Touchdown Dance
Jonathan Taylor vs. Indianapolis Colts
If you’ve been following Jonathan Taylor for the past few weeks you know the man is on fire. He has rushing touchdowns in 6 straight games, with 2 games of multiple touchdowns during that stretch. Taylor has also been targeted multiple times 5 of the past 6 weeks. The man is the Colts offense and if they are going to win today it’s going to the be on the back of Taylor.
It’s been a few weeks since the Jaguars have given up a rushing touchdown but if we look at teams they played, they didn’t have anyone nearly as talented as Taylor. Vegas loves Taylor’s chances of finding the end zone today and so do I. Confidence Level – High
Ezekiel Elliot vs. Atlanta Falcons
The Falcons have failed to give up a rushing touchdown only twice this year. Being that we’re heading into week 10 now and the Falcons haven’t had a bye yet, that means they’ve given up a rushing touchdown in more than 75% of their games this season. Today, well today they get to take on one of the best in the league in Elliot.
While the last couple of weeks have been a bit of a struggle, I fully expect Elliot to get back on the saddle this week and return to form. Elliot had a stretch earlier this year where he scored in 4 straight. Look for him to start another run with a touchdown against the Falcons. Cowboys were embarrassed last weekend and will come out hungry today. Elliot will eat today. Confidence Level – High
Najee Harris vs. Detroit Lions
With Big Ben ruled out yesterday due to Covid the offense today will essentially run through Najee Harris. He’s already been their workhouse this year with nearly 19 carries per game and without their ‘star’ QB today we have to think that the Steelers will rely even more heavily on Harris. The good thing for us that the Harris and his Steelers teammates get to take on one of the worst teams in the league against running backs.
The Lions are one of only three teams to give up double digit rushing touchdowns this year. Today they will get to tack on at least one more to that number. Harris has touchdowns in 5 straight games. Look for him to make it 6 today. Confidence Level – High
Touchdown Dance Wrap Up
Taylor, Elliot, and Harris are all primed to have big days today. They should all find the end zone at least once. Other guys I like today are Mike Evans, Ezekiel Elliot, and D’Ernest Johnson.
