Let’s get this thingstarted!!BankrollThis is the money you have on account somewhere or in your pocket if you live in a state where sports wagering is legal. Cash with Flash Best Bets has a bankroll of 100 units for hockey this season.UnitThink of a unit ascash and a unit is between one and five percent of your total bankroll. If youhave a bankroll of $1000 dollars and divide that by two percent, each unitwould be worth two dollars and a five-unit bet would cost you 10 bucks. As yourbankroll increases, the unit price rises and decreases the same way duringinevitable cold streaks.BankrollManagementIf you aren’tpracticing bankroll management or curious as to what that is, Cash with FlashBest Bets publisheda primer that hopefully answers all your questions and hopefully helpsyou set up a money management system that works for you. SlackChatOursports betting slack chat seems to be increasing in participation and that’s agood thing. That channel is available for our Gold and Platinum subscribers anda good way for you to get some one-on-one advice. Usually, someone is there tohelp with your questions and offer advice if needed. The Money LineThis is the mostpopular method and one we’ll sometimes use this season. Tonight’s New OrleansPelicans-Toronto Raptors money line looks like this. NewOrleans Pelicans +240TorontoRaptors -290The Raptors are anoverwhelming favorite and it will cost you $290 dollars to win $100 dollars or2.9 units to win one unit. Conversely, a $100 dollar wager on the Pelicans towin this game would net $240 dollars for every $100 dollar bet. Cashwith Flash Best Bets would suggest avoidingthe Raptors money line wager as the risk is far greater than the reward. We won’tbe playing the Pelicans tonight but if you feel strongly that New Orleans willwin this game, then this is the spot for you. The Spread BetThe is the most commonway to bet NBA and NCAA hoops and tonights Pelicans-Raptors point spread lookslike this;New Orleans Pelicans +7Toronto Raptors -7The Raptors are laying seven points and they will need to win the game by at least seven points to take this game. The juice is usually -110 for both sides of NBA spread bets so a wager on either team would cost you $110 dollars to win $100. Cash with Flash Best Bets suggests playing the Raptors to “cover” or win by seven or more points because we feel this is the most likely outcome but if you feel strongly this game ends closer than seven points than by all means plunk down $110 dollars and play the Pelicans at +7. Mostonline books offer opportunities to buy points on the spread and it will looksomething like this. If youfeel New Orleans can cover +1.5 points, a $100 dollar wager will net $205dollars and as the Pelicans total climbs, the odds go down considerably. TheRaptors being heavily favored will cost $280 dollars and the value rises as thenumber increases. A generalrule of thumb is to take the Vegas total and bet as close to that number as youcan, based on who you think will win and how much that team wins the game by. Cashwith the Flash Best Bets likes the Raptors to win by seven points andif we were to suggest anything here, and we’re not, but IF we were, we wouldlay down $100 dollars that Toronto would win by nine points tonight. First HalfMostshops also offer opportunities to bet on who will win the first half and thatwill look something like this; The lines and subsequent payouts for this game aren’t all that great but if you believe the Pelicans will head to the locker room with a three-point lead or better, a $100 wager will net $105 dollars and anything above this will cost you more to win less. Wagering $100 dollars that Toronto has a halftime lead of 4.5 points or more will win $105 dollars and anything less than three points will cost $135 dollars to win $100.The TotalThis hasbecome a popular bet, especially in NCAA basketball. Vegas will drop a numberthat reflects what they believe the final combined points total will be and wedecide if the game ends over or under their number. Tonight’s Pelicans-Raptorsgame Total Line looks like this.Over 231 (-115)Under 231 (-105)Cash with Flash Best Bets suggests playing UNDER 231 points as it opened at 227.5 points and jumped to 231.5 points and most Vegas shops offer 231 points. You will need to wager $105 dollars to win $100 and if you think these teams will exceed the total, then wager $115 dollars and play OVER 231 points.Mostonline books offer opportunities to buy points on the total and it will looksomething like this. As you can see, the payouts on the above are much better but require us to be more specific in the points range of the total. Anything UNDER 229 points is going to provide the most value as will anything OVER 233.5 points, but you must be exact and will really test your NBA handicapping skills. Cash with Flash Best Bets rarely suggests these plays but your mileage may vary. First Half TotalsMostshops also offer opportunities to bet on the first half total and that willlook something like this; They giveus two numbers to shoot at and the most value is UNDER 112.5 points and OVER119.5 points and it works the same as any other totals wager. Cash with Flashhas no opinion on this wager but IF we did, Cashwith Flash Best Bets would suggest playing UNDER -110 as that would beconsistent with our belief this game will end UNDER 231 points. Team Prop BetsMostshops offer team, player and game prop bets and that might look something likethis; You won’tsee much of this at Cash with FlashBest Bets but there are players who are very successful making thesetypes of wagers. There are all sorts of options to choose from and the payoutscan be hefty. A $100 dollar wager on the Pelicans winning by 21 points or more willpocket $4000 so you can see the allure here. Parlays and TeasersCash with Flash Best Bets usually avoids these types of plays because of the risk involved. A parlay is a group of two or more bets (legs) and all bets must-win for the ticket to pay off. The more bets on the ticket, the more unlikely the ticket will pay off. Have a look at the odds on these wagers; There’s a reason the payouts get larger as the number of teams increases and there is also a reason lavish sportsbooks and casinos are popping up everywhere, so tread lightly. As previously mentioned, its rare for Cash with Flash Best Bets to recommend a parlay. I hope you’ve enjoyed this primer. If you can, please share this on social media and please consider subscribing to Win Daily Sports. NFLNHLPGASports Betting Cash with the Flash Best Bets: NFL & NHL Monday! 5 years ago written by Cash withthe Flash Best Bets had a strong Sunday and a tremendous close to a difficultweek by winning six of our eight NFL touts. Those road underdogs we talked about lastweekend reallycame through and Cash with the Flash Best Bets finished the week in the blackfor the seventh consecutive week in a row. What makesthis extra special is how the competition fared on Sunday;https://twitter.com/ActionNetworkHQ/status/1183525452440363008?s=20Winningmatters because you paid to be here with the purpose of becoming better atsports gambling. That’s why, for the most part, Cash with the Flash Best Bets takes the time to explain why we like or dislike aplay. Cash with the Flash Best Bets tries to relay trends such as roadunderdogs winning NFL games. Last Sunday’s post wasn’t even about the NFL, butwe still felt that trend was important, and we squeezed it in there so maybeyou could benefit.NFLunderdogs are 53-35-2 ATS this season. Road underdogs are 40-20-1 ATS anddivisional underdogs have a record of 17-10. These are important trends for NFLbettors moving forward and as luck would have it, we have an NFL road underdogtonight we like very much.DetroitLions vs GreenBay PackersCash withthe Flash Best Bets: Detroit Lions -3.5 points WhyDetroit? There is alot to like about this game. Detroit is coming off a bye week and has an extraweek to prepare for Green Bay and to heal from the week in, week out grind ofthe National Football League. Green Bay opened as six-point favorites and that’sbeen bet down to where its currently at. The Lions are a divisional underdogand we’ve seen how successful those underdogs have been this season.Green Bay willonce again be without the services of Davante Adams and will also miss tightend RobertTonyan. The Lions will miss defensive tackle Mike Daniels and returnwide receiver Danny Amendolaafter missing the Lions last game against the Kansas City Chiefs.Matthew Stafford has thrown nine touchdown passes over his first four games with just two interceptions and I like the fact he has his full complement of receivers tonight. The Packers defense allows 238 passing yards per game and I think the Lions receivers will be able to give the stout Green Bay defense all they can handle on Monday night. Cash with the Flash Best Bets suggests taking the 3.5 points and playing the Lions to beat the Packers at Lambeau Field tonight. The NHL hasa full slate of Columbus Day games and while we would love to analyze each gamefor you, most of the matchups are being played this afternoon and it just isn’tfeasible. Cash with the Flash Best Bets does like a couple of games on thesheet and here is what we have for you.1:05 pmET: St Louis Blues -125 over the New York Islanders3:05 pmET: Buffalo Sabres -110 over the Dallas Stars5:05 pmET: Washington Capitals -125 over the Colorado AvalanchePLEASE CHECK OUT EVERYTHING THAT Win Daily DFS HAS TO OFFER.
