NBA DFS 3/4 — PG
Shabazz Napier, WAS (@ POR) – DK $5,000
Ish Smith is out tonight which leaves most of the PG minutes for Napier– whose biggest problem has been taking advantage of these opportunities. WhenNapier’s shot is going down, he’s got 50-point upside, so I’m rolling him outin a favorable matchup against his old team – the Blazers. Last night wetargeted the Pelicans and Wolves guards, and tonight we can look at this game.If we get word there will be no minutes restriction on Damian Lillard, then he’sa great pairing with Napier. Coby White is a solid pivot.
Pivot/Stack: Coby White/DamianLillard (if playing w/no restriction)
NBA DFS 3/4 — SG
Marcus Smart, BOS (@ CLE) – DK $7,000
The Celtics will be without Kemba Walker, Jaylen Brown and Gordon Hayward tonight, so most of the ball-handling duties will fall on Smart, who’s already averaging about 47 DK points per game over his last three. The price isn’t oppressive yet and while normally we’d be worried about a blowout, the depleted Celtics rotation almost ensures the Cavs can keep this close enough to warrant minutes from Smart in the fourth quarter. Spencer Dinwiddie is a solid pivot, especially if you believe that playing Caris LeVert again tonight is chasing points. Boston-Cleveland game stackers may want to give Collin Sexton a look as well.
Pivot/Stack: SpencerDinwiddie/Collin Sexton
NBA DFS 3/4 — SF
Brandon Ingram, NO (@ DAL) – DK $7,900
We’re probably going to want shares of some Pelicans tonight against the Mavericks in a game with a 240 total, and I think this could be a good spot for an Ingram bounce-back after Jrue Holiday, Lonzo Ball and Zion Williamson dominated the stat sheet on Tuesday night. Tim Hardaway Jr. is someone to look at a sneaky game stack option since a lot of the defensive attention will go to stopping Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis. T.J. Warren in a pace-up game against the Bucks makes sense as a pivot.
Pivot/Stack:Tim Hardaway Jr./T.J. Warren
NBA DFS 3/4 — PF
David Bertans, WAS (@ POR) – DK $5,600
I’d like to play Luka Doncicand/or Hassan Whiteside in a few GPPs tonight, so it makes sense to look formore value scorers in the WAS-POR game. The Wizards will be without ThomasBryant tonight and I don’t know if playing Moe Wagner is the ticket, so Bertansand his three-point shooting prowess makes sense at such a bargain price. RuiHachimura is an option too (though I wouldn’t play both) and Minnesota’s JamesJohnson (PF/C/F/UTIL eligible) could be a solid leverage play for the Wolveswith folks likely going back to Naz Reid, and game stackers might want toconsider Carmelo Anthony as he could be busy, especially if we get word that Lillardwill be restricted.
Pivots/Stack: Rui Hachimura or JamesJohnson/Carmelo Anthony
NBA DFS 3/4 — C
Jonas Valanciunas, MEM (@ BKN) – DK $7,800
We can essentially lock in JVC for a double-double tonight against the Nets since he’s been seeing steady minutes and dominating the boards lately. The price has come up a bit, so if you’re concerned about spending money in the wasteland that is center, you can look at Daniel Theis at just $5,800. As I noted earlier, the obvious spend-up option is Whiteside
