MORENO V ROYVAL 2
Welcome back, everyone! After last week’s wild PPV we have some INSANE matchups here in Mexico City! Tonight’s card is an absolute showcase of Mexican talent with some of the UFC biggest Mexican talents and prospects gearing up to fight tonight. There will be a total of 13 fights with some great matchups throughout the card that will end with a fight between two of the top UFC Flyweight contenders who will be vying for a championship fight. Now, with all that out of the way, let’s get right into the action!
SLATE STARTS AT 7:00 PM ET
Exposure to the main event is highly recommended. DFS production in these fights is usually high as they are five-round fights. I do not recommend branching away from the Main Event. These fighters are usually both active, and they can rack up a lot of points. There will be three top plays followed by honorable mentions. Now, let’s get ready to make some money!
Tonight, I’m here to give you my top three favorite DFS and Sports betting picks for UFC Mexico Moreno vs Royval 2.
MY UFC VALUE TARGET (CASH & GPP):
Jesus Aguilar vs Mateus Mendonca
There were many good potential underdogs for our Value Target of the article. Aguilar seems the safest of all of them and the fact that he is coming in an even money is a joke. Both of these guys are heavy hitters that’ll try to end the fight early. Aguilar did exactly that in his last fight when he KO’d Shannon Ross in Aguilar’s second UFC fight. Aguilar has super quick reflexes and has a way more developed ground game compared to his opponent. Also, Aguilar’s only loss in the octagon came by submission to submission specialist Tastsuro Taira, nothing to be ashamed of there. Mendonça on the other hand has yet to find a win in the UFC following a solid knockout on the Contender Series. This is gonna be a fun fight to watch but I also see clear advantages in both the striking and grappling department for Aguilar here, even money on Aguilar to win is a steal.
MY UFC DFS PICK: Jesus Aguilar SECOND-ROUND KO (possible UNANIMOUS DECISION)
MY UFC LOCKED-IN TARGET (CASH):
Yazmin Jauregui vs Sam Hughes
This fight is a big mismatch, Sam was very likely one fight away from being cut prior to her last win and she seems to have just been able to hang on to her UFC roster spot. Jauregui on the other hand is a quick striker with good body movement and feints. There difference in skill level will become apparent quickly and I can see Jauregui picking Hughes apart with punches at distance for 15 minutes en route to a decision win.
MY UFC DFS PICK: Yazmin Jauregui by UNANIMOUS DECISION (possible SECOND-ROUND KO)
MY UFC TOP SCORING TARGET (GPP):
Erik Silva vs Muhammad Naimov
This fight will be starting off the card and it’s a very straight forward matchup. Naimov is coming off two impressive wins against Jamie Mullarkey and Nathaniel Wood where as Silva got submitted in his UFC debut over a year ago. Naimov is an extremely well rounded fighter who has strong Fight IQ and packs a lot of power in his punches. Silva will struggle early and will most likely be a step behind Naimov for the whole fight. Naimov will have to concern himself with takedown attempts from Silva but if he can implement his heavy striking style early in the fight, he will have a clean victory tonight.
MY UFC DFS PICK: Muhammad Naimov FIRST-ROUND KO (possible UNANIMOUS DECISION)
SUMMARY:
On Saturday’s fourteen-bout MMA UFC DFS slate, I am finally allowed to bet again on UFC as restrictions have now been lifted in my area. As such, I will play 2 Parlays. Remember, to take down a GPP; you have to be different and take risks. Scared money doesn’t make money in tournaments. For any further questions, I will be available until lock in our WinDaily Discord chat. GOOD LUCK, and don’t forget to come back and Win Daily!
PARLAY OF THE DAY
Muhammad Naimov (Double Chance KO/Decision) -225
