Where Can I Place an Online Bet in Texas?

As of April 2023, HB1942 was sent to the House Committee, which pushes the bill to be fully considered by the House. Additionally, sports teams through the state of Texas have pushed for sports betting to be legalized in Texas. At this time, it is unclear if the push will be effective enough to get sports betting legalized. If it is not legalized before the end of May 2023, it will be at least two more years before it is even considered again.
