Yesterday’s NBA DFS picks didn’t turn out that poorly and we had some players go off. Trae Young was a big disappointment as was Thomas Bryant but we can’t get them all right. We have nine games on the NBA slate and let’s see what we can find.
Teams playing the second leg of back to back games include; Cleveland Cavaliers, Charlotte Hornets, Chicago Bulls, Miami Heat, Philadelphia 76ers, San Antonio Spurs, Atlanta Hawks, Los Angeles Lakers and Utah Jazz.

POINT GUARD
Kyle Lowry is out for this game and VanVleet is the man bringing up the ball. He’s up against an Atlanta Hawks team that bleeds fantasy points to point guards and he should have a big game against a Hawks team playing the second game of a back to back. He’s averaging 32 DK NBA points per game along with a 22.7 percent usage rate he will likely see 35 minutes tonight.
Also, consider Mike Conley, Rajon Rondo, Patty Mills, Langston Galloway
SHOOTING GUARD
He’s having a great season and even if Damian Lillard plays tonight, and it appears that he will be playing, I am still going with McCollum. He’s originally from the area and there will be plenty of folks from Canton Ohio there to cheer him on. He has a 26.8 percent usage rate and is averaging 37.3 DK NBA points per game. The Cavaliers hemorrhage points to shooting guards and McCollum is going to have a big night tonight. If you can fit him into your build, you should do that.
Also consider RJ Barrett, Norman Powell, Kevin Porter Jr, Kentavious Caldwell Pope
SMALL FORWARD
Giannis Antetokounmpo $10,200
The “Greek Freak” might be the play of the slate. He’s expensive but absolutely worth it, averaging 63.7 DK NBA points and up against a Detroit Pistons team playing the second game of a back to back. The Pistons allow the small forward position to average 85 DK points per game. Antetokounmpo is one of my core players tonight.
Also, consider De’Andre Hunter, Carmelo Anthony, Markieff Morris, Furkan Korkmaz
POWER FORWARD
Pascal Siakam $9200
His price is climbing and that’s because he has quietly become one of the best young players in the NBA this season. He’s averaging 45.4 DK NBA points per game and up against a Hawks team that doesn’t place much value on defense. He’s also posted 50 or more DK NBA points four times this season and maybe tonight will be the fifth.
Also consider Lauri Markkanen, OG Anunoby, PJ Washington, Cedi Osman
CENTER
Andre Drummond $8200
Drummond went off last night and he is in an even better spot tonight against the Milwaukee Bucks and the Lopez brothers. Unlike many, Drummond usually plays the second night of back to back games and is averaging 50 DK NBA points per game. The price is right and a double-double awaits those who deploy Drummond tonight against the Bucks.
Also, consider Tristan Thompson, Cody Zeller, JaVale McGee, Brook Lopez
