide the slate. I am going to recommend a hedge here for SN/FPX and KT/HLE but my leans are going to be pretty heavily towards SN and KT. 7/22 LPL/LCK League of Legends Breakdown

Welcome to my 7/22 LPL/LCK League of Legends Breakdown. We are coming off back-to-back nights of Takedowns and it has been amazing to see all the green in the chat. Tonight we are blessed with less chalk on our 4 game slate. Tonight we have GEN/LSB, T1/AF, BLG/RA, and RNG/UP. I am really liking the slate tonight and I am ready to keep our streak going.

For those that are newer to the LOL scene or are coming back to the game. I would like to touch on some stack rules before it’s too late. For stacking in LOL the most used and successful in my opinion in the 4-3 which gives you four players from your favorite team while filling in with another team you believe wins on the day. The usual captains that I like to employ are the JG/MID/ADC positions. These are where you can expect the highest scores from night in and night out. The core I had last night shows the ideal way to stack with a mid at captain, from the team you believe will be the highest scoring you are going to want to play the three highest-scoring positions along with the support from that team.

The support is not one of these positions that tend to go off on the nightly, they usually score the lowest on the team but you want the correlation with the rest of the team. If the rest of the team is doing well then that means the support is there making plays for them and racking up the assists for the rest of the squad. The correlation here is the main thing for LOL and on these 4 game slates, I believe it is key to having a takedown chance. Now that we touched on that let’s dig into today’s slate.

GEN vs LSB

This is our first match of the night and it comes from the LCK, which is generally the slower of the two regions and tends to put fewer kills on the board on average. I believe this is going to be one of the sneaky games on the slate tonight for upside as LSB tends to die a lot in losses. GEN is going to end up being one of my favorite stacks tonight but I am also a little on the fence for this game, Sandbox has been a big surprise this split and has played very well. GEN though has taken a hold of first in the league and I can’t see them letting go of that position anytime soon.

These are both middling teams in terms of pace in the LCK but I consider both to be an anomaly compared to the rest of the league. In losses, GEN does not give up kills which tanks their CKPM numbers while they are able to rack up the kills in wins. The contrary is true for Sandbox as in losses they tend to feed kills over to their opponent while in wins they are low kills not going for the proactive plays across map. Stats here all point to GEN as they are one of the best macro teams in the LCK, I am expecting GEN to win a 2-0 here but I would not be amazed if LSB was able to take a game or even somehow the series with how they have been playing, I though will not have any shares of LSB personally, and will have GEN in cash.

T1 vs AF

Our second LCK match of the night and one I am much less fond of. In all reality, this should not be anywhere near a competitive match and T1 should just be able to roll over AF, though I do not expect that to happen. At best from T1 tonight I can see them winning a 2-1 match but I do not see the kill upside coming from them tonight. AF is one of the slowest teams in the LCK and T1 goes along with this playstyle. I do believe it is possible that in a win T1 can rack up some kills but I do not see AF being in any winning lineup today in cash or gpp.

I can see having some shares of T1 tonight as they have a better chance to rack up kills then AF but I still do not like them too much. The roster changes for T1 are what I believe are going to be the keys here for them to win with the jungle chance to Oner and Teddy to Gumayusi. I like T1 for some value tonight but nothing more than that, I can see a 1 off at team or top but I do not like anymore than that. It is a small stack at the max.

RA vs BLG

This is going to be the main play on tonight for value as both of these teams are underpriced and having BLG as the underdog will load up on the ownership. I can see BLG being the best value on the slate and stacking them allows you to get to the most coveted team on the slate in RNG. The main problem I see with this matchup is there will almost be no kill upside with RA being in this match. They are one of the slowest teams in the LPL sitting at a CKPM of 0.78. Also to show of the difference between the LCK and the LPL as this would make them the fastest playing team in the league. BLG has the talent to beat anyone in the league and I cannot see them losing this here.

BLG is going to give us the value and upside we need tonight and I will not be against taking them. I will say though I am a bit worried here about them as they should be the chalk of the slate tonight. RA has been surprisingly one of the best teams in the league and many are going to forget this as they haven’t had many matches recently. I am taking BLG here to win in a close 2-1 match and there is some possibility of kill upside but not my favorite, I would play BLG in both a full and small stack fashion. I am not against taking either side here but RA doesn’t have the upside I would be looking for in a win tonight.

RNG vs UP

This is looking to be my favorite match tonight for kill upside tonight and I am looking to be full stacking RNG if im able to. The only ways I can see to be able to play 4 RNG tonight are going to be RNG/BLG, RNG/RA, RNG/GEN or RNG/LSB. There is nothing else I would consider for playing them tonight, atleast as a four stack. Chances are tonight you are going to end up having to take RNG as a small stack tonight in order to be able to afford them in lineups unless you want a support captain tonight.

This match also has the highest upside tonight with the CKPM’s above everyone else here with the two highest on the slate. This is also going to be one of my favorite cash matchups as it is looking to be a very lopsided match with RNG taking a quick 2-0 over UP as they are easily the much better team here and many will see that after they were just able to take a win over EDG in a sweep. I really like playing RNG tonight and would play them if you can, no need to force them into your lineups but they do have slate breaking upside.

Summary

Tonight my player pool is going to be limited to a few teams. Namely RNG/BLG/GEN as my favorite plays toinght and who I would be looking to play first and foremost, followed up by RA as a hedge pick, T1, and LSB as a hedge pick. If anyone has any questions tonight I will be in discord to answer them. For our other articles here at WinDaily click here and to join our discord click here. Good Luck everyone tonight, I am looking to continue our hot streak tonight here.
