Synopsis:
Here we have it, the first Manchester City slate of the season (well, on a Saturday). These slates are always difficult to navigate and not fun to play. We have to decide our stance on the City guys, and this week I will be underweight on them. For City, they haven’t looked good and with Pep missing on the sideline again I think Fulham can hang around and keep this game close for the first hour. If Fulham can keep City to 1 goal in that span we could survive. I will play 1-2 guys from Man City in my lineups but I will not be all out stacking them.
If I stack, I prefer to go with Chelsea or Brentford. These teams will go over looked on this slate because of City and you can find some great value. One of the best GPP plays on the slate could be Raheem Sterling. His price is so close to Haaland’s that nobody will plays him. Jakson will be the more popular Chelsea forward on this slate, so if Sterling has a ceiling day he could help you get a takedown.
