Welcome to Zak’s Puck Picks!! I started in Cash with Flash Handicapping Challenge and have been heating up. I am super excited to keep the momentum going and win some serious money talking Puck Picks with all of you!

A big part of my life is my three kids. Each one of them holds a different attribute that I would personally use to aid me in deciding what picks to make. My twins Pork and Ribs and their little brother Bean (not their real names but very appropriate nicknames).

Pork is a doer. He is one to dive into a situation and figure itout as it unfolds, usually with great success. In terms of the puck pick, itwill be a gut feeling pick and be backed with some stats to explain the feeling.

Ribs, he likes to observe the situation, take in all theinformation, and then make an educated decision on what his next step will be.His puck pick will be focused around teams that are on hot streaks, eitheragainst a team in a matchup or on a winning streak.

Now Bean may sound cute and innocent, but he is a wild man. Not alot of thought goes into actions and if there is some thought, its gearedtowards “how can I push Dad’s buttons”. His puck pick will be a little more onthe risky side. There will be reasons why I think we should go this way.

As cook by trade and hockey as a passion since I was 3 years old, let’s get some puck picks in the oven and make some dough shall we?

All odds are referenced from vegasinsider.com. The source of information comes from Newsday.sports.gracenote.com unless otherwise specified. I will play ALL the picks mentioned in these articles.

Puck Record March (13-18)

Puck Recap Sunday Night (1-2)
Two extra period games gave us a losing record on the night with Vegas beating Edmonton in overtime and Washington losing to Buffalo in a shootout. One-shot away in both for having a perfect day. Winnipeg got their job done at home against Arizona for the lone won on the day..let’s. drop the puck on today’s action

Pork’s Puck Pick- Vancouver Canucks-120
When puck stopper Jacob Markström went down with a knee injury I was worried this team would plummet down the standings. Thatcher Demko has played quite well in the net despite his one and four records in his last five starts. Another bright news for the Canucks is that there are rumblings around the hockey community that injured winger Brock Boeser might return for this contest providing some much-needed scoring. Vancouver’s opponent tonight has lost their last six games in a row and have not looked good while doing it. Since acquiring Jean-Gabriel Pageau for additional scoring, the New York Islanders have not scored more than 3 goals in a game and have averaged four goals against on their six-game slide. Both teams need the win to stay relevant in the playoff race, so motivation is a non-factor. Sportsnet 650 on twitter reports that head coach Travis Green states that he is unsure if Brock Boeser will be an option for tonight. However, that is still a boost to the locker room and Vancouver will show well in front of their home fans tonight. Take the Canucks on the money line

Rib’s Puck Pick- Tampa Bay Lightning-124
The Leafs looked terrible on their west coast road trip last week losing to Anaheim two to one and LA one to nothing. Tampa Bay is coming off a huge win against Boston on the road in Boston and had a let down the next night in Detroit. I think they got the bad game out of their system and will be ready for the falling Leafs tonight. Tampa Bay has won six of the last eight meetings between these clubs and has no problem putting the puck in the net lately With fourteen goals in their last three games since losing Captain Steven Stamkos, I think the Lightning have the depth to take on the flailing Maple Leafs tonight. Put the Tampa Bay money line down and enjoy that maple syrup on some pancakes.

Bean’s Puck Pick- New Jersey Devils+125
The Pittsburgh Penguins are coming off of two ugly losses, a five to two defeat to the Washington Capitals and the next night a six-two defeat to the defensive challenged Carolina Hurricanes. This team can’t seem to find their game or ability to stop the puck. After a lot of inconsistency last season, McKenzie Blackwood has been a revelation for the Devils this season has been one of the nose consistent pieces for them when healthy. He has won seven of his last ten starts, including rattling off five in a row at home which is where New Jersey finds themselves tonight. Overall this Devils team is six-two-two in their last ten games. The Devils have won seven of their last ten meetings against Pittsburgh. The strangest part of this game is tine seems to have moved further in favor of the Penguins overnight. Take the Devils on the plus money line!

Houston’s Puck Pick- Nashville Predators -136. The Nashville Predators have owned this matchup against the Canadians winning their last four in a row. Puck Stopper Jussi Saros has taken control of the net for the Predators and has been fantastic posting back to back shutouts. Montreal has been a pesky but inconsistent team with putting the puck in the net. With only two wins in their last six games, the Canadians do not look on a good spot to make the postseason. Look for the Predators to continue their recent win streak take them on the money line.

There may be a few other matchups I may like, however it depends who the puck stopper is. Stay tuned to the #nhl and # sports betting tabs on Discord, as well as Twitter for any changes or more potential matchups as more news unfolds!

NHL Update

The NHL Playoff picture is beginning to take shape. With about 70% of the season behind us here are your division leaders and their respective Stanley Cup Odds. The Capitals have maintained their points lead over the surging Penguins, while the Lightning has won 8 in a row in an attempt to catch the Bruins. All 4 teams see their odds stay about the same to win the Stanley Cup, while the entire Pacific Division attempts to sort out who will represent them in the playoffs and who will settle for a Wildcard spot.

This article focuses on NHL DFS Picks for 3/10 on DraftKings and FanDuel. Both sites have fairly different scoring formats, particularly with the recent changes on DraftKings. We consider tournament tactics, statistics, pricing, and attempt to tackle this highly variable Daily Fantasy format so we can gain an edge on the field at large. BE SURE to double-check both regular and power play lines at both morning skate and before lock as they can drastically change from the time of publication.

Favorite DraftKings Line

Carolina One – Sebastian Aho, Teuvo Teravainen, Andrei Svechnikov

It is a rare occurrence that the NHL worst in virtually every category Detroit Red Wings are on a slate and the team facing them doesn’t get at least an honorable mention. Carolina comes in a slate high -240 road favorite and it is nice that the team’s core talent is all on one line that also shares full powerplay correlation. The Hurricanes are in sweat for one of the two wild-card spots and this is a must-win game for them. This line has seven full line goals over their last ten games, good for a four-way tie with Toronto, L.A., and Montreal’s top lines for seventh in the NHL across that span. Their 113 SATF during that period is good for eighth in the NHL, suggesting further room for upside. As they are all slightly cheaper on DraftKings by about $1,000-$1,200 they make much more sense there, if playing both sites. However, it is not as big a difference in pricing on them between the two sites as we have seen in the past.

Favorite FanDuel Line

Pittsburgh Two – Evgeni Malkin, Bryan Rust, Add-On: Patrick Marleau

At -180, the Pittsburgh Penguins are the second largest favorite on tonight’s slate. Nevertheless, you might not know that from the FanDuel price on Bryan Rust, who remains only $5,500. Despite a top-six role and power play time, perhaps father time is catching up with Patrick Marleau. Given that he has not been producing, I think it makes more sense to just run the two-man here of Rust and Evgeni Malkin. The $1,100 discount on Rust from DraftKings makes them a very palatable two-man and a great way to grab a piece of Pittsburgh’s total.

Favorite Line

Washington One – Alex Ovechkin, Evgeny Kuznetsov, Tom Wilson

The Buffalo Sabres have been nothing short of a disaster, now having dropped six straight games. Perhaps head coach Ralph Krueger is still adapting to hockey from soccer after being chairman of the English Premier League’s Southampton Saints. Meanwhile, the Capitals have been largely mediocre, but they find themselves -165 home favorites, good for best on the slate. I’m definitely a fan of that third line for sneaky value and the second line isn’t bad either.

However, Alex Ovechkin is the priority here and should be the first man in for cash games. Beyond him, Tom Wilson would probably be my next skater in on FanDuel. On DraftKings, Evgeny Kuznetsov is a little more affordable. If you want to leave one-off, it would definitely be Kuznetsov as my late Grandmother is perhaps having a better season this year than he is. Either way, I think that the Capitals lay the smackdown here and there should be goals, so get a piece one way or the other.

Second Favorite Line

Colorado One – Nathan MacKinnon, Gabriel Landeskog, Vladislav Namestikov

We will be going back to well again tonight. Last night, all three skaters scored and had five combined assists as this line just continues to eat. If you can jam them in along with Alex Ovechkin, that probably makes the most sense in cash games. The Avs come in -143 favorites, the second biggest of the night behind the Capitals. The Kings have actually been hot as of late, winning five straight coming into this. With that said, I don’t mind if you decide to run a game stack or perhaps even target the opposite side of this game in a tournament. Instead of stud goaltender Pavel Francouz, it will likely be newly acquired Michael Hutchinson in net for Colorado, so I do think the Kings’ red hot top line makes a lot of sense for tournaments at low ownership. One bet I really like here is the over, as there is sure to be more goals than currently projected. Therefore, feel free to fire up the Avs top line with confidence.

3/9 NHL DraftKings Rankings

Forwards

  1. Alex Ovechkin – Washington Capitals – $8,500
  2. Nathan MacKinnon – Colorado Avalanche – $8,500
  3. Leon Draisaitl – Edmonton Oilers – $8,400
  4. Max Pacioretty – Las Vegas Golden Knights – $7,800
  5. Gabriel Landeskog – Colorado Avalanche – $6,900
  6. Carl Hagelin – Washington Capitals – $3,600

Defensemen

  1. Shea Theodore – Las Vegas Golden Knights – $6,000
  2. John Carlson – Washington Capitals – $6,600
  3. Oliver Ekman-Larsson – Arizona Coyotes – $4,800
  4. Vince Dunn – St. Louis Blues – $3,800
  5. Nick Holden – Las Vegas Golden Knights – $2,800

Goalies

  1. Connor Hellebuyck – Winnipeg Jets – $8,000
  2. Jordan Binnington – St. Louis Blues – $8,300

3/9 NHL FanDuel Rankings

Forwards

  1. Alex Ovechkin – Washington Capitals – $8,700
  2. Nathan MacKinnon – Colorado Avalanche – $9,000
  3. Max Pacioretty – Las Vegas Golden Knights – $7,500
  4. Gabriel Landeskog – Colorado Avalanche – $7,500
  5. Carl Hagelin – Washington Capitals – $3,400
  6. Dustin Brown – Los Angeles Kings – $5,000

Defensemen

  1. Shea Theodore – Las Vegas Golden Knights – $5,700
  2. Neal Pionk – Winnipeg Jets – $4,500
  3. John Carlson – Washington Capitals – $6,600
  4. Oscar Klefbom – Edmonton Oilers – $5,300
  5. Vince Dunn – St. Louis Blues – $4,000

Goalies

  1. Connor Hellebuyck – Winnipeg Jets – $8,700
  2. Jordan Binnington – St. Louis Blues – $8,500

3/9 Monkey Knife Fight NHL Prop Picks – Win With These Picks Here and Get 100 Percent Bonus!

Alex Ovechkin, Max Pacioretty, Leon Draisaitl – Over 2.5 Points – The daily 2.5 point bet is now up to six straight hits and an overall record of 41/65. Unfortunately, you cannot use both Alex Ovechkin and Nathan MacKinnon tonight in the Star Shootout. I opted to go with the early side.

Puck Record March (12-16)
Puck Recap Sunday Night (2-1)

Another Loss for the Penguins at home to a team that is struggling with putting pucks in and keeping pucks out of their net. Not sure which Penguins team is going to show up night in and night out. They might have joined the list. Detroit kept it so close with Tampa Bay, they took it to overtime and won, cashing in the +1.5 bet. St.Louis fired two past the Blackhawks and Jake Allen puck stopped his way to a shut out giving puck picks a winning day! Let’s keep that going! On to today’s puck action.

Pork’s Puck Pick- Washington Capitals -167
The Washington Capitals are coming off of a five to two road victory against the Pittsburgh Penguins on Saturday night. Pittsburgh, on paper, is a better team however both the Penguins and Sabres have been struggling to enter the win column. Washington has won five of the last six meetings between these two teams. I was contemplating -1.5 however Buffalo’s number one puck stopper Linus Ullmark has been taken off of the injury list and was playing really well before missing time with the injury. Either way, Washington should carry out the victory with all.of their offensive firepower. Stay tuned to Discord and Twitter to see if we get aggressive here.

Rib’s Puck Pick- Winnipeg Jets -127
Winnipeg is on a roll at home, winning five in a row inside the “Whiteout” at Bell MTS Place. Meanwhile, the Arizona Coyotes have lost four of the last five games on the road. One of the hottest forwards for the Coyotes in Connor Garland has hit the injured list as of March eighth and there isn’t a time table for a return. Puck stopper Connor Hellebuyck for the Jets has returned to Vezina form, especially at home. He has only allowed six goals in his last five starts in Winnipeg who are playing an Arizona team that struggles to score goals consistently. Arizona has only scored ten goals in their last five games on the road. The top line for Winnipeg has been carrying the goal-scoring load as of late and I believe will continue to do so, leading the Jets to fly past the Coyotes tonight.

Bean’s Puck Pick- Edmonton Oilers -129
Coming off of a back to back is never easy, especially when it is against the third and first place teams in your division. Vegas beat the Flames last night to recapture first place over Edmonton, however, the Oilers now have a game in hand. Vegas goalie Marc-Andre Fleury has had trouble finding the puck in his last two starts since shutting out the Oilers February Twenty-sixth. In the two starts since he has allowed eight goals, which is not good for the Golden Knights going up against the number one powerplay. Edmonton’s shut out loss came on the second night of a back to back, similar to what Vegas is going through tonight and I am sure Edmonton would love to return the favor. Look for the eleventh ranked Oilers scoring offense to continue Marc-Andre Fleury’s woes and come away with the victory in this one.

There may be a few other matchups I may like, however it depends who the puck stopper is. Stay tuned to the #nhl and # sports betting tabs on Discord, as well as Twitter for any changes or more potential matchups as more news unfolds!

Top DraftKings Line

Tampa Bay One – Brayden Point, Nikita Kucherov, Ondrej Palat “DraftKings slate only”

The Lightning will be traveling to Detroit on a back to back, following a huge win over the Boston Bruins. However, that should not hinder them too much considering they get a date with the woeful Red Wings, so basically like a day off. This game is not available on the FanDuel slate but Tampa should be very popular on DraftKings. Ondrej Palat does not share time on the first power-play unit with the other two skaters, so he would be the odd man out if you’re only looking to run a two-man stack. For as long as Steven Stamkos remains out, this is definitely the Lightning line to turn to. Tampa Bay is a crazy -330 favorite and Brayden Point and Nikita Kucherov are staples for cash and tournament lineups alike.

Top FanDuel Line

Colorado One – Nathan MacKinnon, Gabriel Landeskog, Vladislav Namestikov

The two-man combo of Nathan MacKinnon and Gabriel Landeskog come into tonight’s game red hot with eight combined points over their last two games. They are -160 favorites on the road in San Jose, against a Sharks team hosting the Avs on the second night of a back to back. Even Vladislav Namestikov is getting in on the action with goals in two of his last three games, although he would be the odd man out unless you need savings. Namestikov skates on the second power-play unit, unlike the other two skaters who are on the first. Nathan MacKinnon should be the first piece you insert into any FanDuel cash lineups. From there with Landeskog as hot as he is, it only makes sense to add him if you can afford it but it is not necessary. In a cash game, I would probably use Max Pacioretty over him to provide more balance. However, in tournaments, I would turn to a two-man Colorado stack or the full line.

Puck Record March (10-15)
Puck Recap Saturday Night (1-2)

Philadelphia picked up the two-goal win over the Buffalo Sabres getting the win. Minnesota had a wake-up call losing seven to three to the LA Kings and Tampa Bay have Boston all they could handle with a 5-3 victory. Let’s just from the puck on today’s action.

Pork’s Puck Pick- Pittsburgh Penguins-150 (11:30 PM EST START!!)
This game comes down to defense and puck stopping. The Carolina Hurricanes have had trouble in these two areas since the Zamboni driver stole two points from the Maple Leafs. Since that game, the Hurricanes have only one win in five games. With Carolina squeezing out a win against the super struggling New York Islanders yesterday afternoon and Pittsburgh losing to Washington, these double back to back matchups usually work out better for the losing team. With a whopping two wins in their last five I have more faith in the Penguins here. Tristan Jarry should serve as a puck stopper tomorrow and has been the better of the two goalies lately. The Penguins should get the win in this one, I wouldn’t get up early to watch it though. It should be pretty slow judging by recent performances.

Rib’s Puck Pick- St Louis Blues-143
It is hard to pick against the raining Stanley Cup Champions, especially when they have won the last three matchups against Chicago. With an Uncharacteristic loss to the New Jersey Devils on Friday night, the Blues should come out hungry to get back to their winning efforts. They currently sit two points ahead of the Colorado Avalanche for the top spot in the Central Division. The Blackhawks have looked really good or really average this season and have been really streaky. Coming off of a four-game win streak they looked terrible against Detroit on Friday night. I believe the Blues to be the stronger team and take the win on the money line.

Bean’s Puck Pick- Detroit Redwings PUCK LINE +1.5/ -125 (Start time at 5 PM EST)
In Detroit’s last three games overall, they have kept the game within one goal or better, against some good teams in Colorado and Chicago. As well as the last four games between these teams have finished in one-goal differences. With Curtis McElhaney tending the twine and letting five pucks past him in his last start, I have faith that the Redwings can keep this game close as well

There may be a few other matchups I may like, however it depends who the puck stopper is. Stay tuned to the #nhl and # sports betting tabs on Discord, as well as Twitter for any changes or more potential matchups as more news unfolds!

This article focuses on NHL DFS Picks for 3/7 on DraftKings and FanDuel.

Top Expensive Line

Philadelphia One – Jacob Voracek, Sean Couturier, Claude Giroux

The Flyers have been tremendous at home all season and given their recent surge and the opponent should smash tonight. Buffalo can score here/there but the Sabres are basically a shell of what they were earlier this season, coming into game this after losing five straight. I also like the Sharks but wish that they would consolidate their best skaters on one line as the Flyers have done here. The Flyers have the highest implied goal total on the slate at 3.74 and have won nine of their last ten games, including eight straight. Philly Philly!

Top Value Line

New York Rangers One – Mika Zibanejad, Pavel Buchnevich, Phil Di Giuseppe

You might have heard but Mika Zibanejad had a big night Thursday. He might not score five goals again but is still in a spot to thrive with the Rangers catching the Devils on the second night of a back to back, late in the season. New York has a 3.46 implied goal total, second-highest on the slate. Zibanejad will be chalk in all formats and should be the building block. From there, you can run the full line, use a two-man of Zibanejad and Buchnevich who also share time on the first power-play unit, or maybe run a trio with those two and Artemi Panarin for a full-on power play stack. The Rangers are nipping on the Islanders heel for the final playoff spot and will be looking to build off the other night.

3/7 NHL DraftKings Rankings

Forwards

  1. Mika Zibanejad – New York Rangers – $8,400
  2. Artemi Panarin – New York Rangers – $7,900
  3. Evander Kane – San Jose Sharks – $6,400
  4. Claude Giroux – Philadelphia Flyers – $6,000
  5. Timo Meier – San Jose Sharks – $5,700

Defensemen

  1. Brent Burns – San Jose Sharks – $7,800
  2. Jeff Petry – Montreal Canadiens – $4,700
  3. Tony DeAngelo – New York Rangers – $5,100
  4. Ryan Murray – Columbus Blue Jackets – $4,200
  5. Matt Grzelcyk – Boston Bruins – $3,000

Goalies

  1. Carter Hart – Philadelphia Flyers – $8,400
  2. Igor Shesterkin/Alexander Georgiev – New York Rangers – $8,300

  5. Shea Weber – Montreal Canadiens – $4,700

Goalies

3/7 Monkey Knife Fight NHL Prop Picks – Win With These Picks Here and Get 100 Percent Bonus!

Mika Zibanejad, Claude Giroux, Brent Burns – Over 2.5 Points – The daily 2.5 point bet is rolling with four straight hits and is now up to 39/63, despite Auston Matthews best effort at sabotaging things. Tonight, I thought about rolling out Artemi Panarin with Mika Zibanejad but then backed off and spread it out more with one player per team.

Puck Record March (9-13)
Puck Recap Friday Night (0-2)
Detroit outlasted Chicago for a 2-1 win, Winnipeg took back their home ice with a 4-0 win Vegas. Not a good day but today we move on.

Pork’s Puck Pick-Minnesota Wild -130 (4 pm EST start)
The Minnesota Wild are on a six-game wins streak on the road. The LA Kings are playing better with all of their call ups who are fighting for a job, however, it’s not the same as fighting for a playoff spot. The Wild are on fire and are able to score from a bunch of different lines. If special teams come into play, Minnesota has a much better powerplay percentage ranked thirteenth in the league versus the twenty-seventh ranked penalty kill percentage, owned by LA. Take the Wild to take their road winning streak to seven.

Rib’s Puck Pick-Boston Bruins -156
Without Steven Stamkos, the Lightning is in trouble, especially against the league’s number one team in goals against in the Boston Bruins. In thirty-four home games this season, the Bruins have lost three in regulation. In the Bruins last five wins, they have only let in four goals. Their attention to detail has been fantastic as they look to settle in for a playoff run. Life without Stamkos has been ok so far for the Lightning winning their last game at home to Montreal, however, the game before they suffered a set back to the hands of these Bruins on their home ice. I think the Bruins keep this low scoring and drag out the win in what could be a preview of the Eastern Conference Final.

Bean’s Puck Pick- Philadelphia Flyers PUCK LINE -1.5-134
After hitting my “puck picks off” list, the Buffalo Sabres have been dreadful. Putting pucks in the net and or stopping pucks has been quite an issue for the Sabres. Meanwhile, the Philadelphia Flyers have been rolling, especially at home. The Flyers have won eight straight with five of those wins coming at home. The Sabers have lost five straight games and in those losses, the last four straight have been more than the 1.5 puck line. Adding to Philadelphia’s motivation, if they win this game, and Washington loses in any form, they will take top spot in the Metropolitan Division. This is two teams going in completely different directions with the Flyers having everything to play for, and the Sabres trying to make it through their last fifteen games. Take the red hot Flyers on the puck line.

Top Expensive Line

Toronto One – Auston Matthews, Zach Hyman Two Man Stack

Toronto let everyone down last night, losing to the Kings 1-0 despite being a heavy favorite. Auston Matthews, in particular, received heavy ownership and so people might pass on them tonight after getting burned. Nevertheless, Toronto once again has the highest implied goal total on the slate (3.66) and plays in one of two late games. Between factors noted above coupled with the presence of the Colorado Avalanche as a pivot in the other late game, ownership will likely be down. However, I would not run the full line as Mitchell Marner has just been consistently failing to hit value, operating primarily as a setup man. Therefore, I am only writing up the two-man, which provides you an extra wing spot to play with and salary flexibility.

Top Value Line

Chicago One – Jonathan Toews, Dominik Kubalik, Brandon Saad

This is another line that underwhelmed last night. Facing the Red Wings this should be the bounce-back spot; you already know the drill. I love Patrick Kane, but the rest of the second line is underwhelming. Meanwhile, the Blackhawks top line provides you great value. They will be extremely chalky but should still play a role in your cash games and can be paired with a more contrarian line in tournaments. Chicago has a 3.41 implied goal total, second-highest on the slate behind the Maple Leafs, and is a telling -177 favorite.

3/6 NHL DraftKings Rankings

Forwards

  1. Auston Matthews – Toronto Maple Leafs – $8,400
  2. Nathan MacKinnon – Colorado Avalanche – $8,700
  3. Patrick Kane – Chicago Blackhawks – $7,700
  4. Jonathan Toews – Chicago Blackhawks – $6,000
  5. Max Pacioretty – Las Vegas Golden Knights – $8,200

Defensemen

  1. Shea Theodore – Las Vegas Golden Knights – $6,300
  2. Mark Giordano – Calgary Flames – $6,600
  3. Alexander Edler – Vancouver Canucks – $6,000
  4. Vince Dunn – St. Louis Blues – $3,300
  5. Adam Boqvist – Chicago Blackhawks – $3,000

Goalies

  1. Jordan Binnington – St. Louis Blues – $8,400
  2. Jack Campbell – Toronto Maple Leafs – $8,000

3/6 NHL FanDuel Rankings

Forwards

  1. Auston Matthews – Toronto Maple Leafs – $9,200
  2. Nathan MacKinnon – Colorado Avalanche – $9,000
  3. Patrick Kane – Chicago Blackhawks – $7,900
  4. Jonathan Toews – Chicago Blackhawks – $6,500
  5. Max Pacioretty – Las Vegas Golden Knights – $7,800

Defensemen

  1. Shea Theodore – Las Vegas Golden Knights – $5,800
  2. Alexander Edler – Vancouver Canucks – $4,300
  3. Neal Pionk – Winnipeg Jets – $4,500
  4. Mark Giordano – Calgary Flames – $6,300
  5. Nate Schmidt – Las Vegas Golden Knights – $3,900

Goalies

  1. Jordan Binnington – St. Louis Blues – $8,700
  2. Jack Campbell – Toronto Maple Leafs – $7,800

3/6 Monkey Knife Fight NHL Prop Picks – Win With These Picks Here and Get 100 Percent Bonus!

Nathan MacKinnon, Auston Matthews, Elias Pettersson – Over 2.5 Points – The daily 2.5 point bet remains at 38/62. Tonight, let’s focus on the night games because that’s where the studs are.

Puck Record March (9-11)
Puck Recap Wednesday Night (3-3)

Had wins from the Bruins in a squeezer, Pittsburgh Penguins and the late add on Philadelphia Flyers. Losses from the oddly off Islanders, Dallas Stars and a tip of the hat to a good man Phil Naessens on edging out my call on the Washington Capitals late in overtime. Only looking at two games tonight is this is an odd slate. Need to show some restraint when still two games under 0.500.

Houston’s Puck Pick- Chicago Blackhawks-132
Chicago is on a roll winning four of their past five games, including holding off the red hot Edmonton Oilers last night. The Blackhawks have also won the last four straight against the Redwings in which two of those games were played at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit. Coming off of a back to back and seeing how the wings are starting to play a much-improved brand of the puck, I could also see playing Detroit +1.5, which may be the safer bet. The last game played in Detroit finished 5-4 in overtime. I think this game remains close, but the red hot Chicago Blackhawks pull out the win.

Zak’s Puck Pick- Vegas Golden Knights- 129
The Knights are absolutely rolling right now winning nine of their last ten games. The Winnipeg Jets have only.wpm two of their last six games. The Jets have been better at home than on the road however have not been on the same roll that Vegas has been on. Vegas has been getting great puck stopping aside from their last loss in LA. Marc Andre Fleury is slated to start tonight’s contest. Previous to the loss against LA, had. Some fantasy numbers in his five starts prior only allowing seven goals in those five wins with two shutouts. There will be no Mark Stone in the lineup for Vegas this evening as he is out with a lower-body injury. I don’t believe, as good as Stone has been this year, affects their scoring depth enough for them to lose to Winnipeg. Take Vegas on the money line.

There may be a few other matchups I may like, however it depends who the puck stopper is. Stay tuned to the #nhl and # sports betting tabs on Discord, as well as Twitter for any changes or more potential matchups as more news unfolds!
