This article focuses on NHL DFS Picks for 12/13 on DraftKings and FanDuel. Both sites have fairly different scoring formats, particularly with the recent changes on DraftKings. We consider tournament tactics, statistics, pricing, and attempt to tackle this highly variable Daily Fantasy format so we can gain an edge on the field at large. The Gameplan

Colorado One – Nathan MacKinnon, Mikko Rantanen, Gabriel Landeskog

We have a fairly straightforward two-game slate tonight. One game involves the Las Vegas Golden Knights and Dallas Stars. The game is in Dallas and Ben Bishop will likely be in net, so not exactly a high upside spot for Vegas. We should have Malcolm Subban in net for the Knights. The two main Dallas lines are somewhat affordable. I think you pick one of the two on Fanduel where you can’t use more than four Colorado skaters and try to pair with Colorado One. Either way, this is the line you start within cash and likely tournaments, as well. The Avs play host the pathetic Devils and this should be a mismatch from the start. The Colorado top line is the best on the slate in terms of both talent and matchup and it is not even close.
