10/17 DFS Winner: Evander Kane
Evander Kane had one of the best performances of the NHL season thus far last night against the Carolina Hurricanes. He had four points with a hat trick and an assist and made San Jose Sharks history. Kane became the first Shark player in franchise history to have a hat trick in the first period.
Outlook for the rest of the season: Evander Kane isn’t known for scoring throughout his career as his largest total was 30 goals in a season. Performances like these are rare for Kane so do not expect this to be an opening for him to become a scorer. Expect around 25-30 goals by the end of the year,
10/17 DFS Winner: Marvin Bagley III
Marvin Bagley III had a huge game against the Melbourne United in a preseason matchup. As you can see in the graphic above, Bagley finished with 30 points, 14 rebounds and three steals on the night. He needs to take this type of performance into the regular season if the Sacramento Kings want to make noise this season.
10/17 DFS Winner: Connor McDavid
Connor McDavid had his fingerprints all over the game against the Philadelphia Flyers last night. McDavid had five points on the night (a goal and four assists).
Outlook for the rest of the season: Conner McDavid has been one of the best players so far this season. He currently leads the NHL in assists (12) and points (17) while sitting in the Top 10 in goals (five). Expect another 100 point season by him.
10/17 DFS Winner: Tim Frazier
Tim Frazier had a solid night for the Detroit Pistons as they took on the Charlotte Hornets in a preseason matchup. Frazier went 15 points, 12 assists, a rebound, a steal and a block on the night. If he is able to play like this during the season and feed Andre Drummond and Blake Griffin, expect big things out of Detroit.
