MLB PROP BETS
JEFFREY SPRINGS over 4.5 hits (-120 DK):
Cleveland is 2nd in the MLB in batting average in the month of September versus LHPs (0.295). Springs has allowed more than 4 hits in 4 of his last 6 starts. The risk is Tampa pulling Springs early but if he goes at least 5 innings then this prop should be a solid play.
BRAXTON GARRETT over 5.5 Ks (-130 DK):
The Brewers don’t hit lefties well. In the month of September alone they are 6th in K rate (26.8%) against LHP’s. Garrett has 52 K’s in his last 44 innings which is over 1 K/inning.
SHOHEI OHTANI under 7.5 K’s (+700):
Ohtani has faced the A’s twice this season as has 12 K’s in 11.2 innings. Additionally, he’s gone over 7.5 K’s in just 3 of his last 9 starts.
CARLOS RODON over 7.5 K’s (-110 DK):
Rodon faced the Rockies once at home this year and in that outing he went 6 innings and struck out 12.
CLEVELAND GUARDIANS +0.5 runs F5 (-135 DK):
