This slate has a ton of moving parts so I suggest starting your research with the games that have a higher implied total. After that, take a look at some of the injuries on the slate in order to try and find some hidden value. I will be in the NBA Discord room today if you have any questions! Good Luck Tonight!

Top PG Picks:

Russell Westbrook – DK: ($9,600)

  • Westbrook comes into tonight after having rested during yesterday’s game against Memphis. He should be ready to go tonight as Houston gets set to take on Portland who is ranked 23rd in the NBA against opposing PG’s. In truth, Portland has been horrible all season long at stopping guards in general. Westbrook played Portland once already this year and racked up a whopping 68.8 fantasy points on DraftKings. There is a solid chance that he can match Harden in production tonight for a much better price.

Ben Simmons – DK: ($8,700)

  • Ben Simmons will continue to get the ‘green light’ from me as Philly tries to figure out a new offense without Embiid in the lineup. He’s now recorded at least 42 fantasy points on DraftKings in eight of his last ten games. Without Embiid on the floor, Simmons responsibilities go up across the board. They’ll need more offense from him and an increased defensive presence. With that being said, he also has an awesome match-up tonight against Brooklyn who is ranked 30th in the NBA against opposing PG’s.

Shai Gilgeous Alexander – DK: ($7,400)

  • Gilgeous found himself in the NBA history book after an amazing performance against Minnesota two nights ago. He became the youngest player in NBA history to record a 20-20 triple-double. He finished the game with 20 points, 20 rebounds, 10 assists, and 1 block in 36 minutes of action. Gilgeous has now recorded at least 28 fantasy points on DraftKings in each of his last ten games. Tonight he will take on Toronto for the second time this season. In the first bout, Alexander put up 49.8 fantasy points on DK.

Malcolm Brogdon – DK: ($6,700)

  • Brogdon made his return for Indiana two nights ago and didn’t miss a beat as he finished the game with 46.25 fantasy points on DraftKings. Indiana is dealing with an injured Sabonis right now and if he misses tonights’ action I like Brogdon’s chances. On top of that, Minnesota is the opponent tonight and they are ranked 22nd in the NBA against opposing PG’s. Look for him to have a floor of 36 fantasy points tonight.

Top SG Picks:

Zach LaVine – DK: ($9,300)

  • LaVine is playing extremely well and has now recorded at least 38 fantasy points on DraftKings in nine of his last ten games. Tonight he will take on Washington for the second time this season. In the first match-up, LaVine came away with 24 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 steals in 43 minutes of action. There’s no question that LaVine has a high floor and ceiling at the moment. I’m not going all-in on him tonight, but I will definitely be putting him in a few.

CJ McCollum – DK: ($6,800)

  • McCollum has a very exploitable match-up tonight against Houston who is ranked 29th in the NBA against opposing SG’s. On top of that, Houston has been getting into shoot-outs with teams all season long due to their poor defense. That bodes well for McCollum’s fantasy stock as he already dropped 41.3 fantasy points against Houston earlier this season. Look for him to have a floor of 36 fantasy points on DraftKings tonight.

Buddy Hield – DK: ($6,500)

  • Hield is another value play that I like at the SG position for tonight’s slate. Sacramento will be without Richaun Holmes and Bogdan Bogdanovic for tonight’s game. That already opens the door for Hield to have ample opportunity to get more shots up. On top of that, Dallas is the opponent tonight and earlier in the year Hield dropped 41 fantasy points against them. Overall, Hield is not a ‘must play’ tonight; but he will be in my player pool for sure.

Norman Powell – DK: ($5,800)

  • Powell just made his return to the lineup for Toronto after missing the previous few weeks with a shoulder injury. He was able to see 30+ minutes of action right off the bat and was very efficient while on the court. Ultimately finishing the game with 33.25 fantasy points on DraftKings. With Fred Van Vleet set to miss tonight’s game; look for Powell to have elevated numbers once again. I’m giving him a floor of 27 fantasy points tonight.

Top SF Picks:

LeBron James – DK: ($10,400)

LeBron has put up at least 45 fantasy points on DraftKings in each of his last ten games. With Anthony Davis still on the mend, I”m looking for James to dominate this game. The opponent tonight is Orlando and earlier in the year LeBron dropped 59.8 fantasy points on them. Orlando is a team that doesn’t get blown-out a lot so I do expect this game to remain somewhat competitive. Another positive for LeBron is the absence of Orlando’s defensive stud; Jonathon Isaac. With this being the case, look for LeBron to have a floor of 50 fantasy points tonight.

Jimmy Butler – DK: ($8,600)

Butler put up at least 40 fantasy points on DraftKings in six of his last eight games. One of the major keys to his success has been getting foul calls. He’s now visited the free-throw line 103 times over his last ten games. Tonight he will look to lead Miami to a victory with home-court advantage. San Antonio has a middling defense that can be exploited on any given night. Look for Butler to have a floor of 40 fantasy points tonight.

Danilo Gallinari – DK: ($6,500)

Gallinari continues to play at a high level as he’s now recorded at least 29 fantasy points on DraftKings in nine of his last ten games. Tonight OKC will be taking on Toronto and they are ranked 27th in the NBA against opposing SF’s. The Raptors will also be without Fred Van Vleet tonight; a key piece to their rotation. I’m not going all-in on this play, but look for Gallinari to have a floor of 30 fantasy points tonight.

Top PF Picks:

Serge Ibaka – DK: ($7,500)

I have no doubts in my mind that Ibaka will be heavily owned tonight due to his high ceiling and lower cost. Ibaka has now recorded at least 33 fantasy points on DraftKings in nine of his last ten games. Tonight he will take on OKC for the second time this season. In the first match-up, Ibaka put up 36 fantasy points in 33 minutes of action. Marc Gasol returning tonight shouldn’t eat away at his production. If anything, guys like Chris Boucher and Rondae Hollis Jefferson will see reduced roles. Look for him to have a floor of 32 fantasy points tonight.

LaMarcus Aldridge – DK: ($7,100)

LMA has a great matchup tonight against Miami who is ranked 26th in the NBA against opposing PF’s. Aldridge’s production has been slowly dipping in the wrong direction over the past week. However, during that same span, DeMar DeRozan was playing completely out of his mind. Tonight I would go with LaMarcus over DeRozan given that Miami is very guard-heavy. I also like this pick because his ownership will likely be under 10%. If he puts up 40 fantasy points tonight it’s a SMASH.

Al Horford – DK: ($6,700)

Horford has played well for Philly during the absence of Joel Embiid. In fact, he’s recorded at least 33 points on DraftKings in each of his last three games now. Tonight he gets an exploitable match-up against Brooklyn who is ranked 21st in the NBA against opposing PF’s. Earlier in the season, Horford played Brooklyn and recorded 36 fantasy points in just 27 minutes of action. I expect him to see 30+ minutes tonight which should lead to a floor of 32 fantasy points on DK.

Davis Bertans – DK: ($5,500)

Davis Bertans is a very intriguing option tonight on DraftKings given the Wizards injury situation. He was given 26 minutes in his last game and that is likely to go up, even more, tonight as Bertans gets his legs back under him. Tonight he will take on Chicago for the second time this season. In the first match-up, he racked up 43.3 fantasy points on DraftKings. Going off this, Chicago is ranked 29th in the NBA against opposing PF’s. Not to mention, Rui Hachimura and Moritz Wagner are both still sidelined. Look for Bertans to have a floor of 28 fantasy points tonight.

Top C Picks:

Nikola Jokic – DK: ($10,100)

Jokic has one of the better individual match-ups on tonight’s slate in regards to Centers. He will be taking on Charlotte who is ranked 27th in the NBA against opposing C’s. On top of that, Jokic has recorded at least 51 points on DraftKings in three of his last four games. I don’t see Charlotte having an answer for him. If they focus on stopping him in the pain, he will rack up the rebounds and assists. Look for Jokic to have a floor of 45 fantasy points tonight.

Myles Turner – DK: ($6,500)

Turner has been on a roll as of late for Indiana as he’s now put up at least 27 fantasy points in five of his last six games. Going off that, Minnesota is the opponent tonight and they are without Karl Anthony Towns still. Not to mention the Timberwolves are ranked 22nd in the NBA against opposing C’s. Everything points to Turner having another productive game. He is an absolute lock in my book if Sabonis ends up missing this game.

Enes Kanter – DK: ($5,700)

Kanter has been playing very well for the Celtics over the past few weeks. Most of his production comes from scoring and rebounding as evidenced in his past game logs. Tonight Boston will be taking on Detroit and their front-court that features Andre Drummond. This should force Boston to keep Kanter on the floor for at least 22 ish minutes. That is ample time for Kanter to be effective at this price-point. Look for him to have a floor of 22 fantasy points tonight.
