We have an five game slate on a Friday night with some teams playing their first game today in a long time, for example Vegas. LA hasn’t played in about a week either, so the rust may be there from both teams. Goals are expected to be flying in tonight though. There are a few smash spots we can afford tonight. See below for my 2/5 NHL DFS Top Plays.
The chalk of the land will come in Tampa Bay, as they blew out the Red Wings two nights ago, and are expected to do the same tonight. Vegas takes on the Kings in what should be a favorable match-up for the Golden Knights, and Florida may end up being higher owned again due to the 6-5 affair against Nashville last night.
2/5 NHL DFS Top Plays
- Tampa Bay Lightning Line 1 – Stamkos, Point, Palat. Tampa Bay’s first line should light it up again against Detroit, and it is too easy to fit them in to most lineups with some value from other games. Lock it in.
- Vegas Line 2 – William Karlsson, Jonathan Marchessault, Reilly Smith. You can go one of two ways here, as both lines are equally likely to do the damage. There is a little bit of value here, and they should hit value with no problem. This is more liked on DraftKings.
- Florida Panthers – Line 1 – Barkov + Huberdeau. This isn’t a full line stack, but these are the two Panthers that seem to get it done. I like them tonight, and if you’re in GPP, game stacking this game is intriguing after last night.
