Olympia Fields will host 50 top golfers to see which 30 make the big time, and which twenty will have lots of time on their hands after Sunday. The Course and it’s Horses
When the best of the PGA played this course in 2020 only five players finished four rounds under par. Rahm, Hideki and Finau. The other two went to the Saudi league. This 7300 + yards course plays long. Bentgrass is everywhere, the rough is four inches thick and water along with lots of bunkers are in play. In 2020 the worlds best golfers couldn’t play any par 4 under par. Not one. The course layout and agronomy are the same as 2020 and it will be interesting to see how the course plays 3 years later. Our prediction? Pain, lot’s of pain.
Recent Results
Last week our no cut Frisky Biscuit was Nick Taylor, minimally priced at only 6200 and owned by 3.8 % of the field. He finished 24th. It was one of the best salary dollar to points last week and brought value. Value that was stronger than your school cafeteria’s lunch lady hair net. This brings our overall record to 56-15 this year with two weeks to go.

Whether to trust the Weather
The weather is calling for an early morning shower Thursday am and sunshine afterwards. There may be some fog early Thursday morning. Temps will be in the low 80’s until Sunday when it’s expected to get to 95 degrees. A heat dome will keep the greens fast. We will have updates in Discord tonight.
****UPDATE**** There are only 50 golfers this week. Ownership will play a big part in finding success for large entry fields because everyone will be going after the top tiers with no cut. Remember you only have to be a little different to score more points and move up the leaderboard of your contest.. Leaving 300-400 on the table makes you instantly different as a way to avoid duplication which will be massive this week.
