11/9 EPL DFS Picks and Props

Main Slate

Sheffield United (+500) at Tottenham (-175) – Over 2.5 goals (-130)

It speaks to the slate that the biggest favorite is Tottenham. They have looked decent as of late but have also faced some pretty poor competition during that stretch. Erik Lamela is still hurt so he is a non factor. On DraftKings you can turn to Christian Eriksen in stacks but he simply hasn’t been good this year. He is most likely leaving in January and I think his mind is elsewhere at this point. On FanDuel it’s once again the same two players, Harry Kane and Song Heung-Min. You can play both together in a stack but I don’t think that this is the slate for that. If Tottenham is a huge favorite versus an Eastern European team and capable of putting up four or five goals, fire away. In this instance, you probably choose between Harry Kane and Son and just hope you choose right.

Arsenal (+265) at Leicester City (-105) – Under 3 goals (-115) – Late Game

Just how some NFL teams don’t obtain a real quarterback for decades, some MLB teams never developing pitching, anyone off the street knows the Arsenal defense is terrible. Instead of spending money on defense last off season, this team took what was a limited payroll and acquired more attacking players like Nicolas Pepe and Dani Ceballos with David Luiz their lone “solution” for their defensive struggles. You can certainly roll with Pierre Emerick Aubemayang or Alexandre Lacazette if trying to be contrarian. However, I will have my fair share of Leicester City here. On DraftKings, James Maddison should be one of the first pieces into your lineup and definitely a centerpiece of your cash lineups. On FanDuel the main play is Jamie Vardy who will be in a great position to score at home. This is a game that while not anywhere as meaningful as Sunday’s Liverpool vs. Manchester City game, might ultimately have implications regarding who qualifies for Champions League and who is headed to the Europa League next year. I don’t mind a Leicester City stack for tournaments and you could even incorporate a lower owned Ayoze Perez or Youri Tielemans as a GPP dart.

West Ham (+200) at Burnley (+125) – Under 3 goals (-140)

This is the point that the 11/9 EPL slate begins to get really dicey. Both of these teams have been poor over their last five to seven games but I’d argue Burnley has been the worst of the two. As far as West Ham goes, I love Robert Snodgrass on DraftKings where the format suits him, and on FanDuel he is cheap. There is no way he makes it a third straight game with a goal. However, with all of the crosses he’s sending in, and chances created, sooner or later he is going to get some assists on top of his peripheral stats. Other than that, a cheap Felipe Anderson on FanDuel is fine. I would not go too crazy with this team.

Getting to the Burnley side, Ashley Barnes is certainly cheap on DraftKings but he has not scored a goal since August, so there is that. I think Dwight McNeil is far from a priority on this slate where money can be allocated to much better floor players on DraftKings like Maddison, Snodgrass, Lucas Digne etc. If you need someone like Ashley Westwood as a last man in, it is fine. I just wouldn’t go out of my way to fit any one in from Burnley.

Bournemouth (+180) at Newcastle (+160) – Under 2.5 Goals (-130)

Starting with Bournemouth, Ryan Fraser will be popular on DraftKings but I think if you already use James Maddison, you will have to choose between him and Snodgrass. I am leaning towards using Snodgrass as his production is just off the charts and Bournemouth is hard to trust at home “or any time for that matter”. I love Diego Rico on DraftKings as from the first slate of this season on, “Uncle Rico” has been filling the stat sheet with tremendous consistency. Finally, Callum Wilson is cheap on FanDuel so he is an intriguing GPP play there, with a range of outcomes anywhere from a zero to two goals and an assist.

There is only one player I am interested in for Newcastle. It is $5,000 Miguel Almiron in the form of a DraftKings forward. He has generally been a bust in the EPL since arriving last winter and has not even scored a goal yet. He also has no role on set pieces. However, he has been active as of late sending in crosses and has hit ten DraftKings points in his last few starts. In order to make other things in the lineup work, I think you just eat it.

Everton (+145) at Southampton (+195) – Under 2.5 goals (-115)

Finally, we have Everton at Southampton. I highly doubt that this game is very exciting. On DraftKings we will likely use Lucas Digne just because of who he is, the best attacking defenseman on this slate. I wouldn’t prioritize Richarlison or Gylfi Sigurdsson at a forward slot on DraftKings with other spends, but if you landed there, you can do worse I guess. As far as the Southampton side, James Ward Prowse is fairly cheap on DraftKings where as another set piece oriented player, the format suits him. Nathan Redmond is also really cheap and fills a forward slot on DraftKings, so he is a potential alternate to using Miguel Almiron.

11/9 Monkey Knife Fight EPL Prop Picks – Win With These Picks Here and Get 100 Percent Bonus!

Jamie Vardy over Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang – Jamie Vardy should be able to capitalize against Arsenal’s weak back four at home. However, the same cannot be said of PEA who will face a fairly strong Leicester defensive front.

Robert Snodgrass – Over 7.5 Fantasy Points – Monkey Knife Fight has left off a lot of the better players on the slate. However, they did leave us Robert Snodgrass who should meet this threshold, regardless of whether he scores a real life point.
