San Francisco 49ers 2023 Record 12-5

OC: Shanny/Foerster (R Game)
O-Line Grade: B-

2023 Offensive Stats:

• P. Att/g: 30
• R. Att/g: 29.4
• Plays/g: 59.4
• TM SEC/play: 30.8

Notes:
No changes in coaching. Slow, efficient pace with an offense full of playmakers. Trent Williams holdout may be a concern. Just something to monitor as he is a gamechanger.

Key “Skill” Fantasy Assets:
Usual suspects here. Probably a good RB room to handcuff if you go CMC.

Arizona Cardinal

Arizona Cardinals 2023 Record 4-13

OC: Drew Petzing
O-Line Grade: B-

2023 Offensive Stats:

• P. Att/g: 32.6
• R. Att/g: 27.7
• Plays/g: 60.3
• TM SEC/play: 28

Notes:
Better weapons for Kyler and Co. Not much changed on the coaching side of things or expected schemes. Still a believer in Michael Wilson, but outside of a deep league, I don’t see a ton of fantasy value outside of the obvious.

Los Angeles Rams 2023 Record 10-7

• Plays/g: 61.8
• TM SEC/play: 28.9

Notes:
Same old stuff here. Lot of fantasy upside and strong O-Line

Key “Skill” Fantasy Assets:

• Cooper Kupp
• Puka Nacua
• Matt Stafford (nice value)
• Kyren Williams / cuff with Corum
• Colby Parkinson (Higbee on PUP for now)

Seattle Seahawks 2023 Record 9-8

Head Coach: Mike McDonald (replaces Carroll)
OC: Ryan Grubb (Washington)
O-Line Grade: C

2023 Offensive Stats:

• P. Att/g: 33.8
• R. Att/g: 22.5
• Plays/g: 56.3
• TM SEC/play: 27.6

Notes:
Grubb coming from the NCAA would lead me to believe this will be a pass-heavy offense and it doesn’t seem like the fantasy community wants to invest much in Seattle’s passing game… I’m cool with it to get a little different and there are still plenty of playmakers. O-Line should be healthier this year.
