Welcome everyone to the Tour Championship Final Ownership Projections. This week we are at East Lake, a Donald Ross designed course that will play more difficult than the birdie fest we saw last week at the BMW . There is some serious chalk this week due to the small field, in cash games you won’t have to worry about it, in big GPP’s it will make a major difference in whether you cash, split a pot with 400 strangers, or smash your way to a takedown.
Patrick Reed just left the hospital with double pneumonia and he’s planning on playing this week. Can you say weakness, becoming tired easily, soreness and difficulty breathing ? That doesn’t sound like a champion, or Captain America, more like a wheezing spokesperson for a nebulizer or an inhaler sponsor. Oosti didn’t seem to have any lingering neck issues last week and he is still a risk for withdrawal for any number of other reasons. Morikawa’s back injury seems to be healing, his game however is still on life support, he is a contrarian play this week. There are rumors of a Spieth injury, and they are just that-rumors only.
This weeks ownership came with a few surprises, for one we had to break down the packets in eight sections on each packet, the reason is the 150 max entries normally play a 4 or 5 core unit with a one or two player offset. This is closely linked to algorithm methods. Think of 150 plays where 4 golfers are the same and you use golfer 5 or golfer 6 to get different. This week when you do that you still have 30, 60 or 90 plays still left due to the short 30 golfer field. At least half of the max entries got cut back to three core players to allow more diversity and an anomaly or two. Again, please be mindful of your ownership positions if you are playing the large multi entry tourneys.

Thank you again for reviewing the The Tour Championship Final Ownership Projections article, we really do appreciate it. I’ll be in the Discord Channel after this article comes out to answer any questions. Please review the articles by Sia, Patrick, Antonio and Isaiah to help determine your rosters and lineups.
Sia’s Secret Weapon for The Tour Championship will not be posted tonight due to a no cut very small field. He ended up with a 43-12 record for having to take a golfer with very bad metrics that no one wants to roster. That is close to 80% winners where pundits normally cringe at the thought of having to pick a golfer. Kudos to Sia for such an outstanding record! That’s expert handicapping. Antonio has been rolling with his BBB play in Discord, and I hit a streak every now and then with the Frisky Biscuit play. Joel has made more than the national GDP of Surinam with his Showdown takedowns. The next tourney rolls out on September 16th and it’s the “Fortinet” out in sunny (and smoky) California, then the Ryder Cup where chants of “USA, USA” can be heard throughout the tourney.
Sia and Joel have their livestream Tuesday nights at 8:00 EST, Spencer from Tee Off Sports has joined them with in depth roster building and model forecasting and Spencer correctly picked Tony Finau at 60-1 odds to win the first of the championship leg, last week he had Cantlay to win, he has picked three outrights in a row. Sia and Joel also had Burns as a first round leader and there was quite a bit of money made.
Draft Master Flex aka Joel opened the livestream last night with a play on words to a song called Welcome to Atlanta (where the players play). To think that he would be trying to plug a rap song on a golf show is absolutely Ludacris.
As always, I hope to be with you on Sunday afternoon, in the money. You can also come and hang out in the Win Daily Sports Discord Chat to talk it out with everyone before the lock!
