A massive ten game slate on a Thursday, and lots of smash spots for us to choose from. These are similar matchups that we have seen a lot recently, so we have a lot of data to go off of to give us an edge for tonight. Regardless of the number of games, Edmonton will be chalk. Plain and simple. It’s Ottawa, and they have destroyed them all year. So just lock Mcdavid, and move on. Let’s dig into the 4/8 NHL DFS Top Plays on WinDailySports.
4/8 NHL DFS Top Plays
- Edmonton Big Boys – Mcdavid, Draisaitl, Barrie – Note, I am not on Puljujarvi, but he is a good value play. These three are going to be crucial to tonight’s slate, and you can be a little different if you want to use Ryan Nugent Hopkins, or Darnell Nurse as well. Three should be all you need though to rack up a lot of points and not fall behind if anyone else scores.
- Boston Bruins Line 1 – Marchand, Bergeron, (Add Pastrnak) – While Pastrnak got moved to the second line, these three are unreal. High paced games against Washington this year have been a thing, and Boston 1 seems to be the line to get it done on most goals they score.
- New York Rangers Line 1 – Kreider, Zibanejad, Buchnevich – The Penguins gave up eight goals to this team the other day, and while I expect Mike Sullivan to have the Penguins fired up, that installs a lot of confidence in a Rangers team looking to get going to make the playoffs. The team is hot, and looking for another win tonight, against a suspect defense in Pittsburgh.
