THE PLAY: NYM ML (Weighted & Split)
The Mets have a clear three phase advantage tonight against a scuffling Tiger offense with an inexperienced Soto on the mound. Syndergaard has shown us flashes of that ace potential in Queens, and I think tonight he’ll be too much for Detroit. The youngster Soto faces a Met team that has been excellent all year at home (13-8), and as has consistently done damage versus lefties. The line is currently sitting at (-310) which is understandably a hefty price to pay, but I think this game is a perfect opportunity to use our weighted split technique. Depending on your risk tolerance, bankroll & capabilities you could consider trying separate straight bets including F5 ML, F5 RL, ML & RL. I like to play around with my wager amounts to find a balance where I can ensure profit on an outright win, but also increase my payout if the Mets go out there tonight and beat the Tigers down.
Let’s get it.
