While the Senators have been playing better hockey of late, they’re still giving up a ton of shots. Over the past month, skaters have had more than 32 shots on goal against them. If we look at Konecny’s recent production, this 2.5 shots on goal PrizePicks is giving us seems like a no-brainer. He has 3, 5, 6, and 5 shots in each of his last 4 games. Look for him to get the Over tonight
Logan Couture – 2.5 Shots on Goal – Over
What if I told you that the one team on tonight’s slate that’s giving up the most shots per game is the Colorado Avalanche? Would you believe me? They’re giving up more than 35 shots per game over the past month. Their solid combo of goaltending has really been keeping them afloat. Really love the shots on goal prop that PrizePicks is giving us on Couture tonight. Over his past 4 games he’s been above this number, with games of 3, 3, 6, and 4. I’m going w/ the Over here.
John Gibson – 3.5 Goals Allowed – Over
Gibson may get to this number by the middle of the second period tonight. Over his last 5 games, Gibson has a miserable 4.92 GAA and just a .854 save percentage. He comes into this game facing one of the most prolific offenses in the NHL in the Panthers. The Panthers have 3 lines that can score at will and they should be able to put up a big number tonight. Anything can happen, but when Gibson is in the net, the puck normally finds a way to get past him. Going with the Over here as well.
Rasmus Anderson – .5 Points – Over
The Flames are massive favorites tonight and Vegas has them at an expected score of 4 goals tonight. A big part of their offense over the last couple of weeks has been Anderson as he has 6 assists over his last 5. He plays a ton of minutes and has been playing a focal point in the offense. If the Flames do in fact score some goals tonight, look for Anderson to be involved. Over here as well.
