4/24 NHL Stack Report

  1. Florida Panthers 1
    Gusev – Barkov – Hornqvist (FanDuel: $17,000 | DraftKings: $18,500)
This top line has been absolutely firing as of late as we head down into the final few games before the playoffs. Despite losing their last game this line has not cooled down, having been involved in both goals in the 4-2 loss. This line is led by Florida’s leading goalscorer Aleksander Barkov, along with a consistent producer in Hornqvist and the new signee Gusev who seems to have taken really well to his new top line roll in Florida, scoring three assists in his last four. Florida has a decent expected goals total at an even 3 and make a great fit for a GPP line. If you need a safer option for a cash game I would recommend TOR1 with their newest edition, Nick Foligno.
Ideal Defensive Partner(s): Mackenzie Weegar (FD: $4,000 | DK: $3,500)
  2. Vegas Golden Knights 1
    Stone – Stephenson – Pacioretty (FanDuel: $19,900 | DraftKings: $21,000)
    – There’s really not a lot to say about this line, their FanDuel price is a little hilarious and they are in one of the best spots on the slate tonight. Coming in on an 8 game winning streak while they’re opponents have embarked on a three game losing streak is definitely an enviable position, it’s even more favourable when you have the divisional leaders facing off against the last placed team in the division. Vegas has been pushed along through many games this season, solely by this line and their point totals over this eight game win streak have been unreal. Stephenson and Martinez have averaged close to a point per game while Stone and Pacioretty have averaged nearly two points per game in their recent matchups. That’s top level production. Not to mention, Vegas holds the highest expected goals total at 3.5 on tonight’s slate.
Ideal Defensive Partner(s): Alec Martinez (FD: $4,600 | DK: $6,200)

    Honorable Mention(s): TOR1, CAR2, OTT1

4/24 NHL Goalie Tracker

Best

  1. Marc-Andre Fleury (FD: $8,600 | DK: $8,500)
  2. Cayden Primeau (FD: $7,400 | DK: $7,500)

Honorable Mention(s): Kahkhonen, Campbell, Khudobin, Demko

Worst

  1. Jonathan Bernier (FD: $6,700 | DK: $6,900)
Honorable Mention(s): Gibson, Murray, Domingue, Quick, Jones

4/24 NHL Wild Card Targets

Jakub Vrana (FD: $5,200 | DK: $4,100)
– Vrana has gelled really well since coming to motown and he’s provided a glimmer of hope for the future as the Wings parted ways with Mantha. Vrana has managed to put up 6 points in only four games with the wings, including a spectacular four-goal performance en route to a 7-3 barn burner over the Dallas Stars. Now, I don’t expect the Wings to win tonight, I rarely ever do but wild card plays are all about looking for potential and finding those interesting options that the average player might not consider. Jakub Vrana definitely fits that bill.

Honorable Mention(s): Kaprizov, Robertson, Mantha, Copp

Core Four: (ALWAYS BE STACKIN’)

Centre Aleksander Barkov

Winger Jason Robertson

Defence Dougie Hamilton

Goalie Marc-Andre Fleury

4/17 NHL Stack Report

  1. Winnipeg Jets 1
    Copp – Scheifele – Connor (FanDuel: $18,100 | DraftKings: $19,800)
We gotta strike while the iron is hot here. Last Thursday, Winnipeg simply outplayed the Matthewless Leafs in every facet of the game en route to a 5-2 smashing. This line scored goals two, three and five and are in a great spot tonight against their divisional competitor in the Edmonton Oilers. There’s a high chance that these teams end up facing each other in the first round of the playoffs, so they’ll want to make sure they know exactly what they’re gonna be up against. When it comes to the Oilers’ goaltending in Koskinen, there is not much to celebrate for Oilers fans. He has a mediocre SV% subpar GAA and has barely any blue line support. Winnipeg is near the top of the league in most offensive stat categories, while the Oilers are middle of the pack in terms of goals allowed per game and well behind the rest of the league in shots on goal allowed per game. Trust me, the Oilers better hope they don’t give up too many clean looks to the Jets, or else they’ll pay the same price the Leafs did last game. At a 3.2 Implied goals total, I’ll be locking Winnipeg in my lines tonight.
Ideal Defensive Partner(s): Neal Pionk (FD: $4,300 | DK: $4,200)
  2. Chicago Blackhawks 1
    Kane – Dach – DeBrincat (FanDuel: $18,300 | DraftKings: $19,500)
    – I know Detroit beat Chicago last game, but statistically, this is Chicago’s game. Despite not getting on the score sheet last game, Patrick Kane has been flying over the past week with three assists and 17 shots over his past three games. Furthermore, getting a cheaper line with Dach at the centre position makes this an even stronger play. Bernier is a mixed bag in net and always has been. Sometimes he’s sharp, sometimes he’s a sieve, but the state of Detroit’s defensive lines won’t be doing him any favours tonight. Chicago has a nice implied total at 3.1, and Chicago has been lethal on the power play all season where all three of Kane, Dach and DeBrincat play on the top unit.
Ideal Defensive Partner(s): Connor Murphy (FD: $3,700 | DK: $5,300)

    Honorable Mention(s): EDM1, DAL1, CAR2, MIN2

4/17 NHL Goalie Tracker

Best

  1. Kevin Lankinen (FD: $7,000 | DK: $8,400)
  2. Connor Hellebuyck (FD: $7,800 | DK: $8,200)

    Honorable Mention(s): Mrazek, Khudobin, Kahkhonen

Worst

  1. Joonas Korpisalo (FD: $6,900 | DK: $7,500)
    Honorable Mention(s): Bernier, Komenar

4/17 NHL Wild Card Targets

Jason Robertson (FD: $4,800 | DK: $5,700)
– Robertson has been playing some insane hockey, and I’m prepared to ride this wave to this finish line. He hasn’t slowed down as of late, and his price keeps staying the same! Especially on FanDuel, sub 5K for a consistent scorer on the top line of a favoured team? They can’t be serious. I am definitely locking Jason Robertson in, especially because the Stars face the Blue Jackets tonight, who have some very questionable defence and goaltending.

Honorable Mention(s): Vrana, Dach, Gusev, Staal, Colton, Ehlers

Core Four: (ALWAYS BE STACKIN’)

Winger Jason Robertson

We’re back with a rare Tuesday Night Win Daily NHL Article! Tonight we have a medium-sized 6-game slate ahead of us. This is the second slate following the trade deadline so we will be seeing some new faces on some teams. With that in mind, there are lots of interesting plays to cover tonight, so let’s get right into it. Get ready for the newest edition of WinDaily’s Between the Benches! For tonight’s 4/13 NHL slate, the slate begins at 7:00 pm ET, so don’t forget to lock your lines and check the discord for any updates! Let’s get into it!

Keep in mind!!! FanDuel has updated their NHL tournaments, and they now include two UTIL spots which have replaced two winger spots. 4/13 NHL Stack Report

  1. Boston Bruins 1
    Marchand – Bergeron – Pastrnak (FanDuel: $23,000 | DraftKings: $24,600)
Finally, the line is back in full force following the Taylor Hall acquisition on deadline day. Although Hall himself is definitely a viable option on this slate, this line is just another beast when they play together. All three are very expensive but considering they’re going up against the worst team in the league; they’re a lock to break tonight’s slate. Boston has had some underwhelming performances over the past couple of weeks, but the top line has continued to produce despite the absence of Pastrnak, but now that he’s back, this line will be in a prime position to crush the Sabres tonight.
Ideal Defensive Partner(s): Jack Ahcan (FD: $3,600 | DK: $2,500)
  2. Washington Capitals 1
    Wilson – Kuznetsov – Ovechkin (FanDuel: $20,100 | DraftKings: $18,100)
    – Philly’s defence has been trash and considering they opted to move pieces on deadline day. I think they’ve come to realize that this is not their year. Whereas on the other hand, the Capitals picked up a brand new piece in Anthony Mantha, one of the only bright spots on an otherwise abysmal Detroit team. It’ll be interesting to see how he factors into the Capitals line up, but in the meantime, Washington’s top line has been excellent as of late, and now that Tom Wilson has been move up top with Ovi and Kuzy, we now have a very affordable option at the wing to offset the prices of two of the league’s top players. The Caps hold one of the highest implied totals on the slate at 3.6, and the Flyers… well, after their most recent collapse against Buffalo, they’re still trying to figure out who to start in net.
Ideal Defensive Partner(s): Justin Schultz (FD: $4,300 | DK: $3,900)

    Honorable Mention(s): TOR1, DAL1

4/13 NHL Goalie Tracker

Worst

  1. Carter Hart (FD: $7,200 | DK: $7,500)
    Honorable Mention(s): Ullmark, Blackwood

4/13 NHL Wild Card Targets

Jason Robertson (FD: $4,700 | DK: $5,900)
– Despite the off-game last game, Robertson has been absolutely firing on the top line this season and his current price is not reflective of how well the rookie has actually been playing. He’s been scoring at a break-neck pace and with his current play, he’s entered into the Calder Trophy conversation as we head towards the season’s end. Believe it or not, he is within striking distance of Kaprizov’s numbers. Roberston stacks well with Roope Hintz

Honorable Mention(s): Colton, Wood, Blackwell, Gourde, Hall, Mantha

Core Four: (ALWAYS BE STACKIN’)

Centre Auston Matthews

Winger Jason Robertson

Defence Justin Schultz

Goalie Tuukka Rask

4/10 NHL Stack Report

  1. Carolina Hurricanes 2
    Niederreiter – Trocheck – Necas (FanDuel: $15,700 | DraftKings: $17,000)
Wow, we might have one of the best DFS stacks I’ve ever seen. We have a matchup here between the league’s first placed Canes and the Central Divison’s last-placed Red Wings. The Red Wings are coming off a 7-1 beatdown at the hands of the Predators, and Carolina is coming off a 3-0 shutout of the Florida Panthers. What’s amazing about this line, in particular, is that they are playing out of their minds, and their prices are still very, very reasonable (steal on FanDuel). I can’t ask for much more out of this line given the consistent success we’re seeing out of them, and considering they’ll be up against one of the worst defences in the league and one of the worst goalies in the league, this pick seems like a no-brainer.
Ideal Defensive Partner(s): Dougie Hamilton (FD: $6,400 | DK: $7,500)
  2. Toronto Maple Leafs 1
    Galchenyuk – Matthews – Marner (FanDuel: $20,100 | DraftKings: $20,300)
    – We’re in another divisional first vs worst matchup in tonight’s matchup between the Leafs and the Senators. For anyone who has watched a game between these two teams, nothing is off-limits. This season alone, we’ve seen 5-goal comebacks, goalies getting their first NHL win, 7 goal thrashings, OT thrillers and 3 goal snoozers. We’ve really seen it all with these two teams, and we enter tonight with the season series between the two teams at 4-3 favouring the Leafs. Toronto enters tonight on a five-game streak, with their goalie on an NHL record 10-straight win to start the season. Ottawa is currently on a three-game losing streak. The aforementioned Leafs goalie, Jack Campbell, has stood on his head, and the Leafs have played like a different beast with him between the pipes. Regardless, stats-wise, this game is a joke. The Leafs are third in the league in goals (highest implied goal total), while Ottawa is dead last in goals against and near last in shots allowed per game. They have the second-best odds on the slate behind our other top line and are poised to make it six straight wins tonight. Coach Sheldon Keefe shook up the lines a bit after hearing the news that William Nylander will be out for about a week. With that, Galchenyuk will now get an opportunity on the top line, and for us, that means we get a top-line winger alongside Auston Matthews and Mitch Marner for absolute peanuts, sounds great to me!
Ideal Defensive Partner(s): Morgan Rielly (FD: $5,200 | DK: $5,100)

    Honorable Mention(s): EDM1, MIN1

4/10 NHL Goalie Tracker

Worst

  1. Jonathan Bernier (FD: $6,600 | DK: $6,800)
Honorable Mention(s): Husso, Dubnyk, Primeau, Murray

4/10 NHL Wild Card Targets

Andrew Copp (FD: $4,100 | DK: $4,700)
– Copp has just been firing as of late, and I’d be remiss to ignore his current run of form. On top of that, he’ll be up against a Montreal side who is fielding an AHL goalie between the pipes due to injury troubles. Winnipeg as a team is on the way up, and Montreal is trending downwards after dropping their last two games. Copp himself has seen an upgrade to the second line following Blake Wheeler’s absence due to injury. I will be taking advantage of Copp seeing extra minutes tonight against an inexperienced goalie. Copp also sees powerplay time alongside defenceman Neal Pionk. The two work well together in a stack.

Honorable Mention(s): Dach, Kaprizov, Walker, Iafallo, Colton, Brown

Core Four: (ALWAYS BE STACKIN’)

Centre Auston Matthews

4/7 NHL Stack Report

  1. Colorado Avalanche 1
    Rantanen – MacKinnon – Landeskog (FanDuel: $24,500 | DraftKings: $23,300)
This line will be pure chalk. Colorado’s top line is one of the hottest in hockey right now, and they are coming off a nine-goal barn-burner against tonight’s opponents, the Minnesota Wild. This line took part in two of the five goals and has been one of the most consistent lines this year. If you want to stack this line with the other top-line, some compromises will have to be made due to salary, and although you won’t be able to fit the full line, it is definitely doable. Statistically, this team and this line are just insane. This team has the highest implied total on the slate, and this line has the highest implied goals total for a line in the entire league, and they each lead their team in scoring, with two of the line members appearing on the top ten in league scoring while the other is in the top 20. They’re also currently riding a five-game win streak and have collected points in their last 15 games, where they have been outscoring their opposition 67-28. Not to mention the Aves lead the league in goals per game and shots on goal per game! This team is just a different beast.
Ideal Defensive Partner(s): Cale Makar (FD: $5,600 | DK: $5,700)
  2. Toronto Maple Leafs 1
    Hyman – Matthews – Marner (FanDuel: $21,400 | DraftKings: $22,100)
    – I know today’s article may come off as a bit of a chalk report, but I think this is chalk you’ll have to eat tonight. Both lines are in excellent spots tonight and have performed well enough to justify their inclusion in the top two line spots. Toronto, along with Colorado, are the teams with the two highest implied totals, and in fact, when factoring in expected goals/ 60 minutes, Toronto’s top line actually outperforms Colorado’s! These guys are really, really good, and you’re getting a stellar discount with Zach Hyman, who is more than capable of breaking a slate on his own, as we have seen already this season (4 goals and 6 assists over his last 10 games!). To his credit, Montreal’s goalie Jake Allen has played well this season (hasn’t faced Toronto yet), but all the momentum is on Toronto, who are coming off their fourth straight win and rank second in the NHL in points per game at 9.3 points per game.
Ideal Defensive Partner(s): Morgan Rielly (FD: $5,100 | DK: $4,900)

    Honorable Mention(s): ARI1, TOR2, MTL1

4/7 NHL Goalie Tracker

Best

  2. Philipp Grubauer (FD: $8,700 | DK: $8,400)

    Honorable Mention(s): Fleury

Worst

  1. Cam Talbot (FD: $8,300 | DK: $7,300)
    Honorable Mention(s): Allen, Peterson, Binnington

4/7 NHL Wild Card Targets

Alec Martinez (FD: $4,400 | DK: $5,500)
– I’m not quite sure how these sites are justifying Martinez’s disrespectful price tag. DraftKings is at least closer to what it should be but Alec Martinez has been consistently outperforming his fellow Golden Knights defensemen who are nothing to scoff at themselves. Bottom line is Martinez has put up plenty of peripheral stats (shots and blocked shots) to where he has been able to hit DraftKings bonuses with ease but he has also been able to get on the scoresheet with regularity, scoring two last game against the same team that they’ll be facing tonight. FanDuel needs to re-evaluate their price here, it’s just way off and I will continue to target him if they keep it as is. As far as Wild Cards go this pick will be on the safer end of Wild Card picks that I make.

Honorable Mention(s): Bunting, Anderson, Tavares, Staal, Kaprizov

Core Four: (ALWAYS BE STACKIN’)

Winger Zach Hyman

4/3 NHL Stack Report

  1. Colorado Avalanche 1
    Rantanen – MacKinnon – Landeskog (FanDuel: $24,700 | DraftKings: $24,600)
Oh boy, a couple of seasons ago, this matchup would’ve set the league on fire. Now it’s turned into a bit of a mismatch, not necessarily because St. Louis has gotten considerably worse but because Colorado has just gotten so much better, and their players have really solidified their roles on the team (especially this top line). This line has been producing at an insane pace and has easily the best matchup tonight against St. Louis’s struggling backup, Ville Husso. Colorado leads the league in goals per game and shots on goal per game, and much of that production is solely due to this line. It’s safe to say this one could get out of hand fast. Colorado has the slate’s second-highest implied goals total at 3.4, only behind our other top line, and we’ll get to them in a minute. Either way, 3.4 still seems low as this line comes together for Colorado’s high-performing power play and is up against one of the league’s worst penalty kills. Now this line is not cheap, so in order to be able to afford the rest of your line, I’d consider nabbing two players from the four available options (COL1+Makar). If you want more than that, though, I don’t blame you. (Look at today’s Wild Card plays for usable value options)
Ideal Defensive Partner(s): Cale Makar (FD: $5,600 | DK: $6,000)
  2. Montreal Canadiens 1
    Tatar – Danault – Gallagher (FanDuel: $16,500 | DraftKings: $15,600)
    – Wow, this matchup is borderline unfair, now, although Ottawa can cause some problems for teams on occasion, the raw talent just isn’t there, and since coming back from an extended break due to some players contracting COVID-19, Les Canadiens have come back with a vengeance. Especially this top line, who has scored two goals in each game since the absence with everyone getting involved. Stats-wise, this game is a bit of a joke. As mentioned above, Montreal holds the highest implied goal total on the slate at 3.7, while Ottawa holds one of the lowest on the slate at 2.4. Besides that, Montreal will be facing off against Matt Murray, who holds the abysmal stat line of 7-12-1, 3.84 GAA and .880 SV%. Pure trash. Montreal is near the top of the league in goals per game at 3.24, Ottawa is the league’s worst in goals allowed at 3.73 and near worst in shots allowed at 32.4 SOG allowed per game. Furthermore, Montreal has embarked on a bit of a winning streak, winning their last three while Ottawa has dropped their last two and now sits last in the North Division. As if that wasn’t enough, Ottawa’s home/road splits prove that they cannot play on away ice, and this game will be played at Centre Bell in Quebec, Canada. On top of all of that, this line is extremely affordable! Get ready for the fireworks tonight.
Ideal Defensive Partner(s): Shea Weber (FD: $4,900 | DK: $5,400)

    Honorable Mention(s): NYR1, DAL1

4/3 NHL Goalie Tracker

Best

  1. Carey Price (FD: $7,700 | DK: $8,400)

Worst

  1. Matt Murray (FD: $6,600 | DK: $6,900)
    Honorable Mention(s): Husso, Hart, Ullmark

4/3 NHL Wild Card Targets

Jason Robertson (FD: $4,500 | DK: $5,000)
– Jason cannot stop producing. Last game, Robertson potted the game-winning goal en route to the Stars’ 4-1 win over the red hot Nashville Predators. That goal marked three straight games with a goal for Robertson and capped off an awe-inspiring week for the rookie winger as he notched seven points over his last seven games. It is undeniable that this is Robertson’s break-out moment. He consistently sees 20 minutes or more TOI per game and regularly gets three or more shots on target each and every game. Tonight will be a bit of a test for Jason against a talented goalie in James Reimer, but after the season Robertson has been having, he should pass this test with flying colours. Jason stacks well alongside his linemates Roope Hintz and Joe Pavelski, as well as defenseman John Klingberg.

Honorable Mention(s): Martinez, Verhaeghe, Trocheck, Fox, Donskoi

Core Four: (ALWAYS BE STACKIN’)

For tonight’s 3/31 NHL slate, the slate begins at 7:30 pm ET, so don’t forget to lock your lines and check the discord for any updates! Let’s get into it!

Keep in mind!!! FanDuel has updated their NHL tournaments, and they now include two UTIL spots which have replaced two winger spots. 3/31 NHL Stack Report

  1. Colorado Avalanche 1
    Rantanen – MacKinnon – Landeskog (FanDuel: $24,300 | DraftKings: $23,800)
Colorado is far and away the top play of the slate tonight. Tonight they’ll be hosting the Arizona coyotes and despite the fact that Arizona has played well as of late, Colorado is just a different beast this season, especially at home holding an astronomical 14-4-2 home record. This line is very pricey (most expensive on the slate), so you can use today’s wild card as a power-play stack with this top line to alleviate some salary constraints, but ultimately you’ll want at least two pieces from Colorado’s monster top line. Colorado also holds the best odds on the slate at -285 at the time of writing and the highest live implied total at 3.6 expected goals. Lock Colorado in, especially in cash lines.
Ideal Defensive Partner(s): Cale Makar (FD: $5,800 | DK: $5,700)
  2. Philadelphia Flyers 2
    Giroux – Hayes – Farabee (FanDuel: $16,300 | DraftKings: $16,400)
    – I was really debating on whether or not to recommend the first or second line, ultimately I went with the second line as they are easier to stack, but you can also mix and match both lines to form power play stacks. The premise for this recommendation is very straightforward. Buffalo has lost 18 straight games. In most of those games, Buffalo has given up 3 or more goals, and they can’t hold on to a lead to save their life, coughing up 3 straight goals third-period goals to the Flyers last game en route to a 4-3 comeback win in overtime to continue the record-breaking losing streak. The Sabres are really slumping hard, and we need to take advantage of that. Philadelphia opened the day at a 3.6 implied goal total and is around 3.3 at the time of writing this article, so Vegas still has this one going Philly’s way.
Ideal Defensive Partner(s): Ivan Provorov (FD: $5,000 | DK: $5,200)

    Honorable Mention(s): TOR1, VGK1, MIN1

3/31 NHL Goalie Tracker

Best

  1. Jack Campbell (FD: $8,200 | DK: $8,000)
  2. Philipp Grubauer (FD: $8,600 | DK: $8,400)

Honorable Mention(s): Lehner, Kahkonen, Petersen (GPP Risky), Elliott (GPP Risky)

Worst

  1. Linus Ullmark (FD: $6,600 | DK: $7,300)
    Honorable Mention(s): Hill, Jones

3/31 NHL Wild Card Targets

Joonas Donskoi (FD: $3,400 | DK: $4,000)
– When I look at Donskoi’s price, I can’t help but feel like something is off. His FanDuel price is a joke, and he’s still a bargain on DraftKings. Donskoi has been incredibly consistent as of late, has gotten a few multipoint games and plays top power-play minutes so he stacks well with Colorado’s top line (MacKinnon, Rantanen, Landeskog and Makar), and he’s seeing more and more playing time with each passing game, seeing around 15 minutes a game now. Colorado also holds one of the highest implied goal totals on the slate, as mentioned above and is up against the inconsistent Adin Hill. I will be locking Donskoi in tonight.

Honorable Mention(s): Hyman, Iafallo

Core Four: (ALWAYS BE STACKIN’)

Centre Nathan MacKinnon

Winger Zach Hyman

Defence Cale Makar

Goalie Jack Campbell (Elliott works if you need the extra salary)

We’re back with a rare Sunday Night Win Daily NHL Article! Tonight we have only four games ahead of us. With that in mind, there is a lot to cover on tonight’s slate. Get ready for the newest edition of WinDaily’s Between the Benches! For tonight’s 3/28 NHL slate, the slate begins at 5 pm ET, so don’t forget to lock your lines and check the discord for any updates! Let’s get into it!

Keep in mind!!! FanDuel has updated their NHL tournaments, and they now include two UTIL spots which have replaced two winger spots. DraftKings has stayed the same but don’t forget last season they revamped the scoring and added stats bonuses, so if you’re new to NHL or haven’t played in a while, check out our live stream on the WinDaily YouTube by clicking here and read through the rules on the site of your choice!

3/28 NHL Stack Report

  1. Boston Bruins 1
    Pastrnak – Bergeron – Frederic (FanDuel: $18,600 | DraftKings: $19,100)
Yep, this is the chalk of the slate, and rightfully so. In a small four-game slate like this, the only mismatch really stands out. Boston has HEAVILY been relying on their top line to do all their scoring, so it’s gonna be hard to ignore them tonight, especially in cash games where they are a must-play. They also have one of the highest implied totals on the slate (tied with the Blues) at 3.3 implied goals. They are definitely more affordable with Marchand out, but I haven’t seen any production out of Frederic that makes me trust him. I’d recommend playing the two studs (Pastrnak and Bergeron) then completing the stack with either the defensive partner (Grzelyck) or one of their power play linemates (Ritchie and Krejci, especially Ritchie…)
Ideal Defensive Partner(s): Matt Grzelyck (FD: $4,200 | DK: $4,900)
  2. Nashville Predators 1
    Tolvanen – Johansen – Arvidsson (FanDuel: $14,300 | DraftKings: $13,600)
    – This line hasn’t been the greatest when it comes to output and losing Forsberg definitely hurts their production, but their matchup tonight is too good to ignore. Malcolm Subban is not a good goalie. Giving up 4 to Tampa and 6 to Dallas makes a little sense but coughing up 5 to Detroit is downright embarrassing. He’s been so bad that he lost a starting job on one of the poorer defensive teams in the league to a rookie who was only on his second AHL season. His stat line makes the point better than I ever could. Over nine games this season, he’s averaged over 3 goals allowed per game and holds a save percentage slightly above .900. It’s really smart to target Subban tonight. Also, Tolvanen has excelled as of late, and his price hasn’t quite caught up yet. Like with Boston, in playing this line, I would recommend going with two of the forwards (one being Tolvanen) and the defensive partner Roman Josi.
Ideal Defensive Partner(s): Roman Josi (FD: $6,500 | DK: $6,700)

    Honorable Mention(s): DAL1, STL2, CHI1, FLA2 (GPP)

3/28 NHL Goalie Tracker

Best

  1. Jaroslav Halak (FD: $7,800 | DK: $8,200)
  2. Jake Oettinger (FD: $7,400 | DK: $7,700)

    Honorable Mention(s): Rinne, Binnington

Worst

  1. Malcolm Subban (FD: $7,300 | DK: $7,800)
Honorable Mention(s): Blackwood (bad matchup), Gibson

3/28 NHL Wild Card Targets

Jason Robertson (FD: $4,300 | DK: $4,500)
– This kid is terrific, and despite an off night last night, he is definitely moulding into his new top-line role very nicely. He’ll be in a little tougher against a better goalie tonight, but at his price, it’s very hard to go wrong. He stacks really well with Pavelski and Klingberg, and he still has 7 points in his last 7 games, not bad for the rookie, definitely Wild Card material.

Honorable Mention(s): Grimaldi, Verhaeghe, Kuokkanen

Core Four: (ALWAYS BE STACKIN’)

Centre Joe Pavelski

Winger David Pastrnak

Defence Roman Josi

Goalie Jaroslav Halak (Oettinger works if you need the extra salary)

We’re back with another Saturday Night Win Daily NHL Article! Tonight we have seven action-packed games ahead of us. With that in mind, there are a lot of interesting plays on tonight’s slate. Get ready for the newest edition of WinDaily’s Between the Benches! For tonight’s 3/27 NHL slate, the slate begins at 7 pm ET, so don’t forget to lock your lines and check the discord for any updates! Let’s get into it!

3/27 NHL Stack Report

  1. Chicago Blackhawks 1
    Kane – Suter – DeBrincat (FanDuel: $19,100 | DraftKings: $18,800)
Here’s the thing, Nashville played well last game, but this season, their defence has been really suspect near the league’s bottom in shots allowed and goals allowed. On the other side of this game, Chicago has really top-heavy scoring (really only see scoring from 5 guys), yet their GPG average is still respectable at 2.91, which falls close to the number of goals Rinne is letting in per game this season (3). Not to mention Chicago has one of the best power plays in the league, while Nashville has one of the league’s worst penalty kills. Also, Chicago has just been a different beast at home, while Nashville hasn’t been good on the road all season, losing 11 of 18 on the road.
Ideal Defensive Partner(s): Connor Murphy (FD: $3,700 | DK: $4,200)
  2. Dallas Stars 1
    Pavelski – Hintz – Robertson (FanDuel: $17,100 | DraftKings: $15,200)
    – This line POPPED OFF last game, and tonight they’ll have another chance to that against an injured Panthers team who are starting a really shaky goalie in Sergei Bobrovsky. If they get to him early, this game could very well get out of hand. The lack of price increase makes this line a top play, as well as you can squeeze in more expensive lines without filling spots with players who have low ceilings. Especially on DraftKings, where you have a huge discount. (I knew Robertson would find his spark eventually, didn’t think he would do it so fast in his career, though)
Ideal Defensive Partner: John Klingberg (Miro Heiskanen as a salary saver) (FD: $5,500 | DK: $5,000)

    Honorable Mention(s): TOR1, WPG1, CAR1, EDM1

3/27 NHL Goalie Tracker

Best

  1. Kevin Lankinen (FD: $7,100 | DK: $8,100)
  2. Laurent Brossoit (FD: $8,400 | DK: $7,000)

Honorable Mention(s): Vasilevskiy, Campbell, Prosvetov (if he plays hes cheap)

Worst

  1. Devan Dubnyk (FD: $7,600 | DK: $7,000)
    Honorable Mention(s): Rittich, Rinne

3/27 NHL Wild Card Targets

Oliver Wahlstrom (FD: $4,000 | DK: $3,400)
– We’re going right back to the well on Wahlstrom. His price hasn’t really risen and he’s still producing. The last time was no exception, he got us a goal and the person I suggested pairing him with, Jean Gabriel Pageau got a goal and two assists! That pair on NYI can do some serious damage. If you need the extra salary these guys got you covered.

Honorable Mention(s): Chychrun (GTD), Rust, Simmonds, Hyman, Tippett

Core Four: (ALWAYS BE STACKIN’)

Winger Roope Hintz

Winger Patrick Kane

Defence Dougie Hamilton

Goalie Kevin Lankinen (on FanDuel) / Laurent Brossoit (on DraftKings)

We’re back with a rare Thursday Night Win Daily NHL Article! Tonight we have nine action-packed games ahead of us. With that in mind, there are a lot of interesting plays on tonight’s large slate and on FanDuel it’s SuperCrossbar Day so make sure to lock your lines into that amazing contest! Get ready for the newest edition of WinDaily’s Between the Benches! For tonight’s 3/25 NHL slate, the slate begins at 7 pm ET so don’t forget to lock your lines and check the discord for any updates! Let’s get into it!

Keep in mind!!! FanDuel has updated their NHL tournaments, and they now include two UTIL spots which have replaced two winger spots. 3/25 NHL Stack Report

  1. Pittsburgh Penguins 1
    Rust – Crosby – Guentzel (FanDuel: $21,500 | DraftKings: $22,200)
Where to start here, there’s not much too say about this line. We saw them last night, don’t expect anything different tonight. Buffalo is so unbelievably bad, that they helped break the Penguins out of the minor funk they were in without Geno. As he will most likely be out tonight as well, Pittsburgh has really only one line that I would consider playing on this large slate and that is Pittsburgh’s top line. Not to mention, there’s a chance they’ll be up against an emergency call-up as Buffalo’s top tandem, who weren’t that great, to begin with, are both out with injuries.
Ideal Defensive Partner(s): Kris Letang (FD: $6,000 | DK: $6,700)
  2. Carolina Hurricanes 1
    Necas – Aho – Neiderreiter (FanDuel: $17,100 | DraftKings: $16,800)
    – Here we have a severely underpriced line that has been producing consistently and will be going up against a goalie who really hasn’t been that good as of late. It’s a shame because Korpi had some strong performances prior to his injury last season but has just experienced significant regression this season. There are lots of great options in tonight’s packed slate but this line (like DAL2, NSH1 and MIN1) provides the value necessary to comfortably stack Pittsburgh’s top line. Not to mention Carolina has one of the highest implied totals on the slate at 3.1.
Ideal Defensive Partner: Dougie Hamilton (Brett Pesce as a salary saver) (FD: $6,500 | DK: $7,200)

    Honorable Mention(s): COL 1, TOR 1, DAL 2, NSH 1, WSH 1, MIN1,
FLA 1(Keep an eye on Barkov) VGK 1 (keep an eye on Pacioretty)

3/25 NHL Goalie Tracker

Best

  1. James Reimer (FD: $8,400 | DK: $7,800)
  2. Jack Campbell (FD: $8,000 | DK: $8,400)

Honorable Mention(s): Lankinen, Rinne, Jarry, Kahkonen, Samsonov

Worst

  1. Michael Houser (FD: $6,600 | DK: $-,— [literally not on DK, that’s how bad he is])
    Honorable Mention(s): Greiss, Gustavsson, Hart

3/25 NHL Wild Card Targets

Oliver Wahlstrom (FD: $4,000 | DK: $3,600)
– Wahlstrom has really shown up this season and has remained undervalued despite showing a good account of himself. Olly has six points in his last six games and is slowly beginning to creep up towards 15 minutes of TOI per game, definitely not bad for his breakout season. He pairs well with centerman Jean-Gabriel Pageau. If you need to save the salary strongly consider Wahlstrom for your lineups.

Honorable Mention(s): Artemi Panarin, Martin Necas, Sharangovich/Kuokkanen, Donskoi

Core Four: (ALWAYS BE STACKIN’)

Winger Sidney Crosby

Winger Eeli Tolvanen

Defence Adam Fox

Goalie James Reimer
