After a great round of games last night, we head into the last two knockout stage games in the round of 16. The Columbus Crew takes on Minnesota United, and Columbus has yet to give up a goal this tournament. Every game Minnesota has played has been extremely close, and I expect this one to be no different. In the late game, Portland Timbers take on the underdog who shocked the nation in the group stages, FC Cincinnati. After shocking Atlanta, FC Cincinnati beat the NY Red Bulls, so expect Portland to not take them lightly, but to come out with a close win.

Another mid-week Premier League slate which has serious Champions League implications heading into next season. Draftkings has it as a 2 game slate, and FanDuel has the all-important Arsenal vs Leicester City game at 3:15 pm. Chelsea takes on a struggling Crystal Palace, which given recent form, should mean 3 points for them, and a relegation battle at the bottom between Watford and Norwich.

A difference in slates between the two sites yet again, as DraftKings fails to provide us with the Manchester City and Chelsea game that many are looking forward to. FanDuel is giving us all three games, so that is a positive there. Burnley will take on Watford, in what should be a very uneventful game. Arsenal will take on Southampton, and need 3 points desperately if they want to go play European football next year, and City take on Chelsea, which will be a top-tier game.

6-19 Main Slate

Another two game slate marks the return of the Premier League as we move into match week 30. Norwich takes on Southampton and Tottenham takes on Manchester United. We have another case of the afternoon game being all of the fireworks of the afternoon, and the first game being two teams in the bottom half of the table. I expect Southampton to score a few, as Norwich’s defense is not good, but also, for Norwich to likely nab one. To continue, Tottenham is finally back to full health, and Mourinho likely got his team prepped over the break, as numerous players were in trouble for training during the shutout. I expect Tottenham to win this game, but by a score of 3-1.

6/12 Serie A Showdown – Juventus vs AC Milan

6/12 Serie A Showdown

Coppa Italia is back with the semi-final match-up between AC Milan going on the road to Juventus in another fan-less game. Last match between the two, AC Milan drew level with Juventus, but Juventus got the all important away goal in a 1-1 draw. Due to Covid-19, if the aggregate is tied and even on away goals, it is going straight to penalties, and no extra time in between. Juventus has the edge here, and even with the lapse, I think they take this game by a few goals.

6/12 DraftKings Point Per Dollar Rankings

  1. Cristiano Ronaldo $12,800 – It’s extremely hard not to have the man in your lineup, even if you’re paying a hefty price for it.
  2. Paulo Dybala $10,800 – Another ridiculous price tag, but if Juventus pull away with this one, Dybala will be a major part of it.
  3. Rodrigo Bentancur $6800 – Taking the corner kicks, it’s always nice to have a great value play who can deliver a good ball to the likes of CR7 and their big center backs.
  4. Ante Rebic – $9200 – With likely no Zlatan, Rebic is by himself for all the chances up top.
  5. Douglas Costa – $8200 – Another great attacking option for Juventus.
  6. Giacomo Bonaventura $6000 – Good value with Castillejo out.
  7. Gianluigi Buffon – $6400 – Hoping for a clean sheet if you’re going to pay the price for Buffon.
  8. Aaron Ramsey $6400 – Another good option for Juventus, can score goals but also provide the assists for the top guys.
  9. Matthias De Ligt – $3600 – Defender for Juventus in case clean sheet, could be crucial points.
  10. Juan Cuadrado – $7,200 – Cheaper exposure to Juventus, who enjoys going for goal playing from a more defensive spot.

On this Win Daily Show Interview with Rich Masana, Rich tells us how he started in Fantasy sports and how he landed a gig here at Win Daily.

Rich Masana joins Michael Rasile to discuss how he landed a gig with the Win Daily Sports team as a Fantasy Writer. Rich focuses a lot of his time writing here on Soccer, MLB, and NHL.

Rich grew up loving these sports and playing season long fantasy. When he was finally exposed to the DFS world he started to crush it. Rich is currently ranked in the top 4% of DFS players in the world by Rotogrinders. He attributed his success to sticking with his processes that have worked for him over time. He never spends more than $200 a night on either DraftKings or FanDuel. He is always cognizant of the games he is playing in as well, rarely putting a lineup into a milli maker. Some may not be a huge fan of playing like this, but Rich has the record, and bankroll, to prove that it has worked for him.

Rich was brought on by Jason to join the team because of this and the fact that he is always spreading positivity, he’s a smart guy, and looking to help the others around him.
