Buffalo Bills 2023 Record 11-6

Head Coach: Sean McDermott
OC: Joe Brady (replaces Ken Dorsey)
O-Line Grade: B

2023 Offensive Stats:

• P. Att/g: 34.1
• R. Att/g: 30.8
• Plays/g: 64.9
• TM SEC/play: 29.3

Notes:
No real changes on offense as Brady was the interim OC last year. Interesting to see where their target vacancies go. Dalton Kincaid seems like the no-brainer value play here. I do think we’ll see more run game and the RB1 in this system can be a season-changer. Can James Cook handle a full workload? Does Buffalo want to give Cook a full workload? My answer is leaning towards an astounding “Yes”. Too much value here for the upside.

Key “Skill” Fantasy Assets:

• Dalton Kincaid
• Khalil Shakir (probably the safest mid-late round WR we’ll get
• James Cook
• Keon Coleman
• Ray Davis / Chase Claypool as a late round dart

Miami Dolphins 2023 Record 11-6

OC: Frank Smith
O-Line Grade: B

2023 Offensive Stats:

• P. Att/g: 33.6
• R. Att/g: 26.3
• Plays/g: 59.9
• TM SEC/play: 29.1

Notes:
Balanced pace but should pass a bit more than they did in 2023. Tons of RB designs and obviously you know you want Tyreek or Waddle.

• Jaylen Wright RB upside stash / Malik Washington WR stash

New York Jets 2023 Record 7-10

Head Coach: Robert Saleh
OC: Nathaniel Hackett
O-Line Grade: B+

2023 Offensive Stats:

• P. Att/g: 35.4
• R. Att/g: 22.8
• Plays/g: 58.2
• TM SEC/play: 28.2

Notes:
Same staff but now with a competent QB and better O-Line. Should be an easy situation to figure out from a fantasy perspective.

Key “Skill” Fantasy Assets:

• Garrett Wilson
• Breece Hall (keep an eye out for the true handcuff between Allen/Davis)…
• Izzy probably a fringe cut maker / pass-catching backup back at best
• A-Rod

New England Patriots 2023 Record 4-13

Head Coach: Jerod Mayo
OC: Alex Van Pelt
O-Line Grade: C-

2023 Offensive Stats:

• P. Att/g: 32.8
• R. Att/g: 24.4
• Plays/g: 57.2
• TM SEC/play: 28

Notes:
Not much to know about Van Pelt, but I would imagine the pace goes down a bit and should bring more balance to the running game. Defense should be solid, I don’t see them wanting to get into shootouts so this should help the running backs, but the O-Line is horrible.
