DFS Cash games

Today im going to give you my two cash game, one honorable mention, and one gpp play for the LCS four-game DFS slate that starts at 4 pm est. This will be my reasoning behind my plays and the later stages of the article, and I will explain precisely how I will be building my winning LCD DFS lineups. Let’s get started!

At the later stage of my article, I will have a list of my favorite captain’s/stars in order of preference. This article is for both Draftkings and FanDuel.

LCS #1 PICK:

CLOUD9 (C9) (-500) (15.5 PROJECTED KILLS) VS. FLYQUEST (FLY) (+320) (8.5 PROJECTED KILLS).

LCS PROJECTED STARTERS:

(FLY)

(TOP) SOLO
(JNG) SANTORIN
(MID) POWEROFEVIL
(ADC) MASH
(SUP) IGNAR

(C9)

(TOP) LICORICE
(JNG) BLABER
(MID) NISQY
(ADC) ZVEN
(SUP) VULCAN

Cloud9 has long been known as the team to beat in the LCS. Everyone thought that they were invincible and unbeatable. Their previous two matches showed that this is not the case. It started with a lower level team (100 Thieves) and was followed up by a top tier team (Evil Geniuses) that took C9 to the cleaners. C9 does not deal with defeat well; they are a team that is very cocky and always publicly stating that they were the best. The previous two losses, in my opinion, humbled them. They are now facing off against a decent LCS team (FlyQuest).

The problem here is that C9, in my opinion, is going to change their draft up and going to bounce back here against a team that is known for feeding their opponent kills. If FLY feeds C9 kills, it will be a long day for FlyQuest, and that is precisely what I am thinking will happen. C9 should come out capitalizing on every engagement en route to a dominant bounce-back performance. Out of my five LCS DFS lineups, C9 will be a part of four of them.

MY LCS DFS PICK: CLOUD9 (C9) (-500) (15.5 PROJECTED KILLS).

LCS #2 PICK:

TEAM LIQUID (TL) (-305) (13.5 PROJECTED KILLS) VS. 100 THEIVES (100) (+215) (7.5 PROJECTED KILLS).

LCS PROJECTED STARTERS:

(TL)

(TOP) IMPACT
(JNG) BROXAH
(MID) JENSEN
(ADC) TACTICAL
(SUP) COREJJ

(100)

(TOP) SSUMDAY
(JNG) CONTRACTZ
(MID) RYOMA
(ADC) CODY SUN
(SUP) POOME

Team Liquid was once known as a top contender in the LCS, up until last year. They took some brutal beats and were not clicking at all as a team. This season we have been noticed a new group. TL has come out of the gate firing on all cylinders and producing a massive amount of kills in almost every win. They are quickly getting back to elite status. TL is currently on a six-game winning streak, and I don’t think it stops at six. TL should be able to use 100 Thieves as a punching bag and put up almost the same amount of kills as C9 will in their match. Team Liquid should funnel a ton of gold share through Jensen and Tactical on their way to a blowout performance. TL will be apart of three out of my five lineups today.

MY LCK DFS PICK: TEAM LIQUID (TL) (-305) (13.5 PROJECTED KILLS).

LCS GPP PICK:

GOLDEN GUARDIANS (GG) (-190) (11.5 PROJECTED KILLS) VS. DIGNITAS (DIG) (+135) (9.5 PROJECTED KILLS).

LCS PROJECTED STARTERS:

(GG)

(TOP) HAUNTZER
(JNG) CLOSER
(MID) DAMONTE
(ADC) FBI
(SUP) HUHI

(DIG)

(TOP) V1PER/LOURLO
(JNG) DARDOCH
(MID) FENIX
(ADC) JOHNSUN
(SUP) APHROMOO

This is the most intriguing matchup of the day, in my opinion. GG has been a mediocre team this season so far and can keep up with some of the better teams in the LCS. DIG started the season looking like the worst team in the league and seemed confused when they were in any team fight. Over the previous three games, they looked like a different team, thanks to the changes and additions they made to their team. After the changes they made, they started looking like a well put together squad en route to three wins in a row after starting the season with zero wins and eight losses. They look like a brand new team ready to compete, and I am jumping on the bandwagon. I will have DIG in three or four of my LCS DFS lineups.

MY LCS DFS GPP PICK: DIGNITAS (DIG) (+135) (9.5 PROJECTED KILLS).

HONORABLE MENTION PICK:

COUNTER LOGIC GAMING (CLG) (-145) (11.5 PROJECTED KILLS).

LCS PROJECTED STARTERS:

(CLG)

(TOP) RUIN
(JNG) WIGGILY
(MID) POBELTER
(ADC) STIXXAY
(SUP) SMOOTHIE

MY LCS DFS PICK: COUNTER LOGIC GAMING (CLG) (-145) (11.5 PROJECTED KILLS).

FAVORITE CAPTAINS / STARS:

NISQY (C9) (MID)

BLABER (C9) (JNG)

JENSEN (TL) (MID)

TACTICAL (TL) (ADC)

STIXXAY (CLG) (ADC)

JOHNSUN (DIG) (ADC)

ZVEN (C9) (ADC)

FENIX (DIG) (MID)

DARDOCH (DIG) (JNG)

SLATE SUMMARY: LCS

I will be building five LOL DFS lineups. The way I will be building is prioritizing the gold share per team as my captain. Most of the time in the LCS, it is different than the LPL and LCK. You do not necessarily need to prioritize ADC at the captain position. You can safely use the JNG or MID at the captain position and build a winning DFS lineup. In the LCS, a lot of the time, the JNG is a gold funnel for teams, as they use that position as a safe zone and use tanky champions.

It is okay to build with JNG, MID, or ADC as captain, but I will still prioritize a four/three-stack in my lineups. Any lineup that I can not use ADC or MID because of salary requirements, I will be using JNG. If by chance, JNG does not fit and ONLY if I can not fit the three prior positions, I will use a TOP or SUP in my captain spot. My main focus is trying to build lineups using my favorite captain/star for each individual team stack.

We are going to start by breaking down the four-game LPL LCK DFS slate scheduled to go off at 4 am Eastern standard time on FRIDAY. The DraftKings and FanDuel slates lock at 4 am SHARP. The slate is four best of three-game series combining games from the LPL and LCK (Chinese and Korean League). I will be giving a short and to the point breakdown of each match.

At the later stage of my article, I will have a list of my favorite captain’s/stars in order of preference. This article is for both Draftkings and FanDuel.

LCK MATCH ONE (4 AM EST):

DRAGON X (DRX) (-2000) VS. HANWHA LIFE ESPORTS (HLE) (+700).

LCK PROJECTED STARTERS: (CONFIRMED STARTERS WILL BE RELEASED ON TWITTER PRIOR TO THE MATCH)

(DRX) (VERY CONFIDENT IN STARTERS)

(TOP) DORAN
(JNG) PYOSIK
(MID) CHOVY
(ADC) DEFT
(SUP) KERIA

(HLE)

(TOP) CUVEE/DUDU
(JNG) CAD/HARU
(MID) LAVA/MIREU
(ADC) VIPER
(SUP) LEHENDS

Let me be very clear. DRX IS THE BEST TEAM IN THE LCK. Last matchup DRX bounced back from their ugly first loss of the split; they took it to DWG, an impressing up and coming powerhouse team in the LCK. In the best of three series, DRX showed why they are the best, leaning majority of their kill share and gold share on the Deft/Chovy combo. I think this is going to be a repeat performance but on another level.

HLE feeds kills almost as bad as SP does. They have a tough time executing and following up on game-planning. HLE will make mistakes, and DRX will be patiently waiting to capitalize. I am leaning extremely heavily on DRX. I will have 90% exposure to DRX and 10% for HLE (giving away money).

MY LCK DFS PICK: DRAGON X (DRX) (-2000).

LCK MATCH TWO (7 AM EST):

DAMWON GAMING (DWG) (-550) VS. AFREECA FREECS (AF) (+330).

LCK PROJECTED STARTERS: (CONFIRMED STARTERS WILL BE RELEASED ON TWITTER PRIOR TO THE MATCH)

(DWG) (VERY CONFIDENT IN STARTERS)

(TOP) NUGURI
(JNG) CANYON
(MID) SHOWMAKER
(ADC) GHOST
(SUP) BERYL

(AF) (VERY CONFIDENT IN STARTERS)

(TOP) KIIN
(JNG) SPIRIT
(MID) FLY
(ADC) MYSTIC
(SUP) BEN

DWG is becoming a fan favorite. Their only two losses of the split so far came against two of the best teams in the LCK and were both brought to a third game of the best of three series. DWG looks like they have every piece of the puzzle put together. They can out farm, out kill, and beat any team in the LCK on any given day. The biggest mistake a team can make right now is to underestimate DWG.

AF learned first and foremost that DWG is not a team to mess with. AF was obliterated by DWG three matches ago. Afreeca Freecs is another team that can potentially feed kills to their opponents, and DWG took full advantage of that in their last match. I expect more of the same, with Canyon and Showmaker being the primary beneficiaries. I am going to have 80% of DWG exposure and 20% of AF.

MY LCK DFS PICK: DAMWON GAMING (DWG) (-550).

LPL MATCH ONE (5 AM EST):

ROGUE WARRIORS (RW) (+425) VS. FUNPLUS PHOENIX (FPX) (-425).

LPL CONFIRMED STARTERS:

(RW)

(TOP) HOLDER
(JNG) HARO
(MID) WUMING
(ADC) ZWUJI
(SUP) LEY

(FPX)

(TOP) KHAN
(JNG) TIAN
(MID) DOINB
(ADC) LWX
(SUP) CRISP

RW is currently riding a high after winning two matches in a row. They swept LGD and beat DMO in a full three-game series. RW has shown some real progress as of late, and they look like they are starting to mesh together with Zwuji at the helm. The problem is, they are facing off against FPX.

FPX has been far from consistent this split. They have taken some random losses throughout the split so far. FPX is going to come in with very high ownership and for a good reason. They have slipped games to LNG, IG, VG, and TES. I do not see them taking a three-game match loss to RW. What I do see is FPX producing good numbers because RW tends to feed kills to their opponent. I also see RW possibly pushing this to a third-game and producing pretty good fantasy numbers, especially from a team that can give you massive leverage in a large field GPP. My exposure will be 60% FPX and 40% RW (for leverage).

MY LPL DFS PICK: FUNPLUS PHOENIX (FPX) (-425).

LPL MATCH TWO (7 AM EST):

EDWARD GAMING (EDG) (+105) VS. LGD GAMING (LGD) (-145).

LPL CONFIRMED STARTERS:

(EDG)

(TOP) XIAOXIANG
(JNG) JUNJIA
(MID) SCOUT
(ADC) HOPE
(SUP) MEIKO

(LGD)

(TOP) LANGX
(JNG) PEANUT
(MID) XIYE
(ADC) KRAMER
(SUP) MARK

This is a match that I am not very excited about, so im going to make this one very short. EDG has looked as if they just can’t put it together. LGD has looked as if they are slightly falling apart. Both of these teams make many mistakes and can both get dismantled by any team, any day of the week. This match is a true coinflip, and that is precisely how my exposure will look. With My exposure, I will have a 50/50 split of this fight with a slight lean to LGD.

MY LPL DFS PICK: LGD GAMING (LGD) (-145).

FAVORITE CAPTAINS / STARS:

SHOWMAKER (DWG) (MID)

DEFT (DRX) (ADC)

GHOST (DWG) ADC)

CHOVY (DRX) (MID)

LWX (FPX) (ADC)

KRAMER (LGD) (ADC)

GHOST (DWG) ADC)

DOINB (FPX) (MID)

ZWUJI (RW) (ADC)

CANYON (JNG) (DWG)

HOPE (EDG) (ADC)

SLATE SUMMARY: LPL LCK SUMMER SPLIT

I will be building twenty ESPORTS DFS lineups. My exposure in my LOL DFS lineups will consist of 90% DRX, 80% DWG, 60% FPX, 50% EDG, 50% LGD, 40% RW, 20% AF, and 10% HLE. All of my stacks will be four/three. I will prioritize using ADC and MID in my captain spot.

We are going to start by breaking down the two matchups of the new LPL split scheduled to go off at 5 am and 7 am Eastern standard time on Tuesday The DraftKings and FanDuel slates lock at 5 am SHARP. The slate is two best of three-game series LPL (Chinese League) matches.

The first match is TEAM WE (WE) (-700) VS. LNG ESPORTS (LNG) (+395), and the second match is LGD GAMING (LGD) (-575) VS. ROGUE WARRIORS (RW) (+350). I am going to break down each game the way I feel it will play out. I will post my betting picks and favorite team immediately following the breakdown.

At the later stage of my article, I will have a list of my favorite captain’s/stars in order of preference. This article is for both Draftkings and FanDuel.

MATCH ONE: LPL SUMMER SPLIT

MATCH ONE: TEAM WE (WE) (-700) VS. LNG ESPORTS (LNG) (+395).

Let’s try not to get too cute here. WE has been performing rather well this split, but have not been an unstoppable force. They have shown that they can play and beat some of the better teams in the LPL, but not the best teams. Team WE is currently sitting in sixth place in the standings, holding a record of six wins and three losses, not bad for a team that was picked on all of the spring split. WE has forced a game three with two of the top five teams in the LPL (Suning and JD Gaming); unfortunately, they could not finish them. They did take the number four team in the LPL to the cleaners in a two to nothing sweep (Invictus Gaming).

WE has been consistent with beating the middle to lower-tier teams, and now they face off against the number fourteen team (LNG Esports). WE should, and I emphasize on SHOULD come out and sweep LNG without a problem.

LNG Esports has looked abysmal as of late. They came out firing on all cylinders this split. After their first loss of the season to Suning, they looked like they had everything together and put that loss behind them when they dismantled FPX and RNG in back to back games. Little did we know, two teams that we all thought were going to be top three would eventually both be sitting in a tie for ninth place after nine matches have been played. LNG was living in the clouds after those two wins and have not won a series since.

LNG has lost six consecutive matches with minimal production in those losses. I do not see LNG pulling a miracle upset here versus a -700ML favorite. I will have more exposure to the team that has been gelling recently (Team WE). My exposure will be 80% for WE and a measly 20% for LNG, just in case they decide to pull a rabbit out of their hat.

MY LPL DFS PICK: TEAM WE (WE) (-700)

MATCH TWO: SUMMER SPLIT.

MATCH TWO: LGD GAMING (LGD) (-575) VS. ROGUE WARRIORS (RW) (+350).

This match has many people a little confused about who to pick, with good reason. LGD has been a surprise team of this split. They have been battling it out and beating some of the better teams in the LPL. They have shown that they know how to win and win together. In most of their wins this split, four out of five of their players have produced high DFS scores. Their kill participation is above average, and they are becoming a team that is starting to excel at capturing neutral objectives. When LGD is on fire, I don’t believe many teams can shut them down.

RW has been a team that has been disappointing the entire season so far, up until they just destroyed DMO. Yes, I know, its DMO. They showed signs of teamwork and showed they could put everything together and finally win a series. The problem here is that they allow a ton of kills. They are the biggest kill feeder in the LPL. On the other side, they also produce a ton of kills. Recently, RW has been killing everyone in their path, but just could not finish a team off. They have had multiple games where they outscored their opponents but still lost the match. That exact scenario is what I believe is going to happen at least in one of the games and could cause for RW to hold their value.

If RW forces a game three, they can most definitely be the benefactor of 40 overall kills, and from a losing team with cheap DFS salaries that could lead to a takedown. I will have an even 50/50 split of this game. I am going heavy on the fact that this goes to a third game. If by chance, LGD sweeps RW, the production will not be there. This is a high-risk move I will be taking. I am banking on LGD winning the series, but RW being a better value play. This could lead to a potential game stack (not always recommended). I will still try and stick to the usual 4/3 stack.

MY LPL DFS PICK: 50/50 SPLIT LGD TO WIN AND RW TO PRODUCE WELL.

FAVORITE CAPTAINS / STARS:

JIUMENG (WE) (ADC)

KRAMER (LGD) (ADC)

ZWUJI (RW) (ADC)

XIYE (LGD) (MID)

TEACHERMA (WE) (MID)

WUMING (RW) (MID)

LIGHT (LNG) (ADC)

SLATE SUMMARY: LPL SUMMER SPLIT

I will be building fifteen ESPORTS DFS lineups. My exposure in my LOL LPL DFS lineups will consist of 80% WE, 50% LGD, 50% RW, and 20% LNG. Most of my stacks will be four/three. I will prioritize using ADC and MID in my captain spot.

We are going to start by breaking down the two matchups of the new LPL split scheduled to go off at 5 am and 7 am Eastern standard time on Monday The DraftKings and FanDuel slates lock at 5 am SHARP. The slate is two best of three-game series LPL (Chinese League) matches.

The first match is TOP ESPORTS (TES) (-450) VS. VICTORY FIVE (V5) (+290), and the second match is SUNING GAMING (SN) (-215) VS. BILIBILI GAMING (BLG) (+155).

MATCH ONE: TOP ESPORTS (TES) (-450) VS. VICTORY FIVE (V5) (+290).

What more does TES have to do to prove that they are the best team in the LPL and possibly the world. JAckeyLove joined the team after being surprisingly teamless for multiple weeks and immediately came in as the shot caller. He turned everything around for TES, and now they have a legitimate shot at the world title. I see Knight and JackeyLove as being the best MID ADC combo in the world, which is why I will have 80% exposure to TES.

V5 is a great new team, but I do not think they have what it takes to take out TES. V5 will give it there all and could force a game three with high production, but in the end, its TES all day!

MY LPL DFS PICK: TOP ESPORTS (TES) (-450).

MATCH TWO: SUMMER SPLIT.

MATCH TWO: SUNING GAMING (SN) (-215) VS. BILIBILI GAMING (BLG) (+155).

This match here is a true coinflip. Two surprising teams coming into the 2020 LPL summer split. SN has run with some of the best but has crumbled in the eyes of adversity. They have a ton of problems putting teams away, and that could be their downfall this split.

BLG is one of those teams that is extremely unpredictable, they can beat the best team in the league one day and lose to the worst team in the league the next. That means anything can happen here, but my eyes are on BLG as the underdog and fan favorite to win this series. I will have a 60 40 split of this game.

MY LPL DFS PICK: BILIBILI GAMING (BLG) (+155).

FAVORITE CAPTAINS / STARS:

KNIGHT (TES) (ADC)

JACKEYLOVE (TES) (ADC)

WINGS (BLG) (ADC)

HUANFENG (SN) (ADC)

FOFO (BLG) (MID)

ANGEL (SN) (MID)

SAMD (V5) (ADC)

SLATE SUMMARY: LPL SUMMER SPLIT

I will be building fifteen ESPORTS DFS lineups. My exposure in my LOL LPL DFS lineups will consist of 80% TES, 60% BLG, 40% SN, and 20% V5. Most of my stacks will be four/three. I will prioritize using ADC and MID in my captain spot.

We will start by breaking down the four-game LCS (North American) DFS slate scheduled to go off at 4 pm Eastern standard time on Saturday 7/11. The DraftKings and FanDuel slates lock at 4 pm SHARP. The slate is four best of one-game series. I will be giving a short and to the point breakdown of each match.

At the later stage of my article, I will have a list of my favorite captain’s/stars in order of preference. This article is for both Draftkings and FanDuel.

LCS MATCH ONE:

TEAM SOLOMID (TSM) (+265) VS. CLOUD9 (C9) (-385).

LCS PROJECTED STARTERS:

(TSM)

(TOP) BROKEN BLADE
(JNG) SPICA
(MID) BJERGSEN
(ADC) DOUBLELIFT
(SUP) BIOFROST

(C9)

(TOP) LICORICE
(JNG) BLABER
(MID) NISQY
(ADC) ZVEN
(SUP) VULCAN

TSM is coming into this matchup riding a nice four-game win streak, bringing their record to six wins and two losses. Both of TSM’s losses were at the hands of teams that, in my opinion, beat them strategically and completely outplayed them. TSM can not afford to slip up in this game. TSM faces off against C9. C9 is far and away the best team in the LCS. Before the new split started, the players on C9 were publicly bashing their competition and were stating that no one in the LCS will ever beat them, and it is too easy for them.

Luckily for them, after the rude, ignorant comments, and statements, they were able to back up the trash-talking with an undefeated record. Cloud9 will have no problem taking out TSM here. If Nisqy, Blaber, and Zven are clicking on all cylinders, they will easily be the reason for the dismantlement of TSM.

MY LCS DFS PICK: CLOUD9 (C9) (-385).

LCS MATCH TWO:

GOLDEN GUARDIANS (GG) (+205) VS. EVIL GENIUSES (EG) (-290).

LCS PROJECTED STARTERS:

(GG)

(TOP) HAUNTZER
(JNG) CLOSER
(MID) DAMONTE
(ADC) FBI
(SUP) HUHU

(EG)

(TOP) KUMO
(JNG) SVENSKEREN
(MID) JIZUKE
(ADC) BANG
(SUP) ZEYZAL

GG is far from the best team in the LCS; they tend to struggle against any and all forms of aggression. GG is a team that as soon as they see a sign of a fight, they try to find a way around it instead. Their lack of aggression will continue, and in order for them to win, they need to change their gameplan completely.

EG is a team that is on the upper portion of the LCS leaderboard. EG is by no means a perfect team, but they understand what it means to win. They will farm the map waiting for the ideal opportunity to strike, and they will clean up house if given a chance. I see EG taking this game fairly easily.

MY LCK DFS PICK: EVIL GENIUSES (EG) (-290).

LCS MATCH THREE:

TEAM LIQUID (TL) (-265) VS. COUNTER LOGIC GAMING (CLG) (+190).

LCS PROJECTED STARTERS:

(TL)

(TOP) IMPACT
(JNG) BROXAH
(MID) JENSEN
(ADC) TACTICAL
(SUP) COREJJ

(CLG)

(TOP) RUIN
(JNG) WIGGILY
(MID) POBELTER
(ADC) STIXXAY
(SUP) SMOOTHIE

This is my favorite match of the day. TL is riding a three-game win streak, and it could be in jeopardy today. TL is a team that will force their opponent to do whatever they want to do and will trap them in multiple different uncomfortable situations to do so.

CLG is by no means a pushover, actually, they have surprised me so far. CLG has the talent and means to eventually be one of the top teams, in my opinion. They are not a top team just yet, though. They can prepare for multiple different styles of play, and I think that TL has a unique style that can end really well or really poorly. Today I believe is the day that TL’s win streak comes to an end, and CLG’s losing streak ends as well. This is a match that I will have both sides in separate DFS lineups.

MY LPL DFS PICK: COUNTER LOGIC GAMING (CLG) (+190).

LCS MATCH FOUR:

FLYQUEST (FLY) (-500) VS. TEAM DIGNITAS (DIG)(+320).

LCS PROJECTED STARTERS:

(FLY)

(TOP) SOLO
(JNG) SANTORIN
(MID) POWEROFEVIL
(ADC) MASH
(SUP) IGNAR

(DIG)

(TOP) LOURLO
(JNG) DARDOCH
(MID) FENIX
(ADC) JOHNSUN
(SUP) APHROMOO

FLY is one of the better teams in the LCS. They are not on the same level as C9, but who is? FLY is facing off against DIG, who just yesterday produced their first win. DIG made some roster changes, and they honestly looked better. The problem here is that they will need a lot more changes than what they made in order to be on the same level as Flyquest. DIG looked good last night, but I think they go back to their losing ways today, and FLY goes back to their winning ways after an unfortunate upset by 100 thieves yesterday.

MY LPL DFS PICK: FLYQUEST (FLY) (-500)

FAVORITE CAPTAINS / STARS:

NISQY (C9) (MID)

MASH (FLY) (ADC)

ZVEN (C9) (ADC)

JIIZUKE (EG) (MID)

BANG (EG) ADC)

STIXXAY (CLG) (ADC)

TACTICAL (TL) (ADC)

SLATE SUMMARY: LCS

I will be building twenty ESPORTS DFS lineups. My exposure in my LOL DFS lineups will consist of the teams that I have chosen above. I will have a couple lineups from the opposing team, for hedging purposes only. All of my stacks will be four/three. I will prioritize using ADC and MID in my captain spot.

We are going to start by breaking down the four-game LPL LCK DFS slate scheduled to go off at 4 am Eastern standard time on Saturday.

DRAGON X (DRX) (-125) VS. DAMWON GAMING (DWG) (-110).

LCK PROJECTED STARTERS:

(DRX)

(TOP) DORAN
(JNG) PYOSIK
(MID) CHOVY
(ADC) DEFT
(SUP) KERIA

(DWG)

(TOP) NUGURI
(JNG) CANYON
(MID) SHOWMAKER
(ADC) GHOST
(SUP) BERYL

Two of the top teams in the LCK face-off against each other in the first match of the LOL DFS slate tonight. This match could go one of two ways, either it is a low killing game that lacks production, or it can be a slugfest, back and forth kills with no winner in sight until the very last minute. I am going to go with option two. I think both of these teams have the potential to be extremely aggressive in every game. DRX can not only farm well but can continually set up picks on their opponents, and before you know it, they have produced ten kills in ten minutes.

DWG is an up and coming tornado of a team. They have chewed up and spit out almost every team they have faced, except in their one series loss to Gen G. DRX also only has one loss on the season, and it is in their most recent matchup vs. KT. DRX showed that they have a human side and can be beaten just like anyone else.

In this matchup, I feel as if DWG will follow up on what KT did to beat DRX. DWG has to put them into uncomfortable situations and force them into spots where they have no business fighting in. My lean for this series will be on DWG, as I believe that they could set up DRX in random uncomfortable situations and back them into a corner. DWG will put pressure on DRX, which will force them to chase objectives and fight at a disadvantage. This series should go to three games. My exposure to DWG is going to be 60%, and my exposure to DRX is going to be 40%.

MY LCK DFS PICK: DAMWON GAMING (DWG) (-110).

LCK MATCH TWO (7 AM EST):

SEOLHAEONE PRINCE (SP) (+265) VS. AFREECA FREECS (AF) (-385).

LCK PROJECTED STARTERS:

(SP)

(TOP) IKSSU
(JNG) FLAWLESS
(MID) MICKEY
(ADC) HYBRID
(SUP) SECRET

(AF)

(TOP) KIIN
(JNG) SPIRIT
(MID) FLY
(ADC) MYSTIC
(SUP) BEN

This matchup is more of a more comfortable pick, in my opinion. AF is a decent team. They have taken losses to three of the best teams in the LCK (DRX, DWG, T1). They have consistently beaten every team that is below them like clockwork. Afreeca Freecs have a squad that they can lean heavily on for killing purposes. The unit can somehow manage to repeatedly setup picks and produce kills by forcing their opponent into uneven combat, whether it be two vs. one, three vs. one, or even sometimes four and five vs. one. AF can produce kills in a hurry, and against a kill feeding team like SP, the sky is the limit.

SP is really really bad. They do not know how to finish a game. Every time that they have had a lead, they have blown it, except for the first match of the split versus HLE(another really really bad team). SP does not know how to avoid fights. All the teams that they have battled so far had to do was wait. When every team they have faced waited it out, SP made huge mistakes on their own, not even being forced to make those mistakes.

SP will basically roll over and get killed if they feel it is easier just to die and respawn with a full health bar, or at least that’s what it seems like. They do not know how to play defensively, and versus a team like AF(aggressive team), they will get obliterated. I can see this game ending in an AF sweep, with AF producing almost 40-45 kills in those two games. I will have massive exposure to AF stacks (90%) and only 10% of SP (not recommended).

MY LCK DFS PICK: AFREECA FREECS (AF) (-385).

LPL MATCH ONE (5 AM EST):

DOMINUS ESPORTS (DMO) (-145) VS. ROGUE WARRIORS (RW) (+105).

LPL CONFIRMED STARTERS:

(DMO)

(TOP) CHELIZI
(JNG) XIAOPENG
(MID) TWILA
(ADC) XUBIN
(SUP) YUI

(RW)

(TOP) HOLDER
(JNG) HARO
(MID) WUMING
(ADC) ZWUJI
(SUP) LEY

The fact that I think this game is going to be viable in GPP builds kind of makes me sick to my stomach. We have a team with a record of one win, eight losses (DMO), and another team that is winless out of eight total matches (RW). DMO is a favorite, which is extremely hard to say, mainly because I feel as if RW is the better team. DMO has done nothing special so far this split in terms of showing that they can do better. They have shown that they can hang in a game a little bit, but have not competed for much in those games.

RW has produced well in multiple losses this split. They have had players with over 90 fantasy points on numerous different occasions. If Zwuji gets going and levels up faster than Xubin, it will be a long day for the players on DMO. My exposure to this match is going to be 60% RW and 40% DMO.

MY LPL DFS PICK: ROGUE WARRIORS (RW) (+105).

LPL MATCH TWO (7 AM EST):

TOP ESPORTS (TES) (-260) VS. FUNPLUS PHOENIX (FPX) (+185).

LPL CONFIRMED STARTERS:

(TES)

(TOP) 369
(JNG) KARSA
(MID) KNIGHT
(ADC) JACKEYLOVE
(SUP) YUYANJIA

(FPX)

(TOP) KHAN
(JNG) TIAN
(MID) DOINB
(ADC) LWX
(SUP) CRISP

This match finishes out an aggressive kill-happy LOL DFS slate. TES is number one in the LPL right now, and I would go as far as to say that they are most likely number one in the world. TES is killing everything in their path, making minimal to no mistakes, setting up opponents, and taking out team after team in the LPL. JackeyLove and Knight are by far the best MID and ADC combo in the league. With both superstars on the starting roster, there is nobody that I can see possibly dethrone TES from the top of the leaderboards.

With that being said, incomes FPX. FPX used to be this, used to be that, used to be world champions. I have heard it all. They are no longer that team. FPX does not have much of a chance here, even though odds suggest that they do. They have given up a couple of what should have been easy wins this split so far, and a top-caliber team should not be doing that. FPX looks like they are struggling to mesh well together, and that is why I will have 80% TES exposure and 20% FPX.

MY LPL DFS PICK: TOP ESPORTS (TES) (-260).

FAVORITE CAPTAINS / STARS:

MYSTIC (AF) (ADC)

GHOST (DWG) ADC)

JACKEYLOVE (TES) (ADC)

ZWUJI (RW) (ADC)

SHOWMAKER (DWG) (MID)

KNIGHT (TES) (MID)

FLY (AF) (MID)

DEFT (DRX) (ADC)

CHOVY (DRX) (MID)

LWX (FPX) (ADC)

SLATE SUMMARY: LPL LCK SUMMER SPLIT

I will be building twenty ESPORTS DFS lineups. My exposure in my LOL DFS lineups will consist of 90% AF, 80% TES, 60% DWG, 60% RW, 40% DRX, 40% DMO, 20% FPX, and 10% SP. All of my stacks will be four/three. I will prioritize using ADC and MID in my captain spot.

LOL DFS: Naldo’s Legendary LCK and LPL Picks 7/10

Today we will be looking into a two-game slate of the LOL LPL and LCK 2020 Summer Split on 7/10/2020 @ 4:00 am EST. Below I will provide my top targets for the day, correlation plays, as well as projected lineups to make your building of a line a lot easier. Any questions about the article or tips feel free to hit me up on discord.

LOL Teams to Target

Gen G eSports (GEN)(-500) vs Team Dynamics(DYN)(+325) .

The first game we will target in this LoL slate will be between Gen G against Team Dynamics. This will be the staple cash game where we target Gen G as our primary stacks. I am a believer in Team Dynamics but not against tough matchups like these against one of the top teams in the LCK. Team Dynamics have shown decent flashes but ultimately gets overpowered by teams that are more aggressive than they are. Gen G is one of those teams that are in the works of getting in shape for Worlds which by the way is rumored to be canceled *insert crying emoji*.

I am expecting Gen G to be heavily owned tonight and with good reason as Team Dynamics tend to feed kills like there is no tomorrow to these top teams because their aggressiveness gets them in trouble. Expecting this game to be a back and forth early but Gen G will overpower them at the end.

LCK GEN G PROJ Starting Lineup: (TOP) Rascal (JNG) Clid (MID) Bbd (ADC) Ruler (SUP) Kellin/Life (Most likely Kellin)

LCK DYN PROJ Starting Lineup: (TOP) Rich (JNG) Beyond (MID) Kuzan (ADC) deokdam (SUP) GuGer

 LOL LCK Favorite Captains:

  • (JNG) Clid (Top cheap option)
  • (MID) Bbd  (Top Optimal option)
  • (ADC) Ruler (Top Optimal option)

LOL LCK Pick to win: Gen G Esports

Invictus Gaming (IG) (-375) vs Estar (ES)(+250):

If you are not a believer of Gen G as the primary option like I do you have Invictus Gaming here against the lower tier Estar. This is basically a match made in heaven for IG to keep rolling in impressive fashion. Straight up cash/gpp play all here. No reason to overthink things and get cute. Estar has been the target of not only top teams but also mediocre ones. Expect IG here to cruise to a possible sweep here against Estar en road to a decent night of production and bonuses. Baolan starting definitely worries me, but not enough to actually get me off IG and giving Estar the benefit of the doubt.

LOL LPL IG Starting Lineup: (TOP) TheShy (JNG) Ning (MID) Rookie (ADC)  Puff  (SUP) Baolan

LOL LPL ES Starting Lineup: (TOP) Xiaobai  (JNG) Wei (MID) FenFen (ADC) Wink (SUP) ShiauC

 LOL LPL Favorite Captains:

  • (TOP) TheShy (Cheap GPP option)
  • (JNG) Ning (Cheap option)
  • (MID) Rookie (Top Optimal option)
  • (ADC) Puff (Optimal option)

LOL LPL Pick to win: Invictus Gaming

Oh My God (OMG) (-105) vs BiliBili Gaming (BLG)(-130):

We have two teams here that vegas like to be pretty even in what could be considered a coin flip matchup. For some reason, the industry is still on the BLG train which is understandable. But I am on the opposite side favoring the slightly less favorite in OMG. The key man here will be ICON in my opinion. I do believe BLG has improved drastically by adding Meteor to the starting lineup and have looked ok. But OMG has also done well, and I will ride with them throughout my lineups and most likely end up with a 60/40 exposure share between the two. This game most likely will go to three games but whoever wins here in my opinion will be in the top lineup tonight.

LOL LPL OMG Starting Lineup: (TOP) curse (JNG) H4cker (MID) ICON (ADC) Smlz  (SUP) cold

LOL LPL BLG Starting Lineup: (TOP) Kingen  (JNG) Meteor (MID) Fofo (ADC) Wings (SUP) XinMo

 LOL LPL Favorite Captains:

  • (TOP) curse (Cheap GPP option)
  • (MID) Icon (Top Optimal option)
  • (ADC) Smlz (Top Optimal option)

LOL LPL Pick to win: OMG [60/40 split exposure here]

KT Rolster (KT) (-205) vs SandBox (SB)(+150).

We have ourselves a pretty interesting game here in our hands. On one side we have KT who just pulled a huge upset against DRX, in which I called by the way. Shout out to that guy Naldo in the discord that goes by “champagneravens”, that guy is a genius in the making. On the other corner, we have Sandbox Gaming and their new coach YamatoCannon who are riding a two-game winning streak since he joined the team in the LCK.

I firmly believe Sandbox is improving, especially since Yamato joined the team as a coach taking his first win against DYN. But KT is a decent team now that have been rocking this same roster for a bit and have the team synergy going for them.

We should expect this game to get bloody and a game you will want to have exposure to no doubt about it. I like KT here to take it, but don’t fully count SB out as they are a decent dart to use in gpp. I will most likely have a 70/30 split exposure of this team favoring KT. The only problem with KT is their roster situation, they have a tendency to switch some players around which can be risky.

LCK KT PROJ Starting Lineup: (TOP) Smeb/SoHwan (JNG) BonO (MID) Kuro/Ucal (ADC) Aiming (SUP) Tusin/SoHwan/Smeb

LCK SB PROJ Starting Lineup: (TOP) Summit  (JNG) Onfleek (MID) FATE (ADC) Route (SUP) Gorilla

 LOL LCK Favorite Captains:

  • (MID) UCAL (Top GPP Option) (If he plays)
  • (ADC) Aiming (TOP OPTIMAL OPTION)
  • (ADC) Route (Gpp option from SB team in SB stacks)

LOL LCK Pick to win: KT Rolster

You can always find me in the Win Daily Sports discord or on twitter @champagneravens and ask me any question about the LOL slate, and I will 100% be there to help out. Thanks for reading Naldo’s LPL/LCK 7/10/20 targets.

The first match is VICI GAMING (VG) (-345) VS. ROGUE WARRIORS (RW) (+240) and the second match is SUNING GAMING (SN) (-215) VS. ESTAR GAMING (ES) (+155).

MATCH ONE: VICI GAMING (VG) (-345) VS. ROGUE WARRIORS (RW) (+240).

VG has shown life this split, but not much. They have shown that they can beat the bottom half of the LPL standings with wins over BLG, LNG, and ES. VG has also demonstrated that they can produce high volume kills, producing 56 kills in their three-game series vs. ES. This team is starting to build one excellent dynamic duo in Zeka and IBoy, providing over 50% of the actual kills in their second straight win (Zeka 15 and IBoy 18).

Rogue Warriors are being discussed on the same level as Vici Gaming, but they are not. RW does not have a series win this split, NOT ONE! RW has a combined two overall victories, and I definitely do not see them beating VG in a best of three series. VG capitalizes on the mistakes that inferior opponents make because those teams do not rebound fast. RW will make a ton of mistakes. You can chant Zwuji, Ruby, and Haro’s names all you want, but it’s not going to change the facts or make them play better.

RW has a route to success, but it’s not by playing the way that they have been. They need to select champions that mesh well together, not pick champions just because they like them. I believe that VG will come out with guns blazing and take RW out in the best of three series. RW might take a game, but it will not be two, in my opinion. My exposure is going to be 70% VG and 30% RW.

MY LPL DFS PICK: VICI GAMING (VG) (-345).

MATCH TWO: SUMMER SPLIT.

MATCH TWO: SUNING GAMING (SN) (-215) VS. ESTAR GAMING (ES) (+155).

SN has been running with some of the best in the LPL, but have not beaten them, with multiple types of play styles, but who have they beaten? They have wins over LGD, WE (only decent wins), DMO, RW, and LNG. SN has lost to EDG, IG, and JDG. THEY ARE NOT A TOP TEAM. SN tends to force fights too early. If SN engages too soon, ES will completely dominate them. ES picks every match with damage dealing champions. They do not change things up.

ES usually gets punished by teams that can counter them or outsmart them with their experienced play. SN does not have the experience needed to dismantle ESTAR. If SN comes out engaging and looking for fights, ES will give them to them. ES thrives on teams that like to fight. This match could go either way on paper, but in my opinion, ES is going to have too much firepower for SN to handle. We could be looking at the bloodiest matchup of the year so far. More of my money will be on ES stacks (60%) than on SN stacks (40%). I recommend hedging this game.

MY LPL DFS PICK: ESTAR GAMING (ES) (+155).

FAVORITE CAPTAINS / STARS:

IBOY (VG) (ADC)

WINK (ES) (ADC)

ZEKA (VG) (MID)

HUANFENG (SN) (ADC)

ANGEL (SN) (MID)

FENFEN (SN) (MID)

ZWUJI (RW) (ADC)

RUBY (RW) (MID)

SLATE SUMMARY: LPL SUMMER SPLIT

I will be building fifteen ESPORTS DFS lineups. My exposure in my LOL LPL DFS lineups will consist of 70% VG, 60% ES, 40% SN, and 30% RW. Most of my stacks will be four/three. I will prioritize using ADC and MID in my captain spot.

On Fanduel, I will be running ALL four-two-one stacks. MY “four” will consist of my star and ANY three other positions (TOP, JNG, MID, ADC, SUP). In my priority FOUR-man stacks, I WILL NOT use the opposing team option in that stack. It is okay to use the “one’ or “two” stack from the opposition of my four-man stack. (Example, FOUR players from VG including the team option, one player from SN, ES, or RW and two players from ES). If my priority FOUR-MAN stack is “four” ES players, (Example, “FOUR” ES players, “TWO” VG OR RW players, and “ONE” VG, RW OR SN player. I will NEVER use the team option that is playing my four-man stack in the same lineup.

The first match is TEAM WE (WE) (-650) VS. DOMINUS ESPORTS (DMO) (+385) and the second match is JD GAMING (JDG) (-335) VS. EDWARD GAMING (EDG) (+230).

MATCH ONE: TEAM WE (WE) (-650) VS. DOMINUS ESPORTS (DMO) (+385).

Let’s be real here, DMO is awful. They have one win on the season, and that was against a HOPEless EDG squad. DMO has been beaten up continually. In the one match that they did win, it was like a lightswitch triggered, and Xubin went absolutely bonkers, going for almost 120 Draftkings points

Team WE has been a surprise this split. They have taken losses against two top tier teams and another loss to a mediocre SN team that, in my opinion, got extremely lucky. I do not see WE losing this matchup, but just in case I will have 30% of DMO in my LPL DFS stacks.

Most of my lineups will consist of the elite BOT lane superstar in Jiumeng, who has gone overlooked due to the popularity of his teammate Teacherma. Teacherma is an excellent player on all levels, but don’t forget who their primary source of production has been (Jiumeng). This is why I will be siding with Team WE and 70% of my DFS stacks.

MY LPL DFS PICK: TEAM WE (WE) (-650).

MATCH TWO: SUMMER SPLIT.

MATCH TWO: JD GAMING (JDG) (-335) VS. EDWARD GAMING (EDG) (+230).

This is a cut and dry pick. JDG is elite, and I made a mistake last time going against them when they faced IG. I will not make the mistake of going against them again. JDG is a real powerhouse and reigning LPL champions. Even though TES won the mid-season cup and are currently number one in the LPL, I believe JDG will come back and give them hell.

As for EDG, they do not stand a chance in beating JDG. JDG is well-rounded and is killing on all cylinders. They are a team that will capitalize on any mistake, and EDG makes plenty of them. I will have shares of EDG (30%) but only as a hedge to my lines. JDG all day for me here and will be covering 70% of my LPL DFS stacks.

MY LPL DFS PICK: JD GAMING (JDG) (-335).

FAVORITE CAPTAINS / STARS:

JIUMENG (WE) (ADC)

LOKEN (JDG) (ADC)

YAGAO (JDG) (MID)

KANAVI (JDG) (JNG)

TEACHERMA (WE) (MID)

BEISHANG (JNG) (JNG)

XUBIN (DMO) (ADC)

HOPE (EDG) (ADC)

SLATE SUMMARY: LPL SUMMER SPLIT

I will be building fifteen ESPORTS DFS lineups. My exposure in my LOL LPL DFS lineups will consist of 70% JDG, 70% WE, 30% EDG, and 30% DMO. Most of my stacks will be four/three. I will prioritize using ADC and MID in my captain spot.

On Fanduel, I will be running ALL four-two-one stacks. MY “four” will consist of my star and ANY three other positions (TOP, JNG, MID, ADC, SUP). League of Legends: Naldo’s Legendary LOL LCS Picks 7/5

Today we will be looking into a two-game slate of the LOL LCS 2020 Summer Split on 7/5/2020 @ 4:00 pm EST. Below I will provide my top targets for the day, correlation plays, as well as projected lineups to make your building of a line a lot easier. Any questions about the article or tips feel free to hit me up on discord.

LOL LCS Teams to Target

Cloud9 (C9)(-1200) vs Team Dignitas (DIG) (+575).

The easiest matchup you can come across for the day, making Cloud 9 the lock of the day against a mediocre Dignitas team. Whatever happened yesterday you might as well delete it from your mind because there is no way the last team still without a win can beat C9…..right? I am still getting a headache over the major upsets from yesterday. Hoping to make a nice bounce-back spot today. C9 is the start of everything getting back on track. So I will have near full exposure across the board of C9 and move on with my day.

DIG did add  Dardoch and MidFenix who in my opinion are decent players but I don’t think they will have what it takes against C9 on their first game together.

LCS Cloud 9 Projected Starting Lineup: (TOP) Licorice (JNG) Blaber (MID) Nisqy (ADC) Zven (SUP) Vulcan

LCS DIG Projected Starting Lineup: (TOP) Lourlo (JNG) Dardoch (MID) MidFenix (ADC) Johnsun (SUP) Aphromoo

 LOL LCS Favorite Captains:

  • (JNG) Blaber (Top Optimal  option)
  • (MID) Nisqy (Top gpp option)
  • (ADC) Zven (Top gpp option)

LOL LCS Pick to win: Cloud 9

FlyQuest (FQ)(-105) vs Team Liquid (TL)(-135).

FlyQuest is in my opinion the best team after Cloud 9 in the LCS. They are just coming off an impressive win over Evil Geniuses who looked to inform the past few games. Team Liquid just finished having trouble with a very mediocre team in Immortals. For some reason, FlyQuest has been the underdog in both games including this one and I do not understand it but I will not fight it.

I am expecting FQ to roll here, as always led by PowerofEvil and company. Their price makes them for a nice cash play along with C9. Win or lose FlyQuest has a decent floor, and an even better upside when they go up against aggressive teams.

LCS FQ Projected Starting Lineup: (TOP) Solo (JNG) Santorin (MID) PowerOfEvil (ADC) Mash  (SUP) Ignar

LCS TL Starting Lineup:(TOP) Impact (JNG) Broxah (MID) Jensen (ADC) Tactical  (SUP) CoreJJ

 LOL LCS Favorite Captains:

  • (TOP) Solo (Top value option)
  • (JNG) Santorin (Top cheap Gpp option)
  • (MID)  PowerOfEvil (Top CAPTAIN option)
  • (ADC) MasH (Top Gpp option)
  • (SUP) IgNar (Value Option)

LOL LCS Pick to win: FlyQuest

Evil Geniuses (EG)(-650) vs Immortals (IMT)(+375).

Evil Geniuses is a top team in the LCS, at least much better than an IMT team that looks horrible out there in the rift. This is an easy pick as Vegas also thinks that way. EG should punish IMT the same way TL punished them. I will say that IMT had some flashes and even showed life and almost took the game from TL.

EG is not Team LIquid and I am expecting the league’s fastest in finishing games to make this quick. This team is having major internal problems, so not expecting them to do well anytime soon. Run EG in your cash games, run EG in your gpp if you think they farm IMT all game. You should feel safe rostering them.  EG got humiliated by FlyQuest so I’m expecting them to bounce back with a vengeance.

EG Projected Starting Lineup: (TOP) Kumo  (JNG) Svenrensken (MID) Jizuke (ADC) Bang  (SUP) Zeyzal

IMT Projected Starting Lineup:(TOP) Allorim (JNG) xmithie (MID) Insanity (ADC) Apollo  (SUP) Hakuho

 LOL LCS Favorite Captains:

  • (JNG)  Svenrensken (Cheap option)
  • (MID)  JIzuke (Top Optimal option)
  • (ADC) Bang (Top Optimal option)

LOL LCS Pick to win: Evil Geniuses

LCS teams to consider in large-field tournaments:

  1. Counter Logic Gaming
  2. Team SoloMid
  3. Team Liquid

You can always find me in the Win Daily Sports discord or on twitter @champagneravens and ask me any question about the LOL slate, and I will 100% be there to help out. Thanks for reading Naldo’s LCS 7/5/20 targets.
