C Group: The drivers in this tier are risky but could still be optimal. This group should be used in GPP’s

It will be tough to build this week with there being so few playable drivers in the value tier. My builds will be focusing on the “A Group” drivers and filling in with the B and C groups. My suggestion is to pick two of the dominators with two of the PD plays from A group and see who fits from other groups to round out your builds.
