Welcome back to another exciting season of CFB Bowl Season! Thank you to those who have followed my articles over the course of the regular season. But now it is time for my favorite time in CFB and that’s the bowl games.
The purpose of this article is to break down the college football main slates both on the DFS and betting sites. The article includes my favorite plays at every position as well as honorable mentions. You can also find my favorite bets under my Dragos Best Bets section.

CORE 4 Plays:
This isn’t going to be a traditional core four but instead I will list a group of players I will be picking from to have in every lineup.
- One of Ewers, Nix, and Penix
- One of Baxter, Corum, and Irving
- One of Nabers, Odunze, and Worthy
- One of Thomas, Johnson, and Wilson
The three QBs I listed above are by far the best options at that position for Monday’s slate. Ewers and Penix are closing out the slate against each other in the final CFP game, and their high-power offenses should be able to take advantage of the other weak defenses. As for Nix, he is getting a weak Liberty defense that has not been able to stop QBs all year. In his final game in CFB, I think Nix will try to leave with a bang.
For RBs, I think you have two options: option one is to pay up for Blake Corum, who is the best back on the slate, and option two is to pay up for middle-ground RBs who have found success all season. Of the three, Baxter has the easiest matchup going against Washington’s 37th-ranked rush defense, compared to Corum and Irving facing the 31st and 16th defenses, respectively.
The WR position might be the hardest to nail down for the slate. The first group I listed will all be first-round picks come April. While their prices are in different ranges, I put them together because they have the best chances to break the slate as WRs. The other three I mentioned are solid WRs in their own right and have the chance to have big games.
Drago’s Best Bets:

- Oregon vs Liberty O68
- Tennessee -5.5
