Fantasy Football Keeper Essentials: Level One Keepers
You have to keep these guys no matter what round is attached
to them. Keeper decisions are not strictly about who is the best value. Ultimately,
you want to end up with the best players. Mining for values is more important
as a DFS fundamental.
RBs: Barkley, McCaffrey, Kamara, Bell, David Johnson, Ezekiel Elliott, Conner
WRs: Adams, Thomas, Julio Jones, Hopkins
Fantasy Football Keeper Choices: Level Two
These are guys who are definitely worth second and third round sacrifices, and would be choices over all other players in straight up keeper decisions except the ones listed above. If you do not have any the above players you can also consider some of these as first rounders, unless you can throw them back and try for them again. It all ultimately depends on who else is being kept.
RBs: Mixon, Dalvin Cook, Gordon, Chubb
WRs: Tyreek Hill, Odell Beckham, JuJu Smith-Schuster, T.Y. Hilton, Adam Thielen, Stefon Diggs, Mike Evans, Antonio Brown
TEs; Kittle, Ertz

Fantasy Football Keeper Choices: Level Three
These players are worth anywhere as high as a third or
fourth round designation or so. They often make for good second keepers if you
also have one of the players from the first two tiers. Or they can be your
primary keepers if you have none of the players from the first two groups.
Quarterback: Patrick Mahomes (fourth round designation only)
Fantasy Football Keeper Choices: Level Four
These players are worthy of fifth to sixth round consideration and are quality second and third keepers in decisions where you can keep multiple players. Obviously, if they have lower than fifth or sixth round designations you should certainly keep these guys.
Running Backs: Sony Michel, Fournette, Ingram, Derrick Henry.
Fantasy Football Keeper Choices: Mid to Late Round Values
If you get a chance to keep these players anywhere from the
seventh round on, you are getting a good value. These players are also
underrated or rising third keeper types in straight up decisions.
Running Back: James White
Wide Receivers: Allen Robinson, Dante Pettis
Tight End: Jared Cook
Quarterbacks: Ryan, Mayfield, Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson, Wentz
Fantasy Football Keeper Choices: The Gems and Sleepers
These are the players who will give you serious promise for
a later-round designation, or are just darn undervalued. In straight up keeper
decisions you should consider holding onto them if you lack other top choices.
Running Backs: Rashaad Penny,Kalen Ballage, Ronald Jones
Wide Receivers: Geronimo Allison, Christian Kirk, Michael Gallup, Tyrell Williams, Anthony Miller
Tight Ends: David Njoku, Trey Burton, Mark Andrews
