160 This article focuses on EPL DFS Picks for 11/23 on DraftKings and FanDuel. Both sites have fairly different scoring formats. We consider tournament tactics, statistics, pricing, and attempt to tackle this highly variable Daily Fantasy format so we can gain an edge on the field at large. Main SlateChelsea (+550) at Manchester City (-220) – Under 3.5 goals (-125) – FANDUEL ONLY – LATE GAMEThis game is only on the FanDuel slate. Manchester City finished up before the international break with a huge loss at Liverpool that leaves them nine points back of the Reds, heading into this weekend. They get to face a Chelsea team that is actually above them right now in the standings. Led by Tammy Abraham and a brilliant month from Christian Pulisic, the Blues are looking to make some noise. However, I would expect the experience of Manchester City to help them control this match and get the three points they desperately need at home. Because this is a late-game we will not have the lineups at the main lock. It is important that you leave some extra salary and have a backup plan. This factor should also reduce the ownership of everyone as well. As always, the main targets are Sergio Aguero, Raheem Sterling, Rihad Mahrez “Bernardo Silva has already been ruled out” and Kevin De Bruyne. I love a Manchester City stack in a large field GPP as their ownership will not be on par with their upside. Just be sure to leave a few dollars for flexibility once the lineup comes out. Liverpool (-225) at Crystal Palace (+650) – Under 3 goals (-140) Liverpool has asserted themselves as the team to beat, not just in the EPL, but in the Champion’s League too, where they are defending titleholders. However, this game shouldn’t be too exciting as Crystal Palace will try to do their best to keep it to a draw. As always, Trent Alexander-Arnold makes for a phenomenal DraftKings play. Outside of him, it’s the usual suspects Mohammed Salah and Sadio Mane, both of whom I highly prefer on FanDuel with their scoring format. If Ox draws a start for Salah he will be very popular on both sites but makes for a great FanDuel play. If Divock Origi filled in, he would be a fine play as well. Norwich City (+650) at Everton (-250) – Under 3 goals (-105)I like this team on the whole more on DraftKings. Lucas Digne is still a strong play on FanDuel but not just on the level he is on DraftKings. Meanwhile, I would rather play Richarlison on that site as well. That’s mainly what I would be looking at here. Norwich has been truly awful so this is a good spot for Everton, who as a team is a million miles below the two favorites listed above. Southampton (+550) at Arsenal (-200) – Over 3 Goals (-105)I think that Pierre Emerick Aubemayang and Alexandre Lacazette will get some ownership on FanDuel. Nicholas Pepe might get some ownership as a forward on DraftKings. On the Southampton side, I can see some James Ward-Prowse ownership on DraftKings. Other than that, I do not see people using a lot from this game. This is a game that Arsenal should win but they have not been particularly impressive as of late. However, I think they present a fine enough contrarian option in tournaments. Leicester City (EVEN) at Brighton (+175) – Over 2.5 goals (-120) Leicester City has been flashing some really fine form and on DraftKings James Maddison has been one of the first guys into cash lines week in and week out. This Brighton team is much improved from last season but this should be another outing where either Jamie Vardy or Maddison get on the board. On FanDuel, either is in play while Maddison is once again a core stud on DraftKings with his tremendous weekly floor. I think we will see a lot of the Vardy/Maddison combo on FanDuel when people try to stack LC. Wolves (+160) at Bournemouth (+175) – Under 2.5 goals (-125)I am not a huge fan of this game. Just for large field GPPs, one-offs, and savings. Burnley (+220) at Watford (+130) – Under 2.5 goals (-125)See above. Although a Burnley stack worked out last time, I would not try to go back to the well. That said, I do like the goalies, particularly on FanDuel where savings are needed. 11/23 EPL DraftKings Rankings DraftKings ForwardsDwight McNeil – Burnley – $6,800 Pascal Gros – Brighton – $6,600 Richarlison – Everton – $9,400Nicolas Pepe – Arsenal – $8,400Adama Traore – Wolverhampton – $6,900 – GTDSteven Alzate – Brighton – $4,400 Sadio Mane/Mohammed Salah – Liverpool – $10,500/$10,400 – Better plays on FanDuel as goes for most forwards whose main source of points are goals. I would get the exposure there.
