Welcome to the NASCAR DFS Pit Stop for the NASCAR Cup Series. Below you will find my rankings for the drivers in this race.
A Group: Drivers I will have the most exposure to and are high-priority
B Group: This group is drivers I feel have a high upside and are great filler pieces to pair with the A Group
C Group: The drivers in this tier are risky but could still be optimal. This group should be used in GPP’s
(Starting position in parenthesis)
Drivers in BOLD are potential dominators

Driver Notes:
- Brief notes for today. There are a lot of good place differential plays, but we will need dominators. I will try and get two in every lineup, but with only 240 laps I have no issues paying up for 1 and doing a balanced PD lineup. Joey Logano had the best car and practice but fell off a little in qualifying. I think his car is set up in race trim and not to run one dominant lap, which is better for today. All three (Logano, Blaney, and Cindric) Penske cars were fast on Saturday, Cindric being the riskiest play of the bunch, but a great large-field GPP play. I am slightly worried about the Hendrick cars as they did not show up in practice or qualifying. I am sure they will fix the cars throughout the race but it is something to consider.
- I will have exposure to Michael McDowell today. He is super risky starting from the pole, but if he runs near the front all day he could be a very low-owned dominator.
