Welcome to week 3 and we’ve got some great plays at the Wide Receiver position this week. Its looking like a majority of the field is going to be targeting TB@LAR, LAC@KC and SEA@MIN stacks. Play those safe guys in those games in cash and pivot off those high owned players in GPPs. There are so many good options so lets dive right into it. Let’s dive in to this Week 3 NFL DFS slate and talk some Wide Receivers.
COOPER KUPP, LAR $6,800 DRAFTKINGS $7,900 FANDUEL
Cooper Kupp is a great play this week, just like I told you all last week. The trend will continue here as Kupp ranks 1st in end zone targets for all WRs. I expect Kupp to be a popular play this week on both FD and DK. Get him in your cash lineups, and pivoting to Robert Woods is a great option in GPPs. You can also run a full game stack here, and I don’t mind playing Woods and Kupp in the same lineups.
MIKE WILLIAMS, LAC $6,400 DRAFTKINGS, $6,000 FANDUEL
Mike Williams now has 22 targets in his first 2 games of the season, and ranks 2nd in end zone targets. With many people feeling really good about Herbert this week, it only makes sense to snag the best value spot of this juicy looking shootout this week between the Chargers and the Chiefs.
CHASE CLAYPOOL, PIT $5,800 DRAFTKINGS, $5,800 FANDUEL
Chase Claypool is another great value option this week that I am looking to target. With Diontae Johnson already ruled out, you can bet that Claypool is going to be targeting. I am looking at JuJu as well, but I think Claypool is the guy this week that gets it done for PIT. Last year Cincy gave up the 7th most FPG to outside WRs last year. Claypool finds the end zone this week.
JA’MARR CHASE CIN $5,400 DRAFTKINGS, $5,500 FANDUEL
Ja’marr Chase is another great spot to grab some value this week. Looking like Tee Higgins is a potential no go, that will force even more targets Chase’s way. He has a little bit of a tougher matchup this week, but that won’t scare me away. I am using him as a core play again this week for me in most of my FD builds.
DARNELL MOONEY $4,300 DRAFTKINGS, $5,600 FANDUEL
I’m going to go out on a little bit of a limb here, but I really like Justin Fields this week, so if that’s the case, he’s going to hook up with Mooney this week. The chemistry looks to be good with them and I don’t mind throwing a dart here at this one. I really like Mooney catching a ball deep down the field this week. At this price tag on both sites, it definitely opens up some salary relief for you to get some studs in your builds.
