LOL DFS: Naldo’s Legendary LOL LEC Picks for 8/8

Today we will be looking at the LOL LEC slate 2020 Summer Split on 8/8/2020 @ 11:00 am EST. Below I will provide my top three targets for cash games for the day, correlation plays, as well as projected lineups to make your building of a line a lot easier. Any questions about the article or tips feel free to hit me up on discord.

8/8 LOL LEC Slate Breakdown

Team Vitality (VIT)(+105) vs. Schalke S04 (S04)(-140).

Team Vitality Schalke S04
CABOCHARDODOAMME
SKEANZGILIUS
MILICAABBEDAGGE
COMPNEON
LABROVDREAMS

#TheSchalkeMiracle is in full effect in LoL and as you may have seen they were a key upset that I called on my previous article. Schalke are playing at an unreal pace at this moment and I just don’t see Vitality stopping them here. Schalke are on a mission to squeeze in the playoffs and while it’s still far fetched, so far they have shown it is possible. Vitality is not a team to underestimate though, as they just finished beating Rogue themselves. Statistically Schalke is better than Vitality by a slight margin except on vision. Schalke has a 52% first blood rate while Vitality has a higher first turret percentage with 48% compared to Schalke’s 40%.

With every statistical record, momentum and how well team fights are being played out I have to keep riding with the miracle team in Schalke to win this matchup. I would not necessarily go all in on this team as they are a high upside gpp team that is going up against a sneaky team in Vitality capable of pulling the upset.

 LEC Favorite Plays:

Schalke S04

  • (JNG) Gilius
  • (MID) Abbedagge
  • (ADC) Neon

Vitality

  • (Mid) Milica
  • (ADC) Comp

LEC Pick to win: Schalke S04

Team Origen (OG)(-125) vs SK Gaming (SK)(-110).

Team Origen SK Gaming
ALPHARIJENAX
XERXETRICKS
NUKEDUCKZAZEE
UPSETCROWNSHOT
JACTROLLIMIT

Very surprised to see Team Origen actually being favored in this matchup as they are without a doubt one of the worst teams in the LEC at this very moment. SK had their ups and downs but overall have shown the potential to beat top teams in the league. They are the more composed and rounded team over all and I just don’t see Origen actually beating them here unless they make some drastic changes on their roster starting with Jactrol and letting him go.

Origen is the more aggressive team with a 51% first blood rate compared to SK’s 42% which makes sense as they like to get ahead early if they can. Road for Origen to win would be if they are aggressive early and mount a massive lead against SK who will be looking to scale to mid-late game to allow for Crownshot and Zazee to play their games. Personally believe Jenax will be a big part of this game along with the mid-both lane. Give me the bounce back upset for SK Gaming today.

 LEC Favorite Plays:

SK Gaming

  • (TOP) Jenax
  • (MID) Zazee
  • (ADC) Crownshot
  • (SUP) LIMIT

LEC Pick to win:  SK Gaming

Excel Esports (XL)(+155) vs. Fnatics (FNC)(-210).

Excel Esports [Fade]Fnatics [Fade]
KRYZEBWIPO
CAEDRELSELFMADE
SPECIALNEMESIS
PATRIKREKKLES
TOREHYLISSANG

This is a game that I will have no part of for the most part. Both teams do not feed a lot of kills when losing. Expecting a very slow game for the most part with low kill totals. Not worth the look on either side considering the high prices of Fnatics compared to their low upside in this matchup in my opinion. You also have the factor that Fnatics is severely struggling against every team they encounter so the possibility of an upset is there. Unlike Schalke last time out against Fnatics, XL plays a very passive game and will not force fights. So even if they win I’m expecting a low total in kills even on an upset not worth having in gpp tournaments. Fade accordingly, and look for tournaments upside elsewhere.

 LEC Favorite Plays:

Excel Esports

  • (MID) Special
  • (ADC) Patrik

Fnatics (Must win)

  • (JNG) Selfmade
  • (ADC) Rekkles
  • (SUP)  Hylissang

LEC Pick to win: Fnatics (Believe this game will be low scoring, I am pushing more towards a fade of this game altogether)

Misfits Gaming (MSF)(+235) vs. G2 Esports (G2)(-335).

Misfits GamingG2 Esports
DAN DANWUNDER
RAZORKJANKOS
FEBIVENCAPS
KOBBEPERKZ
DENYKMICKYX

G2 is back, or so it seems. They are finally playing a much cleaner game, a clean game that everyone has been desperately waiting for. This should be a relatively “easy” game for G2 to cruise by much like Mad Lions did to Misfits last game. G2 is near a cash lock on this slate whether we like it or not. They are showing that they are slowly getting back to form and their last game proved to be true by beating a solid team in SK Gaming.

G2 is currently locked in the playoffs but I do not think it ends here. This is their time to keep showing that they are back and that they cannot be underestimated in the playoffs. Even with their struggles, G2 is still the favorite to win the summer split which should still set the tone for the top two teams right now and what they should expect moving forward as a team.

 LEC Favorite Plays:

G2 Esports

  • (TOP) Wunder
  • (JNG) Jankos
  • (MID) Caps
  • (ADC) Perkz
  • (SUP) MickyX

LEC Pick to win:  G2 Esports

Mad Lions (SK)(+185) vs. Rogue(G2)(-260).

Mad LionsTeam Rogue
OROMEFINN
SHADOWINSPIRED
HUMANOIDLARSSEN
CARZZYHANS SAMA
KAISERVANDER

The two top teams in the LEC at this very moment according to standings. These two teams already went head to head before in what turned out to be a rather snooze fest. Rogue despite getting overpowered by a rather weird Mad Lions composition led by a support Wukong paired with Senna maintained the game at a very slow moving pace. I actually see no difference here, except that maybe Mad Lions actually go for a more damage oriented scaling composition for the late game.

As always they are a great cash game lock as they will pull massive ownership. But I actually would not mind if we faded this game for the most part. Maybe not completely but cut ownership shorter than the regular basis. This game in my opinion should be a grind fest until the late game and in my eyes should project to a low total of kills. If Rogue manages to pull the upset there is a chance that at their price they can be of decent value for large gpp tournaments due to Mad Lions dying a lot in losses.

 LEC Favorite Plays:

Mad Lions

  • (JNG) Shadow
  • (MID) Humanoid
  • (ADC) Carzzy
  • (SUP) Kaiser

Rogue

  • (JNG) Inspired
  • (MID) Larssen
  • (ADC) Hans Sama
  • (SUP) Vander

LEC Pick to win: Mad Lions [70/30 split exposure.]

LOL DFS: Naldo’s Legendary LOL LCS Picks for 8/7

Today we will be looking at the LOL LCS two-game slate 2020 Summer Split on 8/7/2020 @ 9:00 pm EST. Below I will provide my top three targets for cash games for the day, correlation plays, as well as projected lineups to make your building of a line a lot easier. Any questions about the article or tips feel free to hit me up on discord.

8/7 LCS Slate Breakdown

Team Dignitas (DIG)(+425) vs. Cloud 9 (C9)(-750).

TEAM Dignitas Cloud9 [CASH]
VIPERLICORICE
DARDOCHBLABER
FENIXNISQY
JOHNSUNZVEN
APHROMOOVULCAN

This is a pretty straight forward matchup, I have nearly zero exposure to Team Dignitas given that Cloud 9 are one of the top three teams in the LCS and I firmly believe they are highly motivated to win this game to at least attempt at getting the lead over TSM in the standings. Team Dignitas is in a must win situation  if they want to push forward to get in the playoffs, which says a lot about the skill gap between top teams and the bad ones since DIG is 4-12 for the season with a legit shot to make the playoffs. Cloud 9 is the clear favorite in every statistical record given for this match with good reasoning. Cloud9 is your cash lock for the slate.

 LCS Favorite Plays:
  1. Cloud 9
  • (TOP) Licorice
  • (JNG) Blaber
  • (ADC) Zven
  • (SUP) Vulcan

LCS Pick to win: Cloud 9

Team SoloMid (TSM)(-175) vs. Golden Guardians (GG)(+125).

TEAM SoloMid [CASH]Golden Guardians [GPP]
BROKEN BLADEHAUNTZER
SPICACLOZER
BJERGSENDAMONTE
DOUBLELIFTFBI
TREATZHUHI

Team SoloMid is the clear cash game option here as the ownership suggests so as well as the matchup. Team SoloMid comes in with a nice 11-5 record tied with Cloud 9 as one of the best teams in the LCS. Golden Guardians are not so far behind with a respectable record of 9-7. Overall the matchup should be a fun one and while I do suggest TSM for cash, there is no doubt that I will also have some Golden Guardian shares as they have been on a decent roll as of late. Golden Guardians actually lead  in terms of in game stats, except FB/FT ratio where TSM seems to be the more likely aggressor of the match.

I am expecting a very competitive game throughout most of the game unless TSM just finds a way to get ahead early due to their aggression and early game. I do have TSM to win the match, but wouldn’t be surprised if GG won either. Considering TSM will be highly owned across the board, GG are an intriguing gpp option to get away from the field.

 LCS Favorite Plays:
  • Team SoloMid (Cash option)
  • (JNG) Spica
  • (MID) Bjergsen
  • (ADC) Doublelift
  • (SUP) Treatz
  • Golden Guardians (GPP)
  • (TOP) Hauntzer
  • (JNG) Clozer
  • (MID) Damonte
  • (ADC) FBI

LCS Pick to win:  Team Solomid

LOL DFS: Naldo’s Legendary LOL LEC Picks for 8/7

Today we will be looking at the LOL LEC slate 2020 Summer Split on 8/7/2020 @ 12:00 pm EST. Below I will provide my top three targets for cash games for the day, correlation plays, as well as projected lineups to make your building of a line a lot easier. Any questions about the article or tips feel free to hit me up on discord.

8/7 LEC Slate Breakdown

Team Vitality (VIT)(+190) vs. Team Rogue (ROG)(-265).

TEAM VITALITY [DEEP GPP]TEAM ROGUE [CASH]
CABOCHARDFINN
SKEANZINSPIRED
MILICALARSSEN
COMPHANS SAMA
LABROVVANDER

I will not give Vitality for the credit as they are horrible regardless as to who they beat. Rogue are in a very good spot and can be considered for cash considering their usual common low salary. Problem here is that they usually control the pace of the game and their upside is capped due to their slow grindy play style. Aside from cash formats I do believe this is a game that could be faded altogether in large field formats as the deaths per loss/kill per wins do not add up to a very bloody matchup.

 LEC Favorite Plays:

Rogue
  • (JNG) Inspired
  • (MID) Larssen
Vitality (Large Gpp formats)
  • (Mid) Milica
  • (ADC) Comp

LEC Pick to win: Rogue

Team Origen (OG)(-115) vs Excel Esports (XL)(-120).

TEAM Origen [GPP]Excel Esports [GPP]
ALPHARIKRYZE
XERXECAEDREL
NUKEDUCKSPECIAL
UPSETPATRIK
JACTROLTORE

Statistically XL are the better team here, and I personally think so too. Team Origen made a move that will probably haunt them by signing Jactrol to their team. On the other side we have a team that still have some issues but overall have shown flashes of being decent. It all starts with Patrik, he is the man to look for when playing XL and a big part as to why this team has taken some wins. Looking at the stats XL esports actually lead in nearly every category except the cs differential and not by much or anything significant. Regularly I would say go with the “safer” option in Origen but I will actually take a stand with XL to take this game.

What weighed in my decision was Nukeduck not performing, the problem at support and Alphari being ok but not performing to his own standards. I believe they give up the win. Have a feeling Origen ends up with a horrible 0-3 record for the weekend.

 LEC Favorite Plays:

Team XL (Risky-upside large GPP play)
  • (JNG) Caedrel
  • (MID) Special
  • (ADC) Patrik

LEC Pick to win:  Excel Esports

Schalke S04 (S04)(+140) vs. Fnatics (FNC)(-190).

Schalke S04 [GPP]Fnatics [GPP]
ODOAMMEBWIPO
GILIUSSELFMADE
ABBEDAGGENEMESIS
NEONREKKLES
DREAMSHYLISSANG

Is Schalke actually going to squeeze into the playoffs? If so this could be half equivalent to what V5 has done in the LPL. Ok, maybe I am getting a little ahead of myself there. But considering Schalke has actually won 4 straight games with the way the standings are at this moment they have all the momentum to actually squeeze in a few more wins to get inside. And, call me crazy but I actually believe they can pull an upset here against Fnatics. Schalke will be one of my favorite GPP options in this slate.

Fnatics should get some consideration though as Schalke do has a tendency to die more than any other team in losses. I will have both sides of this match, but will focus on the Schalke upset.

 LEC Favorite Plays:

Schalke S04 (Risky-upside large GPP play)
  • (JNG) Gilius
  • (MID) Abbedagge
  • (ADC) Neon
  • (SUP) Dreams
Fnatics (Must win)
  • (TOP) Bwipo
  • (JNG) Selfmade
  • (ADC) Reckless
  • (SUP)  Hylissang

LEC Pick to win: Schalke S04 (Will have near split ownership with Fnatics side)

Misfits Gaming (MSF)(+180) vs. Mad Lions (ML)(-260).

Misfits Gaming [Long Shot GPP option]Mad Lions [CASH]
DAN DANOROME
RAZORKSHADOW
FEBIVENHUMANOID
KOBBECARZZY
DENYKKAISER

Not really much to look at here, mad Lions should cruise. Mad Lions should be your staple in cash games no matter the slate, and worth making them a staple in gpp because of their upside. They will always pull a lot of ownership and with good reason. I will have a lot of ownership on Mad Lions like  I will say that Misfits did pull the upset last time these two teams played due to an impressive play Razork with the use of fiddlesticks.

I would consider Misfits in this spot for large field gpp since they are in a must win situation if they want to keep pushing towards the playoffs. There is a possibility that Mad Lions do try to clown around as they are pretty much locked to the top spot whether they win or lose. Misfits is a viable live dog, especially with Mad Lions giving up so many kills in losses.

 LEC Favorite Plays:

Mad Lions
  • (TOP) Orome
  • (JNG) Shadow
  • (MID) Humanoid
  • (ADC) Carzzy
  • (SUP) Kaiser
Misfits
  • (JNG) Razork
  • (MID) Febiven
  • (ADC) Kobbe

LEC Pick to win:  Mad Lions (Misfits long gpp shot)

SK Gaming (SK)(+185) vs. G2 Esports (G2)(-260).

SK Gaming [SOLID GPP]G2 Esports [Low owned GPP]
JENAXWUNDER
TRICKJANKOS
ZAZEECAPS
CROWNSHOTPERKZ
LIMITMICKYX

These two teams should be closer together as far as being favorites go. I really think G2 being -260 is a little too much considering their recent struggles. Though they have won three games in a row I still feel they need to sharpen up their bot lane. Caps have been carrying like always and the major reason as to why they have been winning lately as the entire roster has been on a slump.

SK has had a very up and down season, winning when expected to lose, and losing on games they should have won. Regardless they have looked very solid as a unit, and late game Crownshot has been a force, with Zazee at mid lane who also have been impressive. SK will be rather popular in gpp considering their low pricing. Which makes me like G2 even more in large gpp contests as their price will scare people away.

 LEC Favorite Plays:
G2 Esports
  • (JNG) Jankos
  • (MID) Caps
  • (ADC) Perkz
  • (SUP) MickyX
SK Gaming
  • (TOP) Jenax
  • (MID) Zazee
  • (ADC) Crownshot
  • (SUP) LIMIT

LEC Pick to win:  G2 Esports (50/50 split exposure to SK Gaming in large field tournaments)

LOL DFS: Naldo’s Legendary LOL LPL Picks for 8/4

Today we will be looking at the LOL LPL slate 2020 Summer Split on 8/4/2020 @ 5:00 am EST. Below I will provide my top three targets for cash games for the day, correlation plays, as well as projected lineups to make your building of a line a lot easier. Any questions about the article or tips feel free to hit me up on discord.

8/4 LPL Slate Breakdown

Edward Gaming (EDG)(+190) vs. Victory 5 (V5)(-275).

EDWARD GAMING [GPP]VICTORY 5 [CASH]
XIAOXIANGBIUBIU
JIEJIEWEIWEI
SCOUTMOLE
HOPESAMD
MEIKOPPGOD

EDG vs the fan favorite this split V5. I have little doubt that V5 will actually play around with their starting lineup like they have as of late. I am expecting V5 to actually shoot for that 3rd spot in the rankings ahead of TES just because it will be even more of a story. For that they would need to win their last two games and for TES to drop at least one of their two to make it happen based on point differential.

V5 are the clear favorites here, they lead in mostly all categories except in first blood percentage.V5 should get things done early in this game without hesitation. If they wait too long to actually get a lead they will just give EDG more of a chance for an upset as they focus more towards the late game. Scout and the duo bot lane of Hope and Meiko are no slackers and will take advantage of any mistake given. Problem here is that V5 makes little mistakes. I’m expecting V5 to win in a 2-1series. If making around 5 lineups I would suggest taking at the very least 2 to the side to have some EDG exposure.

LPL Favorite Plays:

  • (JNG) WeiWei
  • (MID) Mole
  • (ADC) SamD

LPL Pick to win: Victory 5 (Will have some ownership to EDG in large field tournaments)

Team WE (WE)(-375) vs. Team OhMyGod (OMG)(+255).

TEAM WE [CASH]OH MY GOD [GPP]
MORGANCURSE
BEISHANGH4CKER
TEACHERMAICON
HUANFENGERIC
MISSINGSORA

Said it before and I will say it again.I love when teams that are doing bad actually decide to develop their youth players and promote them to their pro rosters. We can see that OMG brought back a player with one of the most original names in the history of the league in “Eric”. Eric is my boy, we go way back (Not really). But I firmly believe Eric is a big upgrade from SLMZ who I think it’s severely overrated and should not be in the starting lineup.

Here we have WE who are the clear favorites in this game and with “ok” reason. They are pretty much locked into the playoffs as they have no room to improve their standings or fall out of playoff contention. Literally comfortable to win or lose it makes no difference to them. Team WE should be the clear option for cash games and even in GPP if you want to play it safe and go with the chalk. But as we have seen League in august can get pretty crazy.

With no reason to win, as they are locked in the playoff race regardless of a win or a loss I can see team WE actually exploring new strategies against OMG which lead me to believe OMG can actually take the game if WE slips up. WE ain’t the sharpest of the bunch so to me this is very viable in large field contests.

 LPL Favorite Plays:

Team WE (Chalk-Cash option)

  • (TOP) Morgan
  • (JNG) Beishang
  • (MID) Teacherma
  • (ADC) Huanfeng

Team OMG (Risky-upside large GPP play)

  • (MID) Icon
  • (ADC) Eric

LPL Pick to win: Team WE (Will have nearly split exposure to OMG in large field tournaments)

SLATE ADVICE:

  • I am preaching cash games, so the plays for cash games will be WE/V5 no doubt about it. It will attract the most ownership and the favorites to win.
  • Play CASH games. Playing cash games are a great way to profit, or at least cut your losses by covering your gpp entries in large field tournaments. Believe me, trust it, and go with it. It will save you a lot of money. Especially if you are only playing one line with the heavy favorites.
  • AUST-SEPT league of legend betting usually takes a turn for the worst. Meaning teams that are already locked in the playoffs start to explore new strategies, new champions etc. The risk of upsets are higher than normal so adjust to this and play smart by hedging some lineups and playing some cash games to cover your entries.

You can always find me in the Win Daily Sports discord or on twitter @champagneravens and ask me any question about the LOL slate, and I will 100% be there to help out. Thanks for reading Naldo’s LPL 8/4/20 targets.

LOL DFS: Naldo’s Legendary LOL LPL/LCK Picks for 7/26

Today we will be looking at the LOL LPL/LCK slate 2020 Summer Split on 7/26/2020 @ 4:00 am EST. Below I will provide my top three targets for cash games for the day, correlation plays, as well as projected lineups to make your building of a line a lot easier. Any questions about the article or tips feel free to hit me up on discord.

7/26 LPL/LCK Slate Breakdown

SeolHaeOne Prince (SP)(+265) vs. SandBox Gaming(SB)(-385).

*****LCK does not release lineups unless it is the first game. These are just PROJECTED lineups and are subject to change.*****

This is going to be one of the games where you want to have exposure to cash games. SandBox should be a priority stack for cash, even GPP. They are leading in every statistical category so far compared to SP and its to be expected. SBś stats actually look worse than their actual gameplay due to their horrible start to the season. But since Yamato, their coach came to the picture the team has actually looked very decent pulling a few wins and only losing to the top teams in the league. Expect SandBox to feed on SP early, and throughout the entire game. Love SandBox as a cash play and it’s one of the few safe teams to use on them.

 SB Favorite Plays:

  • (JNG) OnFleek
  • (MID) Fate
  • (ADC) Route

LCK Pick to win: SandBox Gaming

KT Rolster (KT) (-155) vs. Team Dynamics (DYN)(+110).

*****LCK does not release lineups unless it is the first game. These are just PROJECTED lineups and are subject to change.*****

These two teams are very similar when it comes to their game stats. Both of them are not great early farmers or even aggressors. Though KT does have the advantage in first blood, while DYN does have the advantage in first tower percentage. This is a game that I feel will go back and forth. And while I do have KT as the winner, I can see DYN pulling the upset as decent live dogs. This is a spot that I like DYN on, but before I go to DYN for an underdog pick on y lines I would rather go elsewhere from one of the LPL games in which we will speak about shortly. With that said, I like KT here to get away with the win with the help of Aiming at the late game. If DYN does have a chance to win it will be through the top lane with the help of Rich.

 KT Favorite Plays:

  • (MID) Kuro
  • (ADC) Aiming
  • (SUP) Tusin

LCK Pick to win: KT Rolster

JD Gaming (JDG) (-700) vs. BiliBili Gaming (BLG)(+400).

This game features my second cash lock to pair my SB stacks with. JDG comes are the clear heavy favorite against BLG and with good reasoning. BLG has not beaten anyone worth noting in the past. And while they have made improvements, those changes are not going to be significant against a team like JDG, a top-three team. JDG will be the highest owned team in the slate which makes them a near-cash lock. They lead every category in-game compared to BLG, aside from the vision percentage. BLG tends to drive teams into the late game and use that time to try and dismantle them. The problem here is that JDG is probably one of the best teams in the late game. Expect JDG to control the pace of the game and do what they want with BLG. This is not only a great cash play but also a great GPP stack to use. I have no interest in BLG, but if you were to make a stack for it as a long shot GPP play, it will all start with JNG, MID, and ADC position.

 JDG Favorite Plays:

  • (TOP) Zoom
  • (MID) Yagao
  • (ADC) Loken

LPL Pick to win:  JD GAMING

Top Esports (TES) (-215) vs. Invictus Gaming (IG)(+155).

Banger. Banger is probably how you would describe this game. This will be the game of the night and possibly game of the week and everyone is excited about it. We have TES, currently the top team in the LPL going up against IG who has looked extremely sharp in their past few games. These two teams measure up very similarly in stat comparison which makes this matchup even tougher to predict.  We have JackeyLove going up against his former team, and not only his former team. But nearly the entire IG roster were JL teammates at the time. IG has improved its gameplay after making Baolan their starting support. TheShy is actually playing at a level we have not seen for some time, and Ning finally is adjusting to their style of play. I will say that Rookie has not looked his best as of late, which could technically mean trouble for him against arguably the top MID laner in the world in Knight.

Honestly could see this game going either way. But TES is just too sharp and I am betting JackeyLove has been waiting for this moment since the moment he was dropped by IG. Both sides have their own narrative to win for and I am all for it. I believe the key to winning this game will be whether Rookie can bring his A-game or not. Knight will look for any chance to destroy him and any other that tries to get close. TES is the more complete team in my eyes and should get the win. But IG probably is my favorite underdog of this slate and will have a lot of exposure to them too. This game will be gold, so I want exposure no matter what.

 TES Favorite Plays:

  • (JNG) KARSA
  • (MID) KNIGHT
  • (ADC) JACKEYLOVE
  • (SUP) YUYANJIA

 IG Favorite Plays:

  • (TOP) THESHY
  • (MID) ROOKIE
  • (ADC) PUFF
  • (SUP) BAOLAN

LPL Pick to win:  Top Esports [60/40 Split Exposure]

LOL DFS: Naldo’s Legendary LOL LEC Picks for 7/25

Today we will be looking at the LOL LEC slate 2020 Summer Split on 7/25/2020 @ 11:00 am EST. Below I will provide my top three targets for cash games for the day, correlation plays, as well as projected lineups to make your building of a line a lot easier. Any questions about the article or tips feel free to hit me up on discord.

7/25 LEC Slate Breakdown

SK Gaming (SK)(+290) vs. Mad Lions (ML)(-450).

To no one’s surprise here we have Mad Lion against SK Gaming. No reason to get cute here. Mad Lions lead all stats in comparison to SK and should take care of business here. SK is a team that stalls out the game as much as they can to set up for Crownshot to carry the team. Mad Lions will get active in the early game and control the pace of the game. Expect Mad LIons to deliver day in and day out throughout the split. They are prime cash, AND gpp team that will carry your lines most night They do come with the highest ownership of the slate but with reasoning.

LEC FAVORITE CAPTAINS:

  • (TOP) Orome  (Value option)
  • (MID) Humanoid (Top Optimal option)
  • (ADC) Carzzy (Top GPP option)

LEC Pick to win: MAD LIONS

exceL Esports (XL) (-105) vs. Team Vitality (VT)(-130).

This is a matchup that had me a little confused when I saw the odds as they lean towards Vitality being the favorites. I firmly believe the XL takes the win here and is a good viable stack to use in your GPP lines to fit in your stud stacks. XL currently leads in almost every category, aside from vision against VIT which is good. Vitality has some issues closing out games, and most times fall apart. They are indeed a great early game team but somehow lose control around the mid-game and as the game goes the distance. I am never a fan of hedging so I will take a stand with XL here and expect them to deliver. They are underrated and should take care of business.

 LEC FAVORITE CAPTAINS:

  • (ADC) Patrik (Top Optimal option)

LEC Pick to win: XL Esports

G2 Esports (G2) (-110) vs. Rogue (ROG)(-125).

G2 Esports, possibly the most hated team right now by far after dropping a game against Schalke 04. There is no way I could blame you, but if there is anything I have learned in DFS is that you have to forgive and forget. You are probably asking yourself..¨They just lost against the worst team in the league, why should I pick them against one of the top two teams in the league?¨ And it’s quite simple, overall the stats of these two teams compare to be relatively close except for the objectives which Rogue holds a decent sized advantage. I do expect Rogue to win this game, but knowing Rogue their upside is always capped due to their slow play and lack of fights.

I have no interest in Rogue, but I actually have some interest in G2. At the end of the day, these are all Bo1 games. G2 has shown they play better against the top teams as they beat Mad Lions at the start of the season, and also beat Rogue. I will not tell you to play G2, I am just telling you to consider them if you are making a few lineups. They are a team that has the potential to upset, and just when everyone hates them could be the perfect opportunity.

 LEC FAVORITE CAPTAINS:

  • (MID) Larssen (Top optimal option)
  • (ADC) Hans Sama (Top gpp option)

LEC Pick to win:  Rogue (Consider G2 for the upset if you are making a few lines)

FNATICS (FNC) (-160) vs. Team Origen (OG)(+120).

Now, these two teams have problems within their own. Problems that they will need to solve if they actually want to make it to the playoffs and contend. FNCś very own Bwipo has just not been playing up to par, often leading to his death one, two, and even three times in a row the first five minutes. Its obvious teams are now targeting his inefficient play and it’s obvious.

On the other side, Jactrol seems to be the problem. Yes, just last time I praised him for actually being able to play well within this team even though he is not historically good. Well, Jactrol actually showed us the Jactrol we all know him for. Literally almost seeming like he threw the game leading to a loss against his former team. Maybe he was nervous, or maybe his former team exposed him for what he is. Regardless Origen was really out of place, as they never decided to take over lanes, instead we had support in Jactrol that was just roaming the entire map by himself expecting hugs and kisses from his former teammates.

With that said I think Origen works together a little better against FNC who have been struggling badly but have managed to pull wins out of a hat. I am expecting Alphari to abuse Bwipo on the top lane with good communication with Xerxe.

LEC FAVORITE CAPTAINS:

  • (JNG) XERXE (Top gpp option)
  • (ADC) Upset (Top optimal option)

LEC Pick to win:  Origen

Game to Fade: Misfits vs Schalke 04 [Personally think Misfits wins this game, but either of these teams has high kill averages, and do not die a lot either. Expect Misfits to win but not an impressive game to target.

LOL DFS: Naldo’s Legendary LOL LEC Picks for 7/24

Today we will be looking at the LOL LEC slate 2020 Summer Split on 7/24/2020 @ 12:00 pm EST. Below I will provide my top three targets for cash games for the day, correlation plays, as well as projected lineups to make your building of a line a lot easier. Any questions about the article or tips feel free to hit me up on discord.

Top 3 Picks for Cash Games

SK Gaming (SK)(-160) vs. exceL Esports(XL)(+115).

We have a matchup between SK, a solid middle of the pack team against Excel Esports who are just struggling left and right. I am expecting SK to once again be one of my favorite teams to roster for this slate. I called them to do well last time and they broke the slate. While I do not expect them to do the same as last time, they should still provide some decent fantasy production for their price as a low owned stack to have. Make sure you mix them up with a few favorites to stack with. I would try to focus more on the bot lane of this team, but full stacks are viable. They also serve as decent 2 man stacks for cash games.

LEC FAVORITE CAPTAINS:

  • (MID) ZAZEE  (GPP option)
  • (ADC) Crownshot (Top Optimal option)

LEC Pick to win: SK Gaming

Team Origen (OG) (-245) vs Team Vitality (VT)(+145).

Origen has been one of the top teams that we thought had made some questionable roster movements. But in the end, actually worked out for them when they acquired Jactrol. Jactrol quickly showed the ability to mesh together in a brand new team with his versatility with champions in the field. Team Vitality has shown flashes of beating decent teams, but they are the prime example of ¨flopping¨. Vitality has been great in the early game, beating opponents with ease. But mid-game comes in and they completely forget how to play the game and no matter how much lead they have THEY WILL give it up and lose the game. I believe Origen will have a massive upside in this game, as Vitality loves to fight. Let’s just hope we don’t get one of the miracle games and the upset happens. Because at the end of the day, Vitality has the ability to beat on any team early. If they actually manage to close out a game they can pull an upset.

 LEC FAVORITE CAPTAINS:

  • (TOP) Alphari (Value option)
  • (JNG) XERXE (GPP option)
  • (ADC) UPSET (Top Optimal option)

LEC Pick to win: ORIGEN

G2 Esports (G2) (-650) vs Schalke S04 (FCS)(+390).

This should not surprise anyone, though if you have been reading my articles lately you would know that Mad Lions would normally be occupying the last spot of my ¨3 Teams to Target”. G2 has a much softer matchup here that there is no way they could mess this up… right? Regardless we have a prime matchup for G2 Esports to show why they are still a powerhouse and put up some decent upside. Schalke are one of those teams that roll over and give up kills like it is candy. So expect G2 to actually capitalize here and give you a decent upside for your G2 stacks. I do prefer them in cash games, but do not mind them in GPP as the upside potential is always there with G2 in such a smash spot.

 LEC FAVORITE CAPTAINS:

  • (TOP) Wunder (Top Cheap value)
  • (MID) Caps (Top Optimal option)
  • (ADC) Perkz (Top gpp option)
  • (SUP) MickyX (Cheap value)

LEC Pick to win:  G2 Esports

HIGH UPSIDE TEAMS TO CONSIDER:

Rogue: [Solid matchup with a lot of upside, probably falls into cash territory but most importantly have GPP takedown potential.]

MAD Lions: [We all know what they can do, day in and day out. I am not feeling the FNC matchup as a minor mistake can cost them the game. But Mad Lions is clean, and I doubt they will mess around. Depending on how aggressive FNC decides to be Mad Lions will either have an average solid output or completely go off. The price does throw me off a little but their upside always pays off.]

Fnatics: [I just finished suggesting Mad Lions, but I cannot go without giving some credit to a top team in the league that has struggled. Like I explained above, if Mad Lions slip up and commit some errors Fnatic will make them pay and will take the game if allowed to and will have a lot of upside if they do win.]

LOL DFS: Naldo’s Legendary LCK and LPL Picks 7/24

LOL LCK GAMES

Damwon Gaming (DWG)(-1000) vs. SandBox Gaming(SB)(+525).

**These are projected lineups based on consistency throughout past games. LCK only confirms starting lineups for their first game of the slate.**

The first game on this LoL slate as we can see could turn out to be a banger. First off we have DWG, possibly the hottest team in the LCK at the moment, and a contender to actually make it far in Worlds. I love DWG and what they are doing and have said before that it seems like they are just in a speed run to reach the big stage. They are currently leading most statistics if not all in the league. Have a near 100% in first tower percentage. Average about 16.8 kills per game while only average 8.8 deaths. They are going up against SandBox Gaming, who had themselves a nice streak before they dropped a series to KT after beating them a few games ago.

DWG is just on a massive tear and should be crushing SandBox on what could be a really exciting game to watch. Showmaker and the team overall have proved that they want to be in the conversation of being the best team in the league. Given that SB has shown flashes of consistencies and strong play, I would not mind if you actually threw a line in large field GPP.

LCK FAVORITE CAPTAINS:

  • (JNG) Canyon (Top cheap option)
  • (MID) SHOWMAKER  (Top Optimal option)
  • (ADC) Ghost (Top cheap option)

LOL LCK Pick to win: Damwon Gaming

Afreeca Freecs (AF) (-650) vs. SeolHaeOne Prince (SP)(+375).

**These are projected lineups based on consistency throughout past games. LCK only confirms starting lineups for their first game of the slate.**

This matchup is much easier to predict and should have some decent upside but only because SP is in the slate. They love to feed kills, and AF is actually pushing to be a little more aggressive than their normal preparing for a very aggressive team filled playoffs. I believe this game will go a bit under-owned which makes it a very interesting choice for large-field tournaments. AF has advantages across the board compared to SP and is the better team overall. SP has only been able to win a series and that was at the beginning of the split against the second-worst team of the LCK this LOL split. Feel comfortable rostering 2-3 man stacks from AF to get different. Kiin, Mystic, Fly should be priorities in any AF main stack you are building with them.

 LCK FAVORITE CAPTAINS:

  • (ADC) MYSTIC (Top Optimal option)

LOL LCK Pick to win: Afreeca Freecs

LOL LPL GAMES

Victory 5 (V5) (-195) vs. Suning Gaming (SN)(+140).

Victory5 is probably one of the most fun teams to watch in LoL and it is because this team went from being the worst, to now considered one of the top three in the league. V5 took an ugly loss last time out against Invictus Gaming who is also a top team. Suning Gaming is a team that has not looked bad at all but still needs to prove themselves against a top contender to actually be considered a good team. Starting off V5 actually has the advantage in most statistical points leading in CS, gold, tower differential, etc. Both teams are not very aggressive to start the game, but stats show that V5 is the definite better early game farm team. But I believe this match will come down to team fights and going out on a limb here and call the Suning upset here to actually make their presence felt within the top teams. Either way, this is a game that will require some hedging as this can go either way.

 LPL FAVORITE CAPTAINS:

  • (ADC) SamD (Top Optimal option for V5 stacks)
  • (MID) Angel (Top Optimal for SN stacks)
  • (ADC) Huanfeng (Top option for SN stacks)

LOL LPL Pick to win: Suning Gaming [60/40 split exposure with V5]

Royal Never Give UP (RNG) (-110) vs LGD Gaming (LGD)(-125).

This slate is filled with some decent games overall, and this one is no different. We have RNG going up against LGD in a game where both teams have looked suspect with their performance. RNG is still a very unpredictable team and I do believe they have a shot at winning. They tend to look better against the better teams and drop the ones they should crush. On the other hand, LGD has looked really good lately, noting that they just beat WE in a convincing fashion. LGD has a great early game compared to RNG, and their vision and dragon rates are just a tad bit superior as well. I am expecting LGD to win here, but will have slight ownership on RNG just in case Betty decides to hard carry this team after being replaced by GALA for some time. LGD is my team of choice, and I like LangX and company to show RNG that they did not use him properly before they discarded him. Give me an LGD sweep here to take us to cash. The roster inconsistencies of RNG will be their biggest weakness.

LPL FAVORITE CAPTAINS:

  • (MID) xiye (Gpp option)
  • (ADC) Kramer (TOP OPTIMAL OPTION)

LOL LPL Pick to win: LGD Gaming

LOL DFS: Naldo’s Legendary LCK and LPL Picks 7/10

Today we will be looking into a two-game slate of the LOL LPL and LCK 2020 Summer Split on 7/10/2020 @ 4:00 am EST. Below I will provide my top targets for the day, correlation plays, as well as projected lineups to make your building of a line a lot easier. Any questions about the article or tips feel free to hit me up on discord.

LOL Teams to Target

Gen G eSports (GEN)(-500) vs Team Dynamics(DYN)(+325) .

The first game we will target in this LoL slate will be between Gen G against Team Dynamics. This will be the staple cash game where we target Gen G as our primary stacks. I am a believer in Team Dynamics but not against tough matchups like these against one of the top teams in the LCK. Team Dynamics have shown decent flashes but ultimately gets overpowered by teams that are more aggressive than they are. Gen G is one of those teams that are in the works of getting in shape for Worlds which by the way is rumored to be canceled *insert crying emoji*.

I am expecting Gen G to be heavily owned tonight and with good reason as Team Dynamics tend to feed kills like there is no tomorrow to these top teams because their aggressiveness gets them in trouble. Expecting this game to be a back and forth early but Gen G will overpower them at the end.

LCK GEN G PROJ Starting Lineup: (TOP) Rascal (JNG) Clid (MID) Bbd (ADC) Ruler (SUP) Kellin/Life (Most likely Kellin)

LCK DYN PROJ Starting Lineup: (TOP) Rich (JNG) Beyond (MID) Kuzan (ADC) deokdam (SUP) GuGer

 LOL LCK Favorite Captains:

  • (JNG) Clid (Top cheap option)
  • (MID) Bbd  (Top Optimal option)
  • (ADC) Ruler (Top Optimal option)

LOL LCK Pick to win: Gen G Esports

Invictus Gaming (IG) (-375) vs Estar (ES)(+250):

If you are not a believer of Gen G as the primary option like I do you have Invictus Gaming here against the lower tier Estar. This is basically a match made in heaven for IG to keep rolling in impressive fashion. Straight up cash/gpp play all here. No reason to overthink things and get cute. Estar has been the target of not only top teams but also mediocre ones. Expect IG here to cruise to a possible sweep here against Estar en road to a decent night of production and bonuses. Baolan starting definitely worries me, but not enough to actually get me off IG and giving Estar the benefit of the doubt.

LOL LPL IG Starting Lineup: (TOP) TheShy (JNG) Ning (MID) Rookie (ADC)  Puff  (SUP) Baolan

LOL LPL ES Starting Lineup: (TOP) Xiaobai  (JNG) Wei (MID) FenFen (ADC) Wink (SUP) ShiauC

 LOL LPL Favorite Captains:

  • (TOP) TheShy (Cheap GPP option)
  • (JNG) Ning (Cheap option)
  • (MID) Rookie (Top Optimal option)
  • (ADC) Puff (Optimal option)

LOL LPL Pick to win: Invictus Gaming

Oh My God (OMG) (-105) vs BiliBili Gaming (BLG)(-130):

We have two teams here that vegas like to be pretty even in what could be considered a coin flip matchup. For some reason, the industry is still on the BLG train which is understandable. But I am on the opposite side favoring the slightly less favorite in OMG. The key man here will be ICON in my opinion. I do believe BLG has improved drastically by adding Meteor to the starting lineup and have looked ok. But OMG has also done well, and I will ride with them throughout my lineups and most likely end up with a 60/40 exposure share between the two. This game most likely will go to three games but whoever wins here in my opinion will be in the top lineup tonight.

LOL LPL OMG Starting Lineup: (TOP) curse (JNG) H4cker (MID) ICON (ADC) Smlz  (SUP) cold

LOL LPL BLG Starting Lineup: (TOP) Kingen  (JNG) Meteor (MID) Fofo (ADC) Wings (SUP) XinMo

 LOL LPL Favorite Captains:

  • (TOP) curse (Cheap GPP option)
  • (MID) Icon (Top Optimal option)
  • (ADC) Smlz (Top Optimal option)

LOL LPL Pick to win: OMG [60/40 split exposure here]

KT Rolster (KT) (-205) vs SandBox (SB)(+150).

We have ourselves a pretty interesting game here in our hands. On one side we have KT who just pulled a huge upset against DRX, in which I called by the way. Shout out to that guy Naldo in the discord that goes by “champagneravens”, that guy is a genius in the making. On the other corner, we have Sandbox Gaming and their new coach YamatoCannon who are riding a two-game winning streak since he joined the team in the LCK.

I firmly believe Sandbox is improving, especially since Yamato joined the team as a coach taking his first win against DYN. But KT is a decent team now that have been rocking this same roster for a bit and have the team synergy going for them.

We should expect this game to get bloody and a game you will want to have exposure to no doubt about it. I like KT here to take it, but don’t fully count SB out as they are a decent dart to use in gpp. I will most likely have a 70/30 split exposure of this team favoring KT. The only problem with KT is their roster situation, they have a tendency to switch some players around which can be risky.

LCK KT PROJ Starting Lineup: (TOP) Smeb/SoHwan (JNG) BonO (MID) Kuro/Ucal (ADC) Aiming (SUP) Tusin/SoHwan/Smeb

LCK SB PROJ Starting Lineup: (TOP) Summit  (JNG) Onfleek (MID) FATE (ADC) Route (SUP) Gorilla

 LOL LCK Favorite Captains:

  • (MID) UCAL (Top GPP Option) (If he plays)
  • (ADC) Aiming (TOP OPTIMAL OPTION)
  • (ADC) Route (Gpp option from SB team in SB stacks)

LOL LCK Pick to win: KT Rolster

League of Legends: Naldo’s Legendary LOL LCS Picks 7/5

Today we will be looking into a two-game slate of the LOL LCS 2020 Summer Split on 7/5/2020 @ 4:00 pm EST. Below I will provide my top targets for the day, correlation plays, as well as projected lineups to make your building of a line a lot easier. Any questions about the article or tips feel free to hit me up on discord.

LOL LCS Teams to Target

Cloud9 (C9)(-1200) vs Team Dignitas (DIG) (+575).

The easiest matchup you can come across for the day, making Cloud 9 the lock of the day against a mediocre Dignitas team. Whatever happened yesterday you might as well delete it from your mind because there is no way the last team still without a win can beat C9…..right? I am still getting a headache over the major upsets from yesterday. Hoping to make a nice bounce-back spot today. C9 is the start of everything getting back on track. So I will have near full exposure across the board of C9 and move on with my day.

DIG did add  Dardoch and MidFenix who in my opinion are decent players but I don’t think they will have what it takes against C9 on their first game together.

LCS Cloud 9 Projected Starting Lineup: (TOP) Licorice (JNG) Blaber (MID) Nisqy (ADC) Zven (SUP) Vulcan

LCS DIG Projected Starting Lineup: (TOP) Lourlo (JNG) Dardoch (MID) MidFenix (ADC) Johnsun (SUP) Aphromoo

 LOL LCS Favorite Captains:

  • (JNG) Blaber (Top Optimal  option)
  • (MID) Nisqy (Top gpp option)
  • (ADC) Zven (Top gpp option)

LOL LCS Pick to win: Cloud 9

FlyQuest (FQ)(-105) vs Team Liquid (TL)(-135).

FlyQuest is in my opinion the best team after Cloud 9 in the LCS. They are just coming off an impressive win over Evil Geniuses who looked to inform the past few games. Team Liquid just finished having trouble with a very mediocre team in Immortals. For some reason, FlyQuest has been the underdog in both games including this one and I do not understand it but I will not fight it.

I am expecting FQ to roll here, as always led by PowerofEvil and company. Their price makes them for a nice cash play along with C9. Win or lose FlyQuest has a decent floor, and an even better upside when they go up against aggressive teams.

LCS FQ Projected Starting Lineup: (TOP) Solo (JNG) Santorin (MID) PowerOfEvil (ADC) Mash  (SUP) Ignar

LCS TL Starting Lineup:(TOP) Impact (JNG) Broxah (MID) Jensen (ADC) Tactical  (SUP) CoreJJ

 LOL LCS Favorite Captains:

  • (TOP) Solo (Top value option)
  • (JNG) Santorin (Top cheap Gpp option)
  • (MID)  PowerOfEvil (Top CAPTAIN option)
  • (ADC) MasH (Top Gpp option)
  • (SUP) IgNar (Value Option)

LOL LCS Pick to win: FlyQuest

Evil Geniuses (EG)(-650) vs Immortals (IMT)(+375).

Evil Geniuses is a top team in the LCS, at least much better than an IMT team that looks horrible out there in the rift. This is an easy pick as Vegas also thinks that way. EG should punish IMT the same way TL punished them. I will say that IMT had some flashes and even showed life and almost took the game from TL.

EG is not Team LIquid and I am expecting the league’s fastest in finishing games to make this quick. This team is having major internal problems, so not expecting them to do well anytime soon. Run EG in your cash games, run EG in your gpp if you think they farm IMT all game. You should feel safe rostering them.  EG got humiliated by FlyQuest so I’m expecting them to bounce back with a vengeance.

EG Projected Starting Lineup: (TOP) Kumo  (JNG) Svenrensken (MID) Jizuke (ADC) Bang  (SUP) Zeyzal

IMT Projected Starting Lineup:(TOP) Allorim (JNG) xmithie (MID) Insanity (ADC) Apollo  (SUP) Hakuho

 LOL LCS Favorite Captains:

  • (JNG)  Svenrensken (Cheap option)
  • (MID)  JIzuke (Top Optimal option)
  • (ADC) Bang (Top Optimal option)

LOL LCS Pick to win: Evil Geniuses

LCS teams to consider in large-field tournaments:

  1. Counter Logic Gaming
  2. Team SoloMid
  3. Team Liquid

You can always find me in the Win Daily Sports discord or on twitter @champagneravens and ask me any question about the LOL slate, and I will 100% be there to help out. Thanks for reading Naldo’s LCS 7/5/20 targets.
