NFL DraftKings/FanDuel DFS Quarterback Plays Week 10

We're just getting started here in DFS as we cruise into the NFL of Week 10. More teams on bye, but still plenty to work with at quarterback for this slate. Ten games, 20 quarterbacks in the pool...let's figure out who makes the most sense and has the clearest path to paying off their salaries.
