Martinez is batting .269 vs LHP and has 2 HR in only 26 at-bats. The Mets starter, David Peterson has given up 3 HR in 3 starts this season. Alonso has an OPS of 1.188 and 2 HR against RHP in only 16 at-bats this season. Garrett Richards, the Red Sox starter, has given up 2 HR in 4 games and holds a mediocre 6.48 ERA. I really like this bet and believe if anyone is going to hit an HR in this game, it’s going to be one of these sluggers.

I wouldn’t go too crazy in terms of wagering on this bet, but I believe it is deserving of a sprinkle. Tim Anderson is batting .364 against RHP and has at least 1 hit in 11 of his 12 played games. He has had 4 multi-hit games in those 12 games as well. His opposition, Jose Urena is having a mediocre season with a 4.57 ERA and allowing 19 hits in only 4 games started. Even if he comes out early, Anderson will be facing the 25th ranked bullpen in the MLB, so he’ll have even more opportunities to get cracking.
